Description

The present invention relates to a board case that accommodates a control board that controls electronic components mounted on a gaming machine in a gaming machine such as a pachinko machine or a slot machine, and more specifically, an illegal opening of a board case that houses a control board. The present invention relates to an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism for preventing operation.

The gaming machine as described above is provided with a plurality of control boards for controlling the operation of electronic components mounted on the gaming machine. For example, a main control board or a control board called a main board is equipped with a ROM in which game machine control software is written, and has a role as a central control device for comprehensively controlling the operation of the game machine. ing. The payout control board has a role of controlling the operation of the ball payout device or the medal payout device. For this reason, the control board of the gaming machine is likely to be subject to acts such as replacement with a counterfeit ROM and addition / deletion of illegal circuits. In order to prevent such fraud and provide a fair game, the control board is composed of a case main body member formed of a transparent resin material and a case lid member that can be opened and closed in front of the case main body member. The substrate case is locked in a closed state in which the case is closed, and the substrate case is provided with an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism that leaves a trace when the case is opened.

As a mechanism for preventing unauthorized opening of the substrate case, a plurality of lock member accommodating portions for accommodating the lock member are provided at the alignment positions of the case lid member and the case main body member that are opposed to each other in the state where the case is closed. By changing the setting direction of the lock member to be accommodated to the lock position and the unlock position and closing the substrate case, the lock member in the lock position connects the case main body member and the case lid member to form the substrate case. Is locked in a closed state, and when the case is opened, the connection part on the case lid member side or the connection part on the case body side of the lock member housing part in which the lock member is set to the lock position is cut with a tool such as a nipper. Thus, there is known an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism configured to leave a trace of opening of a case while allowing opening and closing a plurality of times (for example, a patent) See Document 1).

In addition, a pin holding portion is provided at the alignment position on the case lid member side to hold the sealing pin having a wedge-shaped engagement head at the tip end so as to be movable rearward, and at the alignment position on the case body member side A pin engaging portion is provided to receive and lock the engaging head when the head is moved rearward, and the front end portion of the sealing pin is pressed from the front of the case lid member with the substrate case closed. A structure in which the board case is locked in a closed state by press-fitting the joint head into the pin engaging portion, and when the case is opened, the connection portion between the press-fitted pin holding portion and the case lid member is cut with a tool such as a nipper. By doing so, there is known an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism configured to allow a plurality of times of opening and closing to leave a trace that the substrate case has been opened (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特許第3966829号公報Japanese Patent No. 396629 特開2002−85768号公報JP 2002-85768 A

However, all of the lock structures in the conventional unauthorized opening prevention mechanism as described above have a locking action by the hook between the wedge-shaped protrusion and the protrusion receiving portion that receives the protrusion and engages the back of the protrusion. Is used, and the elastic deformation of the member on the protrusion portion side or the protrusion receiving portion side is used. In this configuration, when a force is applied in the direction in which the closed case is opened, this force acts on both the locking region between the protrusion and the protrusion receiving portion and the elastic portion that is elastically deformed when locked. Further, in these members, which are generally small resin molded products, when the elastic coefficient of the elastic portion is increased, the hook height (deformation amount) is decreased, and when the hook height is increased, the elastic coefficient is decreased. For this reason, if a force that forcibly opens the closed case is applied, the elastic portion is elastically deformed, and the hook between the protrusion back surface and the protrusion receiving portion is released, or either the protrusion or the protrusion receiving portion is lost. As a result, the substrate case may be opened, and there is a problem that the resistance to forcible opening is low.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a mechanism for preventing unauthorized modification of a substrate case with improved resistance to forcible opening.

To achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a case body member and a case lid member that is detachably attached to the case body member. The case lid member is attached to the case body member so that the opening of the case body member is provided. This is a board case unauthorized opening prevention mechanism that houses a control board for controlling electronic components mounted on a gaming machine inside a case that is formed in a closed state so as to be covered. In this unauthorized opening prevention mechanism, a main body side engaging portion having a main body side accommodating portion that is provided on the case main body member and opens to a side facing the case lid member in the case closed state, and a case lid provided on the case lid member in the case closed state. A lid side engaging portion having a lid side accommodating portion that opens to the side facing the case main body member and communicates with the main body side accommodating portion, and a shaft portion extending in a columnar shape , and the distal end side of the shaft portion is accommodated on the lid side. And a lock member supported so as to be movable between a lock standby position accommodated in the portion and a lock position in which the tip end side of the shaft portion protrudes from the lid side accommodation portion by a predetermined amount . The lock member is inserted into the shaft portion and a pin support hole formed on the distal end side of the shaft portion, and is locked in a direction orthogonal to the shaft portion so as to be slidable and displaceable. Biasing means for biasing the lock pin in a direction in which the tip of the pin protrudes from the shaft portion.

The shaft portion and the lock pin are made of a metal material , the main body side housing portion is made of a metal material , and the inner surface of the main body side housing portion receives the lock pin protruding from the shaft portion and locks it from the lock position of the lock member. A pin engaging portion that restricts movement to the standby position is formed. When the lock member is moved from the lock standby position to the lock position in the case closed state, the lock pin protrudes from the shaft portion fitted in the main body side accommodating portion to the pin engaging portion, and the lock member is locked at the lock position. The main body side engaging portion and the lid side engaging portion are configured to be coupled.

In addition, the lid-side accommodation portion is formed in a circular hole shape in the case lid member , and the lock member has an operation portion that is larger than the outer diameter of the shaft portion provided at the base end portion of the shaft portion. It is preferable that the portion is formed of a metal material , and the tip end side of the shaft portion is inserted into a circular hole-shaped lid side receiving portion from the side opposite to the opening and supported so as to be movable .

Further, the case body member is molded using a resin material, the main body-side housing portion includes a receiving tubular portion shank is fitted from the opening, and a bottom for closing an end portion of the opening opposite the receiving tubular portion It is preferable that the receiving cylinder portion and the bottom portion of the main body side housing portion are formed of a metal material and are provided integrally with the case main body member by an insert mold when the case main body member is molded .

