[First embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment in which a portable terminal of the present invention is embodied will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 schematically shows a main part of the mobile terminal 1 according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged view showing the vicinity of the protrusion 21 and the hole 17 in the mobile terminal 1 of FIG. FIG. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view for explaining the state of opening of the battery cover 20, FIG. 3 (a) is a diagram showing a temporary holding state, and FIG. 3 (b) is further displaced from the temporary holding state. It is explanatory drawing explaining a mode that temporary holding is cancelled | released.

The portable terminal 1 is configured as a portable optical information reading device (for example, a bar code reader or a two-dimensional code reader), and a battery 30 such as a primary battery or a secondary battery is provided in the main body 10. It is configured to be accommodated as a power source. When the mobile terminal 1 is configured as an optical information reader, an optical system such as an illumination light source, a light receiving sensor, and an imaging lens, and a micro memory such as a memory, a CPU, and a liquid crystal display are included in the main body unit 10. A computer system and a power supply system such as a battery are accommodated.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the mobile terminal 1, a battery cover 20 is detachable from a main body 10 including a storage unit 11 that stores a battery 30, and the storage unit 11 is attached by attaching the battery cover 20. It is configured to be blocked. The accommodating portion 11 has a box shape that opens on the battery lid 20 side, and is configured by a plurality of wall portions 11a, 11b, and 11c facing the outer surface of the battery 30 (excluding the outer surface on the battery lid 20 side). ing.

The main body portion 10 includes an engaging portion 13 configured as a claw portion and a release operation portion 15 interlocked with the engaging portion 13. The engaging portion 13 engages with an engaged portion formed on one end side of the battery lid 20 (specifically, a recessed portion 24 formed on one end side of the battery lid 20) when the battery lid 20 is attached. Is. Moreover, the release operation part 15 is comprised integrally with the engaging part 13, and displaces the engaging part 13 according to external operation. The release operation portion 15 is urged toward the battery lid 20 by an urging member 16 made of an elastic spring, and is held at the position shown in FIG. 1 in a non-operation state. On the other hand, when an external operation that moves away from the battery lid 20 side is performed with respect to the release operation unit 15 (when an external operation that displaces to the arrow F1 side is performed), the engaging unit 13 is displaced according to the external operation 13. Thus, the engagement portion 13 and the battery lid 20 are disengaged from each other.

The battery lid 20 is provided with the above-described indented portion 24 (engaged portion) on one end side and a protruding portion 21 on the other end side. A plate-like portion 25 that closes the battery 30 is provided between the recess 24 and the protrusion 21. The hollow portion 24 is configured to open to the engaging portion 13 side when closed. Further, the protruding portion 21 corresponds to an example of a “fitting portion”, and is provided so as to protrude to the opposite side to the recessed portion 24 at the end opposite to one end side (the engaging portion 13 side). It has been. Note that the protruding direction of the protruding portion 21 is substantially parallel to the plate surface of the plate-like portion 25. The protrusion 21 is formed with a hole 17 formed in the main body 10 when the battery cover 20 is attached (when closed as shown in FIG. 1) (the hole 17 corresponds to an example of a “fitted part”). It is configured to fit.

The hole 17 formed in the main body 10 is formed with a hole that is substantially in the same direction as the protrusion 17 when the battery cover 20 shown in FIG. 1 is mounted. As shown in FIG. 2, the hole portion 17 is sized such that a gap is formed between the outer wall surface of the protruding portion 21 and the inner wall surface of the hole portion 17 when the battery lid 20 is attached. In this configuration, when the battery cover 20 shown in FIG. 2 is mounted, a part 21a of the outer wall surface of the protrusion 21 and a part 17a of the inner wall surface of the hole 17 are in contact with each other and on the side opposite to the contact side. A gap is formed.

Further, an elastic contact portion 27 that contacts the wall surface of the main body portion 10 (specifically, the wall surface 19 facing the battery lid 20 side) at the time of closing is provided at a position closer to the center than the protruding portion 21 in the battery lid 20. . The elastic contact portion 27 is formed so as to protrude from an outer surface (specifically, an outer surface 22 a on the side facing the inner wall surface of the hole 17) of the elastic deformation portion 22 described later, and the wall surface 19 by the elastic contact portion 27. 2 and the contact with the part 17a of the inner wall surface by the protruding portion 21 is held in the fitted state shown in FIG.

An elastic deformation portion 22 made of a rubber material or an elastomer other than the rubber material is formed on the protruding portion 21 formed on the battery lid 20 as a part of the outer portion of the protruding portion 21. The elastic deformation part 22 is attached to a base part 23 made of a resin material or the like using an adhesive or the like, and the elastic deformation part 22 and the base part 23 constitute a protruding part 21. The elastically deformable portion 22 may be attached to the base portion 23 by double molding or the like.

