本発明はこうした事情を改善するべく創案されたものであり、簡単な構造で、静かに舞い降りる雪に対しては表示面との出合いをなくし、風雪となって表示面に当たった場合はその自然の風力を利用することで着雪を防止し、視認性且つ安全性の向上のはかれる着雪防止型道路交通標識具を提供することを目的とする。
