Description
The present invention relates to a technique for constructing a mask to be worn on a wearer's face.
Then, this invention is made | formed in view of this point, and makes it a subject to provide the mask which fits a wearer's face comprehensively.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention described in each claim is configured.
The mask which concerns on this invention is a mask with which a wearer's face is mounted | worn, Comprising: A mask main-body part, a left ear hook part, and a right ear hook part are provided at least. The “mask” herein may be a disposable type that is intended for single use or several times use, or a type that can be used repeatedly after washing. May be. In addition, this mask can be suitably used for wearers such as children including preschool children, elementary school students, junior high school students, and adults with small faces. By configuring a mask having a shape enlarged in a similar manner, it can be used for a wearer such as a general adult.
A mask main-body part is formed by the left side sheet part and right side sheet part which consist of nonwoven fabrics, and is comprised as a site | part which covers a wearer's at least mouth and nose. Thereby, when wearing a mask, a mouth space is formed between the mask main body and the wearer's mouth. The mask main body can be formed by one or a plurality of sheet portions or sheet pieces. Typically, the mask body is formed by partially joining one sheet portion or sheet piece, or by joining all or part of a plurality of sheet portions or sheet pieces in a connected manner. . The left sheet part and right sheet part that form the mask main body part are sheet-like components that are typically made by fixing or intertwining fibers by mechanical, chemical, or thermal processes. There is typically a non-woven fabric that includes heat-meltable fibers (thermoplastic fibers) in part and can be fused (welded).
The left ear hook part and the right ear hook part are formed to extend from both sides of the mask main body part and have an ear hook hole that is hooked on the wearer's ear. The left ear hook portion and the right ear hook portion may have a separate structure from the mask main body portion, or may have a single structure as a part of the mask.
The mask of this configuration is flat when the mask is folded (also referred to as “when the mask is stored” or “when the mask is not used”) in which the left and right sheet portions of the mask main body are overlapped with each other. When the mask is worn, the shape is three-dimensional.
In particular, in the mask of this configuration, when the mask is folded, it is orthogonal to the boundary line between the mask main body part, the left ear hook part, and the right ear hook part, and the edge part between the boundary line and the left sheet part and the right sheet part. The length of the first extension line formed at the upper end portion of the boundary line is longer than the length of the second extension line formed at the lower end portion of the boundary line. Is also configured to be shorter. In short, with respect to the lateral width of the mask body in the left-right direction, the lateral width at the upper end is configured to be narrower than the lateral width at the lower end. In this configuration, in a state where the mask is expanded in a three-dimensional shape, the mask main body viewed from the wearer side or the opposite side has a trapezoidal shape with the upper end side as a short side and the lower end side as a long side, or The left and right end portions generally form a “C” shape. In addition, regarding the boundary line between the mask main body part, the left ear hook part, and the right ear hook part, it is preferable that the boundary line is configured in a straight line. On the other hand, when the boundary line is configured in a curved line, a straight line connecting the ends of the curved boundary line is defined as a boundary between the mask main body part, the left ear hook part, and the right ear hook part. It can also be defined as a line.
According to such a configuration of the mask according to the present invention, the width at the upper end of the mask main body is narrower than the width at the lower end, so that the upper end of the mask main body can be in surface contact with the wearer's nose. Therefore, it becomes possible to prevent the mask from shifting from an appropriate wearing position when the wearer wears a mask having a low nose and a high cheek, such as a child or a person with a small face. Therefore, it is possible to improve the fit of the mask to the wearer.
Further, in the mask of this configuration, when the mask is folded, the mask is orthogonal to a boundary line between the mask main body part, the left ear hook part, and the right ear hook part, and the boundary line, the left sheet part, and the right sheet Among the extended lines formed by connecting the edges between the parts, the longest extended line having the longest extension length is formed at the midpoint of the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the boundary line. It is preferable that the configuration is arranged below the extended line. In short, as a further configuration, a configuration is adopted in which the top portion of the mask main body, that is, the top portion of the mouth covering portion, is arranged below the center in the vertical direction of the mask.
