Description

The present invention relates to a spout attached to a paper or synthetic resin container that contains relatively viscous contents such as seasonings such as sauces and ketchup and liquid detergents such as shampoos and rinses.

Conventionally, in a spout attached to this type of container, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-44811, as means for opening the top wall formed inside the cylindrical wall of the spout during use. A thin wall is provided on a part of the flat top wall, and the pull ring provided on the top wall including the thin wall is used to tear the top wall from the thin wall by picking up the pull ring with a fingertip. A method of opening or adopting a method of opening a tab (grip piece) on the top of the cylindrical wall and tearing the tab from the starting point of thin-wall tearing as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-62752 Has been.

However, the spout attached to this type of container often has an extremely small inner diameter. In such a case, in the pull ring unsealing method described above, the pull ring has a small ring diameter, and the pull ring Is housed inside the dispensing tube, it is difficult to open the pull ring with a finger. In the case of the tab method, it is easy to grip the tab because the tab protrudes from the outer surface of the dispensing cylinder. However, since the starting point of the thin tear is not always clear, a large force is required for opening. In addition, since the tab itself is small, it is often difficult for the elderly and young children with weak finger picking force to open the bag. Furthermore, in these conventional products, there is a risk that the contents may be washed away due to the falling of the container after opening.

Further, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-82848, the tip portion of the spout itself made of an elastic material is formed in a dome shape, and a notch portion penetrating the inside and outside is provided at the apex of the dome shape portion in advance. In addition, a pressurized discharge type cylindrical spout has been proposed in which a pressure is applied through the contents to the inner wall surface side of the dome-shaped part during use to expand the cut portion and discharge the contents. This method does not require an opening operation for use, and when the pressurized state is released, the cut portion is closed due to the elasticity of the material used. Since the spout has already been opened by the notch, there is a problem in the sealing performance of the container, and there is a risk that bacteria such as bacilli may invade through a slight gap in the notch already opened when the container is stored. Even if it is said that the incision is almost closed in the non-pressurized state due to the use of an elastic material, it can be removed from the incision provided in advance by a slight impact during transportation and storage of the container before use. This is not preferable because the contents may leak.

実公平6−44811号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-44811 特開2006−62752号公報JP 2006-62752 A 実開平5−82848号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-82848

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks in the conventional container spout, is excellent in unsealing during use, can control the flow rate of the contents, and transport the container before use, An object of the present invention is to provide an easy-to-manufacture spout without worrying about leakage of contents during storage or after opening.

The present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is a spout for being attached to a container to pour out contents, wherein an opening is formed at the upper end, and an attachment to the container is provided at the lower end. A cylindrical wall that is inwardly bent when the outer surface thereof is pressed and a thread is formed on the outer surface, and a top wall formed on the inner side of the cylindrical wall; It said tubular wall outer Ri Do and a thin portion to break when it is pressed, the screw Article, lower than the top wall forming portion of the tubular wall together constituting the opening piece is formed on the top wall A pour cylinder formed of a flexible elastic material formed on the outer surface of the tube wall and having a lacking portion, and a thin region (15) is formed above the thread of the tube wall. the detachably mounted on the outside of the cylindrical wall to seal the pouring outlet of the pouring cylinder, the screw thread and screwed That screw strip is spout consisting of an upper lid formed in the inner surface.

Since the spout of the present invention is configured as described above, when the container is used, after covering the top lid, the top surface wall forming portion of the cylindrical wall in the flexible spout tube or the outer surface in the vicinity thereof When the tube wall is pressed with a finger and pressed, the tube wall is bent inward at that portion, and the thin wall portion formed on the top wall is broken by the pressing force to form a cut, so that the spout can be easily formed. Opened. When the container body is pressed after opening, the pressing force is propagated to the contents in the cylinder wall, and the breaking notch is expanded by the internal pressure, and the contents are opened through the notch at the upper end of the cylinder wall. Can be poured out from. At this time, by adjusting the pressing force applied to the container body, it is possible to arbitrarily adjust the dispensing flow rate of the contents from the dispensing cylinder. And if the press of a container trunk | drum is cancelled | released, this notch part will close instantaneously and pouring can be complete | finished.

