Description

The present invention relates to a folding door in which a plurality of door plates are connected in a foldable manner.

The folding door is used as, for example, a storage space such as a closet, a storage cabinet such as a cabinet, an opening / closing door of a room, or a sliding wall (opening / closing wall) for partitioning a room. The hinge pin of the member is a connection fulcrum (folding fulcrum), and the hinge pin is connected to be foldable around the connection fulcrum.
In the folded door as described above, a plurality of door plates are arranged side by side in a straight line. Also, when opening the folding door, a handle (handle part) or the like is slid along the guide rail or the like, so that the transition to the open state (opening) is made, and in a direction perpendicular to the guide rail. It folds so that the connection part of the door panel which adjoins may protrude, and it will be in an open state.
When closing the folding door that is in the open state, a handle or the like is slid along the guide rail to move to the closed state (closed movement), but it is formed between the connected door plates. In a state where the connecting angle (opening angle) is to some extent (for example, about 80 ° to 100 ° or more), the front side portion of the folding door in the vicinity of the connecting portion protruding as described above is arranged on the guide rail side (rear side). The folding door can be closed and closed also by pushing toward the side.

As described above, in a folding door that is foldably connected by a connecting member, a slight gap is formed by the connecting member between adjacent door plates. Moreover, the space expanded / reduced between each end surface by the side of a connection part is formed with opening and closing of the said folding door. In such a space or a space that expands or contracts between the end faces, there is a risk of fingers being pinched when the folding door is closed, and various structures have been proposed for preventing finger padding. It was.
For example, there has been proposed a device in which a gap that is large enough not to cause finger clogging is formed between the end surfaces of portions not connected by a hinge or the like (for example, Patent Document 1 below).
However, when a large gap is formed between the end faces as described above, the back side space (storage space, etc.) and the hinge can be seen from the gap between the door plates, and the aesthetics are impaired. It is.
Therefore, in the following Patent Document 2, a folding door provided with a cover material for closing the gap is proposed.

The folding door is formed by a long hinge provided along the vertical direction so that the first door body and the second door body are separated from each other by at least the width of a finger when the folding door is closed. The one door body and the second door body are connected. Further, a groove is provided in the end surface of one door body along the vertical direction, an elastic member is provided in the groove, and a cover material extending and contracting from the groove is provided in the vertical direction.
According to this, the fingers are not sandwiched between the first door body and the second door body, and the gap is closed by the cover material when the folding door is closed. Therefore, it is explained that the connecting part becomes beautiful.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-23482 (see FIG. 8) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-212870 (see FIG. 1)

However, in the folding door described in the above-mentioned patent document 2, since the adjacent door plates are separated and connected, the hinge is arranged so that the back side space cannot be seen when the door is opened and opened. Since it is necessary to make the cover material long in the vertical direction, and the cover material also needs to be long in the vertical direction, the handleability when assembling the folding door is poor.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a folding door that can prevent a finger from being caught in a gap or a space formed in a connecting portion of adjacent door plates while having a simple structure. It is aimed.

In order to achieve the above object, a folding door according to the present invention is a folding door in which a plurality of door plates are connected in a foldable manner, and is installed at the end of one door plate in a connecting portion of adjacent door plates, A closing restricting member that can be moved in and out along the width direction of the door plate from an end surface of the portion, a lock portion that restricts the immersion of the closing restricting member, and an operation portion that releases the restriction by the lock portion, When the folding door is closed in a state in which the immersion is restricted by the lock portion and the closing restriction member protrudes, the end portion of the closing restriction member abuts on the end face of the other door plate in the connecting portion, The folding door is controlled to be closed.

In the folding door according to the present invention, the operation portion may be provided on the front side of the one door plate and may be a handle portion provided continuously with the lock portion.
In any one of the folding doors according to the present invention, the operation portion may be configured to release the restriction by the lock portion when a pulling operation is performed.

Further, in any one of the folding doors according to the present invention, the closing restricting member is urged by the first urging member in a direction protruding from the end surface of the one door plate, and the lock portion In a state where the restriction is released, when the folding door is closed, the closing restricting member may be immersed due to the restriction by the end face of the other door plate in the connecting portion.
In the folding door configured as described above, the closing restricting member is slidably mounted in a recess formed in the end portion, and the lock portion is disposed with respect to the recess along the thickness direction of the one door plate. And is urged by the second urging member toward the recess, and when the closing restricting member is urged by the first urging member and protrudes, the lock portion is It is good also as a structure which is urged | biased by the 2nd urging | biasing member, enters into this recessed part, and controls the immersion of this closing control member.

