Description

The present invention relates to a container, and particularly to a container that is easy to handle.

When placed on a horizontal surface, the container in which the contents of liquid (including viscous ones) are placed has an approximately oval horizontal cross section, which is long in the vertical direction and vertically upward from the bottom in front view. Once the width has been gradually increased, the shape has become narrowed (see, for example, Patent Document 1), or a horizontal cross section as shown in FIG. 8 is formed on the substantially regular hexagonal lower portion 91 in the circumferential direction. A vertically long shape in which a cylindrical upper portion 93 is formed across a small groove 92 is widely known.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-173123 (FIG. 1, FIG. 2, etc.)

When the contents put in the container are foods, they are often stored in a refrigerator. When the container with the contents is taken out of the refrigerator and touched with the outside air having moisture, the surface of the container may be condensed. Since the surface of the container becomes slippery due to condensation, the container having the shape as described above sometimes slips from the palm.

An object of this invention is to provide the container which is easy to handle in view of the above-mentioned subject.

In order to achieve the above object, a container according to the first aspect of the present invention is a container 10 having an opening 18h formed on the upper end surface when placed on a horizontal plane HP as shown in FIG. A seat portion 13 having a bottom surface portion 11 that is in stable contact with the horizontal plane HP and a cylindrical portion 12 that is connected to the bottom surface portion 11 and extends in the vertical direction. 3 (b)), the seat portion 13 formed in a substantially hexagonal shape in which the side 12fs of the front side FS and the side 12bs opposed to the front side FS are longer than the other four sides 12rf, 12rb, 12uf, 12ub; A constricted portion 15 connected to the portion 13 and extending vertically upward, wherein the constricted portion 15 is formed in a constricted portion 16 in a front view and is not formed in a side view (for example, see FIG. 2); Connected vertically and stretched vertically upward A neck portion 19 having a horizontal section (see, for example, FIG. 5) that converges from an ellipse to a circle as it moves away from the neck portion 15; The maximum width WL below the constriction 16 is formed larger than the maximum width WH; the constricted portion 15 includes a substantially flat plane band 15pf (15pb) formed on the front surface and the back surface, and a plane band 15pf (15pb). Side bands 15tf (15tb) formed on both side surfaces RS and US, with side bands 15tf (15tb) formed with corners 15c in the vertical direction between the flat bands 15pf (15pb), The horizontal cross section (see, for example, FIG. 4B) of the portion having both the flat belt 15pf (15pb) and the side belt 15tf (15tb) is formed in a hexagonal shape as a whole, and the angle 15c continuous in the vertical direction is entirely formed. The flat band 15pf (15pb) is formed so that the side of the mouth-and-neck portion 19 is recessed from the outside of the flat band 15pf (15pb), Both side belts 15tf (15tb) are formed such that the side surface RS, US and the side of the mouth and neck portion 19 are recessed from the outside of the side belt 15tf (15tb), and each recess 15d is formed in series. Here, “the opening is formed” is a concept including not only the case where the opening is already formed in the container but also that the opening is scheduled to be formed in the future. In addition, “stable contact” typically refers to contact so that the container can stand on its own. The “outside of the flat band” is a part adjacent to the flat band not including the flat band, and the “outside of the side band” is a part adjacent to the side band not including the side band.

With this configuration, the constricted part fits the palm of the hand and is easy to grip the container, and the maximum width on the bottom side is larger than the constricted part, so it is hard to drop even if the container is gripped and turned upside down. Since the flat band is formed, the contact area with the hand when the container is gripped can be increased as compared with the case where the container is formed on the curved surface, so that the container is easy to handle. In addition, since the horizontal cross section of the seat portion is formed in a substantially hexagonal shape, the connection from the seat portion to the flat belt is smooth, and the hollow is formed in the flat belt and the side belt so that the horizontal cross section is elliptical. The formed mouth-neck part can be distinguished from the flat band and the side band, and each role can be effectively exhibited. In addition, since the horizontal cross section close | similar to the constriction part of a mouth neck part is formed in the ellipse, the reduction | decrease of the filling capacity | capacitance of the content can be suppressed.

