Description
The present invention relates to a rainwater permeation filter and a maintenance method for a rainwater permeation reed, which are used when an existing rainwater reed is processed into a rainwater permeation reed.
In urban areas, urbanization is progressing like a concrete jungle, and the ground surface is paved with concrete and asphalt. As a result, the infiltration area of rainwater has decreased, and the amount of runoff from the ground surface by rainwater has increased. Therefore, a heavy load is applied to drainage facilities such as rainwater pipes during heavy rain, causing urban flooding. In addition, the maintenance of sewage pipes and rainwater pipes prevents rainwater from penetrating into the ground, reducing the amount of groundwater flowing into rivers. As a result, the natural purification capacity of the river is being lost, which causes water pollution of the river.
As a countermeasure, a rainwater infiltration dredging that penetrates rainwater that has fallen on paved roads such as roads and parking lots into the ground has been developed and installed in the side grooves of roads and parking lots. In areas where rivers and lakes need to be purified, it is recommended by local governments to install rainwater infiltration basins in order to allow rainwater that falls on roofs, etc., to penetrate into the ground within each household premises. The spread of rainwater infiltrates has been achieved by providing subsidies for the installation of infiltrates.
By the way, in a conventional urban area, a large number of rainwater reeds are provided with no penetration hole in the reed body. In order to avoid urban flooding and purify rivers, etc., when replacing these rainwater dredging with seepage dredging, it is necessary to remove existing rainwater dredging from the ground of the paved road and install new seepage dredging. Becomes bulky. Also, considering the current situation of installation of penetrating dredging as part of road repair / renovation work, the number of penetrating dredging is limited, so the cost of manufacturing penetrating dredging also increases.
However, in the rainwater permeation jar of Patent Document 1, if fallen leaves, dust, earth and sand, etc. accumulate on the bottom of the permeation basin due to long-term use, it becomes difficult for the rainwater to flow into the permeation member and the permeation capacity is reduced. Further, when the filter material is clogged, it is necessary to take out the filter material from the guide pipe and clean it or replace it. In addition, when the filter material is replaced with a new filter material, the used filter material is discarded as garbage, so that the disposal process is costly.
The penetrating gutter of Patent Document 2 has a configuration in which rainwater is taken in from the upper mouth portion of the penetrating cylinder standing in the bowl and permeated through the penetrating member below the through-hole. If the water level does not rise, the penetration effect cannot be obtained. Further, since the penetrating member of Patent Document 2 is composed of a crushed stone and a penetrating sheet, it is difficult to replace the penetrating member with a new one when clogging occurs. It cannot be fully recovered.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a rainwater infiltration filter that can be easily maintained and sufficiently ensure the infiltration capacity. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for maintaining a rainwater permeation soot that can quickly and reliably recover the permeation ability of the filter for rainwater permeation soot.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention described in claim 1 is a rainwater infiltration filter for use when processing an existing rainwater tank buried in the ground and modifying it into a rainwater infiltration tank, The bottom filter member is disposed so as to protrude below the through hole formed in the bottom of the existing rainwater tank, has a bottom cover and has a mesh-like and hollow cylindrical lower filter material, and is disposed so as to protrude above the through hole. A hollow cylindrical upper filter material having a plurality of permeation holes formed on a peripheral surface thereof, and fixed in a state of being fitted in the through hole, and connecting the lower filter material and the upper filter material And a backflow prevention member that is provided inside the joint member and that prevents rainwater or groundwater from flowing back to the upper filter material side through the lower filter material. The member is the existing rainwater tank A dam plate in which drainage through holes are formed to drain the rainwater that has flowed in from the upper filter material side to the lower filter material side, a valve body for opening and closing the drainage through hole, and operating the valve body The water-expandable rubber for expansion, and when the water-expandable rubber is immersed in water, the water-expandable rubber expands and pushes up the valve body to close the drainage through-hole, while the water-expandable rubber contracts when dried. The gist of the rainwater permeation filter is that the drainage through hole is opened by lowering the body .
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the filter pipe is not filled with the filter material as in the prior art, but the entire filter becomes hollow, so that the work at the time of cleaning the filter can be reduced. Further, unlike the conventional filter replacement, the filter material is not discarded as waste, so that the environment and cost are excellent. In addition, since the upper filter material protrudes into the rainwater infiltration basin, rainwater can flow into the filter from the side of the upper filter material even if fallen leaves, dust, earth and sand accumulate on the bottom of the rainwater infiltration basin. Sufficient permeation ability can be secured.