The folding door according to the present invention is configured such that when the folding door is closed in a state where the lock portion restricts intrusion and the closing regulating member protrudes, the closing door is closed on the end face of the other door plate in the connecting portion. Since the front end portion of the regulating member abuts and the closing of the folding door is restricted, the closing is restricted before the folding door is completely closed. As a result, when the folding door shifts from the open state to the closed state, a finger in a space that is reduced between the end portions of the connecting portions of the adjacent door plates, a gap generated by the connecting member that connects the door plates, or the like. Can be prevented.
Further, in order to completely close the folding door, it is necessary to release the restriction of the closing restricting member by the lock portion by the operation portion. Only pushing toward the side does not close the door, which is excellent in terms of safety.

In the folding door according to the present invention, if the operation portion is provided on the front side of the one door plate and is a handle portion provided continuously to the lock portion, the restriction can be released by operating the handle portion. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the case where the operation unit for releasing the restriction of the lock unit is configured by another member. In addition, since the handle portion also serves as the operation portion of the lock portion, for example, the aesthetics of the folding door are not hindered compared to a case where another member is separately provided as the operation portion.

In any one of the folding doors according to the present invention, when the operation portion is configured to release the restriction by the lock portion by performing a pulling operation, the direction in which the folding door is closed when the folding door is closed. That is, since it is necessary to release the restriction of the lock part by operating the operation part in the direction opposite to the direction of pushing from the near side to the back side, for example, in the same direction (push direction) Compared with the case where the structure is released by operation, the safety is improved.

In any one of the folding doors according to the present invention, the closing restricting member is biased by the first biasing member in a direction protruding from the end face of the one door plate, and the restriction by the lock portion is released. In such a state, when the folding door is closed, if the structure is such that the closing restricting member is immersed under the restriction of the end face of the other door plate in the connecting portion, the following effects are obtained. Play.
That is, when the restriction by the lock portion is released and the folding door is closed, the closing restriction member biased in a direction protruding from the end surface of the one door plate is the first biasing force. Since it is immersed against the urging force by the member, it functions as a damper, whereby the closing movement of the folding door is attenuated, and the safety is further improved.

In the folding door configured as described above, the closing restricting member is slidably mounted in a recessed portion formed in the end portion, and the lock portion is disposed with respect to the recessed portion along the thickness direction of the one door plate. It is assumed that the second urging member is urged forward and backward, and when the closing restricting member protrudes by being urged by the first urging member, the lock portion is moved to the first urging member. If the structure is configured such that it is urged by the two urging members to enter the recess and restricts the immersion of the closing regulating member, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, when the folding door is opened from the closed state, the restriction by the end face of the other door plate is released, and the closing restricting member is urged by the first urging member to be removed from the end face. The lock portion is urged by the second urging member and enters the recess to restrict the intrusion of the closing restricting member. Thereby, when the opening operation is performed from the state in which the folding door is closed, the intrusion restriction of the closing restriction member by the lock portion is automatically performed along with the opening operation of the folding door, and in terms of safety, It will be excellent.

In the folding door 10 configured as described above, the state in which the two door plates 11 and 12 are aligned in a straight line is a closed state (closed state), like the folding door 10 located on the left side in FIG. As in the folding door 10 located on the right side in FIG. 1, the two door plates 11 and 12 are folded so that the connecting portion cp protrudes toward the front side (direction orthogonal to the upper rail and the lower rail 2a). The state is a fully opened state (open state).
Further, the folding door 10 indicated by a two-dot chain line located on the right side in FIG. 1 is in the middle of the transition (opening) from the closed state to the open state (or the transition from the open state to the closed state (closed motion)). The state in the middle) and the closed state are shown.
The folding door 10 is opened and closed by a handle 23 provided in the finger clogging prevention means 20 described later. In the closing operation, an angle θ formed between the back surfaces of the connected door plates 11 and 12 is formed. For example, in a state where the opening angle θ is about 80 ° to 100 ° or more, the vicinity of the connecting portion cp of the folding door 10 is directed from the front side (the indoor space LS side) to the back side (the storage space SS side). The folding door 10 can also be closed (hereinafter abbreviated as “pressing closing”) by pressing.

