Description

The present invention relates to a water purification system, a building, a chemical substance removal device, and a foreign matter removal device capable of removing foreign matter in the vicinity of a water stop cock and removing residual chlorine in the vicinity of a terminal water tap.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the water penetration rate in Japan is 96.3% per total population. The effect of the use of chlorine is that it has been possible to achieve this diffusion rate and continue providing services at a low price while preventing the propagation of various bacteria. However, chlorine is not a non-toxic substance so that the half-lethal amount of chlorine gas mixed in tap water is in 3200 mg / l cubic meters. Chlorine, in particular, has an oxidizing power, so it denatures proteins. For this reason, when hair and skin are washed with tap water having a high residual chlorine concentration, the hair and skin proteins are denatured and are damaged. Therefore, in recent years, use of a chlorine removal filter has been proposed in order to reduce residual chlorine in tap water.

However, when a chlorine removal filter is provided at the faucet of the water supply, there is no particular restriction. However, when a chlorine removal filter is provided near the water meter in each household, as a measure necessary for hygiene according to Article 17 of the Water Supply Law Enforcement Regulations, “To disinfect chlorine so that the water in the water faucet retains 0.1 mg / l or more of free residual chlorine (0.4 mg / l in the case of combined residual chlorine)” is specified. For this reason, especially in the case of a chlorine removal filter installed after a water meter, it is necessary to adjust the concentration of free residual chlorine in the water passing through the chlorine removal filter, particularly when there is a distance to the terminal faucet.

In view of this, devices for adjusting the free residual chlorine concentration have been proposed in several patent documents. In Patent Document 1, in order to be able to arbitrarily adjust the concentration of free residual chlorine in filtered water, “the filter medium having the function of removing foreign matter and the function of adsorbing foreign matter and free residual chlorine to the water filtration device” An active carbon filter medium is incorporated in series, a bypass pipe is provided for the activated carbon filter medium, and a valve is provided for adjustment in the middle of the bypass pipe.

Moreover, in patent document 2, it is attached to a meter box etc., collects the water used in a home, filters, and in the water purifier for performing disinfection, in order to ensure the amount of chlorine contained in the passing tap water, “A cylindrical casing, a filter provided in the cylindrical casing, and a head cap that shields an upper end of the cylindrical casing, and the filter is disposed inside the cylindrical casing. A first filter part having a hollow cylindrical body disposed substantially concentrically with a circumferential surface and an annular gap and having a function of removing chlorine contained in passing tap water, and surroundings by the first filter part And a second filter part having a lower chlorine removing function than the first filter part, and an upper end of the first filter part, and the second filter part. An upper plate that covers an upper portion and that constitutes an upper space between the head cap and the upper plate, wherein the upper plate has a space adjacent to an upper end of the second filter portion and the upper space. A tap water passing through the filter is provided with a through-hole that communicates with each other, and a bypass channel is defined as a flow channel from the gap between the periphery of the upper plate and the head cap to the through-hole through the upper space. A water purifier "is proposed in which a predetermined amount of the water flows through the bypass flow path.

On the other hand, in Patent Document 3, in order to adjust the concentration of free residual chlorine with a small number of parts, a simple structure, and high reliability over a long period of time, it is shielded by a head cap having an inlet and an outlet. A dust removal unit including a dust removal housing in which a dust removal filter is inserted, and a second head cap that is connected to the second introduction port via the discharge port and the pipe to provide a second discharge port. A chlorine removal unit including a chlorine removal housing into which the chlorine removal filter is inserted, and the second head cap includes an inlet pipe that penetrates from the second inlet to the end of the bottom surface, and a central portion of the bottom surface A residual chlorine concentration with an outlet pipe penetrating from the first outlet to the second outlet, a chlorine securing opening penetrating the outlet pipe and the end of the bottom surface, and an opening degree adjusting portion of the chlorine securing opening. It has proposed a device ".

By the way, it is assumed that each water purification system is a detached house, and the distance between each water faucet and stop cock is short, and it is further assumed that water is distributed to only one house for each stop cock. It was what.

Considering the first function to remove foreign substances in tap water and the second function to reduce residual chlorine in tap water, the first function and second function in the case of a detached house Need not be separated, and there is no problem in connecting and applying the first function and the second function.

