Claims (8)
- 複数の窪みを備えるハブと、
複合構造の複数のプロペラ羽根であって、
前記プロペラ羽根のそれぞれが、インボード側端部と保持キャビティを備える金属の付け根部材とを備え、
前記インボード側端部が、前記保持キャビティ内に固定され、
前記金属の付け根部材のそれぞれが、前記ハブの複数の窪みのひとつの中に装着され、
前記プロペラ羽根のそれぞれの前記インボード側端部が、前記羽根の両側に中央の領域によって互いに離間された2つの繊維束を備える非円形区画を備え、
前記付け根部材の前記保持キャビティが、非円形区画を備え、前記保持キャビティのインボード側端部にある断面から前記保持キャビティのアウトボード側端部にある比較的小さな断面にテーパを付けられ、
前記2つの繊維束が、前記保持キャビティ内で互いに離れて外側にフレア形に広がり、それぞれ少なくとも2つの層に分離される、
複合構造の複数のプロペラ羽根と、
非円形区画を備える挿入部材であって、前記挿入部材の少なくとも一部が、前記中央の領域内の前記2つの繊維束の間で各保持キャビティ内に配置されている、挿入部材と、
各プロペラ羽根の前記インボード側端部が、前記挿入部材の両側で外側に延び、前記保持キャビティを満たし、アウトボード側の方向への前記羽根の取外しに対して機械的な保持をもたらすように、各繊維束の各層の間に挿入されたテーパの付いた非円形の楔部材と、
を備えるプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。 - 前記羽根および前記挿入部材の前記インボード側端部の前記断面が実質的に矩形であことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- 前記楔部材が、硬化樹脂によって繊維層と接合される、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- 前記キャビティが、それぞれの繊維束を備えるスパーのパックの中央によって形成される平面を中心にして実質的に対称な形状を有する、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- 前記繊維束の間に設けられる低密度のコア材料をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- 前記低密度のコア材料がポリウレタンフォームを備えことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- 楔の厚さに対する高さの比(H/L)、および楔の厚さに対する前記繊維束の厚さの比(S/L)は、約1対2または3の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
- それぞれの付け根部材の前記キャビティ内に、それぞれのプロペラ羽根の前記端部のインボード側に嵌合された少なくとも1個のプラグをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のプロペラ羽根アセンブリ。
