Description

The present invention operates as a danger notification device that protects an operator from an accident caused by a work machine in a work site where a worker and a work machine coexist, and as a communication notification device when there is a report item. The present invention relates to a wireless communication apparatus.

For example, at a construction site where civil workers work with heavy workers and heavy machinery, the heavy machinery operator walks behind the heavy machinery. Without being aware of the presence of the worker, the heavy machinery is moved in the direction of the walking worker, which may cause harm to the walking worker. On the other hand, workers on foot are also distracted by the work, not aware of the approach of heavy machinery, and may have the same accident.

Conventionally, a method has been adopted in which an audio device is attached to a heavy machine to notify the approach of the heavy machine with sound. However, this method did not fully convey the approach of heavy machinery to the dredge workers.

In recent years, a method of notifying the approach of a heavy machine using a wireless device has been developed. This is because when a transmitter that emits a specific frequency at regular intervals is placed on a heavy machine, a walking worker has a receiver that can receive the frequency, and if the received signal strength at the receiver exceeds a certain level, A method has been adopted in which a walking worker is notified of the approach of a heavy machine using an acoustic signal (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-96799 JP-A-7-168985 JP-A-7-168986 JP 7-168987 A

However, all the workers are not healthy people, and there are some humans, such as deaf people, who have handicapped parts. Therefore, it is necessary to notify the danger by combining vibration, light and display other than the danger notice by voice. In addition, in order to contact a specific worker at a construction site or the like, it may be necessary to search a large area on foot or the like when searching for the person. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a walking worker with a notification device for communication.

However, having a walking worker carry a plurality of wireless devices imposes a burden on the walking worker and adversely affects work efficiency. Therefore, it is conceivable to carry the danger notification device and the notification device for communication as one device, and it becomes a problem to efficiently incorporate two types of wireless communication methods having different functions into one wireless device.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a receiver that carries a signal carried from an operator working on the same work site as the work machine and that receives a signal from the work machine to which a transmitter is attached, and a received signal to the receiver. A central processing unit that monitors the presence / absence of a machine at a predetermined cycle, and functions as a danger notification device in the vicinity of a work machine or functions as a notification device for reporting notification items according to the content of the signal received by the receiver It is switched by the central processing unit.

The danger communication notification device of the present invention also has a function of transmitting simple communication items by one-way communication as an alarm for approaching heavy machinery. Since the wireless device is dedicated to reception, it does not consume a large amount of power, and the shape can be reduced in size and weight.

The danger notification device according to the embodiment of the present invention is a danger notification device that protects workers from accidents caused by work implements in work sites where workers and work implements coexist, and there are communication items. Is a wireless communication device that operates as a notification device for communication.

The radio device used for the danger notification device is, for example, a configuration in which a transmitter is attached to a heavy machine and a receiver is attached to a walking worker, and this is the same for a notification device for communication. Here, since the notification device for communication is to send a notification for communication unilaterally from the transmitter to the receiver, it is not confirmed whether the notification has arrived. The receiver is preferably battery-driven and uses a battery that is as small as possible in order to reduce the burden on walking workers. The wireless device consumes a lot of power when transmitting, so the battery is consumed significantly. Therefore, the wireless device is dedicated to reception.

In terms of operation, it is the same in that both the danger notification function and the contact notification function are continuously received, short intermittent reception is repeated, or the arrival of radio waves is always watched. However, in the danger report, the magnitude of the signal strength of the radio wave only matters, and the received content itself does not matter. That is, an increase in the signal strength of the radio wave reaching the receiver indicates that the distance between the transmitter and the receiver is shortened, and means that danger is imminent.

On the other hand, the content of the received notification becomes a problem in the notification for communication. However, at work sites such as construction, it is rare to have a meeting via wireless communication. Generally speaking, there is a limit such as calling to convey instructions and commands and notifying the start, end, change, break time, etc. It is limited to the communication matter of the contents that were given. Therefore, it is sufficient to determine the contents of the notification assumed in advance and send a code for selecting the contents. When the receiver receives a signal from the transmitter, the receiver reads the content of the report to be selected from the signal, selects a message related to the report from the stored messages, and outputs the message to a device that generates sound such as a speaker.

