Description
The present invention relates to an 8-shaped rope suitable for application to the formation of a net having a ring-like mesh by a rope.
As a means for preventing the stone exposed on the slope from collapsing, there is a net type rock fall prevention method that covers the slope with a net. In this case, the vertical and horizontal main ropes are arranged in a grid on the same slope, and the intersections of the two are fixed with intersection fixing brackets, and appropriate or all intersections are placed on the slope ground as appropriate. It is connected to an anchor, and the net is restrained on a slope by this grid-like main rope (Patent Document 1).
Moreover, as a fence for preventing falling or falling rocks of the traveling vehicle, two parallel upper and lower support ropes are stretched between the columns, and a number of V-shaped net forming ropes are supported on the upper and lower sides. There has been proposed an impact absorbing fence that is attached between ropes to form an impact absorbing net (Patent Document 3).
Furthermore, an impact absorbing fence is also proposed in which a ring net (generally the same as the ring net of Patent Document 1) in which ring-shaped rope members are chained in the vertical and horizontal directions is stretched between struts (FIG. 7 of Patent Document 4). ).
The rock fall prevention method (Patent Document 1) using the above ring net can follow the undulations by free surface deformation according to the unevenness of the slope, and can form a net with higher rigidity than the metal net. Therefore, there is an advantage that the force to press the slope is always strong, but a lot of rope rings are required.
For this reason, it is troublesome to make a large number of rope rings, and a large number of end fixing brackets for fixing both ends of the rope to form the ring are required, resulting in an increase in cost. Further, the operation of connecting the large number of rope rings to form a ring net is cumbersome and has poor workability due to the large number of operations.
In addition, in the slope stabilization method, a support plate is attached to each head of a large number of anchors placed on the slope, and this is fastened to give a support pressure to the ground. In addition, when adopting the slope stabilization method of the net covering that covers the slope with the net, it is possible to use the above-mentioned simple ring-shaped rope ring for the net, but in that case also make a lot of rope rings The same problem as described above arises that the work and the work of forming the ring net by rope ring are complicated, the workability is poor, and the cost is high.
Further, the present invention is not limited to the rock fall prevention method and the net covering slope stabilization method, and the same problem as described above arises when a net having a ring-like mesh by a rope is formed. Even when the number of meshes is not so large as to be a net, the same problem as described above occurs when a member having a plurality of meshes is produced using a rope.
In addition, it is necessary to sufficiently increase the connection strength of both ends of the rope ring forming each mesh of the net so that the connection is not released when a large tension is applied, but as will be described later in comparison with the present invention. A conventional rope ring in which one ring is formed by one rope has a face that makes it difficult to sufficiently increase the connection strength of both end connection portions.
Moreover, the impact absorbing fence (Patent Document 3) using the V-shaped rope has the following drawbacks.
(B) Since a large number of V-shaped ropes must be crossed for construction, the construction is complicated.
(B) Since all the intersections of the V-shaped ropes must be fixed with metal fittings, the metal fittings are expensive and time-consuming.
(C) When a part of the shock absorbing net formed of V-shaped rope is damaged by falling rocks, etc., each V-shaped rope is intricately entangled with other V-shaped ropes, so only a part of it is replaced. Is extremely difficult.
In addition, the impact absorbing fence (Patent Document 4) in which the ring net is stretched between the columns has the defects substantially similar to those of Patent Document 1 described in paragraph [0004], such as poor workability.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and can form a net having a ring-like mesh by a rope easily and inexpensively, and can easily ensure high connection strength. The purpose is to provide.
The 8-shaped rope of the invention of claim 1 which solves the above-mentioned problem is formed by folding one rope in half and forming a small ring at the folded portion, and curving both sides of the processed rope into a substantially circular shape, After passing through the ring, both ends are fixed to each other and are prevented from coming off from the ring, and are formed into an eight-letter shape.
