Description
The present invention relates to an elevating device configured such that a wire that suspends and supports an elevating body that is guided so as to be movable up and down along a support is drawn out and taken up by forward and reverse rotation of a take-up drum.
Such a lifting device lifts and lowers the lifting body by rotating the winding drum forward and backward to feed and wind the wire, and is used when the article supported by the lifting body is moved up and down.
In such a lifting device, if the winding drum is suddenly stopped while the lifting body is moved up, the lifting body may move up due to inertia, and the winding drum is thus stopped. When the lifting / lowering body moves upward due to inertia, the wire is fed to the stopped winding drum from the lifting / lowering body side in the winding direction, and the wire wound on the winding drum is loosened and becomes a turbulent winding state. As a result, there is a possibility that normal winding and unwinding of the wire cannot be performed.
Therefore, conventionally, a wire braking means that can be switched between a braking state in which the wire is held between the lifting body and the winding drum by a pair of pads and a braking release state in which the holding of the wire by the pair of pads is released. And a control means for controlling the operation of the wire braking means, and when the take-up drum is suddenly stopped by causing the wire brake means to be in a braking state by the control means when the take-up drum is suddenly stopped. Even if the lifting / lowering body moves upward due to inertia, the wire wound around the take-up drum does not loosen so that the portion of the wire on the side of the take-up drum is not loosened from the portion held by the wire braking means. Some have been configured to prevent the situation from occurring (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Incidentally, the wire braking means includes a pair of pads for holding the wire, a spring for biasing one pad toward the side separating from the other pad, and one pad against the biasing force of the other spring. The control device is configured to control the operation of the solenoid in the wire braking means.
However, in the above-described conventional lifting device, in order to prevent the wire from being in a turbulent winding state on the winding drum when the lifting body floats due to inertia, wire braking means including a pair of pads, a spring, and a solenoid; Control means for controlling this operation must be provided, and for this reason, the configuration for preventing the wire from being in a turbulent winding state is complicated and causes weight.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevating device that can simplify the configuration for preventing the wire from being in a turbulent winding state and can be reduced in weight. It is in.
In order to achieve this object, the lifting device according to the present invention is configured such that the wire that suspends and supports the lifting body guided so as to freely move up and down along the column is fed and wound by forward and reverse rotation of the winding drum. The first characteristic configuration is as follows:
A suspension support member that is in contact with a supported portion of the lifting body so as not to move upward and is movable downward is connected to an end of the wire, and the suspension support member is supported by the supported portion. A tension spring biasing downward with respect to the portion is disposed between the suspension support member and a spring mounting portion below the supported portion of the lifting body, and the lifting body is moved to the article. A front-rear frame that supports the mounting device, and a vertical frame that stands upright at an end of the front-rear frame, the supported portion is provided at the upper end of the vertical frame, The spring mounting portion is provided at the lower end portion of the downward frame .
That is, the suspension support member connected to the end portion of the wire is in contact with the supported portion of the elevating body so as not to move upward and to be movable downward, and is connected to the end portion of the wire. Since the lifting / lowering body is received and supported by the suspended support member, when the winding drum feeds the wire, the lifting / lowering body moves down together with the suspension support member, and the winding drum winds the wire. As a result, the elevating body rises together with the suspension support member.
A tension spring that urges the suspension support member downward with respect to the supported portion is disposed between the suspension support member and a spring mounting portion below the supported portion of the lifting body. Thus, even if the lifting body is lifted and moved by inertia by suddenly stopping the take-up drum when the lifting body is moved upward, the suspension support member is moved downward with respect to the supported portion by the pulling action of the tension spring. Since the tension spring can be shortened in accordance with the upward movement due to the inertia of the elevating body and the tension state of the wire can be maintained by moving the wire to the winding drum, the wire wound on the winding drum becomes a turbulent winding state. Can be prevented.