In the present embodiment, the danger notification device functions as a danger notification device in the vicinity of heavy equipment or a notification device that notifies a notification item according to the content of the transmitted signal.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The danger notification device according to the present embodiment can be made small and light, so it is excellent in portability. However, fastening on clothes, for example, pinning or velcro fastening is an obstacle to work. There is a risk of forgetting when changing clothes. Therefore, the danger communication reporting device of this embodiment is attached to the helmet of the worker as shown in FIG. FIG. 1A shows the relationship between the heavy machine 101 and the worker 102 in the environment in which it is used. The heavy machine 101 is equipped with a transmitter for sending a report, and the worker 102 is equipped with a danger notification device including a wireless receiver in the worker's helmet. FIG. 1B shows an external configuration of the danger communication notification device 104 equipped in the helmet 103. The danger communication reporting device 104 is fixed by a fixing belt 105 at a lower part of the helmet 103 and near the ear of the worker 102. This is in order to make it easier to hear a report from the speaker. An antenna 106 is fixed to the top of the helmet 103. The purpose is to make it easier to receive radio waves.

FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a schematic structure of the danger contact notification device 104 of the present embodiment. The antenna 106, the wireless receiver 201, the central processing unit 202, and the speaker 203 are shared parts, and the wireless receiver 201 and the proximity alarm device 204 that notifies the danger according to the content of the received signal and the notification item notification device that reports for communication. A device having any of the functions 205 is selected. In addition to the speaker 203, any device that generates sound, that is, a sound output unit may be used.

The radio wave transmitted by the radio transmitter installed in the heavy machine 101 and the radio wave received by the danger communication notification device 104 use a radio wave of 315 MHz band, and an amplitude modulation method is used when modulating a notification related to communication.

Next, an alarm when the heavy machine 101 approaches the worker 102 more than necessary and the worker 102 is not aware of the fact even though the possibility of an accident caused by the heavy machine 101 is increased will be described. .

A heavy machine 101 shown in FIG. 1A carries a transmitter and always transmits radio waves from its antenna. The transmission power intensity is set to an output of 50 microwatts. As described above, the transmission output is set to be low so that if the transmission output is too high, the heavy machine 101 receives a signal even if it is far from the worker 102 and the receiver does not emit a danger signal. It is.

このバランス信号301は、16法で示せばA(2進数では1010を示す。) In a normal case, the radio wave of the danger detection signal (baseband signal) radiated from the transmitter is modulated with a waveform shown in FIG. 3, that is, a signal called a balance signal 301 that repeats 0 and 1 alternately. is there. The balance signal 301 is a signal that can be easily identified as 0 and 1 on the receiver side among the digital signals, and is useful for stabilizing the sensitivity of the digital signal receiver. The balance signal 301 is (showing the 1010. In binary) A If Shimese in hexadecimal. Accordingly, the fact that the danger notification device 104 of the present invention receives this signal indicates that the heavy machine 101 is approaching the worker 102 in the immediate vicinity.

Upon receiving this signal, the danger notification device 104 issues a command to the proximity alarm device 204 by the central processing unit 202 of FIG. 2 and instructs the speaker 203 to sound an alarm sound. Further, at this time, instead of sounding the alarm sound, the alarm may be notified by combining vibration, light, or display by a vibrator or a motor. On the other hand, if there is a fact that the received radio wave is received even if it is not possible to determine whether the received radio wave is 1 or 0 at a specific site, it means that the heavy machine 101 is in the vicinity of the worker 102. The machine 204 is commanded to instruct the speaker 203 to sound an alarm sound. In the former case, however, the heavy machine 101 is approaching the vicinity of the worker 102. It becomes an alarm sound. On the other hand, the latter is a mild warning sound. The selection of the alarm sound will be described in detail in the flow from S609 to S612 in the description of the flowchart in FIG.

