Claims (9)
- 患者のラミナに手順を行っている間に、患者のラミナ下硬膜嚢及びラミナ周辺の軟組織構造を保護するデバイスであって、前記ラミナの縦軸に平行に、前記ラミナの近位側に配置され、前記患者のラミナを上層組織と下層組織に分離できるように湾曲した又は角度の付いたリーディング先端を有する、ラミナ下の壁及びラミナ上の壁を具えるデバイスにおいて、前記ラミナ上の壁及び前記ラミナ下の壁がカニューレ状シリンダの一部であり、少なくとも1の外科的ツールを用いて前記ラミナにアクセスして、デバイス、薬剤、又はその他の治療剤を配置でき、前記デバイスが、前記手順を行うために用いられる何らかの外科的器具の破損又は故障から前記患者のラミナ周辺を囲んでいる構造を保護することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 患者のラミナに手順を行っている間に、患者のラミナ下硬膜嚢及びラミナ周辺の軟組織構造を保護するデバイスであって、前記ラミナの縦軸に平行に、前記ラミナの近位側に配置され、前記患者のラミナを上層組織と下層組織に分離できるように湾曲した又は角度の付いたリーディング先端を有する、ラミナ下の壁及びラミナ上の壁を具えるデバイスにおいて、前記ラミナ上の壁及び前記ラミナ下の壁がカニューレ状シリンダの一部であり、少なくとも1の外科的ツールを用いて前記ラミナにアクセスして、デバイス、薬剤、又はその他の治療剤を配置でき、前記デバイスが、クリップを具える前記ラミナのインストルメンテーション又は他の外科的に移植可能なデバイスを収容することを特徴とするデバイス。
- 患者のラミナに手順を行っている間に、患者のラミナ下硬膜嚢及びラミナ周辺の軟組織構造を保護するデバイスであって、前記ラミナの縦軸に平行に、前記ラミナの近位側に配置され、前記患者のラミナを上層組織と下層組織に分離できるように湾曲した又は角度の付いたリーディング先端を有する、ラミナ下の壁及びラミナ上の壁を具えるデバイスにおいて、前記ラミナ上の壁及び前記ラミナ下の壁がカニューレ状シリンダの一部であり、少なくとも1の外科的ツールを用いて前記ラミナにアクセスして、デバイス、薬剤、又はその他の治療剤を配置でき、前記デバイスが、ラミナ内側空隙を介して挿入されることを特徴とするデバイス。
- 患者のラミナに手順を行っている間に、患者のラミナ下硬膜嚢及びラミナ周辺の軟組織構造を保護するデバイスであって、前記ラミナの縦軸に平行に、前記ラミナの近位側に配置され、前記患者のラミナを上層組織と下層組織に分離できるように湾曲した又は角度の付いたリーディング先端を有する、ラミナ下の壁及びラミナ上の壁を具えるデバイスにおいて、前記ラミナ上の壁及び前記ラミナ下の壁がカニューレ状シリンダの一部であり、少なくとも1の外科的ツールを用いて前記ラミナにアクセスして、デバイス、薬剤、又はその他の治療剤を配置でき、前記下及び上のラミナ壁の長さが変わり、前記デバイスの先端が中心脊柱管に進むことを防ぐことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に係るデバイスを用いて片側又は両側で分割される患者のラミナの分割されたいずれかの縁部に配置する外科的に移植可能なデバイスにおいて、当該デバイスが、椎弓截骨術後に、分割された後部脊柱要素が前へ移動又は回転することを防ぐことを特徴とする外科的に移植可能なデバイス
- 請求項5に記載の外科的に移植可能なデバイスにおいて、前記デバイスが、層状骨の切断された縁部の長さを増やして、前記分割された縁部が元の位置に戻ることを防ぐことを特徴とする外科的に移植可能なデバイス。
- 請求項5に記載の外科的に移植可能なデバイスにおいて、前記デバイスが、クリップ留め、圧迫、スライド、又は摩擦のうちの少なくとも1つによって前記分割された骨の縁部に固定されることを特徴とする外科的に移植可能なデバイス。
- 請求項5に記載の外科的に移植可能なデバイスにおいて、前記デバイスが、金属、セラミックス、ポリマ、及び生体吸収性複合材のうちの少なくとも1つでできていることを特徴とする外科的に移植可能なデバイス。
- 請求項5に記載の外科的に移植可能なデバイスにおいて、前記デバイスが、直接可視化法、拡大法、蛍光透視法、CT、超音波、又はMRIガイダンスに基づいて適用可能であることを特徴とする外科的に移植可能なデバイス。
