Description

The present invention relates to a pressed flower picture and a method for producing a pressed flower picture.

。   2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a method of manufacturing a pressed flower by simply drying a living plant without using newspaper or the like in order to quickly absorb moisture when the pressed flower is manufactured (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

。   Also, as a pressed picture, a window hole is provided on one side of a bag body integrally molded with a film material, and a dried pressed flower placed on a mount is placed in a pressed flower storage bag body formed by adhering a transparent plate to the window hole. There is known one that is stored facing the transparent plate and is sealed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-165202

Here, the most important point in producing a pressed flower picture is how it can express on the pressed flower picture the vivid primary colors at the time when the flowers used as the pressed flower material were collected.

The flower often changes its color or fades when dried, but most of the color change occurs at the end of the drying process.

Also, since flowers and flowers harden as they dry, if they are dried in a bent shape, the leaves and flowers will break or tear even if you try to reshape them, making shaping work difficult. Met.

In addition, the dry pressed flower has a rough surface with an uneven surface, and thus has a drawback that light is irregularly reflected on the rough surface and looks whitish in a frosted glass style and cannot express the natural color of the pressed flower.

。   Therefore, in view of such circumstances, the present inventor can express the primary color at the time when the flowers are collected as vividly as possible and can maintain the primary color for a long period of time. A manufacturing method is proposed (for example, Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-085404).

Furthermore, the present inventor conducted research and development / improvement to further improve the quality of the pressed flower picture, and when producing a pressed flower picture using a dried or semi-dried flower, the dried flower Alternatively, remove the gas that promotes discoloration and fading that occurs over time from the effect of ultraviolet rays or enzymes from semi-dried flowers, thereby preventing the color of the flowers from fading or fading. Thus, the present inventors have found out the importance of doing this, and have come to provide a pressed flower picture and a method for producing a pressed picture that are not easily discolored or faded without being stored in a dark place.

The present invention according to claim 1 arranges a semi-dried flower in a semi-dry state with a moisture content of 50 to 70% on the upper side of the mount on which the adsorbent has been applied to the surface, and dries under the mount. disposed between agent and an oxygen scavenger, sandwiches more and the semi-dry flowers and mount desiccant and oxygen scavenger and transparent hard plate and aluminum foil, adhering the periphery of the transparent hard plate and aluminum foil The semi-dried flowers , backing paper, desiccant, and oxygen scavenger are sealed, and the top surface of the semi-drying flowers is configured to be in a pressure-bonded state to a transparent hard plate , and the backing paper is flexible as a cushion member. A thick non-woven fabric is wound with a fine-woven fabric and an adsorbent is applied to the surface of the non-woven fabric so that the non-woven fabric has high air permeability and water absorption due to flexibility and voids in the non-woven fabric. A sheet-like nonwoven fabric made of 100% wood pulp and thick The fabric is made of thin cotton cloth with fine joints so that pastel can be easily applied, and the adsorbent applied to the surface of the backing is made of talc, which is a flat particle shape made of magnesium hydroxide and silicate. The desiccant is composed of a blended desiccant mainly composed of anhydrous calcium chloride, and further, a semi-dried flower, a mount, a desiccant and an oxygen scavenger are sealed with a transparent hard plate and an aluminum foil. The air in the transparent bag is deaerated by a suction pump .

According to the present invention, a flower that is vividly expressed as a vivid primary color at the time when a flower is collected is prevented by preventing the discoloration and fading caused by the effect of gas that promotes discoloration and fading, caused by the action of ultraviolet rays or enzymes. It is possible to provide a pressed picture that can produce a picture and can maintain its clear primary color semipermanently.

Specifically, by sealing the flower that is the raw material of the pressed flower painting in a dry or semi-dried state with a desiccant and oxygen scavenger, the final stage of the drying of the flower proceeds in an oxygen-free state for drying. Adsorbent that can be delivered and gas that promotes discoloration and fading over time due to the action of ultraviolet rays or enzymes from dried flowers that have become dry or semi-dried. By adsorbing with, it is possible to greatly reduce discoloration.

In addition, since the surface of the semi-drying flower is pressure-bonded with a transparent hard plate, the drying of the semi-drying flower occurs from the back surface of the flower and does not occur from the surface. Therefore, unevenness does not occur on the surface, and the irregular reflection of light is reduced. In other words, the unevenness of the surface of the semi-drying flower is flattened as much as possible, the diffuse reflection of light is reduced, the light penetrates and reflects inside the flower, the color of the flower is transparent, and the deep natural world There is an effect that can show the same color as the fresh flowers. The flowers dried by various drying methods have irregularities on the surface at the time of drying, so there is no vivid effect as in the case of semi-dry pressed flowers, but there is an air layer between the transparent hard board and the dried flowers. Since there is no bending of light caused by the presence of the air layer, the color of the flower has an effect of deepening.