Next, the selection of contact notification will be described. In general, in a digital receiver, a signal that is most easily received by the balance signal 301 is a signal that is the most difficult to demodulate, for example, a signal that continues at the same level, for example, 0 or 1 continues. Therefore, being able to receive these continuous signals indicates that the reception status is good, and indicates that there is a high probability that it can be received even if a contact notification is transmitted.

The transmitter mounted on the heavy machine 101 in FIG. 1 increases the transmission output when transmitting the notification. In the case of this embodiment, the contact notification is transmitted with an output of 0.25 mW, which is the highest output under the regulations of the Radio Law. The contact notification signal (baseband signal) includes a packet 401 shown in FIG. The preamble 402 is composed of a hexadecimal F A. “F” indicates that 1 continues for 4 bits in succession, and this signal is a signal that means that a notification message is input to the danger notification device 104. Since the next “ A ” is the balance signal 301, it is used to adjust the receiving sensitivity of the digital receiver.

The actual report consists of 2 bytes of the receiver number 403 and 2 bytes of the report type 404 following the preamble 402. Since up to 256 destination numbers 403 can be set, it can be said that it is sufficient to cover the worker 102 working in the vicinity of one heavy machine 101. The signal indicating the notification type 404 is 2 bytes, but the reception reproducibility is enhanced by sending the same content for each byte. Accordingly, up to 16 types of notifications 404 can be specified, but in FIG. 5, a voice storage device 501 storing five types of contact notification contents is used for convenience. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the type of contact notification and the selection of voice. The contact item notification machine 205 is composed of a voice storage device 501 and a voice amplifier 502, but it is a received signal from the voice storage device 501 recorded in advance. The voice corresponding to the designated notification type 404 is selected, and the voice is emitted from the speaker 203 via the voice amplifier 502. As described above, having the voice information stored in the voice storage device 501 has an advantage that the communication report can be more reliably transmitted to the worker at a construction site where there is a lot of noise or noise.

Next, with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 6, the risk notification and contact notification selection and notification steps according to the present embodiment will be described.

(S603)。   The danger notification device according to the present embodiment first receives a radio signal transmitted from the heavy machine 101 as a work machine by the wireless receiver 201 carried by the worker 102 (S601), and the central processing unit 202 The presence or absence of a reception signal in the wireless receiver 201 is monitored at a predetermined cycle (S602). If there is no received signal due to a bad reception condition or the like, the process returns to the beginning, and the state is maintained until the wireless receiver 201 receives a radio signal. On the other hand, if there is a received signal in S602, the central processing unit 202 determines whether or not the signal is “F” (S603).

As described above, if this signal is “F”, it means that the danger notification device 104 receives a notification message, so the central processing unit 202 extracts the receiving number 403 (S604). Then, it is determined whether or not the receiving destination number 403 is its own number, that is, whether or not the notification is addressed to itself (S605). If the notification is not addressed to itself, the process returns to the beginning, and the state is maintained until the wireless receiver 201 receives a radio signal.
If it is a notification addressed to itself, the notification type 404 of the received signal as a communication item is read (S606), and the voice corresponding to the notification type 404 is selected using the voice storage device 501 storing the content of the notification (S607). ) And amplified by the sound amplifier 502 (S608), and the sound is emitted from the speaker 203 as sound output means (S612).

(S612)。 On the other hand, if the signal is not “F” in S603, the central processing unit 202 determines whether or not the signal is “ A ” (S609). As described above, if this signal is not “ A ”, it means that the received radio wave is received even if it cannot be determined whether it is 1 or 0, and that the heavy equipment 101 is in the vicinity of the worker 102, The central processing unit 202 issues a command to the proximity alarm device 204 and instructs the speaker 203 to sound a slight alarm sound (S610). On the other hand, if this signal is “ A ” in S609, it is a signal indicating that the heavy machine 101 is approaching the worker 102 immediately to the danger notification device 104. A command is issued to 204 to instruct the speaker 203 to sound a severe warning sound (S611). In both steps S610 and S611, after that, sound is emitted from the speaker 203 which is sound output means (S612).

By putting the two functions of the danger proximity notification device and the communication notification device into a simple device, the operator can work hands-free, and heavy equipment at the construction site and the like is mixed with the worker.