In the present invention, a lock member having a lock pin on a shaft extending in the front-rear direction is disposed on the case cover member so as to be movable back and forth, and the case cover member covers the front surface of the case body member and the lock member is closed. When moved from the front lock standby position to the rear lock position, the lock pin protrudes outward from the shaft portion of the lock member fitted in the main body side accommodating portion, and is received by the pin engaging portion. The forward movement of the member is restricted, and the main body side engaging portion and the lid side engaging portion are connected. In the improper opening prevention mechanism having such a configuration, the lock pin that is slidably supported by the shaft portion is urged outward by the urging means. Without being restricted like the relationship, the projection amount of the lock pin can be set to ensure a sufficient engagement length. In this configuration, the force acting in the direction of opening the case acts as a shearing force on the lock pin. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage to the lock pin by setting the material and diameter of the lock pin according to the shearing force assumed at the time of prying. A mechanism can be provided.

In addition, if the shaft part and the lock pin in the lock member and the main body side accommodating part in the main body side engaging part are made of a metal material, the lock member and the main body side accommodating part are both reduced in size, and against forcible opening. Providing a mechanism for preventing unauthorized modification with increased proof stress, drilling holes by mechanical means such as a drill from the side of the main body side engaging part, or drilling holes by thermal means such as a soldering iron or heat cutter Thus, it is possible to effectively prevent an illegal act that releases the engagement between the lock pin and the pin engaging portion.

Further, according to the configuration in which the operation portion made of a metal material having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the shaft portion is provided in the front portion of the shaft portion of the lock member and positioned in front of the case lid member, the operability of the lock member is improved. It is possible to improve, and it is effective to perform illegal acts such as opening a hole from the front of the lid side engaging portion by the same mechanical and thermal means as described above to release the engagement between the lock pin and the pin engaging portion. Can be prevented.

In addition, the main body side housing portion is provided with a bottom portion that closes the rear surface side of the receiving cylinder portion into which the shaft portion is fitted, and according to the configuration in which the receiving cylinder portion and the bottom portion are made of a metal material, the board case is mounted on the gaming machine Unauthorized acts such as making a hole by mechanical or thermal means from the back of the main body side engaging part (back side of the board case) that is difficult to detect in the released state, and releasing the engagement between the lock pin and the pin engaging part Can be effectively prevented.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 14 and 15 show a front view and a rear view of a pachinko machine PM as a representative example of a gaming machine having a substrate case to which the present invention is applied. In the lower region of the front frame 2, the ball tray unit 6 is supported by a hinge mechanism 7 b, 7 c provided on the left side of the front side so that it can be opened and closed laterally and attached to the front side. The device is used to hold the lower front surface of the front frame 2 in a closed state. An auxiliary mechanism portion called a game assisting board is provided in the lower region of the front frame 2 covered with the ball tray unit 6, and a game ball launching device for launching a game ball on the game assisting board, A foul ball collection passage for collecting foul balls that have returned without reaching the area is provided. A launching handle 8 for performing a launching operation of the game ball is attached to the front lower portion of the front frame 2.

A back set board 20 is detachably attached to the back side of the front frame 2. The back set board 20 has a large window 21w through which an image display device, an image control board, and the like projecting from the back side of the game board 10 are inserted, and has a rectangular frame shape somewhat smaller than the inner size of the outer frame 1. The formed base frame body 21 is used as a base. In each part of the base frame body 21, a plurality of game balls stored in the ball storage tank are aligned in a row in the flow-down process, and the aligned state in which the game balls aligned by the rectification mechanism 50 are connected vertically. Alignment waiting path 22 for waiting in the game, a ball payout device 23 for paying out game balls waiting in the alignment waiting path 22 based on the establishment of a predetermined winning condition, and a game ball paid out from the ball payout apparatus 23 A prize ball mechanism including a payout passage leading to the six ball trays is provided.

In addition, in each part on the back side of the base frame body 21, the power supply board 31 that supplies power to each part of the pachinko machine, the payout control board 32 that controls the operation of the ball payout device 23, and the operation of the pachinko machine are comprehensively controlled. The pachinko machine PM includes a main control board 33, an image control board 35 for controlling the operation of the image display device, and a terminal board 37 for inputting / outputting ball payout information and alarm information to / from the hall computer of the amusement facility. Various control boards for controlling the electronic parts are attached, and these control boards and the electric / electronic parts of each part of the pachinko machine are connected by a wire harness so as to be playable. Each control board is mounted in a state of being accommodated in a transparent board case in order to prevent unauthorized modification.

In the pachinko machine PM generally configured as described above, the control board such as the main control board 33 and the payout control board 32 is replaced with a counterfeit ROM having an increased probability of so-called jackpot, or a pseudo payout command. It is easy to be subject to remodeling for the purpose of illegal gain, such as adding an illegal circuit that outputs a signal. Therefore, the substrate case that accommodates such a control board is configured to be able to be locked in a closed state in which the control board is accommodated and held inside the case. It is a bottom view of a substrate case. The size, shape, mounting orientation (front / back / up / down / left / right directions) of the board case, etc. are the shape and dimensions of the control board accommodated in the case, the mounting position of the gaming machine to which the board case is attached, It can be arbitrarily set according to the arrangement posture and the like. Therefore, in this specification, for convenience of explanation, directions in which the arrows F, R, and U shown in FIG. 2 are directed are referred to as “front”, “right”, and “upward”, respectively.

The substrate case BC includes a case main body member 50 formed using a transparent resin material, and a case lid member 60 attached to the front of the case main body member 50 so as to be attachable / detachable and swingable. Unauthorized opening prevention mechanisms 100 and 100 are provided at the right end of the case where the case lid member 60 is closed by attaching the case lid member 60 to the case 50 and is aligned in the front-rear direction. In the case formed in the case closed state, control boards such as the main control board and the payout control board described above are accommodated. Each figure illustrates a configuration in which two unauthorized opening prevention mechanisms 100 are provided, but the number of unauthorized opening prevention mechanisms 100 may be plural, and in general, about four are provided.

