Description

The present invention relates to a bag body opening device for opening a bag mouth portion of a bag body housed in a case body.

Conventionally, for example, an adsorbing means for unwinding the bag mouth portion of the bag body by adsorbing and holding the bag mouth portion of the bag body and lifting it to a position above the opening of the case body, and an elevating means for raising and lowering the adsorbing means There is known an apparatus for unwinding a bag mouth portion provided with (for example, see Patent Document 1).
JP 2007-204048 (page 2-4, FIG. 5)

However, since the above-described conventional apparatus is merely a device that unwinds the bag mouth portion of the bag body, even if the bag mouth portion of the bag body is opened by lifting the suction means, the suction holding by the suction means is released. Then, the bag mouth portion of the bag body closes.

This invention is made in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the bag body opening apparatus which can open the bag mouth part of a bag body in the state by which the opening state of the bag mouth part of a bag body is maintained. .

It is been bag opening device according to Motomeko 1, a bag opening device for opening the bag mouth of the bag body in which a plurality of articles accommodated in the case body is accommodated with an opening, and the lifting body A parallel moving body that moves up and down together with the lifting body, a parallel moving body that moves relative to the lifting body, a suction means provided on the parallel moving body, and a pivoting means provided on the parallel moving body, in one direction. A turn-back means that turns into an action state that protrudes downward from the suction means by rotation, and a non-action state that does not protrude downward from the suction means by turning in the other direction. When the adsorbing means descends and the folding means descends in a non-actuated state, the bag body is adsorbed and held by the adsorbing means, and the adsorbing means adsorbs and holds the bag body based on the ascent of the elevating body. As it rises and before When the folding means rises in the non-actuated state, the bag mouth portion of the bag body is lifted up to a position above the opening of the case body, and the folding means is switched from the non-acting state to the working state. After being inserted into the bag body from the opened bag mouth portion, the suction means moves in parallel based on the parallel movement of the parallel moving body, and the folding means moves in parallel in the operating state, thereby opening the opening. While the bag mouth portion is supported along the inner surface of the case body, the bag mouth portion is expanded larger than the opening portion of the case body, and the suction means descends based on the descending of the elevating body, and the folding means descends in the active state, The expanded bag mouth portion is folded back along the outer surface of the case body.

Been bag opening device according to claim 2 is the bag opening device according to claim 1 Symbol placing, the turned-back means, and spread widely than the opening of the bag mouth portion case member is plastically deformed at least the bag mouth portion The plastically deformed bag mouth portion is folded along the outer surface of the case body, and the bag mouth portion is moved inward from the plastically deformed state.

Bag opening device according to claim 3 is the bag opening device according to claim 1 or 2, in which comprises a static removal means for removing static electricity from the bag mouth portion and fold-back means.

Further, when the bag mouth portion of the bag body is expanded, the folding means is expanded while supporting the bag mouth portion along the inner surface by the parallel movement while the folding means is in an active state, so that the bag body is hardly damaged. Furthermore, when the suction means sucks the bag, the folding means is in an inoperative state in which the folding means does not protrude downward from the suction means, so that the folding means does not interfere with the suction of the suction means.

According to the invention described in claim 2 , the folding means expands at least the bag mouth portion of the bag body and plastically deforms the bag mouth portion that is plastically deformed along the outer surface of the case body. Therefore, the bag mouth part can be easily supported by the folding means, and the bag mouth part can be reliably folded back along the outer surface of the case body.

According to the invention described in claim 3 , since the static electricity can be removed from the bag mouth portion and the folding means by providing the static electricity removing means, it is possible to prevent the bag mouth portion and the folding means from being attracted by static electricity.

According to the invention described in claim 4 , since the bag bag can be stretched along the outer surface of the case body by providing the bag stretching means, the bag bag can be stretched, so that the bag body is accommodated in the bag body. It is possible to prevent the article from being caught on the bag bag when the removed article is taken out.

The configuration of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, for example, a bag opening device 11 installed in a factory or the like opens a bag mouth 15 of a bag 14 housed in a case 13 having an opening 12 that opens. Is.

