Description

The present invention relates to a temporary material connector, and more particularly, to a temporary material connector for fixing a temporary material such as a temporary support column extending in the vertical direction to a temporary horizontal member or a temporary side girder so that the temporary member can be disassembled. is there.

Temporary scaffolds such as frame scaffolds, single-pipe scaffolds, and rolling towers for work at elevated locations that are temporarily installed at construction sites for construction and civil engineering work generally have a multi-layer structure, so workers etc. move the work floor of each layer or each floor Temporary staircases are arranged at appropriate locations on the temporary scaffolding as vertical communication paths for the purpose. This type of temporary staircase has a structure in which various metal members (aluminum alloy mold members) constituting side girders, step boards, handrails, and the like are assembled as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-62092. In such a temporary staircase, each end of the side beam is locked to the upper and lower horizontal members, both ends of the tread are supported by the left and right side beams, and the handrail column is attached to the side beam by a column support It is done.

In the conventional temporary staircase, the column support has a structure in which the column mounting bracket is fixed to the side girder side surface with a bolt or other fixture. Therefore, when mounting the handrail column, processing such as drilling a metal member Is required. For this reason, the assembly work and dismantling work of the handrail is a cumbersome work that requires a relatively large amount of time and man-hours, and the handrail post mounting position is changed after the handrail is once attached to the side girders. It is extremely difficult to make adjustments.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-252258 discloses an apparatus for attaching a handrail for temporary staircase, which is intended to improve the support structure of the handrail strut of the temporary staircase and simplify the work of attaching and dismantling the handrail strut to the side girders. Is disclosed.

This mounting device has an upper clamp member for gripping the upper surface side portion of the side beam of the temporary staircase and a lower clamp member for gripping the lower surface side portion of the side beam, and the upper clamp member is fixed to the lower end portion of the handrail support column. The lower clamp member is pivotally attached to the lower end portion of the handrail post below the upper clamp member. The lower clamp member pivots with respect to the upper clamp member, and cooperates with the upper clamp member to form a side beam receiving space having a square cross section. The upper and lower clamp members are fastened so as to approach each other in the vertical direction by fixing means such as bolts and nuts, and the side girders in the side girder accommodation space are strongly pressed by the upper and lower clamp members. As a result, the side beam, the handrail support column, and the clamp member are integrated, and the handrail support column is fixed to the side beam. When disassembling the handrail support, the fixing means may be relaxed to open the upper and lower clamp members to each other.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-62092 JP-A-10-252258

According to such an attachment device, it is possible to omit drilling processing of the metal member, simplify the attachment work or disassembly work of the handrail support column to the side beam, and the handrail support column attached to the side beam. The position can be changed or adjusted after installation.

However, the upper and lower clamp members form a uniform and rectangular cross-section side girder accommodation space, and are configured so that the upper and lower horizontal planes and the left and right vertical planes are brought into contact with the side girder outer surface under pressure. Only. That is, this mounting device may be able to fix the handrail column to the side beam as desired when used for a side beam of a predetermined cross section set in advance. As a result of the pivoting of the clamping member being prevented by the side girders, the upper and lower clamping members do not close as desired or after clamping of the clamping member by the fixing means A gap or play space or the like is generated between the outer surface, and as a result, the handrail post cannot be firmly fixed to the side beam.

On the other hand, in actual construction work, different types of temporary scaffolds such as frame scaffolds, single-pipe scaffolds, and rolling towers for high-altitude work are used as appropriate. Etc. differ according to the form of the scaffold. In addition, although aluminum alloy mold materials are generally used as side girders for temporary stairs, the cross-sectional dimensions and shapes of the mold materials used by each manufacturer of temporary stairs are not necessarily constant. For this reason, in the conventional mounting device configured to uniformly form the side girder accommodation space having a constant and square cross section by the upper and lower clamp members, the side girder of various temporary stairs having different cross-sectional dimensions and shapes are used. Can't adapt.

Similarly, when mounting a handrail post, etc., to a horizontal member with a different cross-sectional dimension / shape, such as a mounting device for attaching a handrail post, etc., installed in a horizontal temporary work passage to a horizontal member, etc. However, there is no temporary material connector that can be used in common, and development of such a member is desired.

