Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a remote control monitoring terminal that remotely operates by outputting an operation signal to, for example, a plurality of lighting fixtures arranged on a ceiling surface in a building.
In general, for example, a plurality of lighting fixtures arranged on a ceiling surface in a building output an operation signal in response to a manual operation of a remote control monitoring terminal that can be remotely operated, and a central processing unit that receives the operation signal ON / OFF is controlled by.
Such a remote control monitoring terminal includes a case main body attached to a fixed frame disposed on a wall or the like, and a remote control operation portion attached to the case main body, and a main part is configured. Yes.
The operation unit is formed according to an operation pattern for remotely operating a predetermined lighting fixture among a plurality of lighting fixtures, for example, a plurality of types of operation switches for remotely operating a lighting fixture for each group, It has a dimming operation switch for changing the illumination state of the luminaire.
As described above, since there are a plurality of types of operation units depending on a predetermined operation pattern, the case main body to which the operation unit is attached is formed by molding according to the type of the operation unit to be attached. . Accordingly, there are a plurality of types of case bodies, and a case body having a shape suitable for the operation unit to be attached is used.
As such a remote monitoring control system having a conventional monitoring terminal for remote control, there is, for example, one described in
This
However, in the conventional remote control terminal device, the case body needs to have a shape corresponding to the type of the operation unit, so a mold for molding for each type of the case body is necessary, Since it is necessary to secure stock for each type of copy, there is a problem that the cost becomes high. In addition, when the operation unit is a tumbler switch provided with a contact opening / closing mechanism or a dimming switch having a turning mechanism, the contact opening / closing mechanism or turning mechanism may be worn out depending on the frequency of use. There was a problem with this point.
The remote monitoring and control system of
In addition, when the operation unit is a touch panel or the like, unlike a normal dimming switch, a touch is detected and an on / off operation is performed. It may not be possible to recognize whether or not the operation has been performed, and there is a possibility that an erroneous operation such as re-operation and repeated on-off operation may occur.
Furthermore, the switch using the touch panel is likely to be erroneously detected by an adjacent operation unit, and may have a problem of controlling illumination in an unintended illumination area.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and by making it possible to select and set a plurality of operation patterns of a lighting fixture, it is possible to share parts and reduce costs and durability An object of the present invention is to provide a monitoring terminal for remote control having a high height.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a remote control monitoring terminal device that can prevent erroneous operation of the operation unit with a simple configuration.

In the present embodiment, the
Here, a specific configuration example of the

Further, as a change in the pattern of the
Note that the
As shown in the first modified example of FIG. 9, the
In such a case, the first to fourth identification portions 23a to 23d are configured as seals and are pasted on predetermined positions on the
Further, the operation panel 14B shown in the second modified example of FIG. 10 is provided when a plurality of switch groups of the
In the second modification as well, the first to third identification parts 23a to 23c are configured as seals in the same manner as described above, and the predetermined parts on the operation panel 14B or the first to
Further, the operation panel 14C shown in the third modified example of FIG. 11 is provided when, for example, a plurality of switch groups of the

Further, the
Further, the remote

Here, it is assumed that the operator has performed a replacement operation of the
In this case, the operator connects a setting device to the
Thereby, even when the
Moreover, when the switch function as a variable switch is assigned to the
Therefore, according to the first embodiment, even when the
Further, since the switch function as a variable switch can be assigned to the

FIGS. 14 to 19 relate to a second embodiment of the remote control monitoring terminal of the present invention, and FIG. 14 shows a circuit configuration of a touch processing unit and its peripheral part constituting the main part of the second embodiment. FIG. 15 is a block diagram showing a specific configuration of the touch substrate of FIG. 14 and an explanatory diagram for explaining the characteristics of the pressure detection level corresponding to each detected operation unit, and FIG. FIG. 17 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the operation when re-operation is performed when the error detection time range of FIG. 16 is exceeded, and FIG. FIG. 19 is a flowchart showing a modified example of the control operation example and corresponding to the case where the same operation unit is operated again.
The monitoring terminal for remote control according to the second embodiment is configured in substantially the same manner as in the first embodiment, but is configured to prevent erroneous operation of the operation unit 22 (notification means, pressure detection level detection).
Such a configuration will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 14, the

