Description
The present invention relates to a motor control device that performs speed control by identifying parameters, and a motor control system.
As a motor controller used in industrial machines (semiconductor manufacturing equipment, machine tools, injection molding machines), etc., identify mechanical system parameters such as total moment of inertia, viscous friction coefficient, steady disturbance torque during actual operation, A technique is known in which this identification result is used for automatic setting of controller parameters such as a speed controller. For example,
In the technique of the UD decomposition algorithm, if the absolute value of the input signal given to the identification calculation is too large, there is a possibility that overflow occurs in the sequential least squares calculation. In particular, fixed-point arithmetic has a low dynamic range of numerical values that can be expressed, and thus has a problem that overflow tends to occur when sequential least squares arithmetic is executed.
As a general solution to such a problem, an attenuator (attenuation gain of more than 0 and less than 1) can be put in the input part of the sequential least squares method, but the attenuation gain is too large (attenuation rate is small). ) And the overflow increases, and if the attenuation gain is too small (the attenuation factor is large), the identification error due to the truncation error of the input signal increases. As another means for solving the problem, there is a simple method for avoiding an overflow by applying a limiter to the calculation result. However, there is a problem that a calculation error due to saturation occurs and the identification accuracy is lowered.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides a motor control device and a motor control system capable of suppressing the occurrence of overflow calculation regardless of the value of the detected motor rotation speed. The task is to do.
In order to solve the above problems, a motor control device of the present invention includes a speed controller that outputs a torque current command value according to a deviation between a detected motor rotation speed value and a motor rotation speed command value, and the torque current command value. And a current controller that generates a control signal for controlling the drive current in accordance with a deviation between a torque current detection value that is a torque current component of the drive current flowing through the motor, and a motor torque value and the rotation speed detection of the motor An auto-tuning unit that automatically adjusts a control parameter of the speed controller using both of the value and a motor control device that controls the motor so that the detected rotational speed value approaches the motor rotational speed command value in the automatic tuning unit inputs a first low-pass filter for inputting the detected rotational speed of the motor, the torque value of the
According to this, since the signal magnitude is attenuated by two multipliers, even if the dynamic range is limited as in fixed-point arithmetic, the occurrence of overflow arithmetic is suppressed when performing identification arithmetic. can do. Further, since the optimum attenuation gain can be set for the detected motor rotation speed value given to the identification calculation, the identification accuracy can be improved. For this reason, the control parameter can be automatically set with high accuracy, and high-performance control can be realized more easily.
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of overflow calculation regardless of the value of the detected motor rotation speed.
(Basic principle)
In order to suppress the occurrence of the overflow calculation even when the sequential least squares calculation is executed, a variable attenuation gain capable of changing the set value with respect to the input signal to the identification calculation is inserted. Furthermore, the value of the variable attenuation gain is set to the maximum value (minimum attenuation rate) that can suppress the occurrence of overflow in the sequential least squares method calculation. As a result, both the minimization of the identification error due to the truncation error of the input signal and the suppression of the occurrence of the overflow calculation are compatible.
D(0)=γI(I:p×pの単位行列、γ:大きな正定数) (9)
