7 and 8 are a plan view and a side sectional view showing a support base 2 for free access floor (hereinafter referred to as “support base 2”) according to Patent Document 1. FIG. As shown in the figure, the support base 2 is composed of a base member 4 shaped like a sacrificial bowl and a synthetic resin upper end member 6 hooked on the upper end surface of the base member 4. ing.

The upper end member 6 is formed in a substantially disk shape, and the upper end surface 10 on the side opposite to the base member 4 is formed substantially flat. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the upper end member 6 has two groove portions 12 extending along the upper end surface 10 and formed so as to be orthogonal to each other. Each groove 12 is provided with spacers 14 at two locations on both sides of the crossing range with the other groove 12 in the length direction.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, each spacer 14 is formed on the bottom surface of the groove 12 so as to have a height, and is formed so as to extend in a direction parallel to the length direction of the corresponding groove 12. Yes. Thereby, each groove part 12 is divided | segmented into two in the width direction within the length range in which the spacer 14 is formed.

FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the panel member 16 placed on the upper end surface 10 of the upper end member 6 of the support base 2. As shown in the figure, the panel member 16 has a top plate portion 18 having a substantially square (or substantially rectangular) planar shape, and four sides of the top plate portion 18 in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. It has a side plate portion 20 that is bent and provided on the back side so as to have a certain height.

Further, the top plate portion 18 of the panel member 16 is formed with a concave arc-shaped cutout portion 22 at each of the four corners. Thereby, when each corner part of the four panel members 16 is faced | matched, each notch part 22 of concave arc shape is combined 90 degree at a time so that the screw member 24 mentioned later can be penetrated. One insertion hole is formed.

As shown in FIG. 10, the support base 2 is arranged below the position where the corners of the four panel members 16 are gathered in one place. Each panel member 16 has each corner portion of the top plate portion 18 placed on the upper end surface 10 of the upper end member 6 of the support base 2, and the end portions of the side plate portions 20 shown in FIG. The upper end member 6 of the support base 2 shown in FIG. 2 is fitted into a gap between the inner side surface of the groove portion 12 and the spacer 14.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a screw member 24 is fastened at the center position of the support base 2. The screw member 24 is inserted through an insertion hole as shown in FIG. 10 formed by combining the notches 22 of the panel member 16 shown in FIG. And although the screw member 24 is not shown in figure, the front-end | tip part with the sharp thread part penetrated the bottom-plate part 12a of the groove part 12 of the upper end member 6 shown in FIG. 26 is screwed. Thus, each panel member 16 shown in FIG. 10 has its corners of the top plate portion 18 held against the head of the screw member 24 so that it does not float.
Japanese Patent No. 3823058

However, in the support base 2 according to Patent Document 1, since the screw member 24 for preventing the panel member 16 from being lifted is screw-fastened, the tightening operation of the screw member 24 is troublesome. was there.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a support base for a free access floor that can easily and reliably prevent the panel member to be supported from being lifted.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the support stand for a free access floor according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 4 are views to be referred to for explaining the free access floor support base 32 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the free access floor support base 32 (hereinafter referred to as “support base 32”) according to the present embodiment includes a metal cylindrical member 36, a synthetic resin upper end member 34, and The lower end member 38 is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the upper end member 34 includes a substantially disk-shaped large-diameter portion 40, and a cylindrical small-diameter portion 42 integrally formed on the lower side of the large-diameter portion 40 in FIG. 1. It is configured with. The small diameter portion 42 of the upper end member 34 is fitted inside the upper end portion of the cylindrical member 36. The cylindrical member 36 is fitted at the lower end thereof to the inside of the cylindrical lower end member 38.

Further, the large diameter portion 40 of the upper end member 34 has an upper end surface 44 formed substantially flat, and as shown in FIG. 2, it extends along the upper end surface 44 and is formed so as to be orthogonal to each other. It has the groove part 46 of a book.

Each groove portion 46 is formed with a spacer 48 over a length range excluding a crossing range with the other groove portion 46 in the length direction. The spacer 48 is erected so as to have a height on the bottom surface 46 a of the groove portion 46, and each groove portion 46 is divided into two in the width direction by the spacer 48.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the large-diameter portion 40 of the upper end member 34 is formed with a constant-thickness upper plate 50 that forms the upper end surface 44 in a region inside the inner diameter of the small-diameter portion 42. A substantially fan-shaped hollow portion 43 is formed below the upper plate 50 and behind a side wall 47 having a constant thickness that forms the side surface 46 b of each groove 46 facing the spacer 48. The large-diameter portion 40 of the upper end member 34 has four such hollow portions 43, and each hollow portion 43 communicates with the hollow portion inside the small-diameter portion 42 as shown in FIG. .