Further, the container according to the second aspect of the present invention is such that, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, in the container 10 according to the first aspect of the present invention, the front surface 15pf and the rear surface 15pb of the constricted portion 15 approach each other. It is configured to be elastically deformed when being deformed.

If comprised in this way, in the normal use aspect, the original form which is easy to hold | grip can be maintained. In addition, combined with the formation of a flat band at the constricted portion, it is possible to reduce the pressing force for taking out the contents from the opening.

In addition, the container according to the third aspect of the present invention is the container according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention described above, for example, as shown in FIG. It is configured to be sealed with a bag portion 21 formed integrally.

If comprised in this way, it will become possible to avoid exposing the inside of a container to external air until just before the contents are filled, and it becomes possible to keep the inside of a container hygienic.

In addition, the container according to the fourth aspect of the present invention covers, for example, the opening 18h in the container according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present invention as shown in FIG. The lid 22 or the inner plug is attached by fitting or screwing.

If comprised in this way, it will become a container which is easy to remove a lid | cover or an inside stopper from a container, and is easy to fill with the contents.

According to the present invention, the constricted part fits the palm easily to grip the container, and since the maximum width on the bottom side is larger than the constricted part, it is difficult to drop even if the container is gripped and turned upside down. Since the flat band is formed, the contact area with the hand when the container is grasped can be increased as compared with the case where the container is formed on the curved surface. Therefore, the container is easy to handle.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or similar members are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.

First, with reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the container 10 which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 1 is a front view of the container 10, and FIG. 2 is a right side view of the container 10. The container 10 appears in the rear view as in the front view, and appears in the left side view as in the right side view. That is, the back contour is the same as the front contour, and the left side contour is the same as the right side contour. The container 10 shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2 has shown the state mounted in the horizontal surface HP, and the state which mounted the container 10 in the horizontal surface HP is assumed unless there is particular notice in the following description. In the present embodiment, the container 10 is formed of a laminate in which different types of synthetic resins are laminated. Although the shape of the container 10 will be mainly described below, for convenience of explanation, the integrally formed container 10 includes a seat portion 13 having a bottom surface portion 11 in contact with the horizontal plane HP and a constricted portion located immediately above the seat portion 13. 15 and the mouth-and-neck portion 19 positioned immediately above the constricted portion 15 will be roughly described.

The seat 13 will be described with reference to the bottom view shown in FIG. 3A and the IIIB-IIIB sectional view in FIG. 1 relating to the seat 13 shown in FIG. 3B together with FIGS. To do. The seat portion 13 includes a bottom surface portion 11 and a cylindrical portion 12 extending vertically upward from the bottom surface portion 11. The bottom surface part 11 is formed in a substantially hexagonal shape. The “substantially hexagonal shape” mentioned here is a shape that can be recognized as a hexagonal shape when the sides are not straight or when there is no corner between adjacent sides. The substantially hexagonal shape forming the bottom surface portion 11 is such that the front side (FS) side 11fs and the back side (BS) side 11bs opposed in parallel to each other are formed in the same length, and these two sides 11fs, A total of four of the two sides 11uf, 11ub that connect 11bs on the left side (US) and the two sides 11rf, 11rb that connect on the right side (RS) are the same length and shorter than the side 11fs. ing.