The case main body member 50 has a rear wall 51B and upper, lower, left and right side walls 51U, 51D, 51L, 51R that surround the rear wall 51B and extend forward. The case main body 51 is formed in a rectangular box shape that is open to the front as a whole. And a plurality of main body side engaging portions 55 which are connected to the right side wall 51R of the case main body via the connecting portion 54 and protrude to the right. Body-side hinge structures 52, 52 are formed at a lower portion of the case body 51 at a predetermined interval on the left and right sides. The front end portions of the upper and lower side walls 51U, 51D of the case body protrude upward and downward, respectively, and extend to the left and right. A rectangular block-shaped main body side closing holding projection 53, 53... Is provided.

The main body side hinge structure 52 includes a circular hole-shaped bearing portion 52j penetrating left and right through a bearing wall 52p extending downward from the lower side wall 51D of the case main body, and an introduction portion 52g that is connected to the bearing portion 52j and opens forward in a V shape. The width of the opening where the introduction portion 52g and the bearing portion 52j are connected to each other is formed to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the hinge shaft 62 described below. The case main body member 50 is integrally formed into a shape shown in the figure using a resin material such as polycarbonate or ABS resin.

The case lid member 60 has upper and lower left and right side walls 61U, 61D, 61L, and 61R that surround the front wall 61F and the front wall 61F and extend rearward. The lid body is formed as a thin rectangular lid with an open rear surface as a whole. 61, and a lid side engaging portion 65 that is connected to the right side wall 61R of the lid main body via a U-shaped connecting portion 64 in a sectional view and protrudes to the right. At the lower part of the case lid member 61, lid side hinge structures 62, 62 are formed at the same interval as the main body side hinge structures 52, 52. The upper and lower side walls 61U, 61D of the lid body have front walls 61F. Are provided with rectangular block-like lid-side closing and holding projections 63, 63... Extending inward and left and right, respectively, at intervals between which the body-side closing and holding projections 53 can be received.

The upper and lower side walls 61U and 61D of the lid main body 61 are set such that the inner surface distance between these side walls is set slightly larger than the outer surface distance between the upper and lower side walls 51U and 51D of the case main body. The inner surface distance is set to be larger by the length of the slide range described below than the outer surface distance between the left and right side walls 51U and 51D of the case body.

The lid-side hinge structure 62 is formed with a cylindrical hinge shaft 62j protruding rightward in accordance with the formation position and inner diameter of the bearing portion 52 on the shaft wall 62p extending downward from the lower side wall 61D of the lid body. A disc-shaped slide restricting portion 62s having a diameter larger than the shaft diameter of the hinge shaft 62j is formed on the tip end side of the shaft. The case lid member 60 is integrally molded into the illustrated shape using the same resin material as the case main body member 50.

The case lid member 60 is formed by inserting the left and right hinge shafts 62j of the case side hinge structure 62 into the introduction portion 52g of the case side hinge structure 52, and lightly pressing from the front to engage and support the bearing portion 52j. The member 50 is connected so as to be able to swing back and forth and slide left and right. The range in which the case lid member 60 is slidable with respect to the case body member 50, that is, the slide range of the case lid member 60 is such that the case lid member 60 is slid rightward and the shaft wall 62p of the case lid member is the case body member. The right end position in contact with the bearing wall 52p (hereinafter referred to as the slide right end position) and the case lid member 60 are slid leftward so that the slide regulating portion 62s of the case lid member abuts on the bearing wall 52p of the case body member. It is defined by the left end position (hereinafter referred to as the slide left end position).

Further, the positional relationship in the left-right direction (sliding direction) between the body-side closing and holding projections 53, 53... Formed on the case body 51 and the lid-side closing and holding projections 63, 63. When the lid member 60 is moved to the slide left end position, the lid side closing and holding projections 63, 63... And the main body side closing and holding projections 53, 53. On the other hand, when the case lid member 60 is moved to the slide right end position, the lid side closing and holding projections 63, 63... And the main body side closing and holding projections 53, 53. In the state, the main body side closing and holding projection 53 is arranged to be engaged in the front and rear so as to be sandwiched between the lid side closing and holding projection 63 and the front wall 61F.

For this reason, the case lid member 60 can be swingably opened and closed at the slide left end position where the case lid member 60 is moved to the left end of the slide range, but the case lid member 60 is closed at the slide left end position and the right end side of the slide range. When the main body side closing and holding projection 53 and the lid side closing and holding projection 63 are engaged with each other, the case lid member 60 cannot be opened. Further, if the case lid member 60 is moved to the slide right end position with the case lid member 60 opened, the lid side closing holding projection 63 abuts on the main body side closing holding projection 53 and the case lid member 60 cannot be completely closed. That is, the case lid member 60 cannot be opened and closed at the slide right end position.

In the state where the case lid member 60 is closed at the slide left end position and moved to the slide right end position (referred to as “case closed state”), the upper, lower, left and right side walls 61U, 61D, 61L, 61R of the lid main body 61 are connected to the case main body 51. The lid main body 61 is disposed so as to cover the entire front surface of the case main body 51 so as to surround the outer periphery of the upper, lower, left and right side walls 51U, 51D, 51L, 51R, and the main body side engaging portions 55, 55 formed on the case main body 50 The lid side engaging portions 65 and 65 formed on the case lid member 60 are aligned with each other so as to overlap each other.

The main body side engaging portion 55 and the lid side engaging portion 65 are connected to the right side wall 51R of the case main body 51 and the right side wall 61R of the lid main body 61, respectively, and are formed in a block shape of a tip arc protruding rightward. In the embodiment, a configuration example in which the upper and lower main body side engaging portions 55 and 55 are connected at the front surface and the front end portion and formed integrally is shown. On the other hand, the lid side engaging portions 65, 65 formed separately in the upper and lower sides are independently connected to the right side wall 61R of the lid main body via a U-shaped connecting portion 64 that is U-shaped when viewed from the side section. ing. And the unauthorized opening prevention mechanism 100 is provided in the main body side engaging part 55 and the lid side engaging part 65 which overlap in this way in this way.

