Description
The present invention relates to a cooking device using a heating glass, and more particularly to a cooking device suitable for observing the back surface of a heated object to be heated from the outside.
However, even with the conventional method and the configuration of Patent Document 1, it is possible to directly observe and display the state of the heated surface that is in contact with the cooking surface of the utensil during cooking of food. There wasn't.
The present invention has been made to solve the above and other problems, and one aspect of the present invention is a cooking device for cooking food, in which an electric current is applied to the lower surface of a plate glass serving as a base material. A heating glass plate having visible light permeability, which heats an object to be heated placed on the upper surface of the heating glass by the heat generation of the heating layer, and the heating glass plate A plurality of supports made of heat-resistant tempered sheet glass having visible light permeability, which is arranged to form a closed space below the heated glass plate and constitutes a cylindrical pedestal. A plate, a front plate, a rear plate, and a side plate having visible light permeability, which are provided in close contact with the outside of each of the support plates , and an object to be heated placed on the upper surface of the heated glass plate The shape of the heated surface on the heated glass plate side Is placed in the closed space below the heated glass plate, reflects the image of the heated surface, and receives the image of the heated surface on the outer side of the heated glass plate. And a support base that supports the reflecting mirror at a predetermined inclination angle so that the heated surface can be sufficiently visually recognized from outside the front plate, the back plate, and the side plate. A substantially circular seat packing is interposed between the heated glass plate and each support plate, and the outer peripheral edge of the pedestal combined with each support plate is the heated glass plate of the pedestal. The front plate, the back plate, and the side plate are configured to protrude from the outer peripheral edge of the heated glass plate so as not to protrude from the outer peripheral edge , and the upper surface, the front plate, and the back plate of the heated glass plate are provided. faceplate, and the upper surface of the side plate is substantially the same height In so that the than the support plates, the amount corresponding to is set to be substantially higher of the sum of the thickness of the heated glass plate and the thickness of the gasket, the front plate and the side surface of the heated glass plate The gap between each of the inner surfaces of the back plate and the side plate is a cooking device characterized by being filled with a sealing material having both elasticity and heat resistance.
According to the cooking device of the present invention, a heated surface corresponding to the back side of a heated object such as food to be cooked is reflected through a plurality of support plates and a front plate, a back plate, and a side plate having visible light permeability. It can be observed from the outside with a mirror. In addition, the support plate that forms the cylindrical pedestal forms a closed space that is isolated from the outside air below the heated glass plate, providing heat insulation to the outside air. The amount of heat to be transmitted is difficult to be transmitted downward, and is efficiently transmitted to the cooking surface. In addition, the surface of the cooking surface of the heated glass plate and the upper surfaces of the front plate, the back plate, and the side plates are almost flush with each other, improving the appearance design. Further, the gap between the side surface of the heated glass plate and the inner side surfaces of the front plate, the back plate, and the side plate is filled with a sealing material having both elasticity and heat resistance, and the gap is sealed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings in accordance with the embodiment.
<< First Embodiment >>
A cooking device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 is a plan view seen from above, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow III-III in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The
FIG. 4 shows a plan view seen from above the
The
The
A
A reflecting
In place of the reflecting
Moreover, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, you may provide the appliance which illuminates this to-be-heated surface inside this cooking utensil so that the image of the to-be-heated surface reflected on the
According to the cooking device of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, an object to be heated such as food can be cooked on the
<< Second Embodiment >>
A cooking device according to the second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 8 is a plan view seen from above the
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the
The
FIG. 13 is a plan view seen from above the
The
A
A reflecting
Thus, according to the cooking device of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the object to be heated such as food is cooked while looking at the surface to be heated on the
<< Third Embodiment >>
A cooking device according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 15 is a front sectional view of the
As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the
The
The upper surface of the
Returning to the description of the present embodiment, the
In the space below the
Thus, according to the cooking device of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the object to be heated such as food is cooked on the

(1) Configuration of experimental cooking device for heating A heated glass plate having the same single-plate configuration as in the first embodiment of the present application (the reinforced plate glass of the base material is 214 mm × 358 mm in length and width, 5 mm in thickness) is supported. The pedestal to be used was constituted by three plates of glass having a thickness of 5 mm and firmly attached with heat-resistant tape so as to support the three sides of the heated glass plate. And the side plate comprised so that the said pedestal might be enclosed also by the heat-resistant tempered glass of 3 sheets so that the one side which the pedestal opened was plugged. The height of the heated glass plate to the cooking surface was about 155 mm.
(2) Experimental results A voltage of DC 130 V was applied to the heat generation layer of the heated glass plate, and the temperature of each part after 1 hour from the start of energization was measured. The temperature measurement position is indicated by a cross.
(A) Cooking surface of heated glass plate The central portion of the heated glass plate is about 250 ° C, and the peripheral portion is 220 to 230 ° C, so the temperature of 180 ° C or higher required for general food cooking Was sufficiently obtained and it was confirmed to have practical performance.
(B) Below the heated glass plate The bottom surface of the heated glass plate is about 70 to 120 ° C, but if it is about 10 cm below it, the temperature will remain at about 40 to 60 ° C, so it can be used safely. confirmed.