The eight-shaped rope of the invention of
The eight-shaped rope according to the invention of
A fourth aspect of the present invention is the rope center position defining bracket for defining the rope center position in the eight-shaped rope of
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the eight-shaped rope according to the third aspect, the knot portion metal fitting is integrally formed with a guide groove that accommodates the bent curved portion of the rope continuously to the two base end through holes, and the guide The opposite side to the guide groove of the two rows of ropes housed in the groove and passed through the two base end through holes on both sides is fixed by a metal fitting.
The eight-shaped rope of the invention of
The eight-shaped rope according to the invention of claim 7 is a metal fitting for a knot having a through hole for a proximal end and a through hole for a distal end on both side portions of a bifurcated rope formed by fixing aligned ends of two ropes. After passing through the base end through hole, both side portions thereof are bent into a substantially circular shape, and both ends thereof are passed through the tip end through hole of the knot portion metal fitting to prevent the tip end through hole from coming off. It is characterized in that it is formed in an eight-character shape.
According to the 8-shaped rope of the present invention, for example, when a net is formed using this, the operation of forming the net by engaging the 8-shaped rope having two ring-shaped meshes is simply a ring of one rope. Compared with the work of forming a net by engaging the shaped rope ring, the work amount is reduced, so that the workability is improved.
Even when the number of meshes is not so large as to be a net, when a member having a plurality of meshes is produced using a rope, the production is easy.
According to the eight-shaped ropes of claims 1 to 5, a plurality of eight-shaped ropes, each of which is formed into a character of one rope, are engaged to form a net made of a ring-shaped mesh. Two ring networks are formed.
Therefore, the number of ropes as a whole net can be halved compared with the conventional rope ring method in which one rope forms a single ring mesh.
For this reason, in order to form a ring-shaped mesh, the part of a rope both-ends connection part is half compared with the case where a rope ring is used, and cost can be reduced.
Also, the 8-shaped rope can be easily and sufficiently connected.
According to the eight-shaped rope of the first aspect, the metal fitting required for making the eight-shaped knot is only a simple one such as a clamp tube and a thimble, and the eight-shaped rope can be formed at low cost.
According to the 8-shaped rope of
Moreover, the operation | work which makes an 8-shaped rope using the metal fitting for a node part is easy.
As in the 8-shaped rope of
According to the eight-shaped rope of claim 4, by providing the rope center position defining bracket, the structure of the knot portion bracket can be simplified, and the rope center position defining bracket is simply clamped. Since a tube can be used, a structure with a relatively simple knot is sufficient.
In particular, according to the fifth aspect, the rope turn-back portion can be formed by simply placing the center portion of the rope along the turn-back guide groove, so that the width dimension W of the knot portion metal fitting can be reduced, and the size becomes compact. .
According to the eight-shaped rope of
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the 8-shaped rope of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 2 explains the procedure for forming the 8-shaped
The above-mentioned 8-shaped
FIG. 3 shows a part of the net 6 formed by using the 8-shaped
When the net is formed with a rope, when the 8-shaped
That is, in the case of the
The 8-shaped
Therefore, the number of ropes as a whole of the net 6 can be halved compared to a conventional rope ring method in which one rope forms a single ring mesh.

11 and FIG. 12 shows another modification of the structure similar to the
The knot
When forming the 8-shaped
When making the 8-shaped
In this embodiment, the
Further, when the
14 to 17 show an 8-shaped
When the above-mentioned

In this embodiment, the nodule fitting 82 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, but is not necessarily in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and since the same effect can be exhibited if there is a through hole, a disk shape or a spherical shape, A cylindrical shape can also be used.
The eight-shaped rope of the present invention can be used to form a net used in the rock fall prevention method and the slope stabilization method, and other nets. However, even if the number of meshes is not so large, there are four ropes. The present invention can be used when a member having the above-described mesh is manufactured. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the case where the 8-shaped ropes are engaged with each other, and the 8-shaped rope can be used as a single member.