In other words, the non-applicability of the temporary material connector to the difference in the cross-sectional dimensions and shapes of the side girders or horizontal members is not limited to temporary steps, but temporary structures for connecting the temporary materials integrally to the side girders or horizontal members. It is also a problem that is commonly recognized with regard to general materials couplers.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to contact the outer surface of a side beam or a horizontal member having a different cross-sectional size and shape under pressure, An object of the present invention is to provide a temporary material connector that can be firmly fixed to a horizontal member and can be attached to a side beam or a horizontal member having a different cross-sectional size and shape, such as a handrail column.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a temporary scaffold or temporary staircase horizontal member or side girder (3) that is brought into contact with the outer surface of the side member (3) under pressure and integrated with the horizontal member or side member. In the temporary material connector (1,1 ') that supports (2,7) and integrally connects the temporary material to the horizontal member or the side beam,
Supporting the temporary material, and supporting members (11, 18) that contact the upper portion of the horizontal member or side girders and prevent the horizontal member or side girders from being displaced upward relative to the temporary material coupler,
A side contact surface (32) formed by an inner surface of a first side wall portion (12) extending downward integrally from the support member and in surface contact with the first side surface (3b) of the horizontal member or side beam. When,
A second side wall portion (13, 17) extending integrally downward from the support member along the second side surface (3c) of the horizontal member or side beam located on the opposite side of the first contact surface; A swinging member (14) that is pivotally connected and forms a lower inclined contact surface (34) that contacts the lower end corner (3f) of the second side surface in a point contact state;
The pivot member is pivotally connected to the tip of the swing member, and is fastened to the lower end of the first side wall, and the lower inclined contact surface is in point contact with the lower end corner of the horizontal member or side beam. There is provided a temporary material connecting tool characterized by having a fastener (15) that is brought into contact with a state.

In general, a metal mold having a square, channel, or U-shaped cross section is used as a horizontal member or a side beam of a temporary scaffold or temporary staircase, and these members generally have a generally rectangular cross section. However, according to the said structure of this invention, the lower end corner | angular part of a horizontal member or a side beam contact | abuts to the lower inclination contact surface of a coupling tool. The tightening force of the tightening tool acts on the horizontal member or the side beam through the contact point between the lower inclined contact surface and the lower end corner. Since the horizontal member or the side beam is restricted by the support member in its upward movement and restricted in its one-side direction by the side abutment surface, the tightening force of the fastener is the point contact state contact point. To disperse appropriately upward and in one direction. That is, the horizontal member or the side beam is pressed against the support member and the side contact surface by the tightening force and fixed to the temporary connector.

Preferably, the support member includes an upper contact surface that is in surface contact with the upper surface of the horizontal member or the side beam, and an upper inclined contact that is in contact with the upper end corner of the second side surface of the horizontal member or the side beam in a point contact state. And a contact surface. When the horizontal member or the side beam is pressed upward by the fastener, the upper surface of the horizontal member or the side beam is brought into surface contact with the upper contact surface of the support member in accordance with the cross-sectional size and shape, or the upper end corner portion thereof. Is brought into contact with the upper inclined contact surface of the support member in a point contact state.

In a state where the upper surface of the horizontal member or the side beam is in surface contact with the upper contact surface of the support member, the horizontal member or the side beam contacts the temporary material coupler under pressure at one point with the two surfaces. The two surfaces prevent relative displacement in the upward and unilateral directions. That is, the horizontal member or side girder subjected to the action of the diagonally upward (upward and one-sided) force acting on the contact portion in the point contact form is relative to the temporary material coupler on two surfaces and at one point. Fixed.

On the other hand, in the state where the upper end corner portion of the horizontal member or the side beam is in contact with the upper inclined contact surface in the point contact form, the horizontal member or the side beam is attached to the temporary material coupler under pressure at one surface and two points. Contact. One side prevents relative displacement in one direction and one point prevents upward relative displacement. That is, the horizontal member or the side beam subjected to the action of the diagonally upward (upward and one-sided) force acting on the contact portion of the point contact form is relative to the temporary material connector at one and two points. Fixed.

As described above, the temporary connector of the present invention configured to relatively fix the horizontal member or the side girders and the temporary connector at one point on two surfaces or two points on one surface, the horizontal member or It has a completely different contact form from the contact form of the conventional connector (Patent Document 2) that only makes surface contact with the side beams.

According to the temporary material connector of the present invention, the outer side of the side beam or the horizontal member having a different cross-sectional size and shape is abutted under pressure and firmly fixed to the side beam or the horizontal member. Temporary members such as handrail support columns can be attached to the shape side girders or horizontal members.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support member includes an upper abutting surface (31) capable of being in surface contact with the upper surface of the horizontal member or the side beam, and an upper end angle of the second side surface of the horizontal member or the side beam. And an upper inclined contact surface (33) capable of contacting the portion.