When the main body 10 and the battery lid 20 configured as described above are disengaged by the disengaging operation unit 15, the engagement between the engaging unit 13 and the recess 24 is released, as shown in FIG. As shown, a state in which the fitting between the protruding portion 21 and the hole portion 17 is maintained at least partially (specifically, as shown in FIG. The battery cover 20 is opened from one end side (the release operation unit 15 side) (see also the two-dot chain line 20 ′ in FIG. 1). When closed, the elastic contact portion 27 on the protruding portion 21 side and the elastic contact portion 29 on the opposite side are elastically deformed in a compressed form. It is designed to be easily released from. Further, the battery cover 20 is opened in such a manner that the entire battery cover 20 rotates with the end portion P1 of the hole 17 as a fulcrum. When the battery lid 20 rotates with the end P1 as a fulcrum, the inner wall of the hole 17 is present in the movement path of the protrusion 21, so that the elastic deformation part 22 formed in the protrusion 21 and the hole are opened in the middle of the opening. The inner wall of the part 17 (specifically, the part 17b opposite to the part 17a) comes into contact with the battery cover 20, and the battery cover 20 is temporarily held by the main body part 10.

From the temporary holding state shown in FIG. 3A, the temporary holding can be released by performing a detaching operation for elastically deforming the elastic deformation portion 22 with respect to the battery lid 20 as shown in FIG. 3B. Specifically, while the battery cover 20 is moved to the opposite side of the hole portion 17 (moving in the direction of arrow F2), the elastic deformation portion 22 is forcibly elastically deformed (rotating in the direction of arrow F3). ), The battery cover 20 can be detached from the main body 10 as shown in FIG.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a wall portion 28 that rises toward the wall surface 19 is formed at a position near the protruding portion 21 in the battery lid 20, and this wall portion 28 is attached when the battery lid 20 is attached. The wall surface 28a and the battery 30 are opposed to each other. Since the width W1 between the wall portion 28a and the battery 30 is narrower than the width W2 of the portion inserted into the hole portion 17 in the protruding portion 21, the battery lid 20 is simply attached to the hole portion 17 during temporary holding. Even if it slides to the opposite side, the wall surface 28a and the battery 30 come into contact with each other, so that the protruding portion 21 does not come out of the hole portion 17. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B, the battery lid 20 can be detached by combining the movement in the direction of the arrow F2 and the rotation in the direction of the arrow F3. It becomes possible.

As described above, according to the configuration of the present embodiment, when the engagement is released by the release operation unit 15, the battery cover 20 is opened from the release operation unit 15 side, and on the opposite side of the release operation unit 15, The elastic deformation portion 22 formed in the protruding portion 21 is in contact with the hole portion 17 so that the battery lid 20 is temporarily held by the main body portion 10. Therefore, a configuration in which the battery lid 20 can be easily opened and temporarily held without dropping the battery lid 20 in the middle of opening can be easily realized without using a complicated configuration.

In addition, a configuration is adopted in which when the release operation is performed by the release operation unit 15, the battery lid 20 is opened from one end side in a state where a part of the protruding portion 21 is accommodated in the hole 17. Therefore, it is possible to easily and suitably realize a configuration in which the battery lid 20 can be stably held when the battery lid 20 is closed and the battery lid 20 can be slightly opened with the release operation. Moreover, since the elastic deformation part 22 formed in the protrusion part 21 and the inner wall of the hole part 17 contact | abut in the middle of opening, the temporary holding of the battery cover 20 is effectively implement | achieved by a simple structure. The

Further, since the temporary holding is released by performing a detaching operation for elastically deforming the elastic deformation portion 22 with respect to the battery lid 20, the detaching operation can be easily performed. Moreover, according to this structure, the structure which can cancel | release temporary holding | maintenance by operation easily is realizable.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment will be described. FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing the vicinity of the protrusion 121 and the hole 117 in the mobile terminal according to the second embodiment. FIGS. 5A and 5B are explanatory diagrams for explaining a state of opening the battery cover 20 in the second embodiment, FIG. 5A is a diagram showing a temporary holding state, and FIG. 5B is a temporary holding state. It is explanatory drawing explaining a mode that it further displaces from and cancel | releases temporary holding | maintenance.

The portable terminal 100 of this embodiment is different from the protrusion 21 and the hole 17 of the first embodiment only in the configuration of the protrusion 121 and the hole 117, and other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Accordingly, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are given to the same configurations, and detailed description thereof is omitted, and the same configurations will be described with reference to FIG. 1 as appropriate. In the following, different parts will be described mainly.

