The present invention relates to a telescopic handrail device that can be suitably implemented as a handrail of a transition passage having an expansion joint structure provided between two adjacent buildings.

FIG. 9 is a vertical sectional view showing a conventional telescopic handrail device 1, and this conventional technique is described in, for example, Patent Document 1. In order to enable mutual traffic between two adjacent buildings, each building is connected by a crossing passage. In order to prevent a passerby from falling and an object from falling, this extension passage is provided with telescopic handrail devices 1 on the left and right sides of the joint cover body 2 in the direction of passage perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. .

The telescopic handrail device 1 is disposed on the inner side of the passage (on the right side in FIG. 9), and is connected to a first handrail assembly 3 that is pivotally connected to one building by a hinge (not shown) around a vertical axis. The second handrail assembly 4 is disposed adjacent to the outside of the handrail assembly 3 (left side in FIG. 9) and is connected to the other building so as to be rotatable around a vertical axis by a hinge (not shown).

In the first handrail assembly 3, both longitudinal end portions of the first upper chord material 5 and both longitudinal end portions of the first lower chord material 6 are connected by the first struts 7. A plurality of first rods 8 having an upper end connected to the first upper chord member 5 and a lower end connected to the first lower chord member 6 are provided.

In the second handrail assembly 4, both longitudinal end portions of the second upper chord material 9 and both longitudinal end portions of the second lower chord material 10 are connected by the second support pillars 11. A plurality of second eaves bars 12 having an upper end connected to the second upper chord member 9 and a lower end connected to the second lower chord member 10 are provided.

Guide grooves 14 and 15 are formed in the first and second upper chord members 5 and 9 so as to face each other. A slide core material 16 having an H-shaped cross section is inserted into the guide grooves 14 and 15, and the first and second upper chord materials 5 and 9 are formed by the slide core material 16 and the guide grooves 14 and 15. Are connected so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction.

Further, guide grooves 17 and 18 are formed in the first and second lower chord members 6 and 10 so as to face each other. A slide core member 19 having an H-shaped cross section is inserted into the guide grooves 17 and 18, and the first and second lower chord members 6 and 10 are formed by the slide core member 19 and the guide grooves 17 and 18. Are connected so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction.

When each building is relatively displaced in the direction of approaching and moving away due to a sudden earthquake, the first and second handrail assemblies 3 and 4 are displaced following the displacement of each building, but the first and second upper chord members 5 , 9 and the first and second lower chord members 6, 10 are movably connected by slide core members 16, 19 inserted into the respective guide grooves 14, 15; 17, 18. The relative displacement of the handrail assemblies 3 and 4 is allowed, the first and second handrail assemblies 3 and 4 are prevented from interfering with each other and damaged, and both sides of the passage are not opened even if an earthquake occurs. In this way, the safety of passers-by is ensured.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-220832

In the prior art, the first and second handrail assemblies 3 and 4 move individually following each building against relative displacement in the direction in which the buildings approach and separate from each other due to a sudden earthquake. Therefore, the first and second handrail assemblies 3 and 4 can be prevented from interfering with each other. However, the first upper chord member 5 and the slide core member are prevented against relative displacement in the vertical and horizontal directions. 16, between the second upper chord material 9 and the slide core material 16, between the first lower chord material 6 and the slide core material 19, and between the second lower chord material 10 and the slide core material 19. Since the effective contact area that can transmit is small, the force acting as a load from the first handrail assembly 3 to the second handrail assembly 4 or from the second handrail assembly 4 to the first handrail assembly 3 is wide. Cannot be spread over a range and is locally large Stress will occur, the upper chord members 5,9, each lower chord members 6, 10 and each slide core 16 and 19 will be easily deformed.

When the upper chord members 5 and 9, the lower chord members 6 and 10, and the slide core members 16 and 19 are deformed, the slide core members 16 and 19 are bitten at the deformed portions, and the initial deformation is caused. There is a problem that the handrail assemblies 3 and 4 are broken due to enlargement.

