Description
火工装薬は単一の火薬から構成され、周囲部のエネルギー材料は、中心部のエネルギー材料の燃焼速度よりも低い燃焼速度を有する。ノズルで時間関数として得られる代表的な圧力プロフィルを図2に示す。第1段階では、周囲部のエネルギー材料の燃焼は圧力の僅かな上昇しかもたらさない。第2段階では、中心部のエネルギー材料の燃焼によって圧力は急激に上昇する。最後に、圧力はゆっくりと低下する。
火工装薬は単一の火薬から構成され、周囲部のエネルギー材料は、中心部のエネルギー材料の燃焼速度よりも高い燃焼速度を有する。ノズルで時間関数として得られる代表的な圧力プロフィルを図3に示す。第1段階では、周囲部のエネルギー材料の燃焼によって、圧力は急激に上昇する。第2段階では、圧力はより漸進的な上昇を続け、最後に、圧力はゆっくりと低下する。
Claims (14)
- 異なった燃焼速度を有する2つのエネルギー材料から構成される火工装薬を含む火工用ガス発生器(2)と、少なくとも1つのピストン(13、14)と、予備用液状活性成分(9)と、注射ノズル(11)とを備える無針注射デバイス(1)であって、
前記2つのエネルギー材料のうちの一方は中心部にあり、周囲部にある他方のエネルギー材料によって取り囲まれ、前記中心部のエネルギー材料の外側表面の全体が、前記周囲部のエネルギー材料の内側表面と接触しており、
前記火工装薬は次の群から選択される無針注射デバイス。
a)前記周囲部のエネルギー材料は固体の状態である。
b)いくつかの粒から作られた火薬であり、各粒は、周囲部のエネルギー材料によって取り囲まれた中心部のエネルギー材料から構成され、前記2つのエネルギー材料は、異なった燃焼速度を有する。
c)それぞれがいくつかの粒を有する2つの火薬の混合物から形成され、一方が単一のエネルギー材料から構成され、他方が、異なった燃焼速度を有する、周囲部のエネルギー材料によって取り囲まれた中心部のエネルギー材料から構成される。
d)一体型ブロックから構成されている。 - 前記2つのエネルギー材料は相互に接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ガス発生器(2)は火薬から形成される単一の火工装薬を備え、前記周囲部のエネルギー材料は、前記中心部のエネルギー材料の燃焼速度よりも高い燃焼速度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記火薬は平滑化動作から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記火薬は塗布動作から得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記中心部のエネルギー材料は液体の状態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記中心部のエネルギー材料はゲルの状態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記火工装薬はカプセル封入加工によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記中心部のエネルギー材料は、少なくとも1つの粒から作られた少なくとも1つの火薬から構成されており、前記周囲部のエネルギー材料はニトロフィルムから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ニトロフィルムは可逆剤、安定剤、およびニトロセルロースを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記火薬はニトロセルロースに基づいた均質な火薬であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記火薬はニトログリセリンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ニトロフィルムは、火薬に対して閉鎖されている包装体を構成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ガス発生器(2)は、前記周囲部のエネルギー材料の燃焼を開始する発火システム(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