As described above, when the folding door 10 is opened and closed, the space between the end surfaces 11b and 12b on the connecting portion cp side of the door plates 11 and 12 is enlarged and reduced as the folding door 10 is opened and closed. A fan-shaped space fs (see also FIGS. 4 and 5) is formed.
Thus, the folding door 10 is closed (especially pressed and closed) in the fan-shaped space fs that is expanded and contracted with the opening and closing of the folding door 10 and the gap between the door plates 11 and 12 connected by the hinge 13. At this time, if there is a finger or the like, the finger may be pinched by the end surfaces 11b and 12b of the door plates 11 and 12, but in this embodiment, in order to prevent such a finger from being pinched, Means 20 are provided.

As shown in the enlarged view in the alternate long and short dash line in FIG. 1, the finger clogging prevention means 20 is roughly arranged at the end 12 c of one door plate (movable door plate in the illustrated example) 12 in the connecting portion cp of the folding door 10. A closing restricting member 21 that is internally provided and is allowed to protrude and retract along the width direction of the door plate 12 from the end surface 12b of the end portion 12c, a lock portion 22 that restricts the intrusion of the closing restricting member 21, and the lock portion 22 And a handle portion 23 as an operation portion for canceling the restriction by.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the closing restricting member 21 has a substantially flat plate shape and a substantially inverted convex shape in front view (rear view), and comes into contact with a lock portion 22 to be described later. A base end portion 21b that is regulated by the base end portion 21b, and a tip end portion 21a that is connected to the end face 12b side of the base end portion 21b and has a length in the vertical direction smaller than that of the base end portion 21b. The end surface side surfaces 21c and 21c of the base end portion 21b are regulated by regulation surfaces 16a and 16a of the first slide recess 16, which will be described later, and function together with the regulation surfaces 16a and 16a as retaining. It should be noted that such a manner of preventing the closing restricting member 21 from coming off is possible.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the closing regulating member 21 is slidably accommodated in the first slide recess 16 formed in the end 12 c of the one door plate 12 along the width direction of the door plate 12. ing.
Further, when the folding door 10 is closed as will be described later, the closing regulating member 21 damages the end surface 11b when contacting the end surface 11b of the other door plate (fixed door plate in the illustrated example) 11. Chamfering is applied to the edge of the tip 21a so as not to be present.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first slide concave portion 16 is formed corresponding to the shape of the closing restriction member 21, and is a distal end located on the end face side corresponding to the distal end portion 21 a of the closing restriction member 21. And a proximal end slide portion that is coupled to the distal end portion 21b and that corresponds to the proximal end portion 21b. The distal end slide portion is located outside the end surface 12b in the width direction. It opens toward the direction.
The end surface side walls 16a and 16a of the base end slide portion function as restricting surfaces 16a and 16a for restricting end side surfaces 21c and 21c of the base end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21.
Further, on the side wall in the sliding direction proximal side (inward in the width direction) facing the end surface side wall of the base end sliding portion, the closing restriction member is directed toward the direction protruding from the end surface 12b of the door plate 12. First compression coil springs 24 and 24 constituting a first urging member for urging 21 are provided to be extendable along the width direction of the door plate 12. The distal end portions of the first compression coil springs 24, 24 are connected to the proximal end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21 as shown in FIG.
By sliding the base end portion 21b of the closing restriction member 21 along the width direction of the base end slide portion, a part of the front end portion 21a protrudes from the end surface 12b of the door plate 12. Yes.

In addition, a base end slide portion of the first slide recess 16 is formed along the thickness direction toward the front surface side of the door plate 12, and a lock portion 22 described later is slid in the thickness direction of the door plate 12. A second slide recess 15 is provided for receiving freely.
An insertion hole 14 penetrating from the front surface of the door plate 12 to the second slide recess 15 is formed on the bottom surface of the second slide recess 15 (the surface on the front surface side of the door plate 12).

The handle portion 23 includes a gripping portion 23a and a shaft portion 23b connected to the gripping portion 23a. The shaft portion 23b is inserted into the insertion hole 14 from the front surface side of the door plate 12, and the first Two slides 15 are provided so as to enter the recess 15. In addition, a second compression coil spring 25 that constitutes a second urging member that urges the lock portion 22 to be described later is externally mounted on the portion of the shaft portion 23b that has entered the second slide recess 15 and its distal end. The lock part 22 mentioned later is connected to the part.
Further, the handle portion 23 is urged by the second compression coil spring 25 when the lock portion 22 to be described later is in a locked state, the grip portion 23 a abuts against the front surface of the door plate 12, and the shaft portion 23 b of the insertion portion 14. And it will be in the state accommodated in the 2nd slide recessed part 15. FIG.