Moreover, according to this invention, by providing a backflow prevention member inside the joint member, it is possible to prevent rainwater or groundwater from flowing back to the upper filter material side through the lower filter material. As a result, it is possible to avoid the problem that the amount of drainage to the rainwater main connected to the rainwater infiltration basin increases and the processing load on the main increases. Therefore, by using a rainwater seepage dredging filter having a backflow prevention member, it is possible to process an existing rainwater catchment and change it into a rainwater seepage catchment even in a place where the groundwater level fluctuates .
Furthermore, according to the present invention, when the groundwater level rises to the bottom of the seepage trough (the position of the joint member) during rainfall, and the water-expandable rubber of the backflow prevention member is immersed in water, the water-expandable rubber expands. Push up the disc. And the through-hole for drainage is made into a closed state by the valve body, and it is prevented that groundwater or rainwater flows backward from the lower filter material side to the upper filter material side. If such a backflow preventing member is used, the valve body can be pushed up reliably and the drainage through hole can be reliably sealed as compared with the case where the valve body is operated by the buoyancy of the float.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the lower filter material is formed by using a mesh cylindrical tube having a mesh structure, and the upper filter material has a mesh structure that is coarser than the lower filter material. The gist of the present invention is that it is formed using a reticulated cylindrical tube.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the lower filter material is formed by using a reticulated cylindrical tube having a fine mesh, so that sufficient strength can be secured. In addition, since the upper filter material is formed using a mesh-like cylindrical tube with a coarse mesh, it is possible to prevent relatively large sized leaves and dust from entering the filter and to allow rainwater to surely flow into the filter. be able to.
The gist of the invention described in claim 3 is that, in claim 1 or 2, the upper filter material is detachably attached to the joint member.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the upper filter material is provided so as to be detachable with respect to the joint member, when each filter material is clogged by the use of the rainwater infiltration filter, the upper filter material is By removing, each filter material can be easily cleaned.
The gist of the invention described in claim 4 is that, in claim 3, the upper filter material has an enlarged diameter portion having a large diameter at an upper end thereof.
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the enlarged diameter portion is formed at the upper end of the upper filter material, the detachable tool is easily caught when the enlarged diameter portion is pinched by using the detachable tool or the like. The material can be attached and detached easily and without dropping. In addition, with this shape, a convex portion is formed at the upper end of the side surface of the upper filter material, thereby making it difficult for fallen leaves or dust to adhere to the side surface.
The invention according to claim 5 is a method of maintaining the rainwater infiltration basin to which the rainwater infiltration basin filter according to any one of claims 1 to 4 is mounted, wherein the upper filter material is removed from the joint member. And a step of sucking and removing deposits remaining on the bottom of the lower filter material after cleaning the lower filter material by spraying high-pressure cleaning water from the inside of the lower filter material. The gist of this is a maintenance method for rainwater seepage dredging.
According to the invention described in claim 5 , in the rainwater infiltration filter, the upper filter material is removed from the joint member, and the lower filter material is efficiently cleaned by injecting high-pressure washing water from the inside of the lower filter material. The Thereafter, the deposit remaining on the bottom of the lower filter material is removed by suction. Further, by cleaning the upper filter material removed from the joint member, dust or the like adhering to the upper filter material is removed. If it does in this way, the penetration capability of the filter for rain water penetration traps can be recovered quickly and reliably.
As described above in detail, according to the inventions described in claims 1 to 4 , it is possible to provide a rainwater infiltration filter that is easy to maintain and can sufficiently ensure infiltration capability. In addition, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a maintenance method for a rainwater infiltration tub that can quickly and reliably recover the infiltration capacity of the filter for rainwater infiltration basin.
First Embodiment]
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS A first embodiment embodying the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
A circular through
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the mesh
In the mesh-shaped
The
The
The
First, the grating
Next, the mesh
Further, when maintaining the
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The mesh
(2) In the mesh-like
(3) In the mesh-like

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment embodying the present invention will be described. The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a backflow prevention member is provided inside the
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the
The water-
The