The bottom surface portion 11 includes a peripheral bottom portion 11e including a portion in contact with the horizontal plane HP and having a width along a substantially hexagonal outer periphery, and a concave portion 11d recessed inside the container 10 is formed inside the peripheral bottom portion 11e. Has been. The width of the peripheral bottom portion 11e is preferably, for example, about 1/6 to 1/4 of the length of the short axis of the hexagon (in other words, the shortest distance between the side 11fs and the side 11bs parallel to each other). The peripheral bottom portion 11e having such a width is connected in an annular shape along the outer periphery of the substantially hexagonal bottom surface portion 11. Further, since the recess 11d is formed, it is possible to prevent the lack of stability due to the central portion of the bottom surface portion 11 expanding outside the container 10 for some reason, and thus the container 10 is mounted on the horizontal plane HP. The stability when placed can be increased. The bottom surface portion 11 is connected to the cylindrical portion 12 from the entire outer edge of the peripheral bottom portion 11e, and a portion where the peripheral bottom portion 11e and the cylindrical portion 12 are connected (the peripheral bottom portion 11e extending horizontally and the cylindrical portion 12 extending in the vertical direction). The part that is connected to) is rounded. Therefore, the rounded portion of the outer edge of the peripheral bottom portion 11e does not contact the horizontal plane HP. In other words, the portion that contacts the horizontal plane HP is a part of the peripheral bottom portion 11e.

As described above, the cylindrical portion 12 is connected to the entire outer edge of the peripheral bottom portion 11e, and extends vertically upward from the peripheral bottom portion 11e. The cylindrical part 12 is formed in a substantially hexagonal horizontal cross section. The "substantially hexagonal shape" here is a shape that can be recognized as a hexagonal shape when viewed as a whole, even if the sides are not straight or rounded with no corners appearing between adjacent sides. It is a concept that includes what can be recognized as a hexagon when overviewed. The substantially hexagonal shape that appears in the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical portion 12 is such that the front side (FS) front side 12fs and the back side (BS) back side 12bs facing in parallel are formed to have the same length. . A total of four of the two sides 12uf, 12ub connecting the front side 12fs and the back side 12bs on the left side (US) and the two sides 12rf, 12rb connecting on the right side (RS) have the same length. It is shorter than the front side 12fs and the back side 12bs. The cylindrical portion 12 extends upward with substantially the same width when viewed from the front, and is formed so that there is no change in width when viewed from the side. The length of the cylindrical portion 12 in the vertical direction is preferably about 1/3 to 3/3 of the length of the short axis of the substantially hexagonal horizontal section.

Next, the IVA-IVA cross-sectional view in FIG. 1 related to the connecting portion of the constricted portion 15 to the seat portion 13 shown in FIG. 4A and the IVB-IVB in FIG. 1 related to the constricted portion 15 shown in FIG. The constricted portion 15 will be described with reference to the cross-sectional views in conjunction with FIGS. 1 and 2. The constricted portion 15 is connected to the tubular portion 12 and extends vertically upward from the tubular portion 12. The portion where the constricted portion 15 is connected to the cylindrical portion 12 is connected over the entire circumference in the horizontal cross section of the portion. The constricted portion 15 is formed so that the width in the front view (see FIG. 1) gradually increases after gradually decreasing from the lower side to the upper side. In other words, the constriction 16 is formed in the outline of the constricted portion 15 in a front view. On the other hand, the constricted portion 15 is not formed with a constriction in the outline in a side view (see FIG. 2). Since the constriction in the side view is not formed, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the volume of the contents that can be filled. When the neck 16 is focused on one side, and the horizontal distance between the bottom of the valley of the constricted portion 15 and the top of the mountain is about 2 mm to 12 mm, the belly (base) portion of the thumb is This is suitable for fitting the constriction 16. The horizontal distance between the bottom of the valley of the constricted portion 15 and the top of the mountain may be 5 mm or 8 mm.