The notification means only needs to have a configuration that can be recognized by any one of visual, auditory, and tactile sensations, and may include at least one of them. For example, in the present embodiment, the

Based on the pressure detection level supplied from the pressure
In this case, the
Specifically, the
The threshold SL is not limited to a preset numerical value, and may be a predetermined range of threshold SL having an upper limit SLH and a lower limit SLL that can be changed as appropriate. In addition to being able to be changed as appropriate by the user, the threshold SL may be a well-known function in which the threshold SL in a predetermined range is automatically varied depending on, for example, the environmental conditions and usage conditions of the installation position. .
Further, in the present embodiment, the
The operation state of display or sound reproduction is changed, for example, the display on the display unit is reversed, the two
That is, since the
Next, the configuration of the
FIG. 15A is a simplified cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 15A, the pressure detection
The
That is, when the
Moreover, the press detection
The press detection
FIG. 15A shows a part of the operation panel corresponding to the erroneous operation detection area.
By the way, after operating the
However, the remote control monitoring terminal according to the present embodiment can reliably prevent such an erroneous operation of the
For example, when the operated
In addition, when the
For example, in FIG. 15B, the pressure detection levels corresponding to the
Accordingly, by outputting only the operation signal corresponding to the detection area with the highest pressure detection level, the operation of the operation unit intended by the user can be executed.
However, it is conceivable to operate two operation units at the same time, but in the above method, one of the operations is canceled.
Therefore, the
For example, in FIG. 15D, the
By controlling in this way, the operation of the operation unit unintended by the user can be canceled, and when the user intentionally operates the adjacent detection area, an erroneous operation detection area between the adjacent detection areas Therefore, the operation signal corresponding to both detection areas can be output.
Of course, it is also possible to compare the detected pressure detection level with the threshold value SL, and control the generation and output of the operation signal based on the comparison result.
For example, in FIG. 15C, only the pressure detection level of the
On the other hand, when a plurality of operation units are operated, it is determined whether or not re-operation of the operation unit is performed within a predetermined time range, and if it is within the predetermined time, the operation unit operated later The operation may be canceled.
The predetermined time range is time information stored in the
On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 17, when the operation of the
The error detection time range t0 can be changed and set as appropriate. The time information of the error detection time range t0 is stored in the
In addition, when the detection result from the pressure detection
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the operation signal of the
Next, a control example that is a feature of the control unit of such a remote control monitoring terminal will be described with reference to FIGS.
Now, assume that the user operates a remote control monitoring terminal having an
In the initialization and calibration processing, for example, the setting of the detection area of the
Then, in step S2, the
In the determination process of step S3, the
When a plurality of
In step S <b> 6, the
In the present embodiment, when it is determined in the determination process in step S5 that there is an erroneous operation detection press detection level detected by the erroneous
In this case, in the process of step S16, the
Then, by the process of step S4, the
Then, the
Thereafter, the
In addition, the
Specifically, it is assumed that the user operates a remote control monitoring terminal having an
Then, in step S2, the
In the determination process of step S20, the
When the
In the process of step S21, the
After that, the
Therefore, according to the second embodiment, as described above, the notification unit is controlled by the

