Description

The present invention relates to a drainage groove unit installed side by side in the longitudinal direction on a road shoulder such as a road or a bridge.

This type of drainage ditch unit is fixed with concrete via a mortar on the shoulder of the bridge (between the road surface of the bridge and the balustrade provided at both ends in the width direction of the road). In this case, the drainage groove units are installed side by side along the longitudinal direction of the road, and function as curbs and drainage grooves (see Patent Document 1). By the way, the bridge girder is supported by receiving portions (abutments) in the longitudinal direction along the road. Since this girder expands and contracts due to changes in temperature, a gap is provided between the girder and the receiving part. At this time, the drainage groove unit provided on the girder side and the drainage groove unit provided on the receiving part side are connected by an elastic member such as a bellows in order to absorb the displacement accompanying the expansion and contraction of the girder. (See Patent Document 2).

The expansion / contraction member used for the drainage groove unit disposed in a bridge or the like is formed of thick rubber in order to enhance durability. However, the elastic member formed of thick rubber has a problem that the amount of expansion / contraction is small. On the other hand, if the elastic member is made of thin rubber in order to increase the amount of expansion / contraction, the durability may decrease. In addition, the elastic member needs to be replaced when it is damaged or when the useful life has elapsed. However, in the conventional drainage groove unit, the fastening member that fastens the elastic member is fixed by concrete or the like. Therefore, when exchanging the expansion / contraction member, a so-called chipping operation for removing surrounding concrete is required, and there is a problem that a lot of man-hours and costs are required.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 06-047926 JP-A-10-237806

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a drainage groove unit in which the expansion / contraction amount of the expansion / contraction member is increased and the expansion / contraction member can be easily replaced.

The drainage groove unit of the present invention includes a water channel forming member having a substantially U-shaped cross section forming a water channel part, a cover part that is detachably mounted from above the water channel forming member, and covers the water channel part, and the water channel formation Provided in the member, formed to protrude from the water channel part , provided between the flange having the expansion and contraction member attaching part at a site protruding to the water channel part side, and the water channel forming member disposed adjacently, a bellows-shaped elastic member for connecting between the respective flanges between the water channel forming members, provided positioned at the water channel side, fastening detachably fastening the elastic member to the elastic member mounting portion of the flange And a member.

According to this invention, the fastening member fastened with an expansion-contraction member is provided in the water channel part side. Therefore, the fastening member can be removed by removing the cover portion that covers the water channel portion. This eliminates the need to remove the surrounding concrete when exchanging the elastic member, thereby reducing the man-hours or cost for replacing the elastic member. Therefore, replacement of the elastic member can be facilitated.

In addition, since the elastic member can be easily replaced, the elastic member can be formed of a thin rubber. Thereby, the expansion-contraction amount of an expansion-contraction member can be enlarged.

Hereinafter, a drainage groove unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drainage groove unit 1 includes a water channel forming member 2, a flange 3, an elastic member 4, a fastening member 5, and a cover portion 6.

As shown in FIG. 2, the water channel forming member 2 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and is open upward. The water channel forming member 2 is disposed on the installation surface 8 that forms the road 7 via a mortar. The water channel forming member 2 includes a bottom plate 12 substantially parallel to the installation surface 8, a front plate 13 rising from the front of the bottom plate 12, that is, an end on the road 7 side, and a rear portion of the bottom plate 12, that is, an end opposite to the front plate 13. The rear plate 14 is raised from the rear side. The water channel forming member 2 is formed, for example, by bending a stainless steel plate, and is subjected to surface treatment by plating or the like.

In the water channel forming member 2, the upper end of the front plate 13 is installed at substantially the same position as the road surface 9. Therefore, the bottom plate 12 of the water channel forming member 2 is positioned below the road surface 9. Rainwater or the like flows in a space surrounded by the bottom plate 12, the front plate 13 and the rear plate 14 of the water channel forming member 2. That is, the bottom plate 12, the front plate 13, and the rear plate 14 of the water channel forming member 2 form a water channel part.