In addition, since the surface of the mount is coated with a colored adsorbent mixed with a pigment in the adsorbent, the color of the mount can be adjusted appropriately according to the type of plant (flowering plant). The beauty of the picture can be emphasized more.

The present invention makes it possible to reduce as much as possible the discoloration and fading of the flowers that tend to occur during the drying process, and even when the flowers are processed into a pressed picture, the primary colors at the time of collection of the flowers can be expressed. I am doing so.

[2. (When using semi-dry plants)
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the manufacturing process of the pressed picture according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the pressed picture according to the present embodiment holds the collected flowers with water absorbent paper and pressurizes them. The adsorbent or the adsorbent is mixed with pigment on the semi-drying step S21 in which the moisture content is about 50 to 70% and the surface of the mount on which the flowers that have been semi-dried in the semi-drying step S21 are placed. A painting step S22 for applying a colored adsorbent, and a painting of the flowers and flowers that have been semi-dried in the semi-drying step S21 on the mount on which the adsorbent or the colored adsorbent has been applied in the application step S22. The placement step S23 to be placed and the mount on which the flowers are placed in the placement step S23 are sandwiched between moisture-proof sheets such as a transparent hard plate and aluminum foil together with a desiccant and an oxygen scavenger, and the periphery thereof Glue and seal The sealing step S24 for sucking and discharging the internal air by the vacuum suction pump, and the dried plant flower in which the semi-dried plant flower sealed in the sealing step S24 is dried in anoxic state and the semi-dried plant flower is in a dried state. Is produced through an adsorption step S25 in which a gas that promotes discoloration and fading generated from the above is adsorbed by an adsorbent or a colored adsorbent.

About each process S11-S15 and each process S21-S25 mentioned above, since a process is substantially the same, it is explained in full detail below.

First, the drying step S11 will be described. The drying step S11 is a step of producing dried flowers by drying the collected flowers by various drying methods.

And semi-drying process S21 is demonstrated. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing a semi-drying method of a collected flower in the manufacturing process of the pressed picture 30 according to the present embodiment.

As semi-drying step S21, as shown in FIG. 1, after collecting flowers 50 used as pressed flowers in Noyama etc., it is sandwiched by a water absorbent 51 formed by bundling several to tens of sheets of water supply paper such as rough paper. To do. And the thin plate 52 is arrange | positioned at the both sides of the water absorption body 51, and this peripheral surface is strongly bound and fixed with a string body etc. As shown in FIG. 1, the flower 50 can be used according to preference, such as mainly a flower with a leaf, a stem, or a branch, or mainly a leaf.

Relatively small flowers and the like tend to shrink and shrink, and the original beautiful shape of the flowers is likely to be damaged. By doing so, the collected flowers 50 are prevented from shrinking and shrinking, and the natural nature of the flowers. Can hold a beautiful shape.

Although not shown, even if several dozen water absorbing bodies 51 are superposed, thin plates 52 are disposed on both sides thereof, and one side end of these is sewn or the like to form an integrated flower sandwich body. Good. By forming such an integrated flower-clamping body, the collected flower can be easily clamped.

Then, a weight of 3 to 10 kg, preferably about 5 kg, is placed on the water absorbing paper or a thin plate while the flowers are sandwiched with the water absorbing paper, and the room temperature is preferably about 25 to about 4 to 10 hours. Hold. In addition, conditions such as the weight of the weight, room temperature, and pressurizing time are appropriately adjusted depending on the kind of flowers to be sandwiched, weather, humidity, and the like.

By holding in such a pressurized state, the flower 50 is formed in the semi-dry flower 31b that has shifted to a semi-dry state having a moisture content of about 50 to 70%.

In addition, it is difficult to correct the posture of the flower in a state where the drying is completely completed, but the semi-dry flower 31b that is in a semi-dry state has a beautiful appearance even when the petals and leaves are broken or bent. A pressed flower picture can be formed in a corrected state.

Next, as the coating step S12 or the coating step S22, an adsorbent or a pigment is added to the adsorbent on the surface of the mount 32 for placing the dried flower 31 made dry or the semi-dry flower 31b made semi-dry. Apply a colored adsorbent mixed and colored. By pre-applying before entering the sealing step S14 or the sealing step S24, after deaeration and sealing by the sealing step S14 or sealing step S24 described later, the dried flowers 31 or the semi-dried flowers 31b are further added in the sealed space. Gases that promote discoloration and fading that occur over time from the action of ultraviolet rays or enzymes can be adsorbed by the adsorbent or the colored adsorbent from the dried flowers 31 ′ that have become dry by drying. Fading can be reduced as much as possible.