The unauthorized opening prevention mechanism 100 includes the main body side engaging portion 55 and the lid side engaging portion 65, and a lock member 110 supported by the lid side engaging portion 65 so as to be able to move back and forth and rotate. Is done. 6 shows (a) a left side view, (b) a front view, and (c) a right side view of the lock member 110. FIG. 7 shows a center line 110X of the lock member extending forward and backward and the center of the lock pin extending obliquely up and down. A sectional view taken along a plane including the line 115X (a sectional view taken along arrow VII-VII in FIG. 6B), and FIG. 8 is a rear view of a shaft portion taken along arrow VIII in FIG.

The lock member 110 includes a lock handle 111 having a shaft portion 112 extending in the front-rear direction and an operation portion 113 formed at the front end of the shaft portion, and a slide displacement in a direction orthogonal to the central shaft 110X of the lock member on the rear end side of the shaft portion 112. The lock pin 115 that is freely supported and the coil spring 116 that urges the lock pin 115 outward from the shaft portion are mainly configured.

The lock handle 111 has a cylindrical shaft portion 112 extending in the front-rear direction, and an operation portion 113 formed in a thin disk shape having a larger diameter than the shaft portion at the front end of the shaft portion 112. For example, an aluminum alloy or copper It is integrally formed using a metal material such as an alloy. On the rear end side of the shaft portion 112, a cylindrical pin housing portion 114 for housing and supporting a lock pin 115 so as to be slidably displaceable in an axial direction along the axis line 115X of the pin (a direction perpendicular to the center line 110X of the lock handle). And a groove-shaped regulating recess 117 having a groove width B and a depth H from the shaft end is formed at the rear end of the shaft portion 112.

The restriction recess 117 has an angular position around the center line of the lock member 110 at an angular position shown in FIGS. 6B and 1-5, etc. ("lock standby position" and "lock position" described later in detail). The second restriction recess 117b extending left and right through the center of the shaft portion 112, and the first restriction recess 117a extending vertically through the shaft center O of the shaft portion and orthogonal to the second restriction recess 117b. And has a cross groove shape in the rear view when the shaft portion 112 is viewed from the rear end side. A guide recess 117c extending forward from the rear end of the shaft portion 112 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft portion 112 so as to be connected to the groove end portion of the second restriction recess 117b closer to the proximal end side of the lock pin 115 described below. Has been. Note that the lock pin 115 will be described with the upper end side in the disposition posture shown in FIG. 7 as the distal end side and the lower end side as the proximal end side.

As shown in FIG. 7, the lock pin 115 is composed of a long and narrow shaft pin 115a and a short cylindrical seat 115b formed in a middle portion of the shaft pin 115a and having a diameter larger than that of the shaft pin. It is integrally formed using a metal material such as brass or brass. The pin accommodating portion 114 that accommodates the lock pin 115 has a bottomed cylindrical seat accommodating hole 114b that is bored in the axial direction in the shaft portion 112 with an inner diameter somewhat larger than the seat portion 115b of the lock pin, and a shaft A pin support hole 114a that is coaxially formed through the bottom of the seat receiving hole 114b with an inner diameter slightly larger than the pin 115a, and a thin annular ring formed on the entrance side of the seat receiving hole 114b It consists of a caulking part 114c.

The lock pin 115 houses the coil spring 116 in the seat receiving hole 114b, the base end side of the shaft pin 115a of the lock pin 115 is inserted into the pin support hole 114a, and the seat 115b is inserted into the seat receiving hole 114b. Then, the coil spring 116 is attached to the pin accommodating portion 114 by crimping the crimping portion 114c in a state where the coil spring 116 is compressed in the axial direction to reduce the diameter. When the lock pin 115 is thus mounted, the lock pin 115 is supported so as to be slidable within a predetermined range in the axial direction of the pin, and the distal end side of the shaft pin 115a is always outside the shaft portion 112 by the spring force of the coil spring 116. It is arranged to be biased so as to protrude in the direction. The length of the lock pin 115 is longer than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 112 of the lock handle. When the lock pin 115 is positioned in the middle of the sliding range (intermediate position), the distal end side and the proximal end of the lock pin 115 Both sides are arranged so as to protrude from the shaft portion 112. Instead of the coil spring 116, a biasing means such as a leaf spring or a disc spring may be used.

Note that the axial direction (115X direction) of the lock pin 115 in the shaft portion 112 and the direction in which the restriction recesses 117a and 117b extend are relatively 45 degrees relative to each other in the rear view when the shaft portion 112 is viewed from the rear end side. It is inclined at the corner. On the front surface of the operation unit 113, when the second restriction recess 117b is in a horizontal posture and the guide recess 117c is positioned on the right side, and the front end side of the lock pin 115 is at an angle of 45 degrees obliquely upward to the left with respect to the axis O, the horizontal An index 118 indicating an angular posture pointing to the left is provided.

A lid-side housing portion 120 that supports such a lock member 110 so as to be movable back and forth in the axial direction of the shaft portion 112 and pivotable about the shaft is formed through the lid-side engaging portion 65 in the front-rear direction. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the lid side engaging portion 65 viewed from the back side of the case lid member 60, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the lid side engaging portion 65 viewed from the front side of the case lid member 60.

The lid-side housing portion 120 as a whole has a circular hole shape that has an inner diameter somewhat larger than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 112 of the lock handle and penetrates the lid-side engaging portion 65 in the front-rear direction. A lid-side pin engaging groove 121 that receives and engages the distal end side of the lock pin 115 and a lid-side pin receiving groove 122 that receives the proximal end side of the lock pin 115 are formed.