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the large-diameter portion 40 of the upper end member 34 includes side walls 47 on both sides facing each other across the spacer 48 in each groove portion 46. Two slits 52 extending to a certain depth in the depth direction of the groove portion 46 (the back side in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 2) are formed at respective intermediate positions with respect to the outer periphery of 44. Yes.

Each of the two slits 52 rises from the lower end of a certain depth, is bent at a corner formed by the upper plate 50 and the side wall 47 and extends into the upper plate 50, and It extends to the back of the side wall 47. That is, the slit 52 is formed to extend from the corner to the back side of the upper plate 50 by a length longer than the thickness of the side wall 47.

Then, the end portions on the back side in the upper plate 50 of the two slits 52 are connected to both ends of the slit 54 formed so as to extend in a direction parallel to the length direction of the groove portion 46, and the two slits 52 are connected. The slit 52 and the slit 54 are formed in a U-shape. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the side wall 47 of the groove portion 46 in the upper end member 34 is configured such that a portion surrounded by the slits 52 and 54 constitutes a pressing portion 56. The upper end member 34 has a total of eight such pressing parts 56, two on each side of one groove part 46.

The pressing portion 56 has a free end portion 60 that is most easily bent and a fixed end portion 58 that is hardly bent. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the pressing portion 56 has a length in the depth direction of the groove portion 46 (vertical direction in FIG. 3), and a free end portion 60 is formed at the opening-side tip portion of the groove portion 46. A fixed end portion 58 is formed on the bottom surface 46 a side of the groove portion 46. The free end portion 60 of the pressing portion 56 is bent on the side opposite to the spacer 48, and the bent portion is formed in the same plane as the upper plate 50.

The pressing portion 56 is provided with a raised portion 62 at its free end portion 60 that protrudes toward the spacer 48 side. A gap between the raised portion 62 and the spacer 48 is set to be slightly narrower than a thickness (a dimension t in FIG. 4) of a side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 described later.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a bottom surface 46 a of the groove 46 is formed in the length direction (vertical direction or horizontal direction in FIG. 2) in the groove portion 46 of the large diameter portion 40 in the upper end member 34. Although the bottom wall 63 is formed, in a certain length range including the pressing portion 56 in the length direction of the groove portion 46, the bottom wall 63 is not formed. 64 is formed.

The opening 64 is a part of a mold for forming the upper end member 34 (not shown) when the upper end member 34 is formed, and a part for forming the raised portion 62 of the pressing part 56 is shown in FIG. It is possible to pass through the bottom wall 63 from the back side perpendicular to the paper surface toward the near side.

FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing a state in which the support base 32 supports the panel member 66. This figure shows a state in which only one panel member 66 is placed in order to prevent the drawing from becoming complicated. As shown in the figure, the support base 32 places the corners of the top plate portion 68 of the panel member 66 on the upper end surface 44 of the upper end member 34, and the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 is placed on the upper end member 34. The groove 46 is fitted between the side surface 46 b and the spacer 48.

The clearance dimension between the raised portion 62 of the pressing portion 56 and the spacer 48 is set to be slightly narrower than the thickness dimension t of the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66, so that the pressing portion 56 has its free end portion 60. Since the raised portion 62 on the side is elastically bent with the fixed end 58 as a fulcrum while contacting the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66, the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 is pressed toward the spacer 48 by the reaction force. It is like that.

According to the support base 32 for the free access floor according to the present embodiment, the pressing portion 56 is a spacer for the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 fitted between the side surface 46b of the groove portion 46 and the spacer 48. Since the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 is firmly sandwiched between the side surface 46b of the groove portion 46 and the spacer 48 in the upper end member 34 by being pressed toward the 48 side, the panel It is possible to easily and reliably prevent the member 66 from being lifted.

Further, according to the support floor 32 for the free access floor according to the present embodiment, concave arc-shaped cutout portions 22 formed at the four corners of the panel member 66 shown in FIG. It is not necessary to form the same notch.