The rear plate 14 of the water channel forming member 2 has a plurality of anchor attachment portions 16 for fixing the water channel forming member 2 on the surface opposite to the water channel portion. An anchor 17 is attached to the anchor attachment portion 16 and is embedded in concrete together with the anchor 17. Further, the front plate 13 has a fixing portion 18 on the road 7 side surface. The fixed part 18 is embedded in concrete. The water channel forming member 2 is fixed to the road 7 by the anchor 17 and the fixing portion 18 being embedded in concrete. The front plate 13 and the rear plate 14 are provided with a plurality of fitting pins 15 on the water channel side.

As shown in FIG. 1, the flange 3 is provided at the end of the water channel forming member 2 in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 3A, the flange 3 is formed in a substantially U shape and is connected to the water channel forming member 2. As shown in FIG. 3B, the flange 3 has a U-shaped cross section, and one end on the water channel side is welded to the water channel forming member 2. The flange 3 has a protective member mounting portion 21 that protrudes to the opposite side of the water channel portion, and a telescopic member mounting portion 22 that protrudes from the protective member mounting portion 21 to the water channel portion side. Each of the protection member attachment portion 21 and the elastic member attachment portion 22 has a plurality of screw holes 23.

As shown in FIG. 1, the elastic member 4 is provided between the water channel forming members 2 disposed adjacent to each other, and constitutes a water channel part. As shown in FIG. 4, the elastic member 4 has a bellows portion 24 and a frame member 25. The bellows portion 24 is formed by sewing a plurality of relatively thin plate-like rubbers. Therefore, the bellows portion 24 is highly flexible. The frame member 25 is attached to both ends of the bellows portion 24 with respect to the expansion / contraction direction. The frame member 25 has substantially the same shape as the expansion / contraction member attachment portion 22 of the flange 3, and has a plurality of female screw holes 26 that are tapped at positions corresponding to the screw holes 23 of the expansion / contraction member attachment portion 22. Have. In the present embodiment, the bellows portion 24 is formed of a relatively thin neoprene rubber of about 0.65 mm, and the frame member 25 is formed of a stainless steel plate.

When the stretchable member 4 is attached to the water channel forming member 2, the front, lower, and rear of the road 7 side are covered with a protective member 27 shown in FIG. The protection member 27 is fixed to the protection member mounting portion 21 of the flange 3. The protection member 27 covers more than half of the expansion / contraction member 4 in the longitudinal direction of the water channel portion at the front, bottom and rear of the expansion / contraction member 4. The protective member 27 prevents contact between the bellows portion 24 and the concrete when the bellows portion 24 hangs down due to the weight of water or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the fastening member 5 fastens the flange 3 and the elastic member 4. The fastening member 5 is composed of a bolt and a washer. The bolt is attached with a washer, passes through the screw hole 23 of the flange 3, and is tightened into the female screw hole 26 of the elastic member 4. Thereby, the fastening member 5 fastens the flange 3 and the elastic member 4. At this time, the elastic member attaching part 22 of the flange 3 protrudes from the protective member attaching part 21 to the water channel part side. Therefore, the fastening member 5 fastens the flange 3 and the elastic member 4 on the water channel side. In order to prevent loosening of the bolt, a nut or the like may be attached to the end portion of the bolt on the elastic member 4 side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cover portion 6 has a substantially S-shaped cross section and is detachably attached to the water channel forming member 2. The cover 6 includes a lower plate 31 that is substantially parallel to the bottom plate 12 of the water channel forming member 2, a vertical plate 32 that rises from the end of the lower plate 31 opposite to the road 7, and a road 7 that extends from the upper end of the vertical plate 32. It has an upper plate 33 extending to the opposite side. The cover 6 is formed, for example, by bending an iron steel plate, and is subjected to surface treatment by plating or the like.