Further, by applying a colored adsorbent obtained by mixing a pigment to the adsorbent and coloring the adsorbent on the surface of the mount, the color of the mount surface is appropriately adjusted according to the type of the plant (flower), that is, the dry flower 31 or the semi-dry flower 31b. As a result, the appearance of plants (flowers) can be improved, and the beauty of the pressed flower picture can be further improved.

Next, as the placement step S13 or the placement step S23, the dried plant flower 31 or the semi-dried plant flower 31b that has been dried in the drying step S11 or the semi-drying step S21 is applied by the coating step S12 or the coating step S22. It is arranged in a pictorial manner on a mount having cushioning properties to which an adsorbent or a colored adsorbent is applied.

Next, as the sealing step S14 or the sealing step S24, the dried flowers 31 or the semi-dried flowers 31b arranged pictorially on the mount are sandwiched by a moisture-proof sheet such as a transparent hard plate and an aluminum foil 36 together with a desiccant and an oxygen scavenger. After that, the peripheral edge is adhered and sealed, a part of the peripheral part is opened, and the air inside is sucked and discharged by the suction pump P, and finally the part of the open part is sealed while deaeration. .

Next, as the adsorption step S15 or the adsorption step S25, the semi-dried flower 31b accommodated therein is further dried in an oxygen-free state, and the dry flower 31 or the semi-dry flower 31b is generated from the dried flower 31 'in a dry state. A gas that promotes discoloration and fading is adsorbed by an adsorbent or a colored adsorbent. At this time, the surface of the dried flower 31 ′ from which the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31 b has been dried and the transparent hard plate are closely polymerized so as to be in a pressure-bonded state at the time of deaeration.

By adopting such a configuration, the semi-dried plant flower 31b can be gradually dried in anoxic state at the end of dry season in which discoloration tends to occur, and the dried plant flower 31 or the semi-dried plant flower 31b is in a dry state. Since the gas that promotes discoloration and fading generated by the action of ultraviolet rays or enzymes from time to time can be adsorbed from the dried flower 31 ', the discoloration of the flower can be reduced as much as possible, and the flower was collected. It is possible to obtain a pressed flower picture that retains the primary color as vividly as possible, and to maintain this primary color for a longer period of time.

Hereinafter, the pressed-flower picture which concerns on this embodiment is demonstrated, referring drawings. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view schematically showing a cross section of a pressed picture according to the present embodiment, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view schematically showing a mount of the pressed picture according to the present embodiment, and FIG. It is a perspective view of a pressed flower picture concerning an embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pressed flower picture 30 according to the present embodiment is a pictorial arrangement of a dried flower 31 or a semi-dried flower 31 b in a semi-dry state with a moisture content of about 50 to 70% on a mount 32. These are sandwiched between the transparent hard plate 35 and the aluminum foil 36 together with the desiccant 33 and the oxygen scavenger 34, and the periphery thereof is bonded with an adhesive and sealed.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the mount 32 on which the dried flowers 31 or the semi-dried flowers 31b are mounted is formed by winding a thick nonwoven fabric 12 having flexibility as a cushion member with a finely woven cloth body 14. And adsorbent 61 or the like is applied to the surface. Since the mount 32 is formed by winding it with a finely woven cloth body 14, there is an effect that the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62 can be easily applied to the surface of the mount 32. Moreover, when winding and fixing the nonwoven fabric 12 with the cloth body 14, the end of the cloth body 14 is fixed by sticking and locking to the nonwoven fabric 12 with a locking material (not shown) such as an adhesive tape, for example. .

As the nonwoven fabric 12, for example, Kinocloth (registered trademark) can be used. Kinocloth (registered trademark) is a sheet-like non-woven fabric made of 100% wood pulp manufactured by Oji Kinocross Co., Ltd., has a different flexibility from paper and cloth, and has high air permeability and water absorption due to voids in the non-woven fabric. It has sex. From this, it is possible to reliably dry the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b by using the desiccant 33 and the oxygen scavenger 34, and make the primary color at the time when the flower was collected as vivid as possible. You can create a pressed flower picture. Further, another member having a high cushioning property can be used instead of the nonwoven fabric, and for example, a urethane mat or the like can be used.

Since the cloth body 14 is a finely woven cloth body, that is, a cloth body with clogged eyes, the fine joint surely sandwiches the pastel, the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62, so It can be colored without any problems and can have a beautiful finish.