The lock portion 22 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, is slidably accommodated in the second slide recess 15, and is provided on the first slide recess 16 provided so as to be orthogonal to the second slide recess 15. On the other hand, it is provided so as to freely advance and retreat.
Further, the lock portion 22 is urged toward the first slide recess 16 by a second compression coil spring 25 that is externally mounted on the shaft portion 23b.
That is, the lock portion 22 is in a state in which the handle portion 23 is in an unloaded state (a state in which no pulling operation is performed) and a part of the distal end portion 21a of the closing restriction member 21 is protruded from the end surface 12b. Then, as shown in FIG. 1, the second compression coil spring 25 is biased so that a part of the first compression recess 16 enters the first slide recess 16. Regulate the immersion of 21b.

In addition, the lock portion 22 retreats from the first slide recess 16 as shown in FIG. 5 when the handle portion 23 is pulled against the urging force of the second compression coil spring 25. It will be in a state and the 2nd slide recessed part 15 will be in the state accommodated in the whole.
In addition, when the closing restricting member 21 is immersed in the state in which the lock portion 22 is entirely accommodated in the second slide concave portion 15, as shown in FIG. The end portion on the side of the first slide concave portion 16 is regulated by the base end portion 21b of the closing regulating member 21, and the entry into the first slide concave portion 16 is regulated. Further, in this state, the handle portion 23 is substantially the same as the state where the pulling operation is performed, that is, a part of the shaft portion 23 b is exposed to the front side of the door plate 12.
A step portion 17 is formed on the peripheral edge portion of the first slide concave portion 16, and a cover body 18 is fixed to the step portion 17 as shown in FIG.

As will be described later, in the state where the closing of the folding door 10 is restricted (locked state), the end face of the front end portion 21a of the closing restriction member 21 is prevented so that fingers are not caught in the formed fan-shaped space fs. The amount of protrusion from 12b is set as appropriate. Further, the length of the closing restriction member 21 in the vertical direction and the size and shape of the lock portion 22 are appropriately set so that the locked state can be maintained.
Further, the closing restricting member 21, the lock portion 22 and the like may be made of any material such as a metal material, a synthetic resin material, or a wood material, as long as it has rigidity sufficient to maintain the locked state. Good.
Furthermore, the placement location of the finger clogging prevention means 20, in particular, the placement height of the handle portion 23 and the closing regulating member 21 may be, for example, higher than the reach of a hand such as an infant. According to this, it becomes an excellent folding door in terms of safety.

In the folding door 10 provided with the finger-clogging preventing means 20 having the above-described configuration, it is opened and closed as follows.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 (a), when the folding door 10 is in the open state, the closing regulating member 21 is biased by the first compression coil spring 24, and the end portion 21a of the front end portion 21a of the door plate 12 is urged. A part is projected. In this state, if the pulling operation of the handle portion 23 is not performed, the lock portion 22 is urged by the second compression coil spring 25 and a part of the lock portion 22 enters the first slide recess 16. The base end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21 is restricted, and the immersion of the closing restricting member 21 is restricted (locked state).

In the locked state, when the folding door 10 is closed, the handle portion 23 is used to slide the folding door 10, or in the state where the opening angle θ is to some extent, the connecting portion of the folding door 10. The near side part in the vicinity of cp is pushed toward the back side to be closed.
When this closing operation is performed, as described above, the space fs between the end surfaces 11b and 12b of the door plates 11 and 12 in the connecting portion cp of the folding door 10 gradually decreases with the closing operation.
Further, the folding door 10 is closed, and as shown in FIG. 4, in the state where the connection angle θ is about 120 ° to 150 °, the closing regulating member 21 protruding from the end surface 12 b of the one door plate 12. The front end portion 21a comes into contact with the end surface 11b of the other door plate 11, and the closing of the folding door 10 is restricted.

When the locked state is released and the folding door 10 is completely closed, the handle portion 23 is pulled with respect to the front side of the door plate 12. As a result, the lock portion 22 connected to the handle portion 23 is withdrawn from the first slide recess 16, that is, along the second slide recess 15 toward the front side of the door plate 12 (the bottom side of the recess 15). And the restriction of the closing restriction member 21 by the lock portion 22 is released. In this state, the closing regulating member 21 can be immersed.