According to such a configuration, the mask is prevented from deviating from an appropriate wearing position, and the top of the mask main body is disposed below the middle so that the tip of the nose can be used particularly like a child or a person with a small face. It is possible to increase the wearer's mouth space when the wearer wears a mask with a small difference in height between the mouth and the tip (lips).
Further, in the mask of this configuration, when the mask is folded, the upper end portion of the boundary line between the mask main body portion, the left ear hook portion and the right ear hook portion, the left seat portion and the right seat portion. It is preferable that the ear hooking hole is disposed below the extended line connecting the upper end portions of the edge portions. In short, as a further configuration, a configuration is adopted in which the ear hooking holes of the left ear hooking portion and the right ear hooking portion are disposed at a position relatively lower than the upper end portion of the mask main body portion.
According to such a configuration, the mask is prevented from deviating from an appropriate wearing position, and the ear hooking holes of the left ear hook portion and the right ear hook portion are relatively low with respect to the upper end portion of the mask main body portion. When the mask is worn by a wearer with a low ear position such as a child or a small-faced person, the mask can be set to an appropriate wearing position. In addition, according to such a configuration, the upper and lower lengths of the left ear hook and the right ear hook, that is, the length of the upper part of the left ear hook and the right ear hook with the ear hook hole being sandwiched between Regarding the length of the side part, the length of the upper part and the length of the lower part are substantially equal, or the length of the upper part is slightly longer than the length of the lower part. Therefore, even if the left and right ear hooks are pulled slightly to the left and right, the upper part and the lower part will extend in substantially the same manner, ensuring a well-balanced mounting performance and providing local force. Can be prevented from acting.
Moreover, in the mask of the further form which concerns on this invention, Of the said mask main-body part, the said ear hook part, and the boundary part of the said mask main-body part and the said left ear hook part and the right ear hook part It is preferable that at least one has a display unit that displays the vertical direction of the mask in an identifiable manner. According to such a structure, it becomes possible to make a wearer identify easily the up-down direction of a mask with a display part. With regard to a specific configuration of the display unit, typically, a configuration in which characters, symbols, patterns, designs, and the like are represented by a bonding embossing structure, a printing structure, and the like can be used.
Another embodiment of the mask according to the present invention has the same configuration as the mask having the mask main body portion, the left ear hook portion, and the right ear hook portion, and is a decoration attached to the outer surface of the mask main body portion. It is set as the structure further provided with the sealing member for. Further, another mask according to the present invention has the same configuration as the mask having the mask main body portion, the left ear hook portion, and the right ear hook portion, and covers the outer surface of the mask main body portion. It is set as the structure further provided with the seal | sticker member for decoration. The decorative seal member here is preferably configured as an adherent member on which a display that easily attracts children's interest, for example, a specific character or the like is displayed. According to such a configuration, it is possible to enhance the interest of the mask by the decorative seal member.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a mask that fits the wearer's face comprehensively.
Hereinafter, a
First, FIG.1 and FIG.2 is referred regarding the whole structure of the
(Configuration of mask body 2)
The
Further, when the mask is worn, the
In this Embodiment, the mask main-
(Configuration of the ear hook 3)
The
Each of the
When the mask is worn, the
By the way, in designing and developing a mask of the type of the
Accordingly, the present inventors pay attention to the characteristics of the child's face and the characteristics of the child, and the structure of the
(1) Regarding the shape of the child's face, the nose is lower and the cheeks are higher (swelling) than the general adult. In addition, the nose tends to be rounder than general adults.
(2) Regarding the shape of the child's face, the difference in height between the tip of the nose and the tip of the mouth (lips) is smaller than that of a general adult.
(3) Regarding the shape of the child's face, the position of the ear is lower than that of a general adult.
(4) The mask is liable to deviate from the proper wearing position because it speaks well about the characteristics of the child.
(5) Regarding the characteristics of the child, the force applied to the mask does not work well and the ear hook tends to stretch because it tends to be pulled and attached.
(6) Regarding the characteristics of children, I am tired and less interested in masks.