The bag body opening device 11 includes a frame body 21. The frame 21 is provided with elevating means 22 such as a chain. The elevating means 22 has a gear 23 provided at the upper and lower portions of the column 21b and a chain 24 spanned between the upper and lower gears 23, 23, and a motor for driving the gear 23 and the chain 24. 25 is installed in the lower part of the frame 21.

In addition, a plurality of elevating bodies 26 are attached to the frame body 21 so as to be movable up and down via the elevating means 22, and each of these elevating bodies 26 moves up and down in conjunction with the frame body 21 by driving the chain 24. .

Each lifting body 26 is provided with a moving cylinder 27 as a plurality of driving means. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each moving cylinder 27 has a cylinder body 28 fixed to the elevating body 26 and a rod 29 that goes in and out of the cylinder body 28. A parallel moving body 30 is attached to the tip of the rod 29 and moves up and down together with the elevating body 26 and translates relative to the elevating body 26 by driving the moving cylinder 27.

The parallel moving body 30 is provided with an adsorption member 33 via a suction hose 32. Further, a folding member 35 is pivotally supported on the parallel moving body 30 via a shaft 31. The adsorbing member 33 and the folding member 35 are lifted and lowered together with the parallel moving body based on the lifting and lowering of the lifting body 26. Further, the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 are moved in parallel with the elevating body 26 together with the parallel moving body 30 by driving the moving cylinder 27.

The suction member 33 includes a vertical suction cylinder portion 36 having an inner peripheral surface formed in a truncated cone shape, and a connection portion 37 connected to the suction hose 32 connected to the upper end portion of the suction cylinder portion 36. Have. The connecting portion 37 is provided with a hole portion 38 that communicates with the internal space of the suction tube portion 36 and has a smaller diameter than the internal space of the suction tube portion 36.

A plurality of, for example, four adsorption members 33 constitute the adsorption means 16. The suction means 16 lifts the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 to a position above the opening portion 12 of the case body 13 while the bag body 14 is sucked and held to open the bag mouth portion 15.

A rotating cylinder 39 as a driving means is attached to the parallel moving body 30 via a shaft 40 so as to be rotatable. The rotating cylinder 39 has a cylinder main body 41 pivotally supported by the parallel moving body 30 and a rod 42 that goes in and out of the cylinder main body 41. Is pivotally supported via a shaft 43.

As shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, the folding member 35 projects downward from the suction member 33 of the suction means 16 by turning in one direction by driving the turning cylinder 39. Further, when the rotation cylinder 39 is driven to rotate in the other direction, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4, the suction means 16 does not protrude downward from the suction member 33.

The folding member 35 is inserted into the bag body 14 from the bag mouth portion 15 that is lifted and opened by the suction means 16, and is opened in the case body 13 while supporting the bag mouth portion 15 along the inner surface by parallel translation to the outside. After expanding larger than the portion 12, the expanded bag mouth portion 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13 by descending.

The folding member 35 includes a first rod portion 44 rotatably attached to the parallel moving body 30 and the rotation cylinder 39, and a second rod portion 45 provided substantially orthogonal to the tip of the first rod portion 44. And have. The first rod portion 44 has a linear rod shape, and the second rod portion 45 has a shape in which two rod members 45a and 45b are connected in a substantially orthogonal shape.

The folding means 17 is constituted by a plurality of, for example, four folding members 35. The folding means 17 widens the bag mouth 15 that is lifted and opened by the suction means 16 larger than the opening 12 of the case body 13, and folds the widened bag mouth 15 along the outer surface of the case body 13.

Further, when the folding means 17 expands the bag body 14, the folding means 17 uses the four folding members 35 to open the bag mouth portion 15 until it becomes a rectangular shape larger than the rectangular opening portion 12 of the case body 13. spread.

Here, for example, when the folding means 17 is constituted by four folding members 35, the folding members 35 are arranged so as to correspond to the corners of the four corners of the rectangular case body 13, and the second rod portion On the extension of each of the two substantially orthogonal bar members 45a and 45b, the second bar portion 45 of the other folding member 35 constituting the folding means 17 is located.

