Description

The present invention relates to a cover member disposing method for use in a snowfall prevention device for a steel tower support member that prevents snowfall damage caused by snow falling on a steel tower falling as a snow mass or ice mass, and in particular, a support member constituting the steel tower. relates method of disposing the cover member used in the falling snow preventing device tower support member which is adapted to prevent the falling snow damage caused by snow trapping the snow falls become snowpack and ice blocks by a cover member for covering surrounds the It is.

When there is snow on the steel tower, it snows on each component constituting the steel tower.
The components that make up the steel tower are mainly formed using angle steel and steel pipes, and depending on their use site, the main pillar material that becomes the main pillar of the steel tower, the diagonal material that forms the angle, the horizontal material that is provided horizontally, Although it can be divided into arm parts or the like provided in a protruding manner (in this specification, the structural members other than the main pillar material are referred to as “support members”), snowfall occurs in all the structural members.
Snow accretion accumulates and gradually grows, eventually collapses due to its own weight, wind pressure, etc. and falls to the ground as a snow mass, and further, due to repeated cold and warm, the snow accretion falls to the ground as ice mass and falls below the tower. May cause damage to passersby, structures, and crops.

In order to prevent snowfall damage caused by falling snow on the steel tower as a snow mass or ice mass, a protective net has been installed around the steel tower, and snow has fallen from the steel tower using this protective net. The snow melting heater is laid on the components that make up the tower, and the growth of snow is prevented by the snow melting heater. Various countermeasures such as prevention have been proposed.
However, these countermeasures increase the cost of equipment when using a protective net, increase the equipment cost, and damage the landscape. When using a snowmelt heater, a large amount of heat such as electric energy is used. When using a snow-resistant paint, it is necessary to repaint the paint frequently and maintenance costs increase. It had been.

On the other hand, as the equipment does not become large, energy supply is unnecessary, and equipment costs and maintenance costs can be reduced, a cover member surrounding and covering the steel tower components constituting the steel tower is provided. A steel tower snowfall prevention device has been proposed in which a spacer member is provided to form a predetermined gap with a material (see Patent Document 1).
This tower snowfall prevention device has the above-mentioned advantages, but in the case of the supporting members constituting the tower, the situation of the worker's scaffolding is bad, and it is difficult to attach the cover member easily and safely. In addition, it takes time to attach the cover member, and there is a problem that power transmission stop time for work safety becomes long and power transmission efficiency decreases.
JP-A-6-81517

In view of the above-described problems of the conventional snowfall prevention device, the present invention does not require a large facility, does not require energy supply, can reduce facility costs and maintenance costs, and can cover a support member that constitutes a steel tower. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cover member disposing method used in a snowfall prevention device for a tower support member that can be attached simply and safely in a short time.

In order to achieve the above object, the cover member disposing method used in the tower branch member snowfall prevention device according to the present invention is a method for providing snowfall on a tower support member that surrounds and covers the support members constituting the tower. In a method for arranging a cover member used in a prevention device, a cylindrical net member made of synthetic resin having a mesh size of 30 to 60 mm is used for the cover member, and the support portion is formed by a cylindrical axial cut formed on the cover member. The cover member is attached to the support member by passing the material, and the cover member is attached to the support member along the longitudinal direction of the support member after the cut is closed by the bundling member so as to form a cylindrical shape circumscribing the support member. Adjacent cover members are joined to each other and sequentially fed to the distal end side of the support member .

According to the cover member disposing method used for the snow falling prevention device for a tower support member of the present invention, the cover member mounted on the support member is sequentially sent out along the longitudinal direction of the support member, thereby providing a situation of the worker's scaffold. The cover member can be easily and safely attached in a short time to the tip side of the support member that is extremely bad or has no scaffold.
And the snow falling prevention apparatus of the tower support member comprised from the cover member attached in this way makes equipment large by providing the cover member which surrounds and covers the support member which comprises a tower. In addition, energy supply is unnecessary, equipment costs and maintenance costs can be reduced, and a cylindrical net member made of synthetic resin with a mesh size of 30 to 60 mm is used for the cover member, and the cover member is formed on the cover member. The supporting member is mounted on the supporting member by passing the supporting member through the cut in the cylindrical axis direction, and is closed by the binding member so as to form a cylindrical shape circumscribing the supporting member. The cover member can be easily and safely attached in a short time, and snow can be stably held in the gap formed between the cover member and the support member.
Also , the snow held in the gap formed between the cover member and the support member is held as it is until it melts, and even if it falls, it is divided by the cover member and falls as a large lump. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent snowfall damage caused by falling as a snow mass or ice mass.
Furthermore, since the cover member can be attached in a short time, the power transmission stop time for work safety can be shortened and the power transmission efficiency can be improved.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a snowfall prevention device for a steel tower support member of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a method for arranging a cover member used in a snowfall prevention device for a steel tower support member of the present invention.
This snowfall prevention device for a tower support member is provided with a cover member 1 that surrounds and covers the support members S such as diagonal members, horizontal members, arm metal parts, etc. constituting the tower. A cylindrical net member made of a synthetic resin having a size of 30 to 60 mm is used, and the cover member 1 is attached to the support member S by passing the support member S through a cut 11 in the cylinder axis direction formed on the cover member. The cut line 11 is closed by the bundling member 2 so as to form a cylindrical shape circumscribing the material S.