As shown in FIG. 9, the lid-side pin engagement groove 121 has an angle range of 45 degrees up and down on the lid body side (left side in front view) with respect to a horizontal line passing through the center of the circular hole and extending left and right. A peripheral wall 121a having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the circular hole is formed to open rearward, a thin fan-shaped front restricting wall 121b is formed in front of the peripheral wall 121a, and upper and lower rotation restricting walls 121u and 121d are formed to extend rearward at both ends of the peripheral wall 121a. Is done. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 10, the lid-side pin receiving groove 122 has an angle range of 45 degrees up and down on the side opposite to the main body of the cover (right side in the front view) with respect to a horizontal line passing through the center of the circular hole. A peripheral wall 122a having a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the circular hole on the side is formed to open forward, a thin fan-shaped rear restricting wall 122b is formed behind the peripheral wall 122a, and upper and lower rotation restricting walls 122u and 122d are formed at both ends of the peripheral wall 122a. In addition, an introduction groove 122e having a concave groove shape in front view reaching the front surface of the lid-side engaging portion 65 with a groove width somewhat larger than the pin diameter of the lock pin is formed. A lead-out groove 122f having a concave groove shape in the rear view is formed by extending from the lower rotation regulating wall 122d to the rear surface side of the lid side engaging portion 65 with the same groove width.

When the lock member 110 is attached to the lid-side housing portion, the base end portion of the lock pin 115 protruding from the shaft portion 112 is placed with the distal end portion of the lock pin 115 retracted against the spring force of the coil spring 116. The rear end side of the shaft portion 112 is inserted into the lid side accommodating portion 120 in accordance with the angular position of the introduction groove 122e. The base end portion of the lock pin that has entered the lid-side accommodation portion through the introduction groove 122e comes into contact with the rear restriction wall 122b at a predetermined depth, and rearward movement is restricted. At this time, the front end side of the lock pin 115 exceeds the front regulation wall 121b, and the pin front end portion projects into the lid side pin engaging groove 121 by the spring force of the coil spring 116 and engages with the peripheral wall 121a. The protruding state of the lock pin 115 is an intermediate position in the above-described sliding range of the lock pin, and is arranged in a state where both the distal end side and the proximal end side of the lock pin 115 protrude from the shaft portion 112 ( (See FIG. 7).

Therefore, in the lock member 110, the front end of the lock pin 115 is engaged with the front restriction wall 121b and the forward movement (movement in the removal direction of the lock member) is restricted, and the base end side of the lock pin 115 is directed downward. Except in the case of being disposed at an angular position of 45 degrees, the pin base end portion engages with the rear restriction wall 122b to restrict the rearward movement (movement in the pushing direction of the lock member), and The lid-side engaging portion 65 is mounted so as to be rotatable about the center line 110X.

That is, when the lock member 110 is attached to the lid side engaging portion 65, the lock pin 115 is sandwiched between the front and rear restricting walls 121b and 122b on the distal end side and the proximal end side to restrict the movement in the front and rear direction. The angular position at which the distal end of 115 abuts on the lower rotation restricting wall 121d and the base end abuts on the upper rotational restricting wall 122u (the angular position where the distal end of the lock pin 115 is 45 degrees downward with respect to the axis O). ) To the angular position at which the distal end of the lock pin 115 contacts the upper rotation restricting wall 121u and the base end contacts the lower rotation restricting wall 122d (the distal end of the lock pin 115 is upward 45 with respect to the axis O). It is rotatably arranged in an angle range of 90 degrees. For this reason, when the lock member 110 is attached to the lid side engaging portion 65, the base end portion of the lock pin 115 is in contact with the rear regulating wall 122b when the tip end of the lock pin 115 is at an angle position other than 45 degrees upward. The lock member 110 cannot be moved in the push-in direction, and the base end portion of the lock pin 115 can move along the lead-out groove 122f only at the angular position where the tip of the lock pin 115 is set to 45 degrees upward. Therefore, the lock member 110 can be moved in the pushing direction (backward).

At this time, the disposition position of the lock member 110 in the front-rear direction is the position where the front-rear movement is restricted, as shown in each of FIGS. The rear end of the shaft portion 112 is accommodated in the lid side accommodating portion 120 without projecting to the rear surface side of the lid side engaging portion 65. Further, in the rotational position of the lock member 110, the first restricting recess 117 a is horizontally disposed at the angle position where the tip of the lock pin 115 is 45 degrees downward with respect to the axis O, and the lock pin 115. The second restricting recess 117b is horizontally arranged at an angular position of 45 degrees upward at the top.

On the front surface of the operation unit 113, the first restricting recess 117 a extends horizontally in the left-right direction and points vertically downward at an angular position (referred to as “unlock position” in this specification) where the forward and backward movement of the lock member 110 is restricted. An index 118 indicating the horizontal left is provided at an angular position where the restricting recess 117b extends horizontally in the left and right directions and allows the lock member 110 to move backward. In the embodiment shown in each figure, the indicator 118 is formed integrally with the lock handle 111 as a triangular shape protruding on the surface of the operation unit 113, and is colored in a chromatic color such as red, for example. The angle posture is improved in visibility and can be effectively prevented from being camouflaged such as changing the index.

The main body side receiving portion 55 that overlaps with the lid side engaging portion 65 in the front-rear direction and that opens to the front in alignment with the lid side receiving portion when the case is closed and receives the rear end side of the lock member 110. 130 is provided. In the present embodiment, the main body side accommodating portion 130 includes, for example, a main body side accommodating member 140 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape using a metal material such as an aluminum alloy, and a thin sheet metal that closes the rear surface side of the main body side accommodating member 140. The bottom plate 145 is made of a base plate 145, and the bottom plate 145 is caulked and fixed to the main body side housing member 140, and the case main body 50 is integrally formed in the main body side engaging portion 55 by insert molding when the case main body 50 is molded (FIG. For the sake of convenience, the main body side accommodating member 140 and the bottom plate 145 are disassembled. 11A is a left side view, FIG. 11B is a front view, and FIG. 12C is a right side view. FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the main body side accommodation member 140 as viewed obliquely from the front. The perspective view which looked at the main body side accommodating member 140 from diagonally backward is shown.