(Third embodiment)
20 to 27 relate to the third embodiment of the monitoring terminal for remote control according to the present invention. FIG. 20 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a vertical touch substrate provided with a plurality of electrodes in the vertical direction. 21 is a configuration diagram showing a configuration of a horizontal touch substrate provided with a plurality of electrodes in the horizontal direction, and FIGS. 22 to 27 are configuration diagrams showing a configuration of a horizontal operation panel corresponding to the horizontal touch substrate. 22 is provided with four operation units, FIG. 23 is provided with two operation units, FIG. 24 is provided with three operation units, FIG. 25 is provided with one operation unit, FIG.
In the monitoring terminal for remote control according to the present embodiment, the
First, a configuration of a vertical touch substrate in which a plurality of electrodes are arranged side by side with respect to the
As shown in FIG. 20, the
In this case, in the configuration example illustrated in FIG. 20, twelve
That is, the number of electrodes is set according to the pattern of the
In addition, by providing the
For example, in the case of the
Next, the configuration of the
The
In this case, the
Note that the number of electrodes is set according to the pattern of the
Similarly to the vertical touch substrate, the
In the present embodiment, the
For example, when it is assumed that the
Further, in the case of the
Further, in the case of the
In the case of the
Further, in the case of the
Furthermore, in the case of the
In addition, you may comprise such an operation part 50-55 as an operation surface which can be operated for every gradation for changing the brightness of the lighting fixture connected, for example. Specifically, the operation surface of one operation unit is configured by color-coding in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction for each brightness gradation of the lighting fixture. And the control part 43 (refer FIG. 14) detects that it was operated for every gradation by the electrode of the
As described above, in the monitoring terminal for remote control according to the present embodiment, the
Further, by using the
In other words, in the case of the
Therefore, according to the third embodiment, as described above, by arranging the plurality of electrodes of the
In addition, since the plurality of electrodes of the
(Fourth embodiment)
28 and 29 relate to the fourth embodiment of the monitoring terminal for remote control of the present invention, and FIG. 28 is a flowchart showing an example of basic control operation for dealing with erroneous operation of the operation unit by the control unit of FIG. FIG. 29 is a flowchart showing an example of basic control operation for preventing erroneous operation of the operation unit by the control unit of FIG. The remote control monitoring terminal of the fourth embodiment has the circuit configuration shown in FIG. 14 of the second embodiment, and the fourth embodiment using the circuit configuration shown in FIG. Will be described.
The monitoring
As an example for preventing an erroneous operation of the
When the pre-press priority mode is set, the
For example, another operation unit may be used for a predetermined time after the pressure detection level of the
With this configuration, when the
On the other hand, when the multiple operation enable mode is set, the
Thereby, it is possible to prevent an erroneous operation of the
Note that the switching method between the first-press priority mode and the multi-operation enabled mode is configured to switch using, for example, a long-press operation in which the
In the present embodiment, it is also possible to prevent erroneous operation of the
Specifically, it is assumed that the user operates a remote control monitoring terminal having an
The
Then, in step S2, the
In the determination process of step S30, when the
In this case, if it is determined that the press detection time is within a preset time, the process proceeds to step S31. If it is determined that the pressure detection time is greater than the time, the process proceeds to step S32.
If it is determined that the pressing detection time is within the preset time, the
That is, the
On the other hand, when determining that the press detection time is equal to or longer than the preset time, the
That is, the
After that, the
Therefore, by performing such control, normal operation and erroneous operation of the
It should be noted that as a method for preventing an erroneous operation, it may be combined with the above-described first pressing priority mode.
In this case, when the user's finger is released from the previously pressed
By configuring in this way, it is possible to reliably prevent erroneous operations.
In the present embodiment, in order to prevent an erroneous operation by the plurality of
Now, assume that the user operates a remote control monitoring terminal having an
Then, the
Then, in step S2, the
In the determination process of step S30, the
When a plurality of
In this case, when the two press detection levels are equal to or higher than the preset press detection level and are continuously detected in a state where these values are maintained, the
That is, the
In the present embodiment, when it is determined in step S30 that a plurality of operation units have been pressed, for example, the process may be shifted to step S41.
In this case, in the process of step S41, the
That is, the
The
Then, by the process of step S4, the
Then, the
Thereafter, the
In the above modification, when a slide operation is performed, the operations of all the
In this way, for example, when a
Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, it is possible to prevent erroneous operation of the
By the way, when the
However, when the remote
(Fifth embodiment)
When the remote
Therefore, when the remote
Even if the detection value is once corrected, some noise may be detected by the power supply, an electronic device installed in the surroundings, such as humidity and temperature change with use.
Therefore, when pressure is detected based on whether or not a predetermined threshold value is exceeded, the ratio of the detection level to the noise level (S / N ratio) when operated is changed due to the influence of this noise. There is a risk that it cannot be detected.
Therefore, the remote
Although not shown, this correction means is provided in the
That is, the
In the present embodiment, when the
That is, the user sets the correction priority mode or the operation priority mode in advance by operating the
For example, if the user has previously set the correction priority mode, the
If the user has previously set the operation priority mode, the
Therefore, according to the fifth embodiment, it is possible to stabilize the operation of the remote
