Claims (6)
- 複数のデータサービスのデータを配信するためのシステムであり、
夫々のデータサービスに関連する夫々のサービス品質要求に従うために、前記複数のデータサービスの前記夫々のデータサービスに対するデータを収容するためのサービス期間当りの夫々の第1の割り当てを決めるための第1の手段と、
夫々のデータサービスに対し、サービス期間当りの夫々の第2の割り当てを決めるための第2の手段とを有し、
前記夫々の第2の割り当ては、前記夫々の第1の割り当てに比例し、並びに、一方は前記複数のデータサービスの前記データを収容するのに利用可能である前記サービス期間の一部と、他方は前記複数のデータサービスの前記第1の割り当ての総計との間における比率に比例し、
前記比率が1よりも大きい場合のみ、前記夫々の第2の割り当ての制御下において、夫々のデータサービスに対するサービス期間当りの前記データの配信をスケジューリングするための第3の手段
を有するシステム。 - 前記複数のデータサービスの夫々のデータサービスは、夫々のデータストリームを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のデータサービスの第1のデータサービス及び第2のデータサービスは、第1のデータストリーム及び第2のデータストリームを夫々有し、前記複数のデータサービスの第3のサービスは、ベストエフォート型のデータ配信サービスを有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数のデータサービスのデータを配信する方法であり、
夫々のデータサービスに関連する夫々のサービス品質要求に従うために、前記複数のデータサービスの前記夫々のデータサービスに対するデータを収容するためのサービス期間当りの夫々の第1の割り当てを決めるステップと、
夫々のデータサービスに対し、サービス期間当りの夫々の第2の割り当てを決めるステップとを有し、
前記夫々の第2の割り当ては、前記夫々の第1の割り当てに比例し、並びに、一方は前記複数のデータサービスの前記データを収容するのに利用可能である前記サービス期間の一部と、他方は前記複数のデータサービスの前記第1の割り当ての総計との間における比率に比例し、
前記比率が1よりも大きい場合のみ、前記夫々の第2の割り当ての制御下において、夫々のデータサービスに対するサービス期間当りの前記データの配信をスケジューリングするステップ
を有する方法。 - 前記複数のデータサービスの夫々のデータサービスは、夫々のデータストリームを有する請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のデータサービスの第1のデータサービス及び第2のデータサービスは、第1のデータストリーム及び第2のデータストリームを夫々有し、前記複数のデータサービスの第3のデータサービスは、ベストエフォート型のデータ配信サービスを有する請求項4に記載の方法。
