The forming material of the pants-type
The skin contact
Examples of inherently hydrophilic fibers include cellulosic fibers such as rayon, acetate, and cotton.
Examples of the hydrophilic treatment for fibers that do not have hydrophilicity include fiber surface treatment with a hydrophilic treatment agent, and kneading of the hydrophilic treatment agent into the fiber. Examples of fibers that are not inherently hydrophilic include, for example, polyolefin resins such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), fibers using a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or a plurality of these. The thing which uses as a raw material the composite fiber (core-sheath type, side-by-side type, etc.) using resin etc. is mentioned. As the core-sheath type composite fiber, a core-sheath type composite fiber having a relatively low melting point component as a sheath and a relatively high melting point component as a core is preferable. Particularly, a low melting point component is polyethylene, and a high melting point component is preferable. A core-sheath type composite fiber of polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate is preferable.
The hydrophilic skin contact
[Measurement method of liquid diffusion area]
A sample of a hydrophilic sheet cut into 10 cm × 10 cm squares is placed on an acrylic plate, and 0.05 mL of colored water is dropped onto the acrylic sheet from above by 30 mm. After 10 minutes, the diffusion area of the colored water is measured using an image analyzer.
The liquid retention of the hydrophilic skin contact
[Measurement method of liquid holding amount]
The weight of the sample of the hydrophilic sheet cut into 10 cm × 10 cm square is weighed, and the sample is put in a beaker containing 500 mL of distilled water and left for 1 minute. Then, a sample is taken out and this sample is left to stand for 10 minutes in a state of being hung on a basket. Thereafter, the sample is subjected to centrifugal dehydration (800 rpm) for 10 minutes, and then its mass is measured, and the amount of liquid retained is determined from the following formula.
Liquid retention amount (g / m 2 ) = {mass of sample after centrifugal dehydration (g) −mass of initial sample (g)} / area of initial sample (m 2 )
The non-skin contact
[Measurement method of water pressure resistance]
A sample sheet is sandwiched between two cylindrical tubes with a diameter of 35 mm connected vertically, and physiological saline is poured into the upper cylindrical tube at a rate of 4 g / min. Measure the time for the saline to pass through the sample sheet and begin to flow into the lower cylindrical tube. The liquid volume (weight) is calculated from the flow rate of physiological saline and the time until it passes through the sample sheet. The value obtained by dividing the calculated liquid amount (gf) by the cross-sectional area (cm 2 ) of the cylindrical tube is taken as the water pressure resistance (gf / cm 2 ).

Next, the effect at the time of using the underpants type
The pants-type
Therefore, when the wearer wearing the pants-type
The pants-type
Therefore, the wearer's sweat is more easily diffused in the waistline direction, and the entire area of the stretchable parts G, G ′, H, and H ′ can be effectively utilized to improve the transpiration of sweat.
As shown in FIG. 5, the pants-type
Therefore, even if the wearer's sweat flows in the vertical direction of the diaper from between the 27a adjacent to each other in the direction parallel to the center line WL that constitutes the horizontally long
As shown in FIG. 5, the pants-type
Therefore, it is possible to further increase the diffusion time of sweat that diffuses in the waistline direction. As a result, the transpiration of sweat can be further improved and the discomfort flowing in the vertical direction can be further reduced.
As shown in FIG. 5, the pants-type
Therefore, in the fixing part of the elastic member, the skin contact
The absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the above-described pants-type disposable diaper of the present embodiment, and can be appropriately changed.
For example, in the above-described pants-type
Moreover, in the above-mentioned pants-type
Further, in the above-described pants-type
Moreover, in the underpants type
In addition to the pants-type disposable diaper, the present invention can be suitably used for absorbent articles such as an open-type disposable diaper and a pants-type sanitary napkin.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

[Comparative Example 4]
In Comparative Example 4, as shown in Table 2, the length (horizontal length) 2 mm of the horizontal joint portion of Example 6 was changed to 1 mm, and the horizontal joint portions of Example 6 adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction were changed. The composite sheet obtained in the same manner as in Example 6 except that the interval 7 mm was changed to 8 mm.
チューブはISMATEC社製:TYGON R3607(内径0.13mm、外径1.93mm)を使用した。
[Evaluation]
About each composite sheet obtained by the Example and the comparative example, the diffusion time was evaluated with the following method. These results are shown in Tables 1 and 2 below.
The composite sheet was placed on an acrylic plate. The composite sheet was disposed so that the skin contact surface forming sheet was in contact with the acrylic plate. Next, the acrylic plate on which the composite sheet was arranged was tilted by 60 °.
With the acrylic plate inclined at 60 °, water was injected at a flow rate of 25.1 μl / min using a tube between the skin contact surface forming sheet and the non-skin contact surface forming sheet of the composite sheet. The tube used was TYGON R3607 (inner diameter 0.13 mm, outer diameter 1.93 mm) manufactured by ISMATEC. A TIFA microtube (inner diameter 0.5 mm, outer diameter 0.7 mm) was provided at the outlet. The liquid feed pump used was ISMATEC: MCP Standard (ISM404), and the pump head was ISMATEC: MS / CA 4-12.
The average time from the location where water was injected into the composite sheet to the diffusion of 50 mm in the longitudinal direction of the composite sheet was measured. The average value is a value of n = 5.
As is clear from the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, the composite sheets obtained in Examples 1 to 5 in which the length of the horizontally long joint portion (the length in the horizontal direction) is 2 mm or more are the length of the horizontally long joint portion. As compared with the composite sheet obtained in Comparative Example 1 or 2 shorter than 2 mm, it was found that it took time to diffuse in the vertical direction. Similarly, the composite sheet obtained in Examples 6 to 10 in which the length of the horizontally long joint portion (the length in the horizontal direction) is 2 mm or more is obtained in Comparative Example 3 or 4 in which the length of the horizontally long joint portion is shorter than 2 mm. It was found that it took longer time to diffuse in the vertical direction than the obtained composite sheet.
Therefore, in the absorbent article using the composite sheet obtained in Examples 1 to 10 as a constituent material of at least one stretchable part of the abdominal part and the dorsal part, sweat flows in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article. As a result, the transpiration of sweat can be improved.
Moreover, as is clear from the results shown in Tables 1 and 2, obtained in Examples 1 to 5 in which the left and right directions of the skin contact surface forming sheet and the non-skin contact surface forming sheet are aligned with the fiber orientation direction. Compared with the composite sheet obtained in Examples 6 to 10 in which the vertical direction of the skin contact surface forming sheet and the non-skin contact surface forming sheet was aligned with the fiber orientation direction, It turns out that it takes time to diffuse in the direction.
Therefore, the absorbent article which used the composite sheet obtained in Examples 1-5 as a constituent material of at least one expansion-contraction part of a ventral part and a back part is the composite sheet obtained in Examples 6-10. Compared with the case using, the area around the waist is diffused, so that the entire area of the stretchable part can be effectively used to improve the transpiration of sweat. Therefore, the occurrence of rash and the like can be reduced.