Further, the upper chord members 5, 9, the lower chord members 6, 10 and the slide core members 16, 19 are deformed in part, and the upper chord members 5, 9, the lower chord members 6, 10, and the slide core members. If the parallelism of 16 and 19 is impaired, the next time an earthquake occurs, there will be a large gap between the upper chord members 5 and 9 and the slide core member 16 and between the lower chord members 6 and 10 and the slide core member 19. Friction may occur and seizure or biting may occur, and smooth relative movement may not be possible between the handrail assemblies 3 and 4, and there is a problem that reliability is low with respect to absorption of relative displacement. is there.

An object of the present invention is to provide an extendable handrail device with improved reliability that can prevent deformation and breakage of the first and second handrail assemblies and allow relative displacement between the buildings. .

The first handrail assembly is disposed closer to the central axis of the transition passage than the second handrail assembly,
The first upper chord member is integrally formed with an upper rail portion protruding in a direction approaching the second upper chord member,
The first lower chord material is integrally formed with a lower rail portion protruding in a direction approaching the second lower chord material,
In the second upper chord material, an upper guide groove into which the upper rail portion is movably fitted in the longitudinal direction is formed,
The second lower chord material is formed with a lower guide groove into which the lower rail portion is movably fitted in the longitudinal direction thereof,
Immediately below the other first support column is provided a guide roller movable on the crossing passage ,
The first upper chord member covers the upper end portion of each first support column and the upper end portion of each first eaves from above, and a first coping member in which the upper rail portion is integrally formed, and the first coping member Is mounted, and includes a first coping receiving member to which an upper end portion of each first support column and an upper end portion of each first eaves bar are coupled,
The second upper chord member covers the upper end portion of each second support column and the upper end portion of each second eaves from above, and a second coping member in which the upper guide groove is formed, and the second coping member is mounted. A telescopic handrail device comprising: a second cap receiving member to which an upper end portion of each second column and an upper end portion of each second bar are connected respectively .

Further, in the present invention, the first lower chord member is integrally formed with the lower rail portion on the first lower chord member main body to which the lower end portion of each first support column and the lower end portion of each first rod are connected,
In the second lower chord material, a guide groove forming portion having the lower guide groove is integrally formed on a second lower chord material main body to which a lower end portion of each second support column and a lower end portion of each second rod are connected. It is characterized by that.

According to the present invention, the first handrail assembly is disposed closer to the center axis of the crossing passage than the second handrail assembly, and the upper rail portion provided on the first upper chord member of the first handrail assembly is the second handrail assembly. A lower guide groove fitted into an upper guide groove provided in the second upper chord member of the body, and a lower rail portion provided in the first lower chord member of the first handrail assembly is provided in the second lower chord member of the second handrail assembly The first handrail assembly and the second handrail assembly are movably connected to each other along each rail portion, and a guide roller is provided directly below the other column of the first handrail assembly. because it is, such as by sudden earthquakes, also act a large force to the upper rail section and a lower rail section, is possible to generate a stress to disperse the force to a wide area of the first upper chord member and the first lower chord member And thereby the first upper chord material and the first lower chord material It is possible to reduce the stress generated by a load. As described above, since the stress generated when the first upper chord material and the first lower chord material are subjected to a load is reduced, the deformation due to the stress is reduced, and the first upper chord material and the first lower chord are less likely to cause plastic deformation such as residual strain. The material can be realized, the deformation and breakage of the first and second handrail assemblies can be prevented, the relative displacement between the buildings can be allowed for a long time, and the reliability can be improved.
In addition, since a guide roller that is movable on the crossing path is provided directly under the other support column, the guide roller causes the load of the first and second handrail assemblies, the load of the passerby leaning on the handrail, and the passerby's belongings. In addition, it can support the entire weight including the luggage and the like, and can smoothly move on the passageway to allow relative displacement between the buildings.

