Description

The present invention relates to a dust remover, and more particularly to a dust remover that captures dust in flowing water flowing through a water channel with a bar screen and automatically discharges the dust captured by the bar screen to the outside of the water channel by rake.

A dust remover installed in a water channel such as a water intake, a water outlet, or a pumping / drainage station generally catches dust flowing in the water channel by a bar screen arranged in the water channel and raises the captured dust along the front surface of the screen. It is constructed so that it is lifted up by a rake, dropped into a chute provided below the rising end of the rake, and removed from the water channel. As a rake driving method in such a dust remover, a rotary rake type dust remover (for example, see Patent Document 1) and a pin rack type dust remover (for example, see Patent Document 2) are widely known.

A conventional dust remover generally fixes a bar screen so as to cross a water channel, and fixes a pair of side frames and side plates to both side walls on the upstream side of the bar screen, respectively. A guide rail and a drive mechanism for guiding the rake are attached. Therefore, the installation of the dust remover requires operations for fixing the bar screen to the side wall and bottom of the water channel, and fixing the side frame and the side plate to the side wall. For this reason, when renewing a dust remover installed in an existing water channel, it is necessary to drain the water from the water channel and perform these operations, and the water channel will be unusable for several days. There was a problem that it would have an effect and it would take time to adjust the construction schedule.

Furthermore, when a dust remover is installed in the lower drainage channel, in recent years, countermeasures against bad odors and noise have been demanded. Therefore, a cover covering the periphery of the dust remover has been separately installed. It was costly and time consuming.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a dust remover that can be very easily installed in a water channel while taking measures against bad odor and noise.

In order to achieve the above object, a dust remover according to the present invention is a dust remover that captures dust in a water channel and discharges it outside the water channel, and a pair of side plates that are disposed to face each other along the side wall of the water channel, and above the water channel. The front plate that closes the upstream side of the both side plates that rises, the rear plate that closes the downstream side, and the top plate that closes the upper side, and the bottom plate of the both side plates in the water channel are spanned across the bottom of the water channel A storage body provided with a bottom member disposed in contact with each other, a bar screen disposed between the downstream sides of the both side plates in the water channel in the storage body, and an inner surface of the both side plates. A rake that is guided by the guide portion to raise and lower the upstream side of the bar screen, rake driving means for raising and lowering the rake, a discharge port provided in the rear plate corresponding to the raised position of the rake, and the discharge A discharge chute connected to the outlet Provided horizontally dust rake unit provided with fried scraping above the rake and wiper for discharging toward the discharge chute from the discharge port, the side plates, the outer surface of the front plate and the rear plate and a mounting member, a structure member, manufactured in an integrated state of these components to the dimensions of the channel to be installed, the mounting member covering an upper portion of both the upper edge or the waterway of the waterway lid It is characterized by being fixed to the plate by fixing means .

The dust remover of the present invention is manufactured in a state where components such as a bar screen, a rake, a guide rail, a drive mechanism, a deodorizing and soundproofing cover are integrated in accordance with the size of the water channel to be installed. Can be installed simply by fitting the lower part of the storage body into a predetermined position of the water channel and fixing the installation member to the upper edge of the water channel or the lid of the water channel with appropriate fixing means. Therefore, it is possible to easily install the dust remover in a short time. Moreover, since the upper part of a dust remover is covered with the storage body, generation | occurrence | production of a bad smell and noise can also be suppressed.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dust remover, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional side view showing an installed state of the dust remover, and FIG. 3 is a front view showing the installed state of the dust remover. 4 and 4 are cross-sectional side views of the dust remover in which the rake and the wiper are omitted.

This dust remover is disposed opposite to each other along the both side walls 10 a and 10 a of the water channel 10, and between the pair of side plates 11 and 11 rising up above the water channel 10 and the upstream side of the both side plates 11 rising above the water channel 10. A front plate 12 that closes the upper side, a rear plate 13 that closes the downstream side, a top plate 14 that closes the upper side, and a lower end of the both side plates 11 in the water channel 10 so as to contact the bottom surface 10b of the water channel 10. It has a box-shaped storage body 16 having a bottom member 15 arranged in contact therewith. The storage body 16 is in a state where the lower side of the front plate 12 and the lower side of the rear plate 13 are opened, so that the water in the water channel 10 flows from the front to the rear of the dust remover through the front and rear openings. Is formed.

A bar in which a large number of bars are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction at predetermined intervals so as to close the opening below the rear plate 13 between the downstream sides of the both side plates 11 in the water channel 10 inside the storage body 16. A screen 17 is provided, and an endless guide portion 18 and a linear guide portion 19 made of a concave groove are provided on the inner surface of the both side plates 11 and guided by the endless guide portion 18 and the linear guide portion 19. A rake 20 that moves up and down the upstream side of the bar screen 17 is provided.

The endless guide portion 18 includes a pair of straight portions 18 a and 18 b along both sides of the rack 21 and arc portions 18 c and 18 d that connect the upper and lower ends of both straight portions 18 a and 18 b. It is provided in parallel and adjacent to the upper stream side of the straight portion 18a located on the upstream side of the rack 21, and a vertically intermediate portion of the endless guide portion 18 is provided over the upper top of the arc portion 18d . The rack 21 is divided into three rack members 21a in the vertical direction and is attached to the inner surface of the side plate 11 with bolts or the like. Thereby, the rack 21 can be reduced in size and weight, and can be performed for each member when exchanging the rack pins due to wear or the like, thereby improving workability and shortening the work time.