The lower plate 31 has a plurality of fitting grooves 34 in which a part of the end portion on the road 7 side is bent downward and fitted with the fitting pins 15 provided on the front plate 13 of the water channel forming member 2. Yes. Further, the upper plate 33 has a plurality of fitting grooves 34 that are bent downward at the end opposite to the road 7 and fitted with the fitting pins 15 provided on the rear plate 14 of the water channel forming member 2. ing. The lower plate 31, the vertical plate 32, and the upper plate 33 cover the water channel portion formed by the water channel forming member 2. That is, the water channel part is covered with the cover part 6.

The cover 6 has a plurality of openings 35 at the end of the lower plate 31 on the vertical plate 32 side. The opening part 35 penetrates the cover part 6 and connects the water channel part and the outside. Further, the lower plate 31 is positioned slightly below the road surface 9 of the road 7 when the cover portion 6 is attached to the water channel forming member 2. As a result, rainwater that has fallen on the road 7 flows from the road surface 9 into the water channel portion via the opening 35.

The cover part 6 which covers the upper part of the expansion-contraction member 4 has the structure protruded from the edge part of the longitudinal direction of the water channel formation member 2, as shown in FIG. The cover part 61 attached to one water channel forming member 2 has a step protrusion 62 whose protruding part is shifted to the water channel side. Further, the cover portion 63 attached to the other water channel forming member 2 has a protruding portion 64 having no step. The step protrusion 62 and the protrusion 64 cover more than half of the elastic member 4. That is, between the water channel forming members 2 disposed adjacent to each other, the cover portions 61 and 63 overlap with each other. Thereby, the cover parts 61 and 63 can cover the upper part of the expansion / contraction member 4 even when the expansion / contraction member 4 expands with expansion / contraction of a bridge girder, for example. Further, even when the elastic members 4 are contracted, they do not collide with each other. In addition, the cover part 6 attached to the water channel forming member 2 other than the position where the elastic member 4 is provided, that is, between the girder and the receiving part, has a protruding part such as the step protrusion part 62 or the protrusion part 64. Absent.

As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of drainage groove units 1 having the above-described configuration are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the road 7 on a road shoulder such as a bridge. At this time, between the bridge girder and the receiving part, the drainage groove unit 1 provided on the girder side and the drainage groove unit 1 provided on the receiving part side are connected by the elastic member 4. . Thereby, even when the bridge girder expands and contracts due to a change in temperature, the water channel forming member 2 on the girder side and the water channel forming member 2 on the receiving side are always connected by the elastic member 4. Therefore, the drainage groove unit 1 can guide the rainwater that has fallen on the road 7 to a sewer pipe or the like provided outside the bridge.

Moreover, in the drainage groove unit 1, the fastening member 5 fastened with the expansion-contraction member 4 and the flange 3 is provided in the water channel part. Therefore, when exchanging the expansion / contraction member 4, it becomes possible to remove each fastening member 5 provided in the beam side and receiving part side of a bridge by removing the cover part 6. FIG. Therefore, when removing the fastening member 5, it is not necessary to perform a chipping operation for removing concrete, mortar and the like around the water channel forming member 2. The drainage groove unit 1 also has a function as a curb of the road 7 because the cover 6 covers the water channel.

As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fastening member 5 fastens the flange 3 and the elastic member 4 at the water channel. Thereby, it becomes possible to exchange the expansion-contraction member 4 by removing the cover part 6, and do not need the deburring operation | work which removes the surrounding concrete. Therefore, replacement of the elastic member 4 can be facilitated.

The elastic member 4 is formed of a relatively thin rubber. Therefore, the bellows portion 24 is highly flexible. Therefore, the amount of expansion / contraction of the elastic member 4 can be increased. Furthermore, since the flexibility of the elastic member 4 is high, the unevenness of the bellows portion 24 is reduced. Thereby, it can reduce that the flow of rain water, garbage, etc. is obstructed by the unevenness of the bellows portion 24.

The present invention described above is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be applied to various embodiments without departing from the gist thereof.