As a whole, the main body side housing member 140 is provided with a flange portion 141f having a diameter larger than that of the cylinder at the front and rear intermediate portion of the cylinder 141 extending in the front and rear direction, and the outer peripheral side thereof is vertically chamfered in parallel and locked in the center. A circular hole-shaped receiving cylinder portion 142 into which the handle shaft portion 112 is fitted is formed so as to penetrate in the front-rear direction. On the rear surface side of the main body-side housing member 140, a caulking portion 144 having a thin wall surface extending in the front-rear shape is formed in conformity with a parallel chamfered outer shape, and the oval bottom plate 145 is fitted in the caulking and fixing. Then, the rear surface of the receiving tube portion 142 is closed. Then, the body-side housing member 140 and the bottom plate 145 that are integrally joined in this way are mounted on the mold of the case body member and are insert-molded. A main body side accommodating portion 130 that communicates with the main body side engaging portion 55 is formed.

For this reason, the main structure of the main body side housing portion 130 is constituted by a metal main body side housing member 140 and a bottom plate 145, and is slightly closer to the center of the main body side housing portion 130 than the outer diameter of the shaft portion 112 of the lock handle. A receiving cylinder portion 142 having a larger inner diameter is opened forward, and the rear surface side is disposed with the bottom plate 145 and the mold resin closed (see FIG. 1). On the inner peripheral surface of the receiving cylindrical portion 142, the body side pin engaging groove extending in the front-rear direction with a groove width slightly wider than the pin diameter of the lock pin 115 at an angular position inclined at an angle of 45 with respect to a horizontal line extending left and right 131 and a body side pin receiving groove 132 are formed.

Of these, as shown in FIG. 13, the main body side pin engaging groove 131 located at the upper left in the front view has a shallow groove depth (the outer diameter of the groove is small) and an introducing engagement groove 131a. It is formed in a stepped groove shape including a lock engaging groove 131c that is connected to the joint groove 131a and has a deep groove depth (the outer diameter of the groove is large), and the introduction engaging groove 131a and the lock engaging groove 131c A flat front regulating wall 131b is formed at the step portion. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, the main body side pin receiving groove 132 located at the lower right in the front view is formed with a constant groove depth from the front side to the rear side. The outer diameter of the introduction engaging groove 131a is formed to be the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the peripheral wall 121a in the lid side pin engaging groove 121, and the outer diameter of the body side pin receiving groove 132 is The pin receiving groove 122 is formed to be the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lead-out groove 122f.

Further, the main body side accommodating member 140 is formed with a parallel key-shaped restricting convex portion 137 that protrudes inwardly of the receiving cylinder portion 142 and extends forward and backward. The restricting convex portion 137 is accommodated in the main body side by insert molding. The front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion 137 is disposed so as to protrude forward from the front surface of the main body side engaging portion 55. The vertical width b and forward protrusion height h of the restricting convex portion 137 are set to be smaller than the groove width B and groove depth H of the restricting concave portion 117 described above (b <B and h <H), respectively. ing.

The main body side housing portion 130 is a center line 110X of the lock member 110 that is supported by the lid side housing portion 120 so as to be able to move back and forth and turn in the case closed state in which the case lid member 60 is closed and moved to the slide right end position. And the center line 130 </ b> X of the main body side receiving portion are arranged in the front-rear direction, and the lead-out groove 122 f and the main body side pin receiving groove 132 in the lid side pin receiving groove 122 are arranged in the front-rear direction.

For this reason, the lead-out groove 122f of the lid-side pin receiving groove 122 and the body-side pin receiving groove 132 are located at an angular position where the lock handle index 118 faces the horizontal left and the backward movement of the lock member 110 is allowed. The front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion that is connected to the front and rear and projects forward from the main body side accommodating portion 120 is located in the second restricting concave portion 117b that extends horizontally from side to side, and projects inward of the main body side accommodating portion and extends to the front and rear. The restricting convex portion 137 and the guide concave portion 117c that is recessed in the outer periphery of the shaft portion and extends in the front-rear direction are arranged in a matched state.

Therefore, the lock member 110 is moved backward from the front position (referred to as “lock standby position” in this specification) in a state where the rear end of the shaft portion 112 is accommodated in the lid-side accommodation portion 120 at this angular position. Can do. When the lock member 110 is moved rearward, the rear end of the shaft portion 112 protruding from the lid side accommodating portion 120 is fitted into the receiving cylinder portion 142 of the main body side accommodating portion 130, and the base end portion of the lock pin 115 is the lid side. The distal end portion of the lock pin 115 that enters the main body side pin receiving groove 132 from the lead receiving groove 122f of the pin receiving groove and moves along the rotation restricting wall 121u above the lid side pin engaging groove is the main body side pin engaging groove. Enter 131. At this time, since the rotation of the lock handle 111 is restricted by the engagement of the guide recess 117c and the restricting protrusion 137, the relative positions of the front and rear grooves do not change, and the lock member 110 is caught while being guided. Move backwards smoothly.

When the lock member 110 is moved backward by a predetermined stroke from the front lock standby position, the distal end portion of the lock pin 115 that has entered the main body side pin engagement groove 131 and engaged with the introduction engagement groove 131a is moved. Then, it passes through the introduction engagement groove 131a, reaches the lock engagement groove 131c, protrudes by the spring force of the built-in coil spring 116, and the tip of the lock pin 115 is the groove bottom surface (groove outer peripheral surface) of the lock engagement groove 131c. Engage with. At this time, the rear end surface of the shaft portion 112 and the front surface of the bottom plate 145 in the main body side accommodating portion are arranged to face each other with a slight clearance. Therefore, the lock member 110 is prevented from moving forward (withdrawal direction) by the engagement of the lock pin 115 and the front restriction wall 131b, and the rear position where movement of the lock member 110 is restricted by the bottom plate 145 (in this specification, (Referred to as “lock position”). At the lock position, the guide recess 117c and the restricting protrusion 137 are engaged, and the lock member 110 is held in a state where both the forward and backward movement and the rotation are restricted.