The rake 20 includes a rake portion 22 having comb teeth corresponding to the bar screen 17, two rake arms 23 that support the rake portion 22 at the lower end, and a holding cylinder 24 that holds an intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the rake arm 23. And an upper guide shaft 26 having upper guide rollers 25 respectively spanning the upper end portion of the rake arm 23 and fitted into the grooves of the linear guide portion 19 at both ends, and rotatably held in the holding cylinder 24. Drive shaft 27, a submersible motor 28 provided at the center of the drive shaft 27, sprockets 29 provided at both ends of the drive shaft 27 and meshing with the rack 21, and the drive shaft 27 The lower guide roller 30 protrudes from the both ends of the sprocket 29 to the outside of the sprocket 29 and fits into the groove of the endless guide portion 18.

In the rake 20, the upper guide roller 25 is rotated by a linear guide portion 19 by rotating a drive shaft 27 through an appropriate speed reducer by a submersible motor 28 as rake drive means and rotating a sprocket 29 in a predetermined direction. The lower guide roller 30 descends the front straight portion 18a, passes through the lower arc portion 18c, rises the rear straight portion 18b, and moves from the upper arc portion 18d to the front straight portion 18a. Repeat the operation to descend. As a result, the rake portion 22 is lowered in a state of being separated from the bar screen 17, and when the rake portion 22 is lowered, the rake arm 23 is rotated with the upper guide roller 25 as a fulcrum so that the rake portion 22 approaches the front surface of the bar screen 17. The movement of the front end of the bar screen 17 ascending from the front surface of the bar screen 17 along the inner surface of the rear plate 13 is repeated.

The rear plate 13 is provided with a discharge port 31 at a position corresponding to the rising position of the rake 20, and a discharge chute 32 is continuously provided outside the discharge port 31. Further, a wiper 33 is provided above the rake 20 for discharging the dust scraped up by the rake portion 22 from the discharge port 31 toward the discharge chute 32. The wiper 33 is provided with a wiper plate 36 at a lower end of a wiper arm 35 supported by a wiper arm shaft 34 provided at an upper portion of both side plates 11, and a balance weight 37 in front of the upper end of the wiper arm 35. In general, the wiper arm 35 is held in contact with the stopper 38. Further, the front plate 12 is provided with an inspection door 39 and an inspection illumination 40, the top plate 14 is provided with an upper inspection port 41, and one side plate 11 is provided with a ventilation fan 42.

And the installation member 43 provided in the horizontal direction so that the circumference | surroundings of the said storage body 16 may be enclosed in the outer surface of the said both-sides board 11, the front board 12, and the rear board 13 is provided. This installation member 43 is formed so that it can be fixed to a lid plate covering both the upper edges 10c of the water channel 10 and the upper part of the water channel 10 with an appropriate fixing means, for example, an anchor bolt.

In this way, the dust remover unitized by the box-shaped storage body 16 is set to the dimensions of each part in accordance with the depth and width of the water channel 10 formed of concrete or the like. Uses materials with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance in consideration of use in a high-humidity environment, and is made of synthetic resin such as stainless steel and nylon. Can be reduced.

The dust remover is installed in the water channel 10 by inserting the lower part from the installation member 43 into the water channel 10 with the front plate 12 facing the upstream side, and using the anchor bolts or the like to install the installation member 43 on both sides of the water channel 10. While fixing to the edge 10c, it is only necessary to perform surrounding finishing work and electrical work, and since there is almost no on-site assembly, the construction period of the dust remover can be significantly shortened compared to the conventional case.

The dust remover installed in the water channel 10 captures the dust flowing in the water channel 10 by the bar screen 17 and captures it by the bar screen 17 by operating the rake 20 continuously or intermittently using a timer or the like. The collected dust is scraped up by the rake portion 22 and discharged from the upper discharge port 31 along the inner surface of the rear plate 13. Further, when the rake portion 22 rises to the discharge port 31, the lower end of the wiper plate 36 comes into contact with the upper surface of the rake arm 23 side base of the rake portion 22, and as the rake portion 22 rises, the wiper plate 36 moves to the rake portion 22. By moving toward the tip, the dust scraped up by the rake portion 22 is reliably discharged from the discharge port 31 toward the discharge chute 32.

At this time, an operation sound is generated as the rake 20 is mechanically moved up and down. However, since the rake 20 is stored in the storage body 16, leakage of the operation sound to the outside can be suppressed. Moreover, noise reduction can be further achieved by attaching a sound absorbing material or a vibration isolating material to the housing 16 as necessary. Furthermore, even if a bad odor is generated from dust or residue, it is possible to suppress the bad odor from flowing to the surroundings, and by providing a deodorizer inside the storage body 16 as necessary, the generation of bad odor can be more reliably suppressed. it can.

In addition, the shape of each part can select the optimal shape suitably according to conditions, such as the structure of the water channel 10, and the amount of water, for example, in this example, the bar screen 17 is made at right angles with respect to the bottom face 10b of the water channel 10. Although provided, it is also possible to provide the bar screen 17 and the upper portion of the rear plate 13 so as to be inclined to the downstream side.
