Description

前記治療トランスデューサに結合され、該治療トランスデューサに血流の前記特定された位置へ集束超音波を送達させるよう操作可能な治療送信機;
を含む。
Claims (16)
- 超音波加熱により末梢血管の血流を減少させる超音波診断治療システムであって:
少なくとも1つの診断トランスデューサ及び少なくとも1つの治療トランスデューサを含み、肢へ取り付けるために設計されたトランスデューサカフ;
前記診断トランスデューサによる超音波の送信を制御し、送信された超音波に応答した血流からのエコー信号を受信するために前記診断トランスデューサに結合されたフロートランシーバ;
血流の位置を特定するために、前記フロートランシーバに結合され、前記エコー信号に反応するフロープロセッサ;
特定された位置のための治療制御信号を生じるために、血流の位置の特定に反応する治療プロセッサ;及び
前記治療トランスデューサに結合され、該治療トランスデューサに血流の前記特定された位置へ集束超音波を送達させるよう操作可能な治療送信機;
を含み、
前記治療送信機が、前記血流の特定された位置にて加熱を生じる強さのレベルの集束超音波を送達させるよう操作可能であり、
前記治療プロセッサが治療制御装置を含み、前記フロープロセッサにより決定された前記管の流速が受け入れられるレベルに落ちるまで、前記治療トランスデューサが血管内に熱を生じるよう前記治療制御装置が作用し、
前記診療トランスデューサがフローエコー情報を入手している間、前記治療トランスデューサによる集束超音波の送達を一時停止するよう前記治療制御装置が作用する、
超音波診断治療システム。 - 前記フロープロセッサが、血液移動の位置を特定するために、ドップラーエコー信号の受信に反応するドップラープロセッサを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記ドップラープロセッサが、流速の見積りを出す、請求項2に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記フロートランシーバが、前記診断トランスデューサによる前記超音波の送信が診断イメージ出力制限内にあるように制御する、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記フロープロセッサが、三次元の空間で血流の位置を特定するよう作動する、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記治療プロセッサが、前記フロープロセッサからの、管サイズ、前記管の流速、及び、前記管のフロー位置を示す信号に反応する、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記治療プロセッサが、前記治療トランスデューサにより送達される出力、前記治療トランスデューサの作動時間、及び、送達された集束超音波の焦点を制御する制御信号を生じる、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記トランスデューサカフが、前記トランスデューサの前記肢への接触を制御するよう作用する制御可能な圧力を示す、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記トランスデューサカフが、前記肢の血管を通る血流を制限するよう作用する制御可能な高い圧力を示す、請求項8に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記トランスデューサカフが、前記トランスデューサと前記肢との間の音響カップリングを増加するよう作用する制御可能な高い圧力を示す、請求項8に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記トランスデューサカフが、前記肢内の血管に対して、前記トランスデューサの位置を固定化するよう作用する制御可能な高い圧力を示す、請求項8に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 血流の位置が特定されたことを示すよう作動する前記フロープロセッサに反応する表示装置をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記表示装置が1又は複数の発光素子を含む、請求項12に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記表示装置が2又は3次元イメージ表示装置を含む、請求項13に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 血流の位置が特定されたことを示すよう作動する前記フロープロセッサに反応する可聴エミッタをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
- 前記可聴エミッタが、前記トランスデューサカフの配置を誘導するために前記フロープロセッサにさらに反応する、請求項15に記載の超音波診断治療システム。