In this way, the folding member 35 having the second rod portion 45 to which the rod members 45a and 45b are connected substantially orthogonally is arranged so as to correspond to the four corners of the case body 13, whereby the bag mouth portion 15 is Even when the bag mouth portion 15 is easily hooked at a portion corresponding to the corner of the outer surface of the case body 13, the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is more easily folded along the outer surface of the case body 13. This is preferable.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the case body 13 has a box shape having an opening 12, and is arranged so that the opening 12 faces upward. The box-shaped case body 13 is foldable at the side surface, and when the case body 13 is not used, the side surface portion is folded to be miniaturized and stored.

The bag body 14 has a bag shape having an open bag mouth portion 15 and is formed of, for example, a synthetic resin or the like, and its shape is freely deformed. The bag body 14 stores articles such as parts, for example, and is stored in the case body 13 in a state where the peripheral edge of the bag mouth portion 15 is overlapped and closed.

The guide frame 47 is provided with transport means 48 such as a conveyor. The transport means 48 transports the case body 13 storing the bag body 14 on a pallet 49, for example.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when the case body 13 is transported by the transport means 48, the opening 12 of the case body 13 is covered with a lid so that foreign matter such as dust does not enter the case body 13. Covered by body 50.

Then, before the opening operation of the bag body 14 by the bag body opening device 11, the lid body 50 is removed from the case body 13 by the lid body removing device 51. The lid 50 removed by the lid removing device 51 is loaded on the movable rack 52.

Further, after opening the bag body 14 by the bag body opening device 11, the article is taken out and the empty bag body 14 is extracted from the case body 13, and the case body 13 from which the bag body 14 has been extracted is It is transported by the transport means 48 in a state where the part is folded. Also, the lid 50 loaded on the rack 52 is moved from the rack 52 to the lid transport device 53, and is transported to the position where the lid support 54 is provided by the lid transport means 53, and this lid support Supported by the tool 54. Then, the support state of the lid body 50 by the lid body support tool 54 is released, and the lid body 50 is covered with the opening 12 of the case body 13 in a state in which the side surface portion is folded. The case body 13 covered with the lid 50 is raised to the temporary placement place above the conveying means 48 by the lifting device 55 while being placed on the pallet 49, and the temporary support 56 is inserted into the pallet 49. Temporarily placed. Similarly, when the other case body 13 is raised to the temporary place by the lifting device 55, the temporary support 56 is removed from the pallet 49 of the case body 13 that has already been temporarily placed, and the pallet of the case body 13 that has been raised afterwards. Temporary support tool 56 is inserted into 49 and temporarily placed in a state where case body 13 is stacked. When three case bodies 13 are stacked, the temporary support 56 is removed from the pallet 49, lowered onto the transport means 48 by the lifting device 55, and transported to the storage location.

Next, a method for opening the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 accommodated in the case body 13 by the bag body opening device 11 will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, in the case body 13, a bag body 14 containing a plurality of articles such as parts (not shown) is stored with the bag mouth portion 15 closed. .

When opening the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 accommodated in the case body 13, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the motor 25 is driven to lower the elevating body 26. The suction member 33 of the suction means 16 is lowered toward the inside of the case body 13 based on the lowering of the elevating body 26, and the folding member 35 of the folding means 17 is lowered in a non-actuated state. As the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 are lowered as described above, the bag body 14 in the case body 13 is sucked and held by the suction member 33. As long as the adsorbing member 33 is adsorbed to the bag body 14, the adsorbing portion may be any portion of the bag body 14.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the state where the adsorbing member 33 is adsorbed to the bag body 14, the motor 25 is driven to raise the elevating body 26. Based on the raising of the elevating body 26, the adsorbing member 33 rises while the bag body 14 is adsorbed and held, and the folding member 35 rises while not acting. As the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 are lifted in this way, the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is lifted to a position above the opening portion 12 of the case body 13 and opened.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, in a state where the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is lifted and opened by the adsorbing member 33, the turning cylinder 39 is driven and the folding member 35 is turned in one direction so that The folded member 35 is inserted into the bag body 14 from the opened bag mouth 15 by switching to the operating state.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, after the folding member 35 is inserted into the bag body 14, the moving cylinder 27 is driven to translate the parallel moving body 30 outward. Based on the parallel movement of the parallel moving body 30, the suction member 33 moves in parallel, and the folding member 35 moves in parallel in the operating state. Thus, the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 move in parallel, so that the opened bag mouth 15 is larger than the rectangular opening 12 of the case body 13 while being supported by the folding member 35 along the inner surface. It is expanded until it becomes rectangular.