When the lock member 110 is set to the locked position, the main body side engaging portion 55 and the lid side engaging portion 65 are held in a closed state in which the lock member 110 is engaged and connected by the lock member 110. In the closed state, the lock member 110 is restricted from moving forward by the engagement of the lock pin 115 and the front regulating wall 131b of the main body side accommodating portion, and the lock member 110 cannot be pulled out to the lock standby position. In addition, since the shaft portion 112 of the lock handle is fitted over the lid side accommodating portion 120 and the main body side accommodating portion 130, the case lid member 60 cannot be slid with respect to the case main body member 50. Therefore, by setting the lock member 110 to the locked position, the substrate case BC is held in a strong closed state. When opening the substrate case BC, the connecting portion 64 formed between the lid side engaging portion 65 and the lid main body 61 is cut by a tool such as a nipper and connected to the main body side engaging portion 55. The lid-side engagement portion 65 in the closed state is cut off, and the lid body 61 is slid to the slide left end position.

The specific operation of the unauthorized opening prevention mechanism 100 configured as described above will be briefly described below. First, a description will be given of a case where it is housed in an unused board case BC and is locked and held in the case using the unauthorized opening prevention mechanism 100. In the unused substrate case BC, the plurality of lock members 100 are all unused, and the lock handle 111 is accommodated in the lid-side accommodation portion 120 without the rear end side of the shaft portion 112 protruding rearward. The index 118 attached to the operation unit 113 protruding to the front side of the engagement unit 65 is set to an “unlock position” facing vertically downward.

At this time, the restricting recess 117 at the rear end of the shaft portion is disposed in an angular posture in which the first restricting recess 117a extends horizontally from side to side, and the restricting protrusion protruding to the front side of the main body side housing portion 130 at the case closing position. A front end portion 137t of the portion 137 is disposed in the groove of the first restricting recess 117a (the right end portion of the groove in a front view). On the rear surface side of the lid-side engaging portion 65, a clearance groove 127 having a groove width B and a groove depth H similar to those of the regulating recess 117 and a length corresponding to the sliding range of the case lid member 60 is provided on the lid-side housing portion 120. Is formed to extend rightward from the circular hole. That is, when the case lid member 60 is slid to the left and right with the case lid member 60 closed so as to cover the front surface of the case body member 50, the front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion 137 moves relative to the clearance groove 127. It can move within the slide range. On the other hand, in the “case closed state” in which the lid side accommodating portion and the 65 main body side accommodating portion 55 overlap in the front and rear directions, the main body side closing and holding projection 53 and the lid side closing and holding projection 63 are engaged in the front and rear and the case lid member 60 cannot be opened.

Therefore, first, the case lid member 60 is opened forward in a state in which the case lid member 60 is slid to the slide left end position, and the control board that is the accommodation target of the board case BC, such as the main control board 33 and the launch control board 33, is opened. It fixes to the board | substrate fixing | fixed part (not shown) formed in the case cover member 60 or the case main body member 50. FIG. Before closing the case lid member, the lock handle 111 of the lock member 100 used for the first sealing among the plurality of lock members 100 is rotated 90 degrees clockwise from the “unlock position”. The index 118 is set to the “lock standby position” indicating the horizontal left side (the lid body side). On the front surface of the lid body 61, a triangular alignment mark 68 similar to the index 118 is provided in the horizontal right direction as a reference for grasping the position state of the lock member 110, and the lock member 110 is set to the “lock standby position”. When this is done, the index 118 and the counter mark 68 face each other, and the position setting status of the lock member 110 can be viewed at a glance.

When the lock member 110 is set to the “lock standby position”, the restricting recess 117 of the lock handle 111 is disposed such that the second restricting recess 117b extends horizontally and the slide recess 117c is positioned on the right end side. Therefore, when the case lid member 60 is closed and slid rightward, the front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion that has entered the right end side of the escape groove 127 is relatively moved from the right end side toward the lid side accommodating portion 120 in the groove. The second restricting concave portion 117b and the slide concave portion 117c are arranged at the intersection where the case is closed at the right end position of the slide.

At this time, the lock member 110 in the “lock standby position” is configured such that the rotation of the lock handle 111 is restricted by the engagement of the front end portion 137t of the restriction convex portion and the second restriction concave portion 117b, and the lid side accommodating portion. Only the rearward movement is allowed by the engagement of the lid-side pin engagement groove 121 and the lid-side pin receiving groove 122 (leading groove 122f) with the lock pin 115 at 120. Accordingly, when the lock member 110 (see FIG. 2) in the lock standby position in which the index 118 of the operation unit and the alignment mark 68 of the case body face each other is pressed by the hand 113 and moved backward, the lid The shaft portion 112 protruding from the side housing portion 120 is fitted into the main body side housing portion 130, the base end portion of the lock pin 115 enters the body side pin receiving groove 132 from the lid side pin receiving groove 122, and the distal end of the lock pin 115 The part enters the main body side pin engaging groove 131 from the lid side pin engaging groove 121.

Then, at the “lock position” moved backward from the “lock standby position” by a predetermined stroke, the tip of the lock pin 115 protrudes into the lock engagement groove 131c of the main body side pin engagement groove, and the lock pin tip and the front regulating wall. The movement in the front-rear direction is restricted by the engagement with 131 b and the contact between the shaft end and the bottom plate 145. At the lock position, the guide recess 117c and the restricting protrusion 137 are engaged, and the lock member 110 is held in a state where both the forward and backward movement and the rotation are restricted.

When the lock member 110 is set to the lock position in this way, the main body side engaging portion 55 and the lid side engaging portion 65 are engaged and connected by the lock member 110, and the substrate case is held closed and locked. The In this closed state, the forward movement of the lock handle 111 is restricted by the engagement between the lock pin 115 and the front restriction wall 131b, and it is necessary to shear the lock pin 115 in order to pull the lock member 110 forward. is there. Therefore, it is difficult to pull out the lock member 110 by setting the material and the diameter of the lock pin 115 according to the shearing force that is assumed to act on the lock pin as long as the substrate case BC is not damaged when it is opened. it can. Further, since the shaft portion 112 of the lock handle is fitted over the lid side accommodating portion 120 and the main body side accommodating portion 130, it is impossible to slide the case lid member 60 with respect to the case main body member 50. . Accordingly, the substrate case BC is held in a strong closed state by the lock member 110 set at the lock position.