The constricted portion 15 has a horizontal section that is generally hexagonal (see FIG. 4). The generally hexagonal shape that appears in the horizontal section of the constricted portion 15 is such that the front side (FS) front side 15fs and the back side (BS) back side 15bs facing in parallel with each other are formed in the same length. The front side 15fs and the back side 15bs are connected by two sides 15uf and 15ub on the left side (US), and are connected by two sides 15rf and 15rb on the right side (RS). A total of four sides 15uf, 15ub, 15rf, and 15rb connecting the front side 15fs and the back side 15bs are formed to have the same length. The horizontal section (see FIG. 4A) of the connection portion of the constricted portion 15 with the seat portion 13 is formed in a substantially hexagonal shape, and the substantially hexagonal front side 15fs and back side 15bs of this portion are the other parts. Are formed longer than each of the four sides 15uf, 15ub, 15rf, and 15rb.

The constricted portion 15 is formed with a front plane band 15pf as a plane band which is a substantially flat surface on at least a part of a surface formed by connecting the front sides 15fs in the vertical direction. The front plane belt 15pf is formed in a belt shape that is long in the vertical direction. Front side bands 15tf as side bands are connected to both sides of the front plane band 15pf formed in a band shape via corners 15c. The corner 15c is continuous in the vertical direction. The corner 15c corresponds to a corner where the front side 15fs and the side 15rf meet and a corner where the front side 15fs and the side 15uf meet. The corner 15c may be rounded. In the region where the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf are combined, both sides and the upper portion of the combined region are partitioned from the periphery thereof via a recess 15d. The appearance of the recess 15d is formed in a horseshoe shape in the present embodiment. The recess 15d in the present embodiment has an upper portion (mouth neck portion 19 side) in the front plane belt 15pf portion, and a side surface and upper portion (mouth neck portion 19) on the opposite side to the front flat belt 15pf in the front side belt portion 15tf. Side). A region including the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf with the series of depressions 15d as a boundary is recessed with a step inside the container 10 from the periphery (outside). The lower part (the seat portion 13 side) of the region including the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf is smoothly connected to the periphery (outside) without a depression. In back view, a back plane belt 15pb as a plane belt, a back side belt 15tb as a side belt, a corner 15c, and a recess 15d are formed in the same manner as the corresponding parts in front view.

The horizontal cross section (see FIG. 4B) of the portion having both the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf of the constricted portion 15 is formed in a hexagonal shape as a whole. The term “generally hexagonal” as used here is a shape that can be recognized as a hexagon when viewed as a whole. If the side is not a straight line or has irregularities in the middle of one side, no corners appear between adjacent sides. Even if it is rounded, it is a concept including what can be recognized as a hexagon when viewed roughly. “Overall hexagonal” is a broader concept than “substantially hexagonal” because it includes a case where there is an unevenness in the middle of one side. Further, the above-mentioned “substantially hexagonal” is a generic term for “substantially hexagonal” and “generally hexagonal”. The horizontal cross section of the portion having both the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf also has both the back plane belt 15pb and the back side belt 15tb. The overall hexagonal shape that appears in the horizontal section of the portion having both the front plane band 15pf and the front side band 15tf is such that the front side 15fs is positioned on the front plane band 15pf and the back side 15bs is positioned on the back plane band 15pb. It is supposed to be. The front side 15fs is connected to the side 15uf on the left side (US) via a corner 15c and to the side 15rf on the right side (RS) via a corner 15c. The back side 15bs has a left side (US) connected to the side 15ub via a corner 15c and a right side (RS) connected to the side 15rb via a corner 15c. That is, the corner 15c corresponds to a “generally hexagonal” corner that appears in the horizontal cross section of the portion having both the front plane band 15pf and the front side band 15tf, and between the front plane band 15pf and the front side band 15tf. This also corresponds to the angle that runs in the vertical direction. The same applies to the back side. Part of the side 15uf and the side 15rf on the front side 15fs side also serves as the front side belt 15tf. In the horizontal cross section of the portion having both the front plane belt 15pf and the front side belt 15tf, there is a recess 15d in the middle of each of the side 15uf and the side 15rf. It is supposed to be considered. On the other hand, on the back side (BS), a part of the side 15 ub and side 15 rb connected on both sides of the back side 15 bs also serves as the back side band 15 tb. Although there is a recess 15d in the middle of each of the side 15ub and the side 15rb, it is assumed that it is regarded as one side of the hexagon in the “overall hexagon”. In the present embodiment, the sides of the overall hexagon in the horizontal cross section near the constriction 16 are formed to have substantially the same length.

