Claims (13)
- 2個の電極(6)を有する少なくとも1個の測定キュベット(1)と、試験すべき液体(14)を動かすための装置(10)と、接触エレメント(7)を介して電極(6)に接続される測定および評価電子機器(8、9)を備えた血小板凝集を測定かつ記録するための血小板凝集測定装置であって、測定キュベット(1)が2個の隣接して配置された、上方に開口している部分空間(2、3)を含み、その空間は下部(5)にて相互に連絡しているだけであり、電極が測定キュベット(1)の底部に挿入される金属球(6)として設計されており、液体を動かす装置(10)が実質的にシーリング方式にて一の部分空間(2)の上に設置され得、定期的かつ交互に低圧および過圧を発生する、ポンプ装置(11−13)であることを特徴とする、血小板凝集測定装置。
- 金属球(6)がキュベット(1)の底部に成型または圧縮されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 金属球(6)がステンレスでできていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 金属球(6)が被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 金属球(6)が銀、非腐食性材料、貴金属および/または試薬で被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- ポンプ速度を変えることができることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- ポンプ装置(10)がシリンダー(11)および偏心ドライブ(13)により往復運動可能であるピストン(12)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- ポンプ装置(10)が隔膜ポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- その上にポンプ装置(10)を設置しうる部分空間(2)が実質的に平行な壁面を有するのに対して、別の部分空間(3)が漏斗のように上方に広がっていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 接触エレメント(7)が弾性であるように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 複数の測定キュベット(11)が相互に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- 金属球(6)がその接触エレメント(7)の助けを借りて電子機器(8、9)に接続されること、1個または複数のポンプ装置(19)を測定キュベット(1)の上に配置し、それを駆動させることにより、個々のキュベット(1)が同時に測定および評価電子機器(8、9)に接続され得ることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
- キュベット(1)がポリスチレン、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)またはポリエチレンから選択される血液−適合性プラスチック材料から由来の射出成形部材であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の血小板凝集測定装置。