Next, a calculation method based on the UD decomposition algorithm of the gain vector k (N) necessary for the calculation of equation (5) will be described with reference to Non-Patent
D (0) = γI (I: p × p unit matrix, γ: large positive constant) (9)
The above is the details of the UD decomposition algorithm. According to this algorithm, the g vector calculated by the expression (11) and the α vector calculated by the expression (13) at the beginning of the identification calculation are very large values. For this reason, when the UD decomposition algorithm is executed with a short arithmetic word length and fixed-point arithmetic, either or both of the g vector and α vector overflow (overflow), and the parameter vector θ ^ (N ) Will not converge to the true value. This will be described in detail below.
αj(N)≧αj−1(N)≧λ>0 (20)
The reason why the g vector and the α vector have large values at the beginning of the identification calculation is that the diagonal element initial value γ of the diagonal matrix D (N) is set to be large in consideration of the convergence to the true value. D (N) is basically related to gradually decreasing. The gradual decrease of D (N) can be derived from the equation (15). Expression (15) expresses the relationship between D (N) and D (N−1) one sample period before, and the coefficient α j−1 (N) / (λα j (N)) on the right side is If it is always less than 1, it can be said that D (N) gradually decreases. Therefore, paying attention to formula (13) for calculating the α vector, α j (N) is a result of adding a value obtained by multiplying α j−1 (N) by the j-th elements of the f vector and the g vector. I understand that there is. On the other hand, the j-th element of the g vector is a value obtained by multiplying the j-th element of the diagonal matrix D (N) by the j-th element of the f vector from the equation (11). From the above, the value of the second item on the right side of equation (13) can be determined as a positive value obtained by multiplying the square value of the jj element of the diagonal matrix D (N) and the j element of the f vector. Therefore, considering equation (12), equation (20) generally holds.
α j (N) ≧ α j−1 (N) ≧ λ> 0 (20)
Considering the equation (20) and λ is a value in the vicinity of 1, α j−1 (N) / (λα j (N)) is a value less than 1. Thus, D (N) exhibits a behavior of gradually decreasing to near 0 starting from a very large initial value γ. For this reason, the g vector calculated using D (N) and the α vector calculated using the g vector have the highest risk of overflow (overflow) at the beginning of identification. On the other hand, if overflow can be avoided at the beginning of identification, the risk of subsequent overflow will decrease as D (N) decreases. Therefore, in the initial stage of identification, in other words, to avoid overflow of the g vector and α vector at the first sampling time (N = 1) of the UD decomposition algorithm, the regression vector Φ * (N) is multiplied by an appropriate attenuation gain. The obtained new regression vector φ (N) is used for the implementation. In the following, first, an equation for calculating the attenuation gain K g for avoiding the overflow of the g vector will be shown together with its basis.
Therefore, first, a regression vector in (29) phi (N), (30) as equation is defined as the damping gain K g a value obtained by multiplying the original regression vector [Phi * a (N). (However, 0 <K g ≦ 1)
| g (1) | max ≦ ov_lim_g (32)
(31) Equation (32) are substituted into equation and solving for damping gain K g (33) is obtained.
α(1)max≦ov_lim_a (44)
Next, a method of suppressing the maximum element α (1) max of the α vector at the time of the first sampling expressed by the equation (41) below a specified value (set to a value less than the overflow value) will be described. Thereby, all the elements of the α vector can be suppressed to a predetermined value or less.
Therefore, first, the regression vector φ (N) in the equation (41) is defined as a value obtained by multiplying the original regression vector Φ * (N) by the attenuation gain K α as in the equation (42). (However, 0 <K α ≦ 1)
α (1) max ≦ ov_lim_a (44)
The (45) equation, the setting range of the attenuation gain K alpha realizing the overflow avoidance of alpha vector. Usually, K alpha a small set too precision loss many occurred regression vector information, the identification accuracy decreases. From this, the equation (46) was set as the optimum Kα calculation equation as the maximum value satisfying the equation (45).