Next, the VA-VA sectional view in FIG. 1 relating to the mouth and neck portion 19 shown in FIG. 5A and the VB-VB sectional view in FIG. 1 relating to the mouth neck portion 19 shown in FIG. The mouth and neck portion 19 will be described with reference to FIG. The mouth and neck part 19 is connected to the neck part 15 and is connected to the mouth and neck part 17 on the side opposite to the side connected to the neck part 15. The mouth neck part 17 extends vertically upward from the neck part 15. It has a neck screw part 18. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the mouth / cervical torso part 17 is formed in an elliptical shape as shown in FIG. 5 (a), and the upper horizontal section is formed in a circle as shown in FIG. 5 (b). Yes. That is, the mouth-and-neck body portion 17 is formed in an oval shape in the vicinity of the connection portion with the constricted portion 15, and is configured to converge into a circle as it goes upward (as it moves away from the constricted portion 15). ing. Here, “converging from an ellipse to a circle” means that the change from an ellipse to a circle smoothly changes without a step. If it changes smoothly without a step, the rate of change from an elliptical shape to a circular shape does not have to be constant or constant. As shown in FIG. 1, the elliptical shape changes to a circular shape as it goes upward from the connecting portion with the constricted portion 15. It may be formed so that the rate of change to becomes smaller. When the center of a circle or ellipse appearing in a horizontal cross section at an arbitrary position in the height direction of the mouth-and-neck body part 17 (in the case of an ellipse, the center is the intersection of the major axis and the minor axis of the ellipse) It is configured to extend.

The mouth-and-neck screw portion 18 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is provided so that the imaginary axis of this cylinder coincides with the imaginary axis that passes through the center of a circle or ellipse that appears in the horizontal section of the mouth-and-neck body portion 17. . The mouth-and-neck screw portion 18 has a spiral projection 18p formed on the outer peripheral surface. An opening 18h through which contents (not shown) can enter and exit is formed on the upper surface of the mouth-and-neck screw 18 (the end surface opposite to the mouth-and-neck body 17 side of the mouth-and-neck screw 18).

When the container 10 described so far for each part is viewed as a whole, the lower maximum width which is the maximum width below the constriction 16 is higher than the upper maximum width WH which is the maximum width above the constriction 16 in a front view. WL is formed to be larger. When gripping the container 10 filled with the contents, the opening 18h is when the container 10 is slid down from the hand with the container 10 turned upside down (the state where the opening 18h faces downward (see FIG. 6)). Generally, the damage is greater than when it is dropped in a state where it is facing upward (the amount of unintentional discharge of the contents is large). By making the lower maximum width WL larger than the upper maximum width WH, it is possible to prevent the container 10 from falling from the hand while holding the constricted portion 15 and upside down. If the lower maximum width WL is formed to be, for example, about 1.05 to 2.0 times the upper maximum width WH, it can be prevented from falling from the hand, and in particular, about 1.05 to 1.5 times. Is preferred. In addition, the lower limit is preferably about 1.1 times from the viewpoint of preventing falling when the container 10 is held in the opposite direction, and the upper limit is about 1.3 times from the viewpoint of aesthetics, and may be 1.15 times or 1.2 times. You may make it keep the balance of fall prevention and aesthetics as about twice.