Moreover, according to the support base 32 for free access floors concerning this Embodiment, since the protruding part 62 is provided in the free end part 60 which is the most flexible of the press part 56, as shown in FIG. The deflection angle θ of 56 can be minimized. For this reason, since the bending moment applied to the fixed end portion 58 of the pressing portion 56 can be suppressed to a necessary minimum level, the durability of the support base 32 can be improved.

Due to the effect of improving the durability, even when the upper end member 34 is made of a synthetic resin, it is possible to effectively prevent the upper end member 34 from being damaged due to a decrease in elasticity due to a decrease in temperature or a change with time. be able to.

Next, FIGS. 5 and 6 are views to be referred to for explaining a free access floor support base 82 (hereinafter referred to as “support base 82”) according to a second embodiment of the present invention. . The overlapping description of the same parts and configuration as the support base 32 according to the first embodiment will be omitted.

The support base 82 according to the present embodiment includes an upper end member 83 instead of the upper end member 34 of the support base 32 according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the upper end member 83 has bottom surfaces of two slits 52 formed so as to extend vertically on the side walls 47 on both sides of the groove portions 46 facing each other across the spacer 48. The ends on the 46a side are connected by slits 84 formed on the side walls 47 on both sides of each groove 46 and having a length in the length direction of each groove 46.

Thereby, the pressing part 86 formed by being surrounded by the slits 52 and 84 is fixed so as to hardly bend on the upper plate 50 side in the length direction (vertical direction in FIG. 6), that is, on the opening side of the groove part 46. It has an end portion 88, and has a free end portion 90 that is most easily bent on the bottom surface 46a side of the groove portion 46. Further, the raised portion 92 of the pressing portion 86 is formed on the free end portion 90 that is most easily bent.

According to the free access floor support base 82 according to the present embodiment, the panel member 66 (see FIG. 4) supported by the support base 82 is prevented from being lifted, as in the first embodiment. Can be performed easily and reliably.

In addition, according to the support floor 82 for the free access floor according to the present embodiment, although not shown in the figure, similarly to the first embodiment, the panel member 66 (see FIG. 4) is provided with four planar corners. Thus, it is not necessary to form notches similar to the concave arc-shaped notches 22 formed at the four corners of the conventional panel member 16 shown in FIG.

Moreover, according to the support stand 82 for free access floors concerning this Embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, since the protruding part 92 of the press part 86 is formed in the free end part 90 which is most bendable, it is not shown in figure. When the side plate portion 70 (see FIG. 4) of the panel member 66 is fitted between the side surface 46b of the groove portion 46 in the upper end member 83 and the spacer 48, the deflection angle of the pressing portion 86 (corresponding to the deflection angle θ in FIG. 4). ) Can be minimized. For this reason, since the bending moment applied to the fixed end portion 88 of the pressing portion 86 can be suppressed to a necessary minimum level, the durability of the support base 82 can be improved.

Also, according to the free access floor support 82 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the pressing portion 86 has its fixed end portion 88 on the opening side of the groove portion 46. The portion 86 eliminates the possibility of receiving a buckling load from the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 when the side plate portion 70 of the panel member 66 (not shown) is fitted between the side surface 46 b of the groove portion 46 and the spacer 48. It is possible to reliably prevent the pressing portion 86 from being damaged due to such a buckling load.

In the free access floor support bases 32 and 82 according to the first and second embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper end members 34 and 83 have two groove portions orthogonal to each other. However, only one groove 46 may be formed.

In the free access floor support bases 32 and 82 according to the first and second embodiments, a spacer 48 extending in the length direction of the groove 46 is provided at the center of the width of one groove 46. However, instead of providing one groove portion 46 provided with such a spacer, two groove portions having walls between each other may be provided.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the support base 32 according to the first embodiment includes an upper end member 34, a cylindrical member 36, and a lower end member 38, but these upper end members 34, The cylindrical member 36 and the lower end member 38 may be integrally formed of a synthetic resin material or the like. Alternatively, only the upper end member 34 and the cylindrical member 36 may be integrally formed, or only the cylindrical member 36 and the lower end member 38 may be integrally formed. The same applies to the upper end member 83, the cylindrical member 36, and the lower end member 38 of the support base 82 according to the second embodiment.
