Description

Claims (12)
- 気道室を形成し、空気圧入口及び空気圧出口を有し、さらに一対のテーパ付空気供給ジェットを内部で区画するハウジングと、
夫々が、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの下流で、前記一対のテーパ付空気供給ジェットの1つと同軸に配設された一対のテーパ付空気レシーバと、
前記テーパ付空気レシーバの下流にある一対の鼻カニューレと、
を含んで構成され、
前記一対のテーパ付空気レシーバの夫々は、内方に広がる円錐状のテーパ部分を有し、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの夫々は、外方に広がる円錐状のテーパ部分を有する持続的陽圧呼吸システム。 - 前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの外方に広がるテーパ部分は、4°の開先角度を夫々有する請求項1記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記テーパ付空気レシーバの内方に広がるテーパ部分は、60°の開先角度を夫々有する請求項1記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットは、最小内径及び終端面を持つ円筒部分を夫々有し、前記テーパ付空気レシーバのテーパ部分は、下流側終端を有し、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの前記終端面と前記テーパ付空気レシーバの前記下流側終端との間の距離は、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの前記円筒部分の最小内径の1.8倍である請求項1記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、供給空気用のレシーブ配管に適合する入口フィッティングを含む請求項1記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記入口フィッティングは長円外径を有し、前記配管は長円断面を有する請求項5記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、レシーブ配管に適合する出口フィッティングを有し、該出口フィッティングを介して前記ハウジングの室の内部圧力を測定できる請求項1記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記出口フィッティングは長円外径を有し、前記配管は長円断面を有する請求項7記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 気道室を区画し、空気圧入口及び空気圧出口を有し、さらに一対のテーパ付空気供給ジェットを内部で区画する手段と、
夫々が、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの下流で、前記一対のテーパ付空気供給ジェットの1つと同軸に配設された一対のテーパ付空気レシービング手段と、
前記テーパ付空気レシービング手段の下流にある一対の鼻孔適合手段と、
を含んで構成され、
前記一対のテーパ付空気レシービング手段の夫々は、内方に広がる円錐状のテーパ部分を有し、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの夫々は、外方に広がる円錐状のテーパ部分を有する持続的陽圧呼吸システム。 - 前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの外方に広がるテーパ部分は、4°の開先角度を夫々有する請求項9記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記テーパ付空気レシービング手段の内方に広がるテーパ部分は、60°の開先角度を夫々有する請求項9記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
- 前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットは、最小内径及び終端面を持つ円筒部分を夫々有し、前記テーパ付空気レシービング手段のテーパ部分は、下流側終端を有し、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの前記終端面と前記テーパ付空気レシービング手段の前記下流側終端との間の距離は、前記テーパ付空気供給ジェットの前記円筒部分の最小内径の1.8倍である請求項9記載の持続的陽圧呼吸システム。