According to the present invention, the thin wall portion formed on the top wall can be easily broken and opened simply by picking and pressing the outside of the tube wall of the dispensing tube with a finger. Even users with weak fingertips such as the user can easily perform the opening operation. In addition, it is possible to easily determine by visual inspection whether there is a break in the opening portion of the top wall before use, and since the opening portion once broken and opened cannot be resealed, it has excellent tamper evidence. In addition, since the top wall is not opened before use, problems in transportation and storage such as entry of bacteria and liquid leakage can be avoided.

In addition, in the spout of the present invention, it is not necessary to provide a pull ring on the top wall formed inside the pipe wall of the spout cylinder as in the conventional product. Since the cylindrical wall, the top wall, and the mounting portion of the container are integrated, the manufacturing is easy, and the constituent material is also made of a flexible material such as synthetic resin that is generally available. The manufacturing cost is also low.

In the present invention, the thin-walled portion constituting the planned opening portion formed on the top wall is formed in an arbitrary shape in consideration of the viscosity of the contents such as a single character shape, a tridental shape, a cross shape, a lattice shape, and a parallel shape. be able to. The top wall is formed in an appropriate shape such as a dome shape or a flat plate shape. In addition, when the top wall is formed in a dome shape, it is conceivable to form a dome shape that is concave downward. In consideration of the presence or absence of the contents after use, an upwardly convex dome shape is preferable.

Moreover, the attachment part to the container provided at the lower end of the cylindrical wall may be appropriately selected from known attachment part shapes such as a flange shape and a boat shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the top wall is an arc shape, a spindle shape, etc. Adopted as appropriate.

In the spout of the present invention, the material constituting the spout cylinder is thermoplastic elastomer, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, linear ultra-low density polyethylene, polypropylene, propylene -Polyolefin resin such as ethylene copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polyamide resin such as nylon-6 and nylon-6,6, or resin having barrier properties such as saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is used. be able to. Needless to say, the material must be determined in consideration of reactivity with foods, detergents and the like.

Further, the cylindrical wall of the pouring cylinder, considering the deflection ease of pressing by the cylinder wall in a fingertip, near the top panel wall forming portion of the cylindrical wall, or which from the upper portion to the partial or total wall thickness Alternatively, a region where the angle is changed may be formed. For example, if a thin region is formed in the cylindrical wall near the connection portion with the top wall, the cylindrical wall of this portion is easily bent even by a slight pressing force at the fingertip, and the opening due to the breaking of the thin wall portion to be opened on the top wall is made. Is preferable because it can be performed more easily. In this case, in consideration of the directionality of the thin portion formed on the top wall, if the thin portion is easily broken by the fingertip, for example, if the thin portion is formed in a single character, It is also possible to form only the wall thickness of the cylindrical wall in the vicinity of the direction perpendicular to the thickness.

In the spout of the present invention, an upper lid is attached so as to cover the outer surface of the dispensing tube from the viewpoint of preventing mischief before using the container and preventing liquid leakage due to a fall or impact after opening. Upper lid is detachably attached to the cylindrical wall outside the pouring cylinder by threaded accompaniment expression.

As described above, the present invention provides an outer tube wall of a pour tube that is simply formed of a flexible elastic material without opening the top wall by providing a pull ring even for a pour tube having a small diameter. By simply picking and pressing with a finger, the thin wall portion formed on the top wall easily breaks by the bending and forms a cut portion, so that it can be easily opened. Further, after the cut portion is formed by opening, the contents can be easily poured out from the opening at the upper end of the cylindrical wall through the cut portion only by pressing the body portion of the container. In addition, it is possible to easily adjust the dispensing flow rate by adjusting the pressing force of the container body, and to stop the dispensing of the contents instantly by stopping the pressing of the body part. At the time, there is an effect of running out of liquid. Moreover, the sealing property of the container can be maintained as long as the thin portion is not broken.