Next, as shown in FIG. 13, in the state where the folding member 35 is expanded while supporting the bag mouth portion 15 along the inner surface thereof, the motor 25 is driven to lower the elevating body 26. The adsorbing member 33 descends based on the descending of the elevating body 26, and the folding member 35 descends while being in the operating state. As the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 descend in this way, the expanded bag mouth portion 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 14, the bag mouth part 15 is folded back as much as possible to extend the bag formed in the bag body 14, and the articles contained in the bag body 14 can be used as other case bodies, When taking out to facilities etc., since the articles accommodated in the bag body 14 can be prevented from being caught by the bag, it is preferable.

Next, as shown in FIG. 15, when the bag mouth 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13, the motor 25 is driven to raise the elevating body 26. The adsorbing member 33 and the folding member 35 are raised based on the raising of the elevating body 26, and the support state of the bag mouth portion 15 by the folding member 35 is released. Since the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13, the bag mouth portion 15 is maintained in the open state even when the support state by the folding member 35 is released.

As shown in FIG. 16, for example, the case body 13 is inverted using another device or the like, and the articles accommodated in the bag body 14 are taken out by a transport means such as a belt conveyor. It is conveyed to.

Then, according to the bag body opening device 11, the bag mouth portion 15 lifted and opened by the suction means 16 is expanded larger than the opening portion 12 of the case body 13, and the expanded bag mouth portion 15 is formed on the outer surface of the case body 13. Accordingly, the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 can be opened in a state where the opening state of the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is maintained. Therefore, the article can be easily taken out by inverting the case body 13 as it is, for example, with another device.

In addition, since the folding means 17 can be rotated between the action state and the action state, when the suction means 16 sucks the bag body 14, the folding means 17 is brought into a non-action state, whereby the folding means 17 Does not protrude downward from the suction means 16, so there is no possibility that the suction of the suction means 16 will be hindered.

Further, when the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 is expanded, the folding means 17 is put into an active state so that the folding means 17 is expanded while supporting the bag mouth portion 15 along the inner surface thereof. The bag mouth portion 15 is not supported only by the portion, and the bag body 14 is not easily damaged.

Further, the folding means 17 expands the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 with the four folding members 35 until it becomes a rectangular shape larger than the rectangular opening portion 12 of the case body 13, so that the bag mouth portion 15 as a whole is cased. It can be easily folded along the outer surface of the body 13.

Further, the folding member 35 has a first rod portion 44 and a second rod portion 45 provided substantially orthogonally at the tip of the first rod portion 44 and having two rod members 45a and 45b connected substantially orthogonally. Accordingly, the folding member 35 can easily correspond to the corner portion of the outer surface of the rectangular case body 13, and the bag mouth portion 15 can be folded back along the outer surface of the case body 13 more reliably.

The opening operation of the bag mouth portion 15 of the bag body 14 accommodated in the case body 13 by the bag body opening device 11 may be performed as follows.

When the bag opening 15 is expanded while being supported by the folding member 35, the bag opening 15 supported by the folding member 35 is expanded larger than the opening 12 and the bag opening 15 is plastically deformed as shown in FIG. Let

Next, in the state where the bag mouth portion 15 is plastically deformed, the motor 25 is driven to lower the elevating body 26. As shown in FIG. 18, the folding member 35 is lowered while the raising and lowering body 26 is lowered, and the folding means 17 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13 by the folding means 17.