The container 10 defines the horizontal surface of the top of the recess 15d as the boundary between the constricted portion 15 and the mouth-and-neck portion 19 (the recess 15d belongs to the constricted portion 15), and the height of the lowermost portion of the recess 15d. A horizontal plane slightly lower than the height (for example, 2 mm to 10 mm below) is defined as the boundary between the constricted portion 15 and the seat portion 13. In the present embodiment, the maximum downward width WL appears at the boundary between the constricted portion 15 and the seat portion 13. Moreover, in this Embodiment, the ratio of the height of the seat part 13, the constricted part 15, and the mouth-and-neck part 19 is formed in 4:15:14 (For example, when the filling capacity of the contents is 300 cc, The height of the seat portion 13 is 20 mm, the height of the constricted portion 15 is 75 mm, and the height of the mouth and neck portion 19 is 70 mm). The container 10 according to the present embodiment is configured so that an adult (BMI value 20 to 25), which is a Japanese standard figure based on BMI, has both sides of the index finger and the thumb between the index finger and the little finger. When holding the middle finger and the thumb so that the constriction 16 is sandwiched between them, the ring finger and the little finger have an upper maximum width WH (when the container 10 is held upside down) or a lower maximum width WH (the opening 18 faces upward to facilitate 10). It is formed in such a size as to come in the case of gripping).

By adopting the shape of the container 10 as described above, even when the surface is wet and slippery, it is difficult to remove and easy to handle. Specifically, since the constriction 16 is formed, it is easy to adapt to the palm when grasped, and a person with weak visual acuity can rely on the sense of touch and grasp at an appropriate position without relying on vision. Further, since the lower maximum width WL is formed larger than the upper maximum width WH in a front view, the lower maximum width WL is in hand when the container 10 is slid in a gripped state (see FIG. 6). It is easy to get caught and it becomes more difficult to drop the container 10. Further, since the lower maximum width WL is formed larger, a sense of stability when the container 10 is placed on the horizontal plane HP is increased. Furthermore, since the flat bands 15pf and 15pb are formed on the front and back surfaces of the container 10, the contact area with the hand when the container 10 is gripped can be increased to increase the frictional force between the hand and the container 10. In addition to being difficult to drop off, the pressing force when pressing the two flat strips 15pf and 15pb in order to take out the contents can be smaller than in the case where the pressing force is formed outwardly. In addition, when the flat strips 15pf and 15pb are formed, the display label for displaying the contents is attached to the front flat strip 15pf and / or the back flat strip 15pb so that the display label can be viewed even when viewed from an oblique direction. It becomes easy to do.

In addition, since the horizontal cross section (refer FIG. 5 (a)) of the part near the constriction part 15 of the mouth neck part 19 is formed in the ellipse, the reduction | decrease of the filling capacity | capacitance of the content can be suppressed. Moreover, since the horizontal cross section of the cylindrical part 12 of the seat part 13 is formed in the substantially hexagonal shape, the connection to the front plane belt | band | zone 15pf and back plane belt | band | zone 15pb of the constricted part 15 can be made smooth. Further, since the depressions 15d are formed on both sides and the upper part of the region including the front plane band 15pf and the front side band 15tf, the lower part of the mouth-and-cervical torso part 17 whose horizontal section is formed in an oval shape and both plane bands 15pf. , 15 pb can be distinguished from each other and each role can be effectively exhibited.

The container 10 is configured by stacking a plurality of synthetic resins. The container 10 is typically formed by multilayer blow molding. As the multilayer blow molding, in particular, direct blow molding can be suitably used. Multi-layer blow molding is a mold in which the container 10 has the outer shape as described above when it is removed from the mold, and is a molten olefin resin, gas barrier resin, adhesive resin in a cylindrical shape. A plurality of selected synthetic resins (or a plurality of the same type may be selected) are stacked in an appropriate order, air is fed into the mold and finally demolded. As the olefin resin, in particular, an ethylene resin or a propylene resin can be preferably used. As the gas barrier resin, in particular, a partially saponified product of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer can be suitably used. As the adhesive resin, in particular, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, or a maleic acid grafted product thereof can be suitably used. Note that it is preferable to apply a lubricant to the innermost surface because the contents can be easily discharged. As the lubricant, a fatty acid ester can be suitably used.