Also in the mobile terminal 100 of this embodiment, a battery lid 20 that closes the housing portion 11 is detachable from the main body portion 10 that includes the housing portion 11 that houses the battery 30. An engagement portion 13 (FIG. 1) that engages with one end side of 20, and a release operation portion that displaces the engagement portion 13 according to an external operation and releases the engagement between the engagement portion 13 and the battery lid 20. 15 (FIG. 1).

The battery lid 20 is provided with a protruding portion 121 (the protruding portion 121 corresponds to an example of a fitting portion) at an end opposite to one end side that engages with the engaging portion 13 (FIG. 1), and a main body portion. 10 is configured to be engaged with a hole 117 formed in the hole 10 (the hole 117 corresponds to an example of a fitted part).

As shown in FIG. 4, the hole 117 has a shape in which a gap is formed between the outer wall surface of the protruding portion 121 and the inner wall surface of the hole portion 117 when the battery lid 20 is attached. In this configuration, when the battery lid 20 shown in FIG. 4 is mounted, a part 121a of the outer wall surface of the protrusion 121 and a part 117a of the inner wall surface of the hole 117 are in contact with each other, and on the opposite side to the contact side. A gap is formed.

Also in this embodiment, an elastic contact portion 27 that contacts the wall surface of the main body portion 10 (specifically, the wall surface 19 facing the battery lid 20 side) at the time of closing is provided at a position closer to the center than the protruding portion 121 in the battery lid 20. ing. And it will be hold | maintained in the fitting state shown in FIG. 4 by contact | abutting with the wall surface 19 by the elastic contact part 27, and contact | abutting with the part 117a of the inner wall surface by the protrusion part 121. FIG.

Further, an elastic deformation portion 122 made of a rubber material or an elastomer other than the rubber material is formed on the protruding portion 121 as a part of the outer portion of the protruding portion 121. The elastic deformation portion 122 is attached to a base portion 123 made of a resin material or the like using an adhesive or the like, and the elastic deformation portion 122 and the base portion 123 constitute a protruding portion 121. Note that the elastic deformation portion 122 may be attached to the base portion 123 by double molding or the like.

In this configuration, when a release operation is performed by the release operation unit 15 (FIG. 1), the battery lid 20 is in a state in which a part of the protrusion 121 is housed in the hole 117 as shown in FIG. Opened from one end side (engagement portion 13 side), and in the middle of the opening, the elastic deformation portion 122 formed in the protruding portion 121 contacts the inner wall of the hole 117, and the battery lid 20 is temporarily held by the main body portion 10. Is done.

In the present embodiment, a concave portion 118 is formed on the inner wall of the hole 117, and a convex portion 122 a that protrudes toward the concave portion 118 is formed on the elastic deformation portion 122. When the battery cover 20 is opened from one end side as shown in FIG. 5A, the convex portion 122 a enters the concave portion 118 and abuts against the wall portion of the concave portion 118 and is locked by the concave portion 118. Thus, the battery cover 20 is temporarily held by the main body 10.

The battery cover 20 is released from the closed state shown in FIG. 4 in such a manner that the entire battery cover 20 rotates with the end portion P2 of the hole 117 as a fulcrum. When the battery lid 20 is rotated with the end P2 as a fulcrum, there is a concave portion 118 in the movement path of the protruding portion 121. Therefore, the protruding portion 122a of the elastically deforming portion 122 formed in the protruding portion 121 is in the middle of opening. The concave portion 118 enters and the convex portion 122 a comes into contact with the wall portion 118 a in the concave portion 118, so that the battery lid 20 is temporarily held by the main body portion 10. If the battery lid 20 is operated so that the protruding portion 121 is pulled out from the hole 117 after the battery lid 20 is slightly rotated, the locked state as shown in FIG.

From the temporary holding state shown in FIG. 5A, the temporary holding can be released by performing a detaching operation for elastically deforming the elastic deformation portion 122 with respect to the battery lid 20 as shown in FIG. 5B. Specifically, by pulling the battery lid 20 so that the protrusion 121 is pulled out from the hole 117 and the protrusion 122a is pulled out from the recess 118, the protrusion 122a is forcibly elastically deformed to release the lock. As shown in FIG. 5B, the battery cover 20 can be detached from the main body 10.