On the other hand, in apartment houses such as apartments and apartments, a water purification system that has both the first function and the second function as many as the number of apartment houses is required. A water purification system is required for the number of apartment houses, and installation costs and maintenance costs are incurred. Therefore, it is possible to adopt a method of reducing the cost of water purification by purifying the apartment house as a whole so that one water purification system is provided near the stop cock of the apartment house.

However, if the water purification system that should be arranged for each door is made one near the stop cock and the first function and the second function are connected and applied there, the residual of the water pipe between the water purification system and each room The chlorine concentration is lowered, and the problem of inadequate sterilization / disinfection of water during that period arises as well as not complying with the provisions of Article 17 of the Water Supply Law Enforcement Regulations.

Accordingly, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to provide a water supply system, a water purification system, a building, and a chemical substance, which are means for removing foreign matter in the vicinity of the stop cock and removing residual chlorine in the vicinity of the terminal tap. The present invention provides a removal device and a foreign matter removal device.

In order to achieve the above object, the double filtration water purification system for collective housing according to the present invention includes a plurality of water taps that are connected to water pipes that are connected to a water supply pipe that is applied to an apartment house having a plurality of dwelling units. In the double filtration water purification system for collective housing provided with terminal water taps for each dwelling unit, for each of the terminal water taps, a carbon filter that is disposed on the side of the water stop cock adjacent to the terminal water tap and from which free residual chlorine is removed It is possible to remove foreign substances in the stop cock and to release them by providing a door-to-door chemical substance removal section and a foreign substance removal section for an apartment house which is arranged on the stop cock side connected to the water supply pipe and incorporates a polymer filter. Without reducing the residual chlorine concentration to the vicinity of the terminal faucet, free residual chlorine is removed at the door-to-door chemical substance removing section and water is supplied.

Here, the chemical substance removal unit may include a carbon filter and a bypass unit that avoids the carbon filter, and the foreign matter removal unit may include a polymer filter and a bypass unit that avoids the polymer filter.

Next, the building for apartment houses which is the 2nd invention concerning this application is for every plurality of dwelling units connected via the stop cock connected with the water pipe applied to the dwelling unit which has a plurality of dwelling units. In an apartment building equipped with a double filtration water purification system for collective housing with terminal hydrants, each terminal hydrant is disposed on the stop cock side adjacent to the terminal hydrant to remove free residual chlorine. And a foreign substance removing part for housing which is disposed on the side of the water faucet connected to the water supply pipe and incorporates a polymer filter. It is a building for an apartment house equipped with a double filtration water purification system for an apartment house that removes and supplies the free residual chlorine in the door-to-door chemical substance removal unit without reducing the residual residual chlorine concentration to the vicinity of the terminal faucet. Ah .

The water purification system, building, chemical substance removing device, and foreign matter removing device of the present invention can remove foreign matter in the vicinity of the stop cock and remove residual chlorine in the vicinity of the terminal water tap.

Hereinafter, the water purification system 2 of embodiment of this invention is demonstrated based on FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of a water purification system 2 and a water purification building 4 according to the present invention. The water purification building 4 includes a plurality of dwelling units 12 including pillars 6, beams 8, and a wall portion 10, and includes a foreign substance removal unit 14 that incorporates a foreign substance removal filter at a lower layer portion thereof, and is connected to the foreign substance removal unit 14. A foreign substance removal pipe 16 embedded in the wall 10 or the like for distributing water to each door, and a door-specific chemical substance removal section 18 respectively connected to the foreign substance removal pipe 16 are arranged. The foreign matter removing unit 14 is further connected to a water meter 22 via a water supply pipe 20 on the site, and the water meter 22 is further connected to a water pipe (not shown) buried under a public road via a stop cock 24. It connects with the water supply pipe 26 currently connected with.

By being arranged in this way, the tap water supplied from the water distribution pipe passes through the foreign matter removing unit 14 so that foreign matters in the tap water such as dust and rust are eliminated and introduced into the clean water building 4. In addition, water is supplied to the terminal water faucet (not shown) of each door as purified water from which residual chlorine has been removed by a door-specific chemical substance removal section provided for each door.

