医薬液剤などが充填されたアンプルは管瓶体であることから、手許や机面などから落下したときにおいて、とくにその枝部先端、アンプル底部のガラス肉厚の薄い部分、およびイージーカットマーク部分が破瓶し易く、また破瓶したときには、ガラス片の飛散が著しい。これらのことを防止するように、アンプルの包装体をアンプル長より長くすることで、アンプルが落下した場合でも、その包装体の弾性によって、アンプルの前記脆弱な部分が、直接、床面などに当たらないようにしたものとして、本件出願人らが出願した特開平9−124085号の「破瓶防止用包装体」の発明がある。

ところでこの「破瓶防止用包装体」においては、その包装体の側縁の一部を延長し係止片として、アンプルの回転の防止を図っているが、大径のアンプルの場合には、落下の際、転がり始めの位置によっては、一回転すると加速がついて停止に支障を来すことがあり、この係止片を大きくすることが必要となるが、その場合、この包装体をアンプルに貼り付けて巻く工程や、外装ケースに収納する工程において、この係止片が関連装置のガイドや外装ケース内の間仕切りに引っ掛かり、包装体自体を破損する虞が生じる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この発明は、前記した問題点を検討して、さらに改良を加えたところの、破瓶を防止して、アンプルの取り扱いに役立つアンプルの破瓶防止用包装体となるラベルを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
裏面に接着部分を設けアンプル胴部に貼るラベルにおいて、表面に所定の表示項目を印刷し、その上面に回動方向に沿って対向し、机台面に対してそれらの内側が共に接する任意の形状の透明な突起を付加したことを特徴とするアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル、アンプルの全長よりも長く形成し、アンプルのくびれた部分に沿って切り取り線を設け、裏面においてアンプル胴部以外の部分は非接着部分とし、表面のアンプル胴部に該当する部分に、回動方向に沿って対向し、机台面に対してそれらの内側が共に接する任意の形状の透明な突起を設けたことを特徴とする前記記載の破瓶防止用ラベル、紙などの不透明な基材を用い、アンプル胴部の全周を覆わない大きさとした前記記載のアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベルを、アンプルに巻いて貼り、裏側に貼り隙間があることによって、アンプル内部液の確認をすることできるようにしたことを特徴とするアンプルの構成とする。

【実施例】
図1に示すのはこの発明のアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル(R)を示し、通常は透明材で構成される。その表面には所定の表示項目を印刷して表示し、その上面に任意の形状、たとえば半円形の突起(a)、矩形状の突起(b)などの、いずれかの、あるいは双方の透明な突起(高さ0.3mm程度)を適数付加したもので、この突起は能率的には印刷形式で付加して施すとよい。矢印方向は後述するアンプル(A)に巻き付ける巻き方向を示す。なお裏面において、アンプル胴部(e)に該当する部分に粘着剤(g)が塗付されている。

図2に示すのは他の実施例のアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル(R’)であり、後述するアンプル(A)の全長よりも長く形成し、アンプル(A)のくびれ部分(c)に沿って切り取り線(d)[ミシン線など]を設け、裏面においてアンプル胴部(e)に該当する部分には粘着剤(g)が塗忖されており、このアンプル胴部(e)以外の部分は非接着部分(h)とし、表面のアンプル胴部(e)に該当する部分に、前述の任意の形状の透明な半円形の突起(a)、矩形状の突起(b)[図示では矩形状の突起(b)を示す]を設けた構成である。なお強度の補強のために、図示のようにその外形縁に沿って、あるいは中に線状の突条(f),(f’)を設けることもある。これらの突条(f),(f’)も印刷形式で付与されるとよい。図3に示す実施例は、アンプル(A)にアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル(R”)として、紙などの不透明な基材を用い、アンプル胴部(e)の全周を覆わない大きさとし、アンプル(A)に巻いたときに、裏側に貼り隙間(s)があることによって、直ちにアンプル内部液の確認をすることができるようにした構成である。

図4はこの発明の図3の実施例のアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル(R”)を、アンプル(A)に捲回して使用した状態を示している。このような半円形の突起(a)、矩形状の突起(b)[図示のもの]などをアンプル円周の1/5以下の間隔で設けると、アンプル(A)の落下時、たとえ一回転しても加速がつかないように減速させるので、停止するまでの回転速度を確実に減らすことができる。また斜度10度程度のところならば、落下させても前記0.3mm程度の二個所の突起があれば、保持されて全く回転を始めないことが確かめられている。図5は図4のものにおいて、机面(D)に置いたアンプル(A)の一部を拡大して説明する図である。

【発明の効果】
▲1▼従来の例として挙げた前記のような破瓶防止用包装体を用いたアンプルは、その薬液の使用済み後に全体を破砕機にかけて粉砕しようとしたときに、包装体のフィルムは破砕されないで、破砕機の破砕用突片に刺さり溜ってしまう。▲2▼その係止片が包装体の貼り工程や、ケース詰めの工程で引っ掛かって、トラブルとなったり、切り取り線のミシン線を切ってしまうことがある。▲3▼大径のアンプルに適用し難い。などの改良点があったが、この発明のアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベル(R),(R’),(R”)は、そこに云う係止片は無く、表面に設けた突起の作用で、充分にアンプルの転動を防止することができ、またこの突起でアンプルを持ち上げた状態とすることにより、収納するケース内で輸送中の横方向の衝撃に充分に耐えることができ、その点からこのケースを簡易化でき、またケースからも突起があるので取り出し易い。

とくにこのアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベルにおいて、その基材を紙製とすることによって、前記▲1▼に挙げたところの、破砕時に伴う包装体のフィルムが破砕されないで、使用する破砕機の破砕用突片に刺さり溜ってしまうという問題を解消する。そしてこの紙製の場合、アンプルの周囲に一周以下で足りるので、そのコストを半減化することができ、省資源化を実現できるところのアンプルの破瓶防止用ラベルとなる。