Preferably, each pivot axis of the swing member and the fastener is oriented substantially parallel to the axial direction of the cross member or side spar.

More preferably, the swing member is made of a plurality of plate members arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the horizontal member or the side beam, and the lower inclined contact surface is formed by upper edge surfaces of the plurality of plate members. .

According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fastener is fastened to the bolt (22) pivotally attached to the distal end of the swing member and the lower end of the first side wall. A nut (23), the bolt extends outward through a lower opening-shaped recess (25, 26) formed at the lower end of the first side wall, and the nut extends outside the first side wall ( 24) Screw onto the bolt.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support member has a column support (4, 5) that supports the handrail column (2), or a plate-shaped member (7) that forms a baseboard in a temporary staircase or a temporary passage. ) Has a baseboard support (8).

If desired, the outer surface of the horizontal member or side girder of the permanent structure is brought into contact with the horizontal member or side beam under pressure and integrated with the horizontal member or side girder, and the auxiliary device, auxiliary device or accessory of the permanent structure is supported. The connecting device of the present invention may be used as a connecting device for integrally connecting the accessory device or the accessory device to the horizontal member or the side beam.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The axes of the bolt and nut assemblies 20, 21 are oriented in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the side spar 3.

The fastener 15 includes a screw portion 22 having an external screw and a nut 23 that is screwed onto the screw portion 22. The first side plate portion 12 has a support wall portion 24 with which a nut 23 can be engaged. As shown in FIG. 1 (E), the support wall portion 24 is formed of a wall body formed so as to integrally bulge outward from the first side plate portion 12. The screw portion 22 passes through the bottom opening-shaped recesses 25 and 26 formed at the lower ends of the first side plate portion 12 and the support wall portion 24. The nut 23 is engaged with the outer surface of the lower end portion of the support wall portion 24 by a tightening torque with respect to the screw portion 22. The support wall portion 24 extends parallel and vertically upward along with the first side plate portion 12, is integrally connected to the outer end portion of the top plate 11, and is supported by the top plate 11. The first side plate portion 12 and the support wall portion 24 constitute a first side wall portion. The support wall portion 24 locally bulges at the lower end of the recess 26 and forms a folded portion or projection 29 that slightly protrudes outward. The folded portion or the protrusion 29 prevents the nut 23 from falling off the outer wall surface, and stabilizes the position of the nut 23.

FIG. 2 shows a process of fixing the connector 1 to the side beam 3.

In FIG. 2A, the nut 23 is loosened to release the screw portion 22 from the support wall portion 24, and the screw portion 22 and the swing member 14 are pivoted downward to cause the side beam accommodation space 6 of the connector 1 to move. A state in which is opened downward is shown. The connector 1 straddles the side beam 3 so as to receive the side beam 3 in the space 6. The upper end corner 3e of the side beam 3 contacts the inner inclined surface 33 of the connector 1 in a point contact state, or the top surface 3a of the side beam 3 contacts the upper contact surface 31 of the connector 1.

2B, when the screw portion 22 and the swing member 14 are pivoted upward to engage with the support wall portion 24 and the nut 23 is fastened, as shown in FIG. The connector 1 can be closed and the connector 1 can be fixed on the side beam 3. The lower end corner 3f of the side beam 3 contacts the inner inclined surface 34 of the connector 1 in a point contact state, and the side surface 3b of the side beam 3 contacts the side contact surface 32 of the connector 1. The inner inclined surface 34 is inclined at a predetermined angle (preferably 30 to 60 degrees, in this example, approximately 45 degrees) with respect to the plane of the top plate portion 11.

Thus, the horizontal lower surface of the top plate portion 11 constitutes an upper contact surface 31 that can come into surface contact with the top surface 3 a of the side beam 3, and the vertical side wall surface of the first side plate portion 12 is the side surface 3 b of the side beam 3. A side contact surface 32 that can be brought into surface contact is formed. The inner inclined surface 33 of the upper end inclined portion 18 constitutes an upper inclined contact surface that can contact the upper end corner portion 3e (the corner portion between the top surface 3a and the side surface 3c) of the side beam 3 on the side surface 3c side. The inner inclined surface 34 of the moving member 14 constitutes a lower inclined contact surface that can contact the lower end corner portion 3f of the side surface 3c of the side beam 3 (the corner portion between the bottom surface 3d and the side surface 3c). The inner side surface 35 of the second side plate portion 13 does not contact the side beam 3 and is separated from the side surface 3 c of the side beam 3.