The cloth body 14 can use a loan. The lawn is a thin cotton cloth made of plain weave, one of the three woven fabrics. Since the fine joints securely pinch the pastel, the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62, the mount 32 can be colored without any spots, a beautiful finish can be achieved, and plain weaving is easy to weave It can be made into a pressed flower picture that is inexpensive and has a high-class feeling.

The cloth body 14 can be made of satin, for example. Satin is a smooth and glossy fabric made of satin weave, one of the three woven fabrics. In particular, a cloth (product number: 1085 60s satin) manufactured by Nishimura Co., Ltd., Tokyo may be used. This fabric is made of high-quality yarn, which is made of cotton yarn, in which impurities and short fibers are thoroughly removed, and there is little yarn unevenness, strength, and gloss. Since it is a high-quality cloth with a feeling, the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62 can be securely clamped with fine textured joints, and the mount 32 can be colored without any spots, and furthermore, wrinkles are difficult to disappear. Since it is easy, the design property of a pressed flower picture can be improved more.

By the way, the gist of the present invention is that, by applying the adsorbent 61 or the colored adsorbent 62 to the surface of the mount 32, the dried flower 31 in a dry state or the semi-dried flower 31b in a semi-dried state is in a dry state. The dried grass and flowers 31 ′ adsorbs the adsorbent 61 or the colored adsorbent 62 with a gas that promotes discoloration or fading that occurs over time due to the action of ultraviolet rays or the action of enzymes. Hereinafter, the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62 will be described in detail.

The adsorbent 61 is made of, for example, diatomaceous earth powder. The main component of diatomaceous earth powder is silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ), and its particle size is between 100 μm and 1 mm. Since the diatomaceous earth powder is porous, the gas that promotes discoloration and fading over time from the dried plant flower 31 ′ in which the dried plant flower 31 in a dry state or the semi-dried plant flower 31 b in a semi-dried state becomes dry. Can be efficiently adsorbed, and as a result, discoloration and fading of flowers can be reduced as much as possible.

Further, the adsorbent 61 can also be constituted by talc, for example. Talc is an inorganic powder obtained by finely pulverizing talc and is a mineral powder composed mainly of magnesium hydroxide and silicate. Talc has a low hardness and is soft and has a flat particle shape, and easily adheres to other objects. Since talc has voids between the flat particles, the dried dry flower 31 or the semi-dried semi-dried flower 31b is dried by the action of ultraviolet rays or the action of enzymes from the dried dry flower 31 '. Gas that promotes discoloration and fading generated in an effective manner can be adsorbed efficiently, and as a result, discoloration and fading of flowers can be reduced as much as possible.

Further, the adsorbent 61 can be made of, for example, zeolite powder. Zeolite powder is a general term for aluminosilicates having fine pores in crystals, and is also called zeolite. Since the zeolite powder has micropores in the crystal, it is generated by the action of ultraviolet rays or the action of enzymes from the dried plant flower 31 'in which the dried plant flower 31 or the semi-dried plant flower 31b is dried. A gas that promotes discoloration and fading can be efficiently adsorbed and reacted, and exhibits an effect as a catalyst as well as an adsorbent. As a result, discoloration and fading of the flowers can be reduced as much as possible.

The colored adsorbent 62 is a powder obtained by mixing a pigment with the aforementioned adsorbent 61 (for example, diatomaceous earth powder, talc, zeolite powder, etc.), and the details of the main component and the like are the same as those of the adsorbent 61. The description is omitted. Here, the pigment mixed in the adsorbent 61 and adjusting the color tone will be described.

As the pigment constituting the colored adsorbent 62, for example, powder pigments such as Japanese paints and pastels can be used. The colored adsorbent 62 adjusts its color by adjusting the kind and amount of the pigment mixed in the adsorbent 61 as appropriate, and harmonizes with the color of the semi-dried flower 31b, thereby making the beauty of the pressed flower picture 30 more beautiful. Can be improved.

The most suitable pigment is water-dried paint for Japanese paintings, and the fine joints of the fine cloth body 14 securely sandwich the pigment together with the adsorbent 61, so that the surface of the mount 32 is colored without any spots by the colored adsorbent 62. Can be a beautiful finish. Water-dried paint has very fine particles, has good elongation and can be mixed in any color.

As described above, by applying the adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62 to the mount 32, the ultraviolet rays are placed in the sealed space where the dried flowers 31 'in which the dried flowers 31 or the semi-dried flowers 31b are dried are arranged. The adsorbent 61 and the colored adsorbent 62 adsorb the gas that promotes the discoloration and fading that occurs over time due to the influence of the above, whereby the discoloration and fading of the flowers can be reduced as much as possible. As a result, it is possible to express vivid primary colors at the time when the flowers are collected, and to maintain the primary colors for a long time without storing them in a dark place.

