- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- Bi(ビスマス)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Bi2Sr2CuO6+δであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の量子ビット。
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Tl(タリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Tl(タリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の量子ビット。
- 銅酸化物高温超伝導体として、Y(イットリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の量子ビット。
- Y(イットリウム)系銅酸化物高温超伝導体が、YBa2Cu3O7−δであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の量子ビット。