Based on these review points, the present inventors diligently studied a mask structure that is particularly suitable for wearers such as children. As a result of the study, the present inventors can construct a mask optimal for a wearer such as a child by configuring a mask having at least one of the following first to sixth structures. It has become possible. Here, specific structures (first to sixth structures) of the mask will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
(First structure)
For the first structure of the
This first structure is configured as a solution corresponding to the review points (1) and (4) described above, and the lateral width of the mask
Therefore, in such a configuration, when the mask is expanded as shown in FIG. 4, the length of the line connecting the left and right upper end portions X1 at the shortest distance is twice the length of the first extended line L1 (2 × a ) And the length of the line connecting the left and right lower end portions X2 at the shortest distance substantially matches the length (2 × b) of the second extended line L2. In such a configuration, in a state where the

This second structure is configured as a solution corresponding to the review point (2), and the top of the mask body 2 (point Y4 in FIG. 5), that is, the top of the mouth covering part, The
The “middle point portion X3”, “third extension line L3”, and “fourth extension line L4” referred to here are respectively “middle point portion”, “upper end portion and lower end portion of the boundary line” in the present invention. And “the longest extended line with the longest extended length”.
By adopting such a second structure, the top of the mask main body is disposed below the center with respect to the vertical direction of the mask, so that the tip of the nose and the mouth (lips) especially like a child or a small-faced person. ), The wearer's mouth space can be increased when wearing the mask of the wearer with a small height difference.
(Third structure)
With regard to the third structure of the
The third structure is configured as a solution corresponding to the review points (3), (4), and (5), and the ear hooking holes of the left
The “fifth extended line L5” referred to here is the “upper end portion of the boundary line between the mask main body portion, the left ear hook portion, and the right ear hook portion, the left seat portion, and the right seat portion in the present invention. It corresponds to an “extending line connecting the upper end portion of the edge between the two”.

(Fourth structure)
For the fourth structure of the
This 4th structure is comprised as a solution means corresponding to the said review point (5), and is set as the structure which devised the material and structure of the left
Typically, the
More specifically, the production process of the spunlace nonwoven fabric includes a card process, a water jet process, an aperture water jet process, a drying process, and a shrink process. The carding process is a process of forming waves continuously by matching the basis weight of the opened fibers of various fibers uniformly in the width direction. The water jet process is a process in which the wave is entangled with a high-pressure water flow to give the sheet strength. The perforated water jet step is a step of forming a perforation by spraying a high-pressure water stream on a nonwoven fabric when passing a sheet entangled on a structure (net punching plate) from which water is undulated. . In addition, it can also employ | adopt the process of spraying a high-pressure steam jet on a nonwoven fabric instead of this open hole water jet process which sprays a high-pressure water stream on a nonwoven fabric. In the drying process, the moisture contained in the sheet is dried and blown off. In the shrinking process, if the crimped fiber is polypropylene / modified polypropylene, the modified polypropylene begins to shrink around 140 ° C., and the other polypropylene does not shrink, so it becomes coiled. At that time, the flow direction and width of the nonwoven fabric Shrinkage occurs in the direction.
In such a manufacturing process, a nonwoven fabric substrate having an orientation in the flow direction of the woven fabric is formed particularly by a card process and a water jet process. In addition, by the opening water jet process, a jet fluid (water jet water stream or steam jet) is jetted onto the nonwoven fabric substrate, and the fibers are separated from the hit portion of the jet fluid, that is, the fibers are pushed apart. Openings are reliably formed in the nonwoven fabric. At this time, the water flow (or steam) of the water jet is fixed, and on the other hand, the nonwoven fabric substrate is moved, so that the opening has an oval shape. Therefore, the density of fibers (the degree of density) is increased around the aperture. This high-density fiber is shrunk by a shrinking process, thereby having high spring properties.
By adopting such a fourth structure, when the ear hooks 3a, 3b are pulled left and right to hook the ear hooks 3a, 3b on the ear when wearing the mask, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
Here, with regard to wearing comfort and attachment / detachment durability when wearing a mask, samples constituting the ear hooks 3a and 3b are prepared, and performance evaluation of the samples (measurement / evaluation of tensile strength and elongation recovery rate) is performed. did. The performance evaluation procedure and results will be described below. For this performance evaluation, JIS L-1096 method is typically referred to.