When the folding door 10 is closed in a state where the restriction of the immersion of the closing restriction member 21 is released as described above, as shown in FIG. 5A, it comes into contact with the distal end portion 21 a of the closing restriction member 21. In response to the restriction by the end face 11 b of the other door plate 11, the closing restriction member 21 is immersed against the urging force of the first compression coil spring 24. That is, the closing restriction member 21 is immersed by the close movement of the end surfaces 11b and 12b of the door plates 11 and 12 close to each other.
When the folding door 10 is further closed and is completely closed, the closing regulating member 21 is accommodated in the first slide recess 16 as shown in FIGS. 3 (b) and 5 (b). It will be in the state.

On the other hand, when the folding door 10 is opened from the state where the folding door 10 is completely closed, the folding door 10 is opened by pulling the handle portion 23 toward the door plate 11 on the front side and the fixed side. .
When the folding door 10 is opened, the space fs is widened so that the end surfaces 11b and 12b of the door plates 11 and 12 are separated from each other with the opening. As described above, the closing restriction member 21 is biased by the first compression coil spring 24 and protrudes from the end surface 12 b of the door plate 12. With further opening, the closing restricting member 21 protrudes to the maximum extent, that is, the end face side surfaces 21c and 21c of the base end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21 are the restricting surfaces 16a and 16a of the first slide recess 16. 3 (a) and 4 (a), the restriction by the base end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21 to the distal end portion of the lock portion 22 is released, and the lock portion 22 is urged by the second compression coil spring 25 to move the grip portion 23a of the handle portion 23 toward the front side of the door plate 12, and enters the first slide recess 16 to be in the locked state. Is done.

As described above, the folding door 10 according to the present embodiment is configured such that when the folding door 10 is closed in a state in which the lock portion 22 is prevented from entering and the closing restriction member 21 protrudes, the connecting portion The end portion 21a of the closing restricting member 21 comes into contact with the end surface 11b of the other door plate 11 at cp, and the closing of the folding door 10 is restricted. Therefore, before the folding door 10 is completely closed, the closing is restricted, and when the folding door 10 shifts from the open state to the closed state, each end in the connecting portion cp of the adjacent door plates 11, 12. It is possible to prevent the fingers from being caught in the space fs that is reduced between the sections, the gap generated by the hinge 13 that connects the door plates 11 and 12, or the like.
In addition, in order to completely close the folding door 10, it is necessary to release the restriction of the closing of the closing restriction member 21 by the lock portion 22 by the handle portion 23, and therefore, in the vicinity of the connection portion cp of the folding door 10. Only by pushing the front side part toward the back side, it is not closed, which is excellent in terms of safety.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, since the release of the lock portion 22 is provided on the front surface side of the one door plate 12, and the operation is performed by the handle portion 23 provided continuously to the lock portion 22, For example, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with a case where an operation unit for restricting and releasing the lock unit 22 is configured with a separate member. In addition, since the handle portion 23 also serves as the operation portion of the lock portion 22, for example, the aesthetics of the folding door 10 are not hindered compared to a case where another member is separately provided as the operation portion.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, since the handle portion 23 is pulled, the lock portion 22 is released from the restriction of the intrusion of the closing restriction member 21, so that when the folding door 10 is closed, Since it is necessary to operate the handle portion 23 in a direction opposite to the direction in which the folding door 10 is closed, that is, the direction to push from the near side toward the back side, the restriction of the lock portion 22 needs to be released. Compared with the case where the structure is released by an operation in the same direction (pushing direction), it is more excellent in terms of safety.

Moreover, in this embodiment, when the restriction | limiting by the said lock part 22 is cancelled | released and the said folding door 10 is closed, the said closing urged | biased toward the direction which protrudes from the end surface 12b of said one door plate 12 Since the regulating member 21 is immersed against the urging force of the first compression coil spring 24, it functions as a damper, whereby the closing movement of the folding door 10 is attenuated, and the safety is improved. Become.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the folding door 10 is opened from the closed state, the restriction by the end surface 11b of the other door plate 11 is released, and the closing restriction member 21 is moved to the first compression coil spring. 24, and is projected outward from the end surface 12b of the door plate 12, and the lock portion 22 is urged by the second compression coil spring 25 and enters the first slide recess 16 to close the closing. The immersion of the regulating member 21 is regulated. Thereby, when the opening operation is performed from the state in which the folding door 10 is closed, the immersion of the closing regulating member 21 by the lock portion 22 is automatically controlled along with the opening operation of the folding door 10, and safety is ensured. In terms of surface, it becomes more excellent.