Next, an example showing an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a spout of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view of the dispensing cylinder when the upper lid is removed, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the dispensing cylinder when the upper lid is removed. FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the thin portion. 5A and 5B are longitudinal sectional views in the case where the top wall is made flat, FIG. 5A shows the top wall formed horizontally, and FIG. 5B shows the top wall formed inclined. 6a to 6d are plan views showing modified examples of the thin portion formed on the top wall.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a polyethylene pouring tube at the pouring port of the present invention. The pouring tube 1 has a tube wall 2, a dome-shaped top wall 3 formed inside the tube wall 2, and a tube. It is comprised by the attaching part 4 formed in the wall lower end. 5 is a thin-walled portion 5 constituting a planned opening portion formed radially from the apex 6 of the top wall 3, and the thin-walled portion 5 is slightly formed on the surface layer portion of the top wall 3 as shown in an enlarged cross section in FIG. 3. It is formed by applying an inverted triangular defect C so that the remaining part remains. In this embodiment, the thin-walled portion 5 is formed in a trident with an opening angle of 60 degrees from the apex 6, but as shown in FIG. 6, a single character shape (FIG. 6 a), a cross shape (FIG. 6 b), a lattice Various shapes such as a shape (FIG. 6c) and a parallel shape (FIG. 6d) can be adopted, and as shown in FIG. 6c, it is not always necessary to form the tip so as to reach the circumferential portion. Reference numeral 7 denotes an opening formed at the upper end portion of the tube wall 2 of the pouring tube 1, and the contents are poured out of the pouring port through the opening 7 after the top wall 3 is opened. In this embodiment, the dispensing cylinder 1 is attached to the end of the bag-like container 11 by welding. The bag-like container 11 is formed by superimposing two weldable polyolefin sheets and welding the hatched portions in FIG. In the present embodiment, the attachment portion 4 is formed in a flange shape, but may be formed in a known shape such as a boat shape.

Reference numeral 8 denotes an upper lid that is detachably attached to the outside of the cylinder wall 2 so as to seal the extraction path of the extraction cylinder 1 of the cylinder wall 2. A thread 14 and a thread 9 are formed on the inner surface of the side wall 12 of the upper lid 8 and the outer surface of the cylinder wall 2, and the upper lid 8 is screwed onto the dispensing cylinder 1. The thread 9 formed on the cylindrical wall 2 is formed on the outer surface below the top wall forming portion of the cylindrical wall 2 as shown in FIGS. In addition, since the thin region 15 is formed above the screw 9, the cylindrical wall is easily bent by a slight pressing force at the fingertip, and the opening of the top surface wall due to the breaking of the thin portion to be opened is further improved. It can be done easily. An inner ring 10 for sealing the opening 7 in close contact with the inner surface of the opening 7 of the cylinder wall 2 when the upper cover 8 is screwed into the dispensing cylinder 1. Is provided .

Since the spout of the present invention is configured as described above, when using a new container purchased at a store or the like, the top lid 8 is first rotated to pour out the contents filled in the container 11 from the spout. Then, after unscrewing the upper lid 8 screwed into the tube wall 2 of the dispensing tube 1 and removing it from the dispensing tube 1, the outer surface of the top wall 3 forming part of the tube wall 2 is picked with the thumb and index finger. When the inner wall is pressed inward, the pressed portion of the cylindrical wall 2 bends inward, and the thin wall portion 5 formed radially as the planned opening portion from the top of the top wall 3 is broken by the pressing force so as to be cut. Since it is formed, the spout is opened. After opening, when the container 11 is tilted and the side surface of the container is pressed, the pressing force is transmitted to the container contents, the contents enter the cylindrical wall 2 of the dispensing cylinder 1 and further press the container side surface. The cut portion is expanded by the internal pressure of the contents in the cylindrical wall, and the content is poured out of the spout from the opening 7 of the cylindrical wall 2 through the expanded cut portion. At this time, the dispensing flow rate can be adjusted by adjusting the pressing force on the side surface of the container. When the pressing on the side surface of the container is stopped, the cut portion is instantaneously closed and the pouring ends.

As described above, the spout of the present invention can be easily opened when the container is used, and the amount of the discharged content after opening can be easily controlled, and the opening portion can be formed by using a flexible elastic material. Since it has a self-closing property, the contents do not leak, and there are many excellent points such as easy production and low production cost.