(Sample preparation)
Using the same material as the ear hooks 3a and 3b having the above-described configuration, three samples having a length of 210 [mm], a width of 297 [mm], and a basis weight of 100.0 [g / m2] were collected. Further, three samples each having a width of 50 [mm] and a length of 297 [mm] were collected from each sample in the vertical and horizontal directions.
(Measurement and evaluation of tensile strength)
In the measurement of the tensile strength, the above-mentioned sample having a width of 50 [mm] and a length of 297 [mm] was evaluated by a known constant speed stretchable tensile tester. Regarding the measurement conditions in this case, the holding distance of the sample is 200 [mm], the tensile speed is 200 [mm / min], the strength at 50% elongation of the sample in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the vertical and horizontal directions. The strength at 90% elongation of the sample in the direction was measured, and the average value of the measurement samples was calculated. In this case, the strength at 50% elongation was defined as 50% stress [N], and the strength at 90% elongation was defined as 90% stress [N]. When the 50% stress is 1 [N] or less and the 90% stress is 1 [N] or less satisfies the desired wearing comfort standard, that is, when the ear hooks 3a and 3b are hooked on the ear. It was evaluated that it has elasticity so as not to cause pain in the ear.
(Measurement and evaluation of elongation recovery rate)
In the measurement of the elongation recovery rate, the sample having a width of 50 [mm] and a length of 297 [mm] was evaluated by a known constant speed stretchable tensile tester. Regarding the measurement conditions in this case, the degree of recovery when the gripping interval of the sample is 200 [mm], the tensile speed is 200 [mm / min], the sample is stretched 50% and then recovered to the origin at the same speed. The ratio (ratio) and the degree of recovery (ratio) when the sample was extended 90% and then recovered to the origin at the same speed were measured, and the average value of the measurement samples was calculated. In this case, the degree of recovery after 50% elongation was defined as 50% elongation recovery rate [%], and the degree of recovery after 90% elongation was defined as 90% elongation recovery rate [%]. Further, those having a 50% elongation recovery rate of 70% or more and a 90% elongation recovery rate of 60% or more satisfy the desired attachment / detachment durability standard, that is, the ear hooks 3a and 3b are elongated. It was evaluated that it was difficult to remain as it was.
As a result of the evaluation, in order to satisfy both the desired wearing comfort standard and the attachment / detachment durability standard, the fiber length of the stretchable fibers constituting the ear hooks 3a and 3b is set to 44 mm or more, and the hole is opened. It was confirmed that the size of 6 before shrinkage was 10 to 50 mesh. When the fiber length of the stretchable fiber is less than 44 [mm], the stress exceeds the reference value even if the size of the

With respect to the first display mode, as shown in FIG. 12, by adopting a mode in which an “upward arrow” is displayed on the second embossed
By adopting such a fifth structure, it becomes possible for the wearer to easily identify the up-and-down direction of the

With respect to the sixth structure of the
The sixth structure is configured as a solution corresponding to the review point (6) described above, and is a decorative member (also referred to as a “seal member”) on the outer surface of the
By adopting such a sixth structure, particularly when the wearer is a child, the interest of the child with respect to the mask is enhanced, and the desired shape is formed by combining the adherent members S1 to S4 in a puzzle shape. A sense of accomplishment can be imparted, thereby making it possible to obtain a function related to the child's intellectual education. In addition, it is preferable to adopt a configuration in which a display that easily attracts children's interest, for example, a specific character or the like is displayed on each adherent member. In this case, you may comprise so that the same display or a different display may be performed with respect to each of adherend member S1-S4, or the some adherend member of adherend member S1-S4 is arrange | positioned appropriately. Thus, the display on each adherent member can be combined to form a single display as a result. According to such a configuration, it is possible to enhance the interest of the child with respect to the mask, particularly when the wearer is a child.
FIG. 15 is referred regarding the state which the child as a wearer wears the