In this case, the synthetic resin cylindrical net member used for the cover member 1 has a mesh size of 30 to 60 mm, more preferably 40 to 50 mm.
When the mesh size is smaller than 30 mm, the mesh is blocked by snow, and it is difficult to stably hold the snow in the gap formed between the cover member 1 and the support member S. On the other hand, from 60 mm If it is large, snow blocks and ice blocks will fall in the form of large blocks, and snowfall damage cannot be prevented reliably.
The cross-sectional shape of the net member is not particularly limited as long as it forms a cylindrical shape circumscribing the support member S constituting the steel tower, and is circular (when the support member S is angle steel), rectangular (support member) When S is a steel pipe), any shape such as a polygon can be used.

The sheet-like net member used for the cover member 1 is not particularly limited. For example, the cylindrical net member is continuously formed by melt-welding the weft while continuously extruding the warp on the circumference. It can be obtained by manufacturing (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-78716, “Trical Pipe” (trade name) manufactured by Takiron Co., Ltd.), and then forming a cut 11 in the cylindrical axis direction on the cylindrical net member.
The synthetic resin constituting the net member is not particularly limited, but preferably, a high-density polyethylene resin blended with an ultraviolet degradation inhibitor can be used, whereby the durability of the cover member 1 is improved. Can be further improved.
In addition, it is preferable to use a relatively hard material for this synthetic resin, thereby improving workability when attaching the cover member 1 and shape retention after being attached to the support member S, Furthermore, coupled with the formation of a cylinder circumscribing the support member S constituting the steel tower, the stability as a scaffold is increased, and the safety of the operator can be ensured.

And the net member obtained in this way, coupled with the fact that the weft is fused to the warp, is particularly excellent in durability against repeated stress at low temperatures, and is attached to the steel tower. It can sufficiently withstand long-term use (about 10 years) in a poor environment.

Further, the net member forms a cylindrical shape circumscribing the support member S in a state in which the cut line 11 formed in the cylindrical axis direction is closed by an arbitrary binding member 2 such as a wire or a general-purpose synthetic resin binding member. Therefore, by using this for the cover member 1, the cover member 1 naturally winds around the support member S when the cover member 1 is attached to the support member S constituting the steel tower, and the cover member 1 is attached. The workability at the time and the shape retention after mounting on the support member S can be improved.

In constructing the snow falling prevention device for the tower support member, as shown in FIGS. 1A, 1B, and 1D, the cover member 1 is cut in the cylinder axis direction formed in the cover member 1. The cover member 1 is attached to the support member S by passing the support member S constituting the steel tower through 11, and is closed by the bundling member 2 so as to form a cylindrical shape circumscribing the support member S. It can be attached to the support member S.

Furthermore, when the cover member 1 is attached to the distal end side of the support member S without a scaffold or the scaffolding condition of the worker is extremely bad, the support member S is attached to the support member S as shown in FIGS. By sequentially feeding the attached cover member 1 along the longitudinal direction of the support member S, the cover member 1 can be attached up to the distal end side of the support member S.
In this case , the adjacent cover members 1 attached to the support member S constituting the steel tower can be joined together by an arbitrary binding member such as a wire or a general-purpose synthetic resin binding member.
Thereby, the condition of the worker's scaffolding is extremely bad, or the cover member 1 can be easily and safely attached to the distal end side of the supporting member S without the scaffolding in a short time.

Since the snowfall prevention device for the tower support member is provided with the cover member 1 that surrounds and covers the support member S that constitutes the tower, the equipment does not become large, energy supply is unnecessary, and the equipment cost and Maintenance costs can be reduced, and a cylindrical net member made of synthetic resin having a mesh size of 30 to 60 mm is used for the cover member 1, and the cover member 1 is supported by a cut 11 in the cylinder axis direction formed on the cover member 1. Since the cut 11 is closed by the bundling member 2 so as to be attached to the support member S by passing the material S and form a cylindrical shape circumscribing the support member S, the support member S constituting the steel tower The cover member 1 can be easily and safely attached in a short time, and snow can be stably held in the gap formed between the cover member 1 and the support member S.
The snow held in the gap formed between the cover member 1 and the support member S is held as it is until it melts, and even if it falls, it is divided by the cover member 1 and remains as a large lump. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent snowfall damage caused by falling as a snow mass or ice mass.
Furthermore, since the cover member 1 can be attached to the support member S constituting the steel tower in a short time, the power transmission stop time for work safety can be shortened and the power transmission efficiency can be improved.

Further, according to the method for arranging the cover member used for the snowfall prevention device for the tower support member, the cover member 1 attached to the support member S is sequentially sent out along the longitudinal direction of the support member S. The cover member 1 can be easily and safely attached in a short time to the distal end side of the support member S in which a person's scaffold is extremely bad or has no scaffold.

Although the method of disposing the cover member used in the falling snow preventing device tower support member of the present invention has been described with reference to examples, the present invention is not limited to the configuration described in the above examples, the The configuration can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention.

The arrangement method of the cover member used for the snow falling prevention device for the steel tower support member of the present invention is such that the equipment does not become large, energy supply is unnecessary, equipment cost and maintenance cost can be reduced, and the steel support member constituting the steel tower Since the cover member can be easily and safely attached in a short time, the cover member can be suitably used for preventing snowfall of supporting members of various steel towers for power transmission lines and the like.
