Claims (1)

天井に配設される本体部と、
本体部からワイヤにて吊持されて本体部に設けた駆動部にて昇降される物干し竿と、
ワイヤによる物干し竿の吊り下げ長さに応じて増減する検知電圧値を検知する検知手段と、
下限設定電圧値に上記検知電圧値が一致したときに駆動部の駆動停止を行う制御部と、
下限設定電圧値の設定値を変更するか又は、物干し竿の吊り下げ長さと検知電圧値との対応関係を変更する下限停止位置調節杆と
を備え、
前記本体部は、
前記天井に取り付けられると共に前記駆動部、前記検知手段、前記制御部、及び前記下限停止位置調節杆が取り付けられる板状の本体ハウジングと、
前記本体ハウジングの下方を覆うように取り付けられる本体カバーと
を有しており、
前記本体カバーは、
主カバーと、
前記主カバーに着脱自在に設けられて前記下限停止位置調節杆の下方を覆う端部カバー部と
を有し、
前記主カバーは、
上限位置にある前記物干し竿を収容し且つ当該物干し竿の導入時に溝側面で位置規制するため凹所状に形成された竿収容部と、
前記竿収容部の奥部に突没自在に設けられ前記竿収容部内の上限位置にある前記物干し竿により押圧される接触部材と
を有しており、
前記制御部は、前記接触部材が前記物干し竿により押圧されると前記駆動部の駆動停止を行なう
ことを特徴とする昇降物干し装置。