As described above, when the bag mouth portion 15 is expanded and plastically deformed by the folding means 17, the bag mouth portion 15 is easily supported by the tension of the folding means 17, so the bag mouth portion 15 is Easy to fold along 13 outer surfaces. Here, when plastically deforming the bag mouth part 15, as long as at least the bag mouth part 15 is plastically deformed, the other part together with the bag mouth part 15 may be plastically deformed.

As shown in FIG. 19, after the bag mouth 15 is folded back along the outer surface of the case body 13, the moving cylinder 27 is driven to translate the parallel moving body 30 inward, and the folding member 35 is moved inward. Let That is, the folding means 17 moves inward from the state in which the bag mouth portion 15 is plastically deformed. Accordingly, the tension of the bag mouth portion 15 by the folding means 17 is reduced, and the support state of the bag mouth portion 15 by the folding member 35 is released. When the support state of the bag mouth portion 15 by the folding member 35 is released, when the folding member 35 is lifted, the folded bag mouth portion 15 is unlikely to rise together with the folding member 35, and only the folding member 35 is easily raised. .

Then, according to such opening work, the bag mouth portion 15 is expanded and plastically deformed by the folding means 17, the plastically deformed bag mouth portion 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13, and the folding member 35 is formed. By moving the bag mouth portion 15 inward from the plastically deformed state, the support state of the bag mouth portion 15 by the folding member 35 can be switched reliably. Therefore, the bag mouth portion 15 can be reliably folded back by the folding member 35.

In the first embodiment, the frame body 21 is provided with the plurality of lifting bodies 26. However, the frame body 21 may be provided with one lifting body 26.

In addition, although a plurality of moving cylinders 27 are attached to the lifting body 26, a configuration in which one moving cylinder 27 is attached to the lifting body 26 is also possible.

Although the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 are attached to the parallel moving body 30 and the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 move simultaneously with the movement of the parallel moving body 30, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration. For example, the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 may be attached to different parallel moving bodies 30, and the suction member 33 and the folding member 35 may move separately.

Further, the adsorbing means 16 is not limited to the configuration having a plurality of adsorbing members 33, and may be configured to have one adsorbing member 33. In addition, when providing the some adsorption | suction member 33, the number can be set suitably.

Furthermore, the folding means 17 is not limited to a configuration having a plurality of folding members 35, and the folding means 17 has a single folding member 35 as long as the bag mouth 15 can be folded along the outer surface of the case body 13. It may be. In addition, when providing the several folding member 35, the number is not limited to four, It can set suitably.

The case body 13 is formed in a box shape with a flat outer surface, so that the bag mouth portion 15 can be easily folded back along the outer surface of the case body 13 and the folded state can be easily maintained when the bag mouth portion 15 is folded back. Therefore, a box shape is normally assumed, but the case body 13 is not limited to a box shape.

In addition, by making the side surface portion of the case body 13 foldable, the side surface portion can be folded and stored in a smaller size when not in use, which can save space in the storage space, but the side surface portion can be folded. The configuration is not limited.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 20 and FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action same as said embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, a folding member 57 is pivotally supported on the parallel moving body 30 via a shaft 58.

In addition, a rotating cylinder 39 is fixed to the moving cylinder 27 by a fixing member 59. The rotating cylinder 39 has a cylinder body 41 fixed to the moving cylinder 27 and a rod 42 that enters and exits the cylinder body 41. A folding member 57 is rotated at the tip of the rod 42 via a shaft 60. It is pivotally supported.

The folding member 57 is in a state of projecting downward from the suction member 33 of the suction means 16 as shown by a solid line in FIG. 20 by turning in one direction by driving the turning cylinder 39. Further, the rotation in the other direction by the driving of the rotation cylinder 39 results in a non-operating state that does not protrude downward from the suction member 33 of the suction means 16 as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG.

The folding member 57 is provided with a shaft 61 at an intermediate portion, and a straight bar-like opening arm 62 is provided at a tip portion so as to be rotatable via the shaft 61.