In particular, in the unauthorized opening prevention mechanism of the present embodiment, the lock handle 111, the lock pin 115, the main body side accommodating portion 130, and the like are formed of a metal material. For this reason, it is possible to provide a tamper-proof mechanism that has a small structure and high resistance to forcible prying, and at the side of the main body side engaging portion 130, a hole is formed by a mechanical means such as a drill, or a soldering iron It is possible to effectively prevent an illegal act such as opening a hole by a thermal means such as a heat cutter and releasing the engagement between the lock pin 115 and the lock engagement groove 131c.

In addition, since the operation portion 113 having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the shaft portion and covering the front surface of the lid-side engagement portion 65 is provided at the front end of the shaft portion 112, the lock member 110 can be rotated and pushed. While improving the operability, it is possible to effectively perform an illegal act such as releasing the engagement between the lock pin 115 and the lock engagement groove 131c from the front of the lid side engagement portion 65 by the same mechanical and thermal means as described above. Can be prevented. Further, since the metal-side base plate 145 that closes the rear surface side of the receiving cylinder portion 142 is provided in the main body-side housing portion 130, it is difficult to find the modification situation when the substrate case BC is mounted on the gaming machine. It is possible to effectively prevent an illegal act of making a hole from the rear of the joint portion 55 (the rear surface side of the substrate case BC) to release the engagement between the lock pin 115 and the lock engagement groove 131c.

As described above, when the substrate case BC held in the firmly closed state is opened, the connecting portion 64 formed between the lid side engaging portion 65 and the lid body 61 is cut with a tool such as a nipper. Then, the lid side engaging part 65 in a state of being connected to the main body side engaging part 55 is cut off. As a result, the lid side engaging portion 65 connected to the main body side engaging portion 55 by the lock member 110 is separated from the lid main body 61, and the lid main body 61 is left in a state where the separated lid side engaging portion 65 remains. The case lid member can be opened by sliding leftward. A trace (history) of opening the substrate case BC remains clearly in the substrate case BC.

On the other hand, the lock member 110 in the “unlock position” in the closed state of the case has a lid side pin engaging groove 121 (front regulating wall 121b) and a lid side pin receiving groove 122 (rear regulating wall 122b) in the lid side accommodating portion 120. The movement of the lock handle 115 is restricted by the engagement of the lock pin 115, and the lock handle 111 is rotated by the engagement of the first restriction recess 117a that extends horizontally and the front end 137t of the restriction protrusion. Is restricted, and the forward and backward movement and rotation are restricted.

That is, when the case is in a closed state, the unused lock member 110 set at the “unlock position” is held by the lid side engaging portion 65 in a state where it cannot be moved back and forth or turned. Therefore, with respect to the substrate case BC that has already been closed and held by another lock member, there is no possibility that the other unused lock member is accidentally moved to the lock position and double-locked, thereby preventing erroneous operation. It can be configured. In the lock member in the unlock position, the guide recess 117c is positioned vertically upward, and the lock member is also in the relationship between the groove bottom portion of the first restricting recess 117a and the front end 137t of the restricting convex portion. The rearward movement of 110 is restricted. Therefore, for example, even if there is a forcible mischief such as hitting the operation portion 113 of the lock handle 111 with a hammer, the lock member in the unlock position is not inserted into the main body side housing portion 130.

Here, the substrate case cannot be closed when all the lock members are in the “unlock position”, but in this case, since the substrate case is not closed, the case lid member 60 is temporarily moved to the slide left end position. Then, the engagement between the restricting concave portion 117 and the front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion is released, and one of the lock members is rotated 90 degrees to set to the “lock standby position”, and thereafter the lock operation is performed. Just do it. At this time, even when the substrate case BC is opened, the lock member 110 is held by the lid-side engaging portion 65 in the “unlock position” or the “lock standby position”, so that the lock member 100 is in operation during substrate replacement or the like. You wo n’t accidentally lose it.

In addition, an index 118 is provided on the operation unit 113 of the lock handle 111. By checking the direction indicated by the index 118, whether the lock member 110 is in the “unlock position” or the “lock standby position”. From the front of the substrate case BC, it is possible to intuitively determine whether the lock member 110 is in the unlock position, the lock standby position, or the lock position from the index position and the front-rear direction position of the operation unit 113. .

Note that the case lid member 60 may be closed in a state where the lock member 110 is in an angular position between the unlock position and the lock standby position without checking the index 118 of the operation unit. However, in such a state, the restricting recess 117 at the rear end of the shaft portion is moved in a state where neither the first restricting recess 117a nor the second restricting recess 117b is inclined horizontally but inclined. Therefore, when the case lid member 60 is slid to the right, the front end portion 137t of the restricting convex portion that moves relatively contacts the shaft end portion between the first restricting concave portion 117a and the second restricting concave portion 117b, and the case lid member 60 cannot be moved to the right end position of the slide.

At this time, the case main body member 50 and the case lid member 60 are shifted to the left and right without overlapping the lid side engaging portion 65 and the main body side engaging portion 55 that should originally overlap each other. For this reason, the operator can immediately grasp that the substrate case BC is not in the closed state, and can correct the halfway angle setting lock member 110 to the unlock position or the lock standby position. Thereby, it is possible to effectively prevent erroneous setting of the lock member during the sealing operation of the substrate case.

Therefore, according to the unauthorized opening prevention mechanism 100 as described above, the substrate case BC can be easily resealed without using a special tool or losing the lock member 110 during maintenance work of the control board, etc. It is possible to provide an unauthorized opening prevention mechanism for a gaming machine that has a high resistance against forcible opening.

In the embodiment, a configuration example in which a triangular index 118 facing outward is formed on the front surface of the disk-like operation unit 113 as an identification unit that can visually determine the rotation angle position of the lock member 110 is shown. The indicator 118 can be in any form such as a dot, an arrow, or a punch, and the rotation angle position of the lock member 110 can be recognized, for example, by making the shape of the operation unit 113 a triangle or an arrow.
