Description
Claims (17)
- 放送データ及び前記放送データにおけるコンテンツの状態または状態の変化を含むイベントデータを送信する装置であって、
予め定められたサイクルの第1のタイムスライスで前記放送データを送信し、前記第1のタイムスライスの1サイクル毎に埋め込まれた第2のタイムスライスで前記イベントデータを送信するトランスミッタを備え、
前記トランスミッタは、
前記イベントデータの一部を、予め定められたn個の連続するサイクルに含まれるn個の前記第2のタイムスライスの全てに複製されて繰り返し送信し、
前記イベントデータの残りを、前記n個の前記第2のタイムスライスのうち、k(kは、k<nの整数)個の前記第2のタイムスライスで複製されて繰り返し送信する、装置。 - kの値は、前記イベントデータの重要度に依存する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記放送データを送信する前記第1のタイムスライス及び前記イベントデータを送信する前記第2のタイムスライスは、タイムスライスのサイクルのサイズを示す情報をそれぞれ含む、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置が送信する前記放送データ及び前記イベントデータを受信するレシーバであって、
前記第1のタイムスライスのそれぞれの範囲内で第1のデータを受信し、
n(nは1よりも大きい整数)個の第2のタイムスライスのうちの一のタイムスライスの範囲内で第2のデータを受信する、レシーバ。 - 前記第2のタイムスライスの期間は、前記第1のタイムスライスの期間よりも大きい、請求項4に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記装置は、全ての前記第2のデータを、n個の第2のタイムスライスのうちの一のタイムスライスで送信するとともに、
前記レシーバは、前記第2のデータを、前記一のタイムスライスで受信する、請求項4又は請求項5に記載のレシーバ。 - 前記第1のタイムスライスは、PSI/SIテーブルの送信と同期される、請求項6に記載のレシーバ。
- それぞれの冗長タイムスライスは、重要度でランク付けされたイベントデータを有する、請求項4から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- トリガの検出の際ある特定期間の間において複数の連続するタイムスライスに渡って送信された、複数の連続するタイムスライスの前記第2のデータのそれぞれを受信する、請求項4から8のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記特定期間は、前記第1のタイムスライスの期間よりも大きい、請求項9に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記トリガは、デバイスの電源オンの検出を有する、請求項9又は請求項10に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記第1のデータは、デジタル放送データである、請求項4から11のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記第2のデータは、低帯域幅のデジタルメッセージデータを有する、請求項4から12のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- スタンバイモードにおいては、前記第2のデータだけを受信するように起動される復調器を有する請求項4から13のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- 前記第1のデータは前記放送データであり、前記第2のデータは前記イベントデータである請求項4から14のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバ。
- 請求項4から15のうちいずれか一項に記載のレシーバを有する、ポータブル電子デバイス。
- 放送データ及び前記放送データにおけるコンテンツの状態または状態の変化を含むイベントデータを送信する方法であって、
トランスミッタが、予め定められたサイクルの第1のタイムスライスで前記放送データを送信するステップと、
前記トランスミッタが、前記第1のタイムスライスの1サイクル毎に埋め込まれた第2のタイムスライスで前記イベントデータを送信するステップとを有し、
前記イベントデータの一部は、予め定められたn個の連続するサイクルに含まれるn個の前記第2のタイムスライスの全てに複製されて繰り返し送信され、
前記イベントデータの残りは、前記n個の前記第2のタイムスライスのうち、k(kは、k<nの整数)個の前記第2のタイムスライスで複製されて繰り返し送信される、方法。