Since the opening arm 62 is rotatable about the shaft 61, the folding member 57 corresponds to the bag body 14 whose shape is freely deformed by rotating the opening arm 62 and adjusting the inclination angle. This makes it easier to fold back the bag mouth 15 along the outer surface of the case body 13 more reliably.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure and effect | action same as said embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 22, a guide portion 64 is provided on the column 21 b of the frame body 21 of the bag opening device 11, and an elevating body 65 is provided on the guide portion 64 so as to be movable up and down along the guide portion 64. It has been.

The elevating body 65 includes a motor which is a driving means (not shown), and the elevating body 65 moves up and down along the guide portion 64 by driving the motor (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 24, a rotating arm 66 is attached to the elevating body 65 via a motor 67 that is a driving means, and a parallel moving body 69 is a driving means on the rotating arm 66. It is attached via a motor 68.

Then, as shown by a solid line and a two-dot chain line in FIG. 22, the rotation arm 66 is rotated by the driving of the motors 67 and 68, and the parallel moving body 69 is moved in parallel.

A suction hose 32 to which a suction member 33 is connected is attached to the parallel moving body 69.

Further, a support member 70 is rotatably attached to the parallel moving body 69 via a shaft 71, and a linear bar-like folding member 72 is fixed to the support member 70 by a fixing member 73.

Further, the shaft 71 is connected to a motor which is a driving means (not shown), and the folding member 72 is indicated by a solid line in FIG. 23 by the rotation of the supporting member 70 and the folding member 72 in one direction by driving of the motor. The working state is such that the suction means 16 protrudes downward from the suction member 33. Further, the folding member 72 does not protrude downward from the suction member 33 of the suction means 16 indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 23 due to the rotation of the support member 70 and the folding member 72 in the other direction by driving a motor (not shown). Inactive state.

Thus, a motor (not shown) is provided in the lifting body 65 as a driving means for moving the lifting body 65 up and down, and motors 67 and 68 as driving means for moving the suction member 33 and the folding member 72 in parallel are provided in the rotating arm 66. By adopting a configuration in which a motor (not shown) is connected to the shaft 71 as a driving means for rotating the folding member 72, the suction member 33 and the folding member 72 can be operated by electric control, so that it is easier than using a cylinder as the driving means. Can be controlled. Furthermore, by using a motor as a driving means, the equipment can be easily miniaturized, and the bag opening device 11 can be installed in various places.

In the third embodiment, one lifting arm 66 is attached to each lifting body 65, but a plurality of turning arms 66 may be provided to each lifting body 26.

Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure and effect | action same as said embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 25, a fixing base 74 is fixed to the column 21c of the frame body 21 on both sides with respect to the traveling direction of the case body 13 in the bag body opening device 11. The fixing base 74 is provided with a static electricity removing means 75 for removing static electricity from the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding means 17 and a blower 34 for the suction means 16.

The static electricity removing means 75 is provided with a support member 76 fixed to a fixed base 74 and a rotary actuator 77 as a drive means attached to the tip of the support member 76. The rotary actuator 77 is provided with an ion generator 78 such as an ionizer that generates and discharges positive ions and negative ions. The ion generator 78 is rotated in the horizontal direction with respect to the fixed base 74 and the support member 76 by driving the rotary actuator 77. Then, ions are released toward the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 while rotating, and static electricity generated in the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding means 17 is removed.

When the static electricity removing work is performed by the static electricity removing means 75, first, as shown in FIG. 26, the ion generating apparatus is rotated while rotating toward the bag mouth portion 15 that is attracted to and lifted by the suction means 16 as the suction means 16 rises. 78 releases ions. The discharged ions remove static electricity generated in the bag mouth portion 15. Here, the ion generator 78 discharges ions toward the inner surface of the bag mouth portion 15 facing the surface of the bag mouth portion 15 located on the front side of the ion generator 78. Then, as the suction means 16 and the bag mouth portion 15 rise, ions are released toward the outer surface of the bag mouth portion 15 located on the near side, and the static electricity in the bag mouth portion 15 is removed.

