Description
The present invention relates to a pressure receiving device for an anchor used for stabilizing a slope such as a natural ground. That is, the present invention relates to an anchor pressure-receiving device that transmits a tensile force acting on an anchor member composed of a rock bolt, an PC curtain wire, a PC steel strand, an uncurtain dong using a deformed PC steel rod or the like to the ground side.
Incidentally, in order to reinforce the function as a pressure receiving device in the prior art, there is a method of filling heavy objects such as mortar, crushed stone, gravel, etc. into the cage structure, On the other hand, there is another problem that not only the filling of the vegetation base material into the cage structure but also the workability is lowered. Furthermore, in the case of a bowl-shaped structure, not only is the structure complicated and laborious processing is required, but also the weight increases and the construction handling is cumbersome, resulting in high costs. .
The present invention has been developed in view of the above-described conventional technical situation, and the rigidity required for the pressure receiving function can be easily obtained based on a simpler configuration, and the workability can be improved by reducing the weight. It is an object of the present invention to provide an anchor pressure receiving device that is effective and easy to use and can be used simply as a planar slope stabilization means by combining individual anchor pressure receiving devices.
In order to solve the above-described problem, in the invention of
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) In the present invention, with respect to the arms extending in the radial direction, one upper bar-shaped member installed with an interval in the vertical direction and two lower bar-shaped members spaced apart from each other, and between the upper and lower bar-shaped members Since the frame structure with a triangular cross section consisting of a combination with rod-like interval holding members arranged in a wave shape is adopted, the rigidity of the arm part, that is, the bending rigidity of the arm part having a cantilever shape can be effectively increased. it can. This makes it possible to accurately share the pressure receiving action up to the tip of each arm, and achieves a good pressure receiving function for the entire device without the pressure receiving action being biased to the base of each arm as in the prior art. can do.
(2) In addition, since the adjacent pressure receiving devices can be connected to each other via the end of the upper bar-shaped member formed by one piece located at the top of the framework structure having a triangular cross section , the adjacent anchors Since the straight line alignment state at the connecting part of the pressure receiving devices for use can be easily and accurately determined by visual measurement or the like, the workability when forming the planar slope stabilization means is extremely good, and the pressure receiving for each anchor The apparatus can be simply and accurately arranged in a predetermined positional relationship.
(3) In addition, it is possible to reduce the weight by adopting a frame structure composed of rod-shaped members, and it is easy to hold in a rod shape, which is extremely effective for improving the workability. Therefore, the improvement in the workability of the above (2) and (3), combined with the adjacent pressure receiving devices for anchors on the slope, form a plane slope stabilization means, which is a particularly difficult book. The anchor pressure receiving device according to the present invention is extremely effective in improving workability.
(4) Furthermore, since a frame structure with a triangular cross-section composed of rod-shaped members is adopted, the entanglement of the roots of plants and the like to each component member is good, and the integration of the pressure receiving device and the ground is promoted and natural A beautiful landscape can be maintained more effectively.
The present invention includes an arm portion extending in a radial direction centering on an insertion portion of an anchor member installed in a substantially central portion, and connecting adjacent pressure receiving devices for anchors via these arm portions to form a planar slope As long as it is used as a stabilizing means, it can be widely applied. With regard to the number and arrangement of the arm portions, the cross is provided with four arm portions, the adjacent pressure receiving devices for anchors are connected in a lattice shape, and the Y arm shape is provided with three arm portions, Various forms are possible, such as a form in which adjacent pressure-receiving devices for anchors are connected in a honeycomb shape, or a form in which arm portions are provided on both sides around the insertion part of the anchor member and connected in a straight line. In addition, regarding the connection method of the anchor pressure receiving device according to the present invention, the arms of the adjacent anchor pressure receiving devices may be directly connected to each other, or may be connected with an intermediate member interposed therebetween. Good. In short, as long as it connects the pressure receiving device between the adjacent through at least an end portion of the upper bar-shaped member. Incidentally, as a usage pattern of the anchor pressure receiving device according to the present invention, a configuration in which the adjacent anchor pressure receiving devices are used in an installed state is the most common usage mode, but the anchor in the continuous state is used. It is also possible to form a frame by spraying or placing concrete or mortar on the pressure receiving device . In time and, above with respect to the specific arrangement of the rod of the vertical portion constituting the arms, one upper bar member and spaced two lower bar-shaped member with a triangular cross section consisting of a combination of each other The arrangement form was adopted .