And, in order to move the suspension support member downward with respect to the supported portion, a large stroke is required that is equal to or greater than the amount by which the lifting body is lifted by inertia. Therefore, the suspension support member is moved downward with respect to the supported portion as compared with the structure in which the compression spring is extended in accordance with the upward movement due to the inertia of the elevating body. Therefore, it is easy to configure so as to obtain a large stroke.
In other words, a compression spring that urges the suspension support member downward with respect to the supported portion is disposed between the suspension support member and the supported portion, and the lifting body is moved up by inertia. In this case, if the compression spring is configured to extend in accordance with the upward movement due to the inertia of the elevating body and maintain the tension state of the wire, if the compression spring is long, the compression spring is Since it is easy to bend, a guide member that guides the compression spring is required so that the compression spring does not buckle. Therefore, it is necessary to lengthen the compression spring and move the suspension support member downward relative to the supported portion. Although it is difficult to configure so that the stroke can be obtained, as described above, the tension spring is shortened in accordance with the ascending movement of the lifting body, and the tension state of the wire is maintained. Then, even if the tension spring is made long, it will not be compressed, so there is no need for a guide member to guide the tension spring so that the tension spring does not buckle. It is easy to configure so that a large stroke can be obtained to move the member downward relative to the supported portion.
Therefore, the suspension support member that is in contact with the supported portion of the lifting body so as not to move upward and is movable downward is connected to the end portion of the wire, and the suspended support member and the supported portion of the lifting body are supported. It is wound around the take-up drum with a simple configuration in which a tension spring that biases the suspension support member downward with respect to the supported portion is disposed between the spring mounting portion below the portion. It is possible to prevent the wire being in a turbulent winding state, so that the structure for preventing the wire from being in a turbulent winding state can be simplified and the weight can be reduced. Therefore, it has become possible to provide an elevating device that can be reduced in weight by simplifying the configuration for preventing this.
According to a second characteristic configuration of the lifting apparatus of the present invention, in the first characteristic configuration, the suspension support member is inserted in a vertically movable manner with respect to the insertion hole in the supported portion, and the wire is connected to the upper end portion. And a contact body which is attached to the supported portion so as not to move upward and to be movable downward and to adjust the position in the longitudinal direction to the rod-shaped body. It is composed of
That is, the contact body that is in contact with the supported part so as not to move upward and is movable downward is inserted into the insertion hole in the supported part so as to be movable up and down, and a wire is provided at the upper end. Since the position in the longitudinal direction is attached to the connected rod-shaped body so that the position of the rod-shaped body is adjustable, it is suspended by a wire by adjusting the position where the contact body is mounted in the rod-shaped body in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped body. The height of the lifting body supported by being lowered can be adjusted, so even if the position of the lifting body becomes lower than the preset setting position due to the elongation of the wire due to secular change, the contact body is moved to the upper end in the longitudinal direction. By adjusting so as to move to the side, the position of the lifting body can be set to a preset position, so that the lifting apparatus can cope even when the wire is extended due to secular change It came to be able to provide.
A third characteristic configuration of the lifting device according to the present invention is the first or second characteristic configuration, in which the position of the suspension support member with respect to the supported portion is lowered by a set amount or more from an appropriate position where the suspension support member contacts the supported portion. A descent detecting means for detecting this is provided.
That is, when the position of the suspension support member relative to the supported portion is lowered by a set amount or more from the appropriate position contacting the supported portion, it is detected by the lowering detection means. An elevating device that can detect when the elevating body is largely levitated or when the wire is cut, can be detected by the descent detecting means, and can detect when the elevating body is largely levitated or the wire is cut. I was able to do it.
The 4th characteristic structure of the raising / lowering apparatus concerning this invention exists in the point by which the said support | pillar is standingly arranged from the traveling trolley in any one of the 1st-3rd characteristic structure.
That is, since the structure for preventing the wire from being in a turbulent winding state can be simplified and lightened as described above, the prop is provided on the traveling carriage and the lifting body is equipped with the article transfer device. For example, when equipped with a self-propelled object such as a stacker crane, a traveling carriage can be made to travel with small power, and thus an elevating device that is advantageous when provided on a traveling carriage is provided. I was able to do it.
