Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition for dry cleaning. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cleaning composition for dry cleaning that is excellent in detergency and anti-recontamination property and can impart antistatic properties and flexibility to an object to be washed.
In recent years, so-called third-generation fluorocarbon solvents based on fluorinated hydrocarbons with low ozone depletion potential and global warming potential have begun to be used for cleaning metal parts and electronic components as a substitute for HCFC solvents. It is also planned to be used as an alternative chlorofluorocarbon solvent for dry cleaning.
However, these third-generation chlorofluorocarbon solvents have a considerably low KB value (kauributanol value) compared to conventional cleaning solvents, and have a very low solubility for organic substances. Since conventional dry cleaning solvents have a large KB value and generally high solubility of organic compounds, the detergent compositions used for addition are mostly cationic surfactants and anions based on hydrocarbons as lipophilic groups. The main component is a surfactant or nonionic surfactant, and it has performances such as detergency, anti-recontamination property, antistatic property and flexibility. However, since third-generation chlorofluorocarbon solvents have a very low solubility for organic substances, most of the various surfactants conventionally used in cleaning compositions for dry cleaning cannot be used.
Examples of the third-generation fluorocarbon solvent include hydrofluoroether solvents such as methyl perfluorobutyl ether and ethyl perfluorobutyl ether. In order to deal with these solvents having a low KB value, a cleaning composition using a fluorosurfactant has been proposed (Patent Document 1). However, fluorinated surfactants are very expensive and are not widely used. In addition to the above-mentioned fluorine-based surfactants, there are nonionic surfactants that are partially soluble in third-generation chlorofluorocarbon solvents with a low KB value. No effect of imparting cleansing power, anti-recontamination power, antistatic properties and flexibility. Therefore, a cleaning composition for dry cleaning that is excellent in cleaning properties and anti-recontamination properties, gives antistatic properties and flexibility to the object to be cleaned, and can be used by adding to a third-generation fluorocarbon solvent. Is required.

The object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning composition for dry cleaning.