The container 10 has a thickness of the laminated body of the synthetic resin forming the container 10 so as to be elastically deformed when the front plane band 15pf and the back plane band 15pb of the constricted portion 15 are pushed and deformed so as to approach each other. The selection of materials, the order of lamination, etc. may be determined. Here, “elastic deformation” means that the container 10 deformed by applying a pressing force returns to its original shape by removing the pressing force. By being configured in this way, even if the front plane belt 15pf and the back plane belt 15pb are pressed to discharge the contents filled in the container 10 from the opening 18h, the original shape is restored by releasing the pressing force. Therefore, it is possible to maintain an original shape that is easy to grip regardless of the remaining amount of contents. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the laminated body is such that the thickness of the laminated body of the constricted portion 15 of the container 10 is approximately 100 μm to 1000 μm.

The shape of the container 10 shown in FIG. 1 and the like described above is typically the shape in the usage mode in which the contents are filled. In the manufacturing process, the following shapes may be used.
FIG. 7 is a partial front view of a container according to a modified example, (a) is a diagram of a container 10A according to a first modified example, and (b) is a diagram of a container 10B according to a second modified example. In the container 10A, a bag portion 21 is formed on an upper portion of a portion that is to become an opening 18h in the future. The bag portion 21 is formed in the process of blow molding (thus, typically formed of the same material as the container 10), and has a needle-like blowing port for injecting air into the interior during blow molding. It is the part that is plugged in. Since the bag part 21 is formed integrally with the container 10, the inside of the container 10 </ b> A is substantially sealed when the blowing port at the time of blow molding is removed. The container 10A can be prevented from being exposed to the outside air until just before the contents are filled. Therefore, the container 10A is suitable for applications where the container manufacturing location and the content filling location are different. In particular, it is suitable for the contents filled in the container in a cooled state where heat sterilization is difficult. In the container 10A, the bag portion 21 is cut off when the contents are filled, and the cut surface on the container 10 side becomes an opening 18h.

On the other hand, the container 10 </ b> B has a lid 22 that is separate from the container 10 and is screwed or fitted to the mouth-and-neck screw 18. The lid 22 is typically made of a hard synthetic resin by injection molding. The container 10B can prevent the inside of the container 10 from becoming dirty because the lid 22 is attached. Also, since the lid 22 is screwed or fitted, the container 10B can be easily removed from the container 10 and is filled with contents. Can be reduced. In addition, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, you may attach the inner stopper in which the discharge port (smaller than the opening 18h) for discharging the content was formed in the opening 18h of the container 10 (refer FIG. 1).

In the above description, it is assumed that the hexagonal sides as a whole in the horizontal cross section near the constriction 16 are formed to have substantially the same length. However, the widths of the two flat bands 15pf and 15pb are secured to increase the contact area with the hand when the two flat bands 15pf and 15pb are gripped, and the two flat bands 15pf and 15pb are pressed to put out the contents. From the viewpoint of reducing the pressing force, the front side 15fs and the back side 15bs may be formed longer than each of the other four sides 15uf, 15ub, 15rf, 15rb. On the contrary, from the viewpoint of increasing the force (restoring force) for returning to the original shape when the front flat band 15pf and the back flat band 15pb of the container 10 are pressed and elastically deformed, the finger hooking on the front side 15fs and the back side 15bs is performed. From the viewpoint of improving, the front side 15fs and the back side 15bs may be formed shorter than each of the other four sides 15uf, 15ub, 15rf, and 15rb.

In the above description, the upper maximum width WH appears in the constricted portion 15, but may appear at the boundary between the constricted portion 15 and the mouth and neck portion 19, or may appear in the mouth and neck portion 19. Further, although the lower maximum width WL appears at the boundary between the seat portion 13 and the constricted portion 15, it may appear within the constricted portion 15 or may appear at the seat portion 13.