Between the upper and lower bar-shaped members composed of the upper bar-shaped member and the lower bar-shaped member, the bar-shaped interval holding members are disposed in a wave shape to constitute a truss-like frame structure. As for the rod-shaped interval holding member, as described above, the corrugated rod-shaped member bent into a wave shape is used, and the upper rod-shaped member and the lower rod-shaped member are alternately arranged at the folded vertex portion of the corrugated rod-shaped member. It may be connected, or may be sequentially connected in a wave shape to the upper bar member and the lower bar member using a plurality of short linear bar members. Since the arm portion of the pressure receiving device according to the present invention employs a truss-like frame structure, the bending load and shear load acting on each part of the rod-like member are greatly reduced, so the tensile strength of the member In addition, it is possible to effectively utilize the compressive strength and easily obtain a higher rigidity, and it is also effective in reducing the weight and cost of the apparatus. Incidentally, the specific shape of the corrugated rod-like member may be a linear shape that changes in a folding manner at each folded vertex portion, or may change in a curved shape at each folded vertex portion. Of course, the specific inclination angle of the inclined portion of the rod-like interval holding member disposed in a wave shape between the upper and lower rod-like members can be freely set depending on the case. In addition, regarding the end portion on the center portion side of the rod-shaped interval holding member, that is, the insertion portion side of the anchor member, it may be configured such that a downwardly inclined portion comes, or an upwardly inclined portion comes. It may be configured. Furthermore, if the lower rod-shaped members are connected to each other by an appropriate member such as a plate material or a corrugated rod-shaped member, the expansion between the lower rod-shaped members can be easily prevented. In this case, if the lower bar members are connected to each other by a plate material, the pressure receiving function can be improved at the same time. Further, the plate member may partially connect the lower bar-shaped members, but the lower bar-shaped members are integrally extended radially from the lower plate of the central portion corresponding to each arm portion. If it connects with a board | plate material, the whole pressure receiving apparatus can be comprised integrally, and it is effective also in the improvement of pressure receiving strength and workability. The material of the upper and lower bar-like members and the bar-like interval holding member for connecting the bar-like members is not limited to a metal such as steel as long as it has sufficient strength for the pressure receiving function. Alternatively, a synthetic resin or the like is also possible.
FIG. 1 is a construction state diagram showing the installation state of each anchor pressure receiving device according to the present invention in one-side cross section, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged view showing an enlarged central portion thereof. As shown in the figure, each anchor
Therefore, when installing each of the anchor
FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the entirety of an embodiment relating to each anchor pressure receiving device, and FIG. 4 is a front view thereof. 5 is a partially enlarged view showing the
Incidentally, in the said Example, although it comprised so that the part inclined upwards might come to the edge part by the side of the

It is sectional drawing which showed the case where a method frame was formed. As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, the pressure receiving structures arranged in a lattice shape by connecting the
FIG. 11 is a front view showing another embodiment relating to a connecting portion for connecting adjacent arm portions, and FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged view showing an enlarged main portion thereof. As shown in the figure, in this embodiment, a

Next, an excellent pressure receiving function unique to the anchor pressure receiving device according to the present invention will be described based on the experimental results shown in FIGS. In this experiment, the anchor
15 and FIG. 16 are compared, and by comparing the displacement, that is, the manner of deformation that occurs in the central portion of the anchor