Therefore, for example, even if the pressed picture 30 is displayed in a room where sunlight enters or where sunlight is shining, the pressed picture 30 can enjoy the beauty of the pressed picture 30 over a long period of time without discoloring or fading.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, by providing a plurality of nonwoven fabrics 12 (two in this case) as cushion members in order to improve the cushioning property of the mount 32, the tree branches and flower cores are provided. Even when thick flowers are pressed, these pressed materials are prevented from being damaged by being broken or broken, so that the beautiful shape of the original can be maintained as much as possible. In addition, it is configured to prevent the flowers from contracting and deforming with a certain pressure, and to sufficiently perform the shape retaining function of the flowers.

Moreover, the desiccant 33 sealed together with the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b is a blended desiccant mainly composed of anhydrous calcium chloride.

As the transparent hard plate 35 for sandwiching the dried flowers 31 or the semi-dried flowers 31b from the front side of the pressed flower picture 30, a transparent glass plate, a transparent hard plastic plate or the like is used.

As a method of sealing the mount 32 sandwiching the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b, the peripheral surfaces of the transparent hard plate 35 and the aluminum foil 36 sandwiching the mount 32 are bonded to each other with a solventless adhesive and sealed. The transparent hard plate 35 and the aluminum foil 36 sandwiching the dried plant flower 31 or the semi-dried plant flower 31b are not limited to the above, and the flexible and highly sealable transparent bag body together with the drying agent 33 and the oxygen scavenger 34. There is a method of enclosing and sucking air from the transparent bag body by the suction pump P to deaerate the inside air and seal it.

As described above, when the dried plant flower 31 or the semi-dried plant flower 31b is sealed and then sealed, the sealed internal space is quickly brought into anoxic state by the enclosed oxygen scavenger 34. In such an oxygen-free state, the desiccant 33 allows the drying of the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b to proceed at room temperature, so that the discoloration of the flower is greatly suppressed even at the end of the drying period when the discoloration tends to occur. It is possible to keep the primary colors of flowers as vivid as possible.

Further, the adsorbent 61 or the colored adsorbent 62 preliminarily applied to the surface of the mount 32 causes the action of ultraviolet rays or enzymes from the dried flower 31 'in which the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b is dried. Adsorbs the gas that develops over time due to the action and stays in the above-mentioned sealed internal space and promotes discoloration and fading, so the discoloration of flowers can be greatly suppressed and stored in a dark place. The primary color of the flower can be kept as vivid as possible for a long time.

And if left in such a sealed state for 2 to 3 days, the dried or semi-dried flowers will dry further, and the color of the flowers will not change or fade even during long-term storage. It can be a vivid pressed flower picture.

In addition, this inventor mounted and fixed the pressed flower picture 30 produced with the above procedures and structures outdoors, and performed the exposure test in natural environment (atmosphere, temperature, humidity). One year has passed by exposing the pressed flower picture 30 to direct sunlight in fine weather or raining in rainy weather, but the plant (flower) used in the pressed flower picture 30 has almost no discoloration or fading. It was confirmed that the primary colors can be kept as vivid as possible.

The size of the pressed picture is not limited, and can be formed in various dimensions such as a large-sized pressed picture that is suspended from a wall surface and a postcard-sized pressed picture.

As described above, according to the present invention, the dried flower 31 or the semi-dried flower 31b is used as a raw material for the pressed picture by sealing the dried flower or the semi-dried flower together with the desiccant and the oxygen scavenger. Since it can be gradually dried in an oxygen-free state, it is possible to provide a pressed flower picture that can reliably reduce the discoloration and fading of the flower and keep the primary color of the flower as vivid as possible. In addition, it is easy to color the mount with a pigment such as a dried water paint for Japanese painting, and it is possible to provide a high-quality pressed flower picture with a beautiful finish. Furthermore, since the surface of the flower is pressed in close contact with the transparent hard plate 35, the surface of the flower is flattened as much as possible to prevent diffused reflection of light, and the hue of the whitish surface caused by diffused reflection of light. It is possible to eliminate the discoloration and to display natural flower colors with reduced discoloration and fading of the flowers. In particular, since it is a semi-dried flower, when the transparent hard plate 35 is in close contact with the surface, the surface of the flower is not damaged, and it is easy to flatten by adapting to the transparent hard plate 35. Contributes to the flattening phenomenon.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above.