The parameter identifier operation signal generator 23 (IDA) generates the parameter identifier operation signal Id_act using the post-filter motor torque τ MF , and the magnitude of the post-filter motor rotation speed detection value ω MF is a specified value. The automatic gain controller activation signal generator 24 (AGI) generates the automatic gain controller activation signal Agc_act using the parameter identifier activation signal Id_act, and the next time the parameter identifier activation signal Id_act becomes 1. Agc_act = 1 is output only for one sample period, and thereafter Agc_act = 0 is output.
The
τM=J(dωM/dt)+D・ωM (52)
τ M = J (dω M / dt) + D · ω M (52)
It is represented by At this time, the transfer function G RD (s) of the detected motor rotation speed value ω M with respect to the motor torque τ M can be modeled by a rigid body model of the equation (53), where s is a Laplace operator.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the

The discrete system
The automatic gain control unit 32 (AGCI) uses the τ MS (N) and ω MS (N) as input signals only when the automatic gain control unit actuation signal Agc_act = 1, the formulas (61) and (62) Based on the above, the attenuation gain K gα is calculated and output. When Agc_act = 0, the attenuation gain K gα at the previous sample is output.

FIG. 4 is an internal configuration diagram of the automatic gain control unit AGCI. The automatic gain control unit (AGCI) 32 calculates and outputs the attenuation gain K gα based on the equations (61) and (62) only when the parameter identifier operation signal Id_act = 1, and when Id_act = 0 In this case, the function of outputting the attenuation gain K gα at the previous sampling is realized.

The constant 88 is obtained by setting the absolute value ov_lim_g as the diagonal element initial value γ of the D matrix when the maximum absolute value allowed for g 1 (N) and g 2 (N), which will be described later, is set as ov_lim_g. It is a value divided by (γ = d 1 (0) = d 2 (0)). At this time, ov_lim_g is selected to be equal to or less than the maximum value that can be expressed with a sign without overflowing the arithmetic processing device to be mounted. In particular, it is possible to perform control using an inexpensive CPU by selecting the maximum numerical value limited by the number of arithmetic digits for fixed-point arithmetic.

The configuration of the
Sequentially, the processing of this flow is started (S300), and an initial value is set (S301). Specifically, the parameter identifier operation signal Id_act = 0, the identification number counter Id_count = 0, the automatic gain control unit operation signal Agc_act = 0, and the discrete system parameter estimation unit operation signal Pv_actI = 0.

Then, the auto-tuning
If the identification number counter Id_count is less than the specified number of times NC (No), parameter identifier

The above is the flow of a series of processes in the auto tuning unit. Next, the effects brought about by this embodiment will be described using the simulation operation waveforms shown in FIGS.
However, as simulation conditions, J = 5.71 × 10 −5 [kg · m 2 ] is set as the total moment of inertia of the mechanical system including the motor, the connecting shaft, and the drive target load, and D = 1 as the viscous friction coefficient. 0.0 × 10 −3 [N · m / (rad / s)] was set, and T = 8.96 [ms] was set as the sampling period. Therefore, it is known from the relationship between the equations (55) and (56) that a 1 ≈−0.855 and b 0 ≈145 are true values.

As a comparative example, FIG. 17 shows a waveform when identification is performed under the condition that the attenuation gain K gα is fixed to 1. 17A shows a
At this time, in the comparative example in which the attenuation gain K gα is fixed to 1, as can be confirmed by the

Next, the parameter identifier of the 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using FIG. The difference from the
The regression
Discrete system parameter estimator operation signal generator 355 (PVA2) outputs Id_act delayed by one sample as discrete system parameter estimator operation signal Pv_act in order to secure the data preparation time in regression
The automatic gain control unit 352 (AGC2) attenuates based on the equations (61) and (62) only when the regression vector Φ * (N) is used as an input signal and the automatic gain control unit actuation signal Agc_act = 1. The gain K gα is calculated and the calculation result is output. When Agc_act = 0, the attenuation gain K gα at the previous sampling is output.

Then, it is determined whether or not the identification number counter Id_count is equal to or greater than the specified number NC (S414). If it is not equal to or greater than the prescribed number NC (No), it is determined whether or not the magnitude of the post-filter motor rotation speed detection value ω MF is greater than or equal to the prescribed value ω A (S407). In the case of No, the process of S407 is repeated. On the other hand, when the determination result is Yes, the

The above is the flow of a series of processes in the auto-tuning unit. With this, the same effects as in the first embodiment can be exhibited also in the second embodiment shown in FIG.
According to the present embodiment, it is possible to keep the identification accuracy high while suppressing an overflow in the sequential least squares calculation.