Next, details of the foreign matter removing unit 14 will be described with reference to FIG. In the foreign matter removing unit 14, the in-site water supply pipe 20 piped from the water meter 22 is branched by a T-shaped pipe 21, and one port is connected from the 2-port ball valve 28 to the water purification tower 32 through the water purification pipe 30. . The other port of the T-shaped pipe 21 is connected to the bypass pipe 34. The water purification tower 32 is connected to the foreign matter removal piping 16 via a water purification pipe 36 and a two-port ball valve 38 and a T-shaped pipe 39. The bypass pipe 34 is connected to the T-shaped pipe 39 via the two-port ball valve 40 and joins the foreign matter removal pipe 16.

The water purification tower 32 has a built-in polymer filter, can prevent clogging and the like caused by large garbage, and reduces the load on the door-to-door chemical substance removal unit 18. Here, chemical fibers such as polypropylene, animal fibers such as wool, and plant fibers such as paper can be employed as the filter.

Further, a bypass pipe 34 is provided so that the on-site water supply pipe 20 and the foreign substance removal pipe 16 can be directly connected when the polymer filter is replaced or broken, and the two-port ball valve 28 and the two-port ball valve 38 are closed. It can be used by opening the port ball valve 40. Even if foreign matter reaches the water stop cock of each house, there is no problem that residual chlorine decreases before the stop cock.

Further, referring to FIG. 3, the door-to-door chemical substance removing unit 18 will be described. The foreign matter removal pipe 16 is connected to the door stop cock 42 and is connected to the door water meter 46 through the pipe 44. The door-to-door water meter 46 is connected to the T-shaped pipe 50 through a pipe 48. The T-shaped pipe 50 is connected to the ball valve 52. The ball valve 52 is connected to a chemical substance removal unit 56 through a pipe 54. The output of the chemical substance removal unit 56 is connected to the ball valve 60 through a pipe 58. The ball valve 60 is connected to a terminal faucet (not shown) through a T-shaped pipe 62 and a pipe 66. The chemical substance removal unit 56 is composed of a carbon filter.

Next, the operation of the water purification system 2 according to the present invention will be described. The tap water flowing in from the water supply pipe 26 passes through the stop cock 24, the water meter 22, and the on-site water supply pipe 20 and reaches the foreign substance removal unit 14. The tap water flows from the on-site water supply pipe 20 through the 2-port ball valve 28 and the water purification pipe 30 into the water purification tower 32. Here, the foreign substance except the molten substance in tap water is removed by the filter inside the water purification tower 32.

The tap water passes from the water purification tower 32 through the water purification pipe 36 and the two-port ball valve 38, passes through the foreign substance removal piping 16, and reaches the individual chemical substance removal unit 18 of each dwelling unit 12.

In the door-to-door chemical substance removal unit 18, tap water passes from the foreign matter removal pipe 16 through the door-stop cock 42, pipe 44, door-to-door water meter 46, pipe 48, T-shaped pipe 50, ball valve 52, and pipe 54. It flows into the chemical substance removal unit 56. Here, the chemical substance containing residual chlorine is removed from the tap water by the carbon filter of the chemical substance removal unit 56. The tap water that has passed through the chemical substance removal unit 56 flows to the terminal water faucet via the pipe 58, the ball valve 60, the T-shaped pipe 62, and the pipe 66.

Further, in the foreign matter removing unit 14, the bypass flow path is opened by changing the opening ports of the 2-port ball valve 28 and the 2-port ball valve 38 and opening the 2-port ball valve 40.

On the other hand, in the door-to-door chemical substance removal unit 18, the ball valve 52 and the ball valve 60 are shut off and the ball valve 64 is opened to open the bypass flow path.

By configuring as described above, it is possible to greatly reduce the overall maintenance cost as compared with the conventional water purification system of the main plug installation type, and each door costs about the chemical substance removal unit 56 according to its own usage. It became fair even when compared with the conventional summing method. Moreover, finally, with respect to each door, all the purified water can be provided with respect to several terminal water taps.

Further, since the foreign substance removing unit 14 and the door-to-door chemical substance removing unit 18 can be arranged in completely different places, it is easy to secure an installation space.

The water purification system according to the present invention can be applied at a low cost by applying the water purification system when the distance from the water faucet to the terminal water faucet is long, or by applying it to an apartment house having a plurality of dwelling units.

The whole block diagram of the water purification system which concerns on this invention is shown. The enlarged view of the foreign material removal part of the water purification system which concerns on this invention is shown. The enlarged view of the doorside chemical substance removal part of the water purifying system which concerns on this invention is shown.