A first upper chord member was or, a first coping member on the rail portion are integrally formed, the first coping member is mounted, the upper end portion of the upper end and the first Tatezan of each first strut The second upper chord member is configured to be divided into a first cap member to be coupled, and the second cap member is formed with an upper guide groove, and the second cap member is mounted. Since it is divided into the upper end portion and the second headstock receiving member to which the upper end portion of each second bar is connected, it was not assumed at the time of designing from one of the first and second upper chord members to the other. Even if an excessive force acts to cause deformation or damage, it is only necessary to replace the deformed or damaged member, and it is not necessary to replace one or both of the first upper chord material and the second upper chord material. Maintenance management can be performed easily.

Further, according to the present invention, the first lower chord member is integrally formed with the lower rail portion on the first lower chord member main body to which the lower end portion of each first support column and the lower end portion of each first rod are connected, and the second Since the lower chord material is integrally formed with a guide groove forming portion having a lower guide groove on the second lower chord material main body to which the lower end portion of each second support column and the lower end portion of each second rod are connected, the number of parts is reduced. Therefore, productivity and assembly are improved.

Next, in the crossing passage 21 configured as described above, each displacement component in the three orthogonal directions of the direction X, the front-rear direction Y, and the up-down direction Z in which the buildings A and B approach and leave each other due to a sudden earthquake A description will be given of the operation in the case where a relative displacement is generated by combining the two.

Since the first and second telescopic handrail assemblies 25 and 26 are movable in the approaching and separating directions X, an upper rail portion 60 is integrally formed on the first upper chord member 27, and the first lower chord is formed. Since the lower rail portion 61 is integrally formed on the material 28, even if a large force acts on the upper rail portion 60 and the lower rail portion 61 due to a sudden earthquake or the like, the force is applied to the first upper chord material 27 and The stress can be generated by being distributed over a wide area of the first lower chord material 28, whereby the stress generated by the load on the first upper chord material 27 and the first lower chord material 28 can be reduced.

Thus, since the stress generated by the first upper chord member 27 and the first lower chord member 28 is reduced, the deformation due to the stress is reduced, and the first upper chord member 27 and the plastic deformation such as residual strain are less likely to occur. Realizing the first lower chord material 28, preventing deformation and breakage of the first and second handrail assemblies 25, 26, allowing the relative displacement between the buildings A, B over a long period of time, and improving reliability Can be improved.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, the first upper chord member 27 is attached to the first coping member 65 in which the upper rail portion 60 is integrally formed, and the first coping member 65 is mounted, 30 is divided into a first cap receiving member 66 to which the upper end of each first bar 31 is connected, and the second upper chord member 36 is a second in which an upper guide groove 62 is formed. The structure which divided | segmented into the 2nd sag receiving member 68 to which the 2nd sag member 67 with which this 2nd sag member 67 was mounted | worn and the upper end part of each 2nd support | pillar 38 and 39 and the upper end part of each 2nd bar 40 was connected was attached. Therefore, even if an excessive force that was not assumed at the time of design acts on one of the first and second upper chord members 27 and 36 to cause deformation or damage, the deformation or damage has occurred. It is only necessary to replace the member, and one of the first and second upper chord members 27 and 36 is replaced. There is no need to replace all of the both, it is possible to perform the maintenance easily.

According to the present embodiment, the first lower chord member 28 has the lower rail portion 61 on the first lower chord member main body 69 to which the lower ends of the first struts 29 and 30 and the lower ends of the first rods 31 are connected. The second lower chord member 37 is integrally formed, and has a lower guide groove 63 in the second lower chord member main body 70 to which the lower end portions of the second pillars 38 and 39 and the lower end portions of the second rods 40 are connected. Since the guide groove forming portion 71 is integrally formed, the number of parts can be reduced, and the productivity and assemblability can be improved.