Further, when the folding member 72 is switched from the non-operating state to the working state and the bag mouth portion 15 is expanded, static electricity is generated in the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 due to friction between the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72. To do. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 27, when the bag mouth portion 15 is expanded and folded back by the folding member 72, ions are released toward the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 by the ion generator 78, and the bag mouth portion. 15 and static electricity generated on the folding member 72 is removed. Here, the static electricity removing means 75 first releases ions toward the outer surface of the front bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72. Then, as the folding member 72 descends, that is, as the bag mouth portion 15 is folded by the folding member 72, ions are released toward the inner surface of the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 located on the opposite side, The static electricity of the folding member 72 is removed.

Here, the bag body 14 is generally made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl, and the bag body 14 is charged by friction with the case body 13 or the folding member 72 to generate static electricity. easy. When static electricity occurs, the bag body 14 and the folding member 72 are adsorbed by static electricity, and when the folding member 72 is raised after the folding work, the bag mouth 15 adsorbed together with the folding member 72 rises and turns up. There is a fear. Further, foreign matter such as dust or dirt may be adsorbed on the bag body 14 and the folding member 72 due to static electricity, and this foreign matter may be mixed into the bag body 14.

Therefore, since the bag opening device 11 includes the static electricity removing means 75, static electricity generated in the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 can be removed, so that the bag mouth portion 15 and the folding member 72 can be prevented from being attracted by static electricity. . Therefore, the folded state of the bag body 14 can be reliably maintained without the bag mouth portion 15 turning up as the folding member 72 rises after the folding operation. In addition, foreign matter is hardly attracted to the bag body 14 and the folding means 17 due to static electricity, and foreign matter can be prevented from being mixed into the bag body 14.

Further, the frame body 21 is provided with heel-stretching means 80 for extending the heel of the bag body 14 with the bag mouth portion 15 folded back along the outer surface of the case body 13. The kneading / stretching means 80 is formed of a moving member 82 that is movable with respect to the frame body 21 by a moving device 81 and a contact member 83 that is attached to the moving member 82 and is brought into contact with and separated from the bag body 14. .

The moving device 81 is provided with an elevating cylinder 84 as driving means installed on the installation surface of the frame body 21, and a substantially rectangular support member 85 is connected to the elevating cylinder 84. Further, the support member 85 is provided with a moving cylinder 86 for moving the moving member 82 in the horizontal direction.

The elevating cylinder 84 has a cylinder main body 87 installed on the installation surface of the frame body 21 and a rod 88 that goes in and out of the cylinder main body 87, and a support member 85 is connected to the tip of the rod 88. Further, a guide member 89 installed on the installation surface of the frame body 21 is connected to the surface of the support member 85 to which the elevation cylinder 84 is connected, and the support member 85 is driven by the elevation cylinder 84 to 21 moves up and down along the guide member 89. Further, an auxiliary member 90 that supports the lowered support member 85 is provided on the surface of the support member 85 to which the lift cylinder 84 is connected. On the other hand, a moving cylinder 86 is provided on the surface of the support member 85 opposite to the lifting cylinder 84. The moving cylinder 86 has a cylinder main body 91 attached to the support member 85 and a rod (not shown) that goes in and out of the cylinder main body 91, and a moving member 82 is connected to the tip of the rod.

The moving member 82 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and the length in the longitudinal direction is equal to the length in the width direction of the side surface portion of the case body 13. Further, at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the surface on the opposite side of the moving cylinder 86 in the moving member 82, a contact member formed of a material that is liable to generate friction against the bag body 14, such as a sponge, for example. 83 is provided.

28. First, as shown in FIG. 28, the movement of the bag body 14 by the bag extending means 80 is performed by driving the moving cylinder 86 and moving the moving member 82 toward the case body 13 in the horizontal direction. By this movement, the contact member 83 comes into contact with the bag body 14 in a state where the bag mouth portion 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13.

Next, as shown in FIG. 29, the elevating cylinder 84 is driven to lower the support member 76 and the moving member 82. When the moving member 82 is lowered, friction is generated between the bag 14 and the contact member 83. By this friction, the contact member 83 descends so as to pull the bag body 14, and the ridge formed on the bag body 14 is extended.