As described above, the present embodiment can provide the same effects as those of the first embodiment, and further, the concave portion 118 in which the convex portion 122a formed in the protruding portion 121 is formed in the hole portion 117 during temporary holding. Therefore, more stable temporary holding becomes possible.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment will be described. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view showing the vicinity of the protrusion 221 and the hole 117 in the mobile terminal according to the third embodiment.
The portable terminal 200 of this embodiment is different from the protrusion 21 and the hole 17 of the first embodiment only in the configuration of the protrusion 221 and the hole 117, and the other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Accordingly, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are given to the same configurations, and detailed description thereof is omitted, and the same configurations will be described with reference to FIG. 1 as appropriate. Since the hole 117 has the same shape as that of the second embodiment, the hole 117 is denoted by the same reference numeral as that of the second embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

Also in the mobile terminal 200 of the present embodiment, a battery lid 20 that closes the housing portion 11 is detachably attached to the main body portion 10 that includes the housing portion 11 that houses the battery 30. An engagement portion 13 (FIG. 1) that engages with one end side of 20, and a release operation portion that displaces the engagement portion 13 according to an external operation and releases the engagement between the engagement portion 13 and the battery lid 20. 15 (FIG. 1).

The battery lid 20 is provided with a protruding portion 221 (the protruding portion 221 corresponds to an example of a fitting portion) at the end opposite to the one end where the engaging portion 13 (FIG. 1) is provided, and the main body portion. 10 is configured to be engaged with a hole 117 formed in the hole 10 (the hole 117 corresponds to an example of a fitted part).

As shown in FIG. 6, the hole 117 has a shape in which a gap is formed between the outer wall surface of the protrusion 221 and the inner wall surface of the hole 117 when the battery lid 20 is attached. In this configuration, when the battery cover 20 shown in FIG. 6 is attached, a part 221a of the outer wall surface of the protrusion 221 and a part 117a of the inner wall surface of the hole 117 are in contact with each other and on the opposite side to the contact side. A gap is formed.

Also in this embodiment, an elastic contact portion 27 that contacts the wall surface of the main body portion 10 (specifically, the wall surface 19 facing the battery lid 20 side) at the time of closing is provided at a position closer to the center than the protruding portion 221 in the battery lid 20. ing. And it will be hold | maintained in the fitting state shown in FIG. 6 by contact | abutting with the wall surface 19 by the elastic contact part 27, and contact | abutting with the part 117a of the inner wall surface by the protrusion part 221. FIG.

In addition, an elastic deformation portion 222 made of a rubber material or an elastomer other than the rubber material is formed on the protruding portion 221 as a part of the outer portion of the protruding portion 221. The elastic deformation portion 222 is formed by double-molding an elastic material (the rubber material or an elastomer other than the rubber material) on the protruding base portion 223 made of a resin material or the like.

In this configuration, when the release operation is performed by the release operation unit 15 (FIG. 1), the battery cover 20 is placed in a state in which a part of the protrusion 221 is accommodated in the hole 117 as shown in FIG. Opening from one end side (engagement portion 13 side) and in the middle of the opening, the elastic deformation portion 222 formed on the protruding portion 221 contacts the inner wall of the hole portion 117, and the battery lid 20 is temporarily held by the main body portion 10. Is done.

In the present embodiment, a concave portion 118 is formed on the inner wall of the hole 117, and a convex portion 222 a that protrudes toward the concave portion 118 is formed on the elastic deformation portion 222. When the battery cover 20 is opened from one end side as shown in FIG. 7A, the convex portion 222 a enters the concave portion 118 and abuts against the wall portion of the concave portion 118 and is locked by the concave portion 118. Thus, the battery cover 20 is temporarily held by the main body 10.

Also in this embodiment, a concave portion 118 is formed on the inner wall of the hole portion 117, and a convex portion 222 a that protrudes toward the concave portion 118 is formed on the elastic deformation portion 222. When the battery lid 20 is opened from one end side, the convex portion 222 a is locked by the concave portion 118 so that the battery lid 20 is temporarily held by the main body portion 10. Note that the protrusion 221 is similar in outline shape to the protrusion 121 (FIG. 4) of the second embodiment, and the locking between the protrusion 222a and the recess 118 at the time of opening has been described in the second embodiment. This is the same as the locking between the convex portion 122a and the concave portion 118 (see FIG. 5A). The battery lid 20 can be detached by pulling the battery lid 20 so that the convex portion 222a is forcibly elastically deformed from the locked state.

According to the configuration of the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the first and second embodiments can be obtained, and the elastic base material 223 is integrally formed with the battery lid 20 main body to be elastically deformed by double molding. Since the part 222 is comprised, the effect that the elastic deformation part 222 is distribute | arranged stably and with sufficient positional accuracy is also acquired.
