Description
Claims (17)
- カテーテルを備えるステント供給システムであって、前記カテーテルが近部及び遠部を備え、前記遠部が、第1の軸と、第2の軸と、前記第1の軸の周りに同軸に取り付けられたバルーンと、を備え、前記第1の軸及び前記第2の軸がそれぞれ軸線を有しかつ半径方向に隣接し、前記バルーンの一部が前記第1の軸及び前記第2の軸の間にあり、前記バルーンが収縮構成と拡張構成を有し、前記バルーンは収縮構成にあるとき、中心胴体と、第1の折り畳み翼と、第2の折り畳み翼と、を有し、これらの折り畳み翼が前記中心胴体から半径方向に延びており、前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼がカテーテルの径方向両側にあり、前記第1の折り畳み翼の一部と前記第2の折り畳み翼の一部とが、前記第1の軸及び前記第2の軸の両側に配置され、前記第1の折り畳み翼自身が折り畳まれ、前記第2の折り畳み翼自身が折り畳まれているステント供給システム。
- 収縮構成から拡張構成に拡張可能なステントをさらに備え、前記ステントが収縮構成において、前記第1の軸、前記第2の軸及び前記バルーンの少なくとも一部の周りに取り付けられる請求項1に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第2の軸の両側で内側に包まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント供給システム。
- 第3の折り畳み翼をさらに備え、前記第1の軸が少なくとも部分的に前記第2の軸及び前記第3の折り畳み翼の間にある請求項3に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第3の折り畳み翼より長いことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第1の軸に向かって内側に巻いていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第1の軸に向かって内側に巻いていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第2の軸の両側で外側に包まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント供給システム。
- 第3の折り畳み翼をさらに備え、前記第1の軸が少なくとも部分的に前記第2の軸及び前記第3の折り畳み翼の間にある請求項8に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第3の折り畳み翼より短いことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記中心胴体に向かって内側に巻いていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の折り畳み翼が前記第1の軸に向かって内側に巻いていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のステント供給システム。
- 第1のガイドワイヤ及び第2のガイドワイヤをさらに備え、前記第1のガイドワイヤが前記第1の軸内に少なくとも部分的に収容され、前記第2のガイドワイヤが前記第2の軸内に少なくとも部分的に収容される請求項1に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記第1及び第2のガイドワイヤが異なる方向に案内可能であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記ステントが近端及び遠端と、前記近端及び遠端の間にある開口と、を備え、前記第2の軸の少なくとも一部が前記開口を通って延びることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記カテーテルの前記遠部が円形断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のステント供給システム。
- 前記ステントが分岐ステントであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のステント供給システム。
