Description

The present invention relates to auxiliary glasses for assisting or adding functions such as dimming, polarization, and vision correction to spectacles, and in particular, an attachment device for detachably attaching the auxiliary glasses to a front frame of the spectacles. About.

As this type of mounting device, there are known a structure that is suspended from a spectacle frame or a bridge and a structure that is screwed. Although the mounting device having such a structure has the advantage that the auxiliary spectacles can be securely attached to the spectacle body, the mounting device becomes heavy or feels uncomfortable at the time of wearing and feels tired while being used for a long time. There is a problem of affecting. Furthermore, the mounting device as described above has a problem in that the appearance of the glasses when the auxiliary glasses are worn is impaired.
Therefore, in order to solve such problems of the conventional auxiliary glasses, ones that are attached and detached using a magnet (for example, see Patent Document 1) and those that are attached and detached with a clip (for example, see Patent Document 2) have been proposed. ).
However, the magnets and clips have the disadvantage that the auxiliary glasses are easily detached by impact. In particular, in the flip-up type auxiliary glasses, there is a demand for an attachment device that can smoothly raise the auxiliary glasses and can firmly fix the auxiliary glasses to the glasses.
JP 2004-184427 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-231085

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problem. In the auxiliary glasses having the flip-up mechanism, the auxiliary glasses can be easily attached to and detached from the glasses and can be firmly fixed to the glasses. Another object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary eyeglass attachment device that does not hinder the smooth flip-up operation.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is a mounting device for detachably attaching auxiliary glasses to a front frame of glasses, and a first leg extending along an outer peripheral edge of the auxiliary lens; At least one provided on the first leg, and a locking claw locked to the outer peripheral edge of the front frame of the glasses or the lens; a second leg extending along the inner peripheral edge of the auxiliary lens; A locking claw provided on at least one of the two legs and locked to the front frame of the glasses or the inner peripheral edge of the lens; and a connecting member for connecting the left and right first legs and the second leg; A lens support member that is attached to the connecting member and holds the auxiliary lens, and a deformation absorbing portion that is provided between the base portion of the first leg and the connecting member and absorbs elastic deformation of the first leg. And between the left and right deformation absorbing portions, It includes a shaft support for supporting the supporting member freely the rotating, and the base of the second leg, is positioned between the end portion or the deformation absorbers and the connecting member of the connecting member, wherein At least one of the first leg and the second leg is configured to have a tapered shape with a diameter decreasing toward the tip .
The deformation absorbing portion is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb the bending due to the elastic deformation of the first leg. For example, as described in claim 2, a downward convex curved portion or You may form as a bending part.
According to the above configuration, the auxiliary glasses are firmly fixed to the front frame of the glasses by locking the plurality of locking claws to the front frame and the outer peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge of the lens.

In the present invention, most of the bending due to elastic deformation of the first leg is absorbed by the deformation absorbing portion, and the base portion of the second leg is positioned between the deformation absorbing portion and the connecting member. Therefore, the bending that could not be absorbed by the deformation absorbing portion is canceled out by the bending due to the elastic deformation of the second leg, and the bending of the connecting member can be minimized.
Further, by forming at least one of the first leg and the second leg in a tapered shape with a diameter decreasing toward the tip, the influence of the bending on the connecting member can be reduced.
According to the present invention, since the bending of the connecting member when the auxiliary glasses are attached to the front frame of the glasses can be reduced, the flip-up type auxiliary glasses having a rotating shaft on the connecting member as described in claim 3. In this case, there is an effect that the smooth jump-up operation is not impaired.

According to the auxiliary eyeglass attachment device of the present invention, the auxiliary eyeglasses can be easily attached to and detached from the eyeglasses, and can be firmly fixed to the eyeglasses. Further, particularly in the auxiliary glasses having the flip-up mechanism, since the bending of the connecting member provided with the rotation shaft can be reduced, the smooth flip-up operation of the auxiliary glasses is not impaired.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of an auxiliary eyeglass attachment device, and is a perspective view for explaining the relationship between the eyeglass main body to which the auxiliary eyeglass is attached and the auxiliary eyeglass, and FIG. 2 is a plan view for explaining the details of the attachment device. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged plan view for explaining the operation of the attachment device.
First, referring to FIG. 1, a description will be given of glasses 2 to which auxiliary glasses 1 of this embodiment are detachably attached.
The half-rim glasses 2 include a front frame 21 to which the auxiliary glasses 1 are attached, left and right lenses 25 and 25 held by the front frame 21, hinges 23 and 23 provided at both ends of the front frame 21, and the hinges 23. , 23, temples 22, 22 that are foldably attached to the front frame 21, and left and right nose pads 28, 28 provided between the lenses 25, 25.
The illustrated glasses 2 are examples of glasses to which the mounting device of the present invention can be applied, and the mounting device of the present invention can also be applied to other types of glasses such as rimless glasses and full-rim glasses.

The auxiliary glasses 1 have left and right auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 arranged so as to be positioned in front of the left and right lenses 25 and 25. The auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 are generally formed of lenses having functions such as light control, polarization, and vision correction. The auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 are attached and held at both ends of a bar-shaped lens support member 16, and the lens support member 16 is rotatably supported by the connecting member 11 of the attachment device 10.