Then, as shown in FIG. 30, in the state where the bag 14 is stretched, the case body 13 is reversed using, for example, another device, and the article accommodated in the bag body 14 is transferred to a belt conveyor or the like. Take out to the transport means.

Here, the bag body 14 in which the bag mouth portion 15 is folded along the outer surface of the case body 13 is formed with a ridge when the bag mouth portion 15 is folded, for example. When the bag is formed, when the article stored in the bag body 14 is taken out to a conveying means such as a belt conveyor, the article may be caught on the bag and difficult to take out.

Therefore, the bag opening device 11 includes the heel-stretching means 80 so that the heel of the bag body 14 with the bag mouth portion 15 folded back along the outer surface of the case body 13 is stretched by the heel-stretching means 80. Therefore, the article can be prevented from being caught on the bag 14 when the article is taken out. Therefore, it is easy to take out the article from the bag body 14.

In the fourth embodiment, the static electricity removing means 75 is configured such that the ion generator 78 can be rotated by the rotary actuator 77, but discharges ions toward the bag mouth 15 and the folding member 72. As long as the static electricity can be removed, the ion generator 78 may be configured not to rotate.

Although the moving member 82 has two contact members 83, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration, and the number of contact members 83 can be set as appropriate. Further, the contact member 83 may be provided on the entire surface of the moving member 82 opposite to the moving cylinder 86. Furthermore, the configuration is not limited to the configuration in which the contact member 83 made of a material such as a sponge is provided. For example, a roller member is provided on the moving member 82, and the roller member is pressed against the bag body 14 and lowered to extend the ridge. Configuration or configuration in which a holding member or suction member is provided on the moving member 82, and the bag mouth portion 15 is sandwiched or adsorbed by the sandwiching member or suction member to lower the bag mouth portion 15 so as to pull the bag mouth portion 15. Etc.

Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure and effect | action same as said embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 31, the parallel moving body 94 is attached to a lifting body (not shown) via a rodless cylinder 95 as a driving means, and is driven against the frame body and the lifting body (not shown) by driving the rodless cylinder 95. It can be translated.

The rodless cylinder 95 includes a rail member 96 having a ball screw (not shown) and a movable body 94 provided to be movable, and a motor 97 as a driving means for rotating the ball screw of the rail member 96. . Then, by rotating the ball screw by driving the motor 97, the parallel moving body 94 moves along the rail member 96 between a position indicated by a solid line and a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG.

The parallel moving body 94 is provided with a cover body 98. Inside the cover body 98, a folding member 99 is pivotally supported via a shaft 100 so as to be rotatable. The folding member 99 includes a rod-like support portion 101 that is pivotally supported by a shaft 100 and a rod-like action portion 103 that is fixed to the support portion 101 by a fixture 102.

In addition, a rotating cylinder 104 is attached to the parallel moving body 94 via a support tool 105. The rotating cylinder 104 includes a cylinder body 106 attached to the parallel moving body 94 via a support 105 and a rod 107 that enters and exits the cylinder body 106. A support 108 that is pivotally supported on the shaft 100 together with the folding member 99 is pivotally supported on the tip portion of the rod 107 via a shaft 109.

Further, a hose cover body 110 is fixed to the parallel moving body 94 by a fixture 111. A suction hose 32 is provided inside the hose cover body 110, and a suction member 33 is connected to the tip of the suction hose 32 exposed from the hose cover body 110.

Then, the folding member 99 is switched to an operation state indicated by a solid line or a non-action state indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 31 by rotation in one direction or the other direction by driving of the rotation cylinder 104. The suction hose 32 and the suction member 33 move together with the parallel moving body 94.

In this way, the parallel body 94 is horizontally moved by driving the rodless cylinder 95, and the folding member 99 is rotated by driving the rotating cylinder 104. It can be formed, and the equipment can be easily downsized. Therefore, the bag body opening device 11 can be installed in various places.
