Description
The present invention makes it easy for swimming beginners / intermediates to learn high elbow strokes so that they can swim correctly, beautifully, and efficiently, and for advanced players to correct their forms. The present invention relates to a swimming assistance device that is proposed as a paddle and is intended to improve safe and secure swimming techniques that can be worn and practiced in any pool.
Conventionally, as an improvement of the swimming technique for competition, an advanced person has been practicing to feel water pressure by putting a plastic plate on the palm or forearm (see
Therefore, there were the following problems.
(B) Most of these are intended to increase the resistance of water in an area larger than the palm and increase the stroke force or increase endurance by increasing the load when scratching the water with the hand. . However, myositis and tendonitis are caused by repeating many strokes in a high load state.
(B) Many plate materials such as plastic are made of hard materials, and there are limited places and places where paddles can be used to avoid injuries caused by collisions during practice.
(C) If the beginner / intermediate learners want to learn how to swim correctly, it is difficult to create the correct form of swimming by creating unnecessary strength by wearing paddles. This is because both conventional paddles and gloves have extra water resistance when they are worn, so the problem is different from the sense of balance of the body when swimming with bare hands, and the palms and arms are linked. Since the wrist moves freely, the wrist becomes unstable, and it is difficult to create a high elbow state in the water. In order to learn how to swim correctly, it is important to wear a balanced sense of left and right strokes with the wrist fixed.
(D) A paddle made of chemical resin that fixes the wrist manufactured by FINIS in the United States has a structure in which two rings are connected as shown in Fig. 8, with the forearm on one side and the other hand It comes to support at the tip of. Focusing on the correct stroke technique practice target that is conscious of wrist, elbow and shoulder, it is said that you can practice without imposing a load on the shoulder, encouraging swimming that is conscious of movement from entry to catch and elbow up at a high position . However, as in the embodiment of FIG. 9, the paddle must always be supported by the arm and fingertip, and the entire hand and arm are burdened and tired, and the resin portion is supported by the fingertip. Is impossible and dangerous. In addition, because it is made of resin, there are limited cases and places where it can be used, and it cannot be used in a general pool like other paddles. Also, since there are only two sizes, it is not adapted to various physiques. If you try to force your arms and hands to the paddle, your wrist will bend. The present invention is intended to solve the problems of such a conventional configuration.
A wrist-fixing band is made of a water-resistant material such as polypropylene fiber with a width of about 5 cm. Cut into the middle with a length of about 5 cm at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Divide into Then, male and female hook-and-loop fasteners are provided alternately on the two left and right band pieces. Further, two string passing portions are provided in the direction perpendicular to the central portion in the longitudinal direction, the strings are passed through each of them, and a thin hard plastic disk is provided at the ends of the two strings.
This is a wrist fixed paddle for swimming.
The wrist fixed paddle for swimming according to the present invention is not for the conventional palm or arm part, but for the beginners / intermediates of swimming, and the palm, wrist and forearm form a single plate from the fingertips. In the entry, catch, pull scarling, push, and finish movements, the most efficient way to receive water pressure and tie the energy of the water-scraping force to the propulsion force without waste is exactly the right, beautiful and efficient. It leads to the acquisition of the high elbow stroke for swimming well. In addition, it is a safe and secure swimming aid that is made of almost fiber and can be easily attached and detached, so that it can be worn and practiced easily anywhere.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a diameter attached to the ends of two cords (4) from a polypropylene fiber wrist fixing band body (1) wound around the wrist (8) through the back of the hand (9). By attaching a thin hard plastic disk (5) of about 2.5 cm between the index finger (11b) and middle finger (11c) and ring finger (11d) and little finger (11e) on the palm (10) side, (8) The entire palm (10) from the tip is prevented from bending inward, and the palm (10), the wrist (8) and the entire inside of the arm are exactly one plate from all the fingertips (11a to 11e). This makes it easy for the palm (10) from the fingertip to enter at a shallow angle with respect to the water surface during entry, thus minimizing water resistance. In the catch, pull scarling, push, and finish operations, the water pressure is received most efficiently and the correct high elbow stroke is acquired. Easily move to the next entry operation with a single plate with the palm (10), wrist (8), and forearm extending straight around the elbow, while maintaining the elbow up at a high position in recovery. To do. These series of actions are effective for enhancing the practice effect of scurling in synchronized swimming and water polo in addition to the four swimming methods. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