Next, the configuration of the attachment device 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In FIG. 2, for convenience of explanation, the auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 and the lens support member 16 constituting the auxiliary glasses 1 are not shown.
The attachment device 10 can be formed of an elastic resin material such as engineering plastic such as polyamide (PA) or polycarbonate (PC). The attachment device 10 has a first leg 12 extending in a semicircular arc from the both ends thereof along the outer peripheral edge of the auxiliary lens 15 around the connecting member 11 and a semicircular arc shape extending along the inner peripheral edge of the auxiliary lens 15. And a second leg 13 extending in the direction.

The first leg 12 has two claws 12a that are hooked on the front frame 21 and / or the periphery of the lens 25 at two positions on the front end side and the base portion (closer to the connecting member) on the rear side (opposite to the auxiliary lens 15). Side). Further, the second leg 12 is formed with two claws 13a similar to the claws 12a arranged on the tip side.
The first leg 12 and the second leg 13 do not transmit the elastic deformation to the connecting member 11 as much as possible when the claws 12a and 13a are engaged with the front frame 21 of the spectacles 2 and the periphery of the lens 25. In order to achieve this, it is preferable to form a tapered shape whose diameter decreases from the base to the tip.

In the center of the connecting member 11, a pair of shaft support portions 11 a and 11 a are erected facing the front side (the same side as the auxiliary lens 15). The shaft support portions 11a and 11a are formed with through holes on the same axis, and both ends of a shaft (not shown) attached to the lens support member 16 are fitted. With this configuration, the auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 can rotate together with the lens support member 16 with the shaft as a fulcrum, and a press-fit type in which the shaft is press-fitted into the through-hole or an external tooth formed around the shaft. By adopting a known format such as a format in which the inner teeth formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole are engaged, it is possible to hold the auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 at an arbitrary flip-up position.

When the auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 are provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the attachment device 10, in order to make the rotation of the auxiliary lenses 15 and 15 smooth, when the auxiliary glasses 1 are attached to the glasses 1, the connecting member 11. It is preferable that deformation such as bending does not occur.
Therefore, in the mounting device 10 of the present invention, the elastic deformation of the first leg 12 is prevented from being transmitted to the connecting member 11 as much as possible between the base portion of the first leg 12 and the end A of the connecting member 11. The downward convex bent or curved deformation absorbing portion 14 is formed. Of course, the shape of the deformation absorbing portion 14 is not limited to the above as long as it has the same function while ensuring the elasticity of the first leg 12 necessary for mounting to a certain level or more. For example, it may be a U shape, a waveform, a semicircular arc shape, or other shapes, and may be an upward convex shape as well as a downward convex shape as illustrated.

The second leg 13 is formed such that its base portion is located at the same position as the end portion A of the connecting member 11 or between the end portion A and the deformation absorbing portion 14. In the illustrated example, the base is provided at the same position as the end A. The base part of the second leg 13 is provided at such a position so that when the first leg 12a is elastically deformed, the bending that could not be absorbed by the deformation absorbing part 14 is canceled out as much as possible. This is because the upward bending of the end portion A of 11 is suppressed. That is, in the attachment device 10 of the present invention, due to the synergistic effect of the deformation absorbing portion 14 and the second leg 13, the bending of the connecting member 11 when the auxiliary spectacles 1 are attached to the front frame 21 of the spectacles is almost eliminated. Can do.

Next, the operation of the mounting apparatus 10 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 shows how the first leg 12 and the second leg 13 are deformed when the auxiliary glasses 1 are attached to the front frame 21 of the glasses 2.
When the auxiliary glasses 1 are attached to the front frame 21, the first leg 12 and the second leg 13 are elastically deformed in a direction away from each other, and the claws 12 a and 13 a are moved to the outer periphery of the front frame 21 and the lens 25. Hang on. In FIG. 3, the first leg 12 and the second leg 13 before deformation are indicated by phantom lines (two-dot chain lines).
The deformation of the first leg 12 is larger on the tapered distal end side and smaller on the base side. Further, the base of the first leg 12 is deformed with the deformation absorbing portion 14 as a fulcrum, but the bending or bending of the deformation absorbing portion 14 suppresses vertical deflection in the deformation absorbing portion 14. Become.
The elastic deformation of the second leg 13 causes a force to act on the end A of the connecting member 11 in the push-down direction, but the force in the push-up direction by the first leg 12 transmitted through the deformation absorbing portion 14 and the push-down are applied. By balancing the directional force, the deflection generated at the end A can be made almost zero.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described, the present invention is not limited to the above description.
For example, in the above description, the attachment device 10 has been described as being formed of an elastic resin material such as engineering plastic, but may be formed of an elastic metal material such as stainless steel or titanium. Further, for example, the connecting member can be made of resin, and the first and second legs can be made of metal.
Furthermore, in the auxiliary glasses that do not include the flip-up mechanism, the lens support member 16 and the connecting member 11 are not necessarily configured separately, and an auxiliary lens is attached to both ends of the connecting member 11, and the connecting member 11 serves as the lens supporting member. It may be configured to function.
Further, the arrangement position and number of the claws 12a and 13a are not limited to those described above, and one or three or more nails may be provided on the first leg 12 or the second leg 13 in an appropriate arrangement. .

The present invention can be suitably applied to auxiliary glasses that can be attached to and detached from all types of glasses, such as full rim, half rim, and rimless. The present invention can also be applied to auxiliary glasses that do not include a flip-up mechanism.