Next, another embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
6 (a) and 6 (b) each show a folding door according to the second embodiment, (a) is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 4 (a), and (b) is FIG. 5 (b). It is the figure made to correspond.
The difference from the first embodiment is mainly the structure of the finger clogging prevention means. The same reference numerals are given to the same structure, and the description thereof will be omitted or briefly described.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the finger clogging prevention means 20A provided in the folding door 10A according to the present embodiment is greatly different from the first embodiment in the manner in which the lock portion 22A is unlocked by the handle portion 23A. The lock portion 22A is released by the link mechanism, and the lock portion 22A is released by pushing the handle portion 23A toward the front side of the door plate 12A.
That is, in the said 1st Embodiment, although the said handle part 23 and the lock | rock part 22 were made into the aspect connected along the thickness direction of the doorplate 12, in this embodiment, shaft part 23Ab of the handle part 23A is used. The lock portion 22A is disposed at a different position along the width direction of the door plate 12A, and is connected by a connecting arm 23c.

A distal end portion of the shaft portion 23Ab of the handle portion 23A is rotatably connected to one end portion of the connecting arm 23c, and a base end portion (the front side of the door plate 12A) of the lock portion 22A is connected to the other end portion. Are connected to each other in a freely rotatable manner.
Corresponding to the configuration of the handle portion 23A, the door plate 12A is provided with an insertion hole 14A through which the shaft portion 23Ab of the handle portion 23A is inserted at a position different from the second slide concave portion 15A. A recess 19 is formed in which the connecting arm 23c is swingably accommodated.
The recess 19 is provided with a pivot 19a that pivotally supports a substantially central portion of the connecting arm 23c.

Note that both end portions of the connecting arm 23c to which the shaft portion 23Ab and the pivot shaft of the lock portion 22A are connected are respectively connected so that the pivot 19a of the connecting arm 23c can be turned in the recess 19 as a fulcrum. It has a long hole shape so that the pivots of the shaft portion 23Ab and the lock portion 22A can be moved. Or it is good also considering the site | part pivotally supported by the pivot 19a of the connection arm 23c as a long hole shape.
A stepped portion 17A similar to the above is formed corresponding to the recessed portion 19, and a cover body 18A is fixed to the stepped portion 17A.
Further, the lock portion 22A is urged toward the first slide recess 16 by a second compression coil spring 25A provided in the second slide recess 15A, as in the first embodiment.

In the folding door 10A according to the present embodiment configured as described above, as in the first embodiment, when the folding door 10A is closed from the opened state in the locked state, it is shown in FIG. As described above, the distal end portion 21a of the closing regulating member 21 that is in a protruding state with the immersion by the locking portion 22A regulated comes into contact with the end surface 11b of the other door plate 11, and the closing of the folding door 10A is restricted.
When closing the folding door 10A from this state, the handle part 23A is pressed toward the front surface of the door plate 12A. As a result, the connecting arm 23c rotates clockwise with the pivot 19a as a fulcrum, and the lock portion 22A connected to the other end resists the urging force of the second compression coil spring 25A, and the second slide recess It moves toward the front side of the door plate 12A along 15A, retreats from the first slide recess 16, and the locked state is released.
When the restriction of the immersion of the closing restriction member 21 by the lock portion 22A is released, the folding door 10A can be closed as in the first embodiment, and as described above, with the immersion of the closing restriction member 21, FIG. As shown in (b), the folding door 10A is closed.

On the other hand, when the folding door 10A is opened from the state in which the folding door 10A is completely closed, the handle portion 23A is directed toward the front and fixed door plate 11 as in the first embodiment. By pulling, it is opened.
When the folding door 10A is opened, the closing regulating member 21 is urged by the first compression coil spring 24 along with the opening, and the end surface 12b of the door 12A is moved. Protrude from. Further, in the state where the closing restricting member 21 protrudes to the maximum with further opening, as shown in FIG. 6A, the base end portion 21b of the closing restricting member 21 to the distal end portion of the lock portion 22A. The lock portion 22A is rotated counterclockwise in the figure with the pivot 19a of the connecting arm 23c as a fulcrum and the grip portion 23a of the handle portion 23A by the bias of the second compression coil spring 25A. With the movement in the direction away from the front side of the door plate 12A, the door plate 12A enters the first slide recess 16 and is in the locked state.

As described above, according to the folding door 10A according to the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.
In the present embodiment, when the folding door 10A is pressed and closed, by pressing the handle portion 23A, the locked state is released and the locking can be closed. The release of the locked state by and the closing movement of the folding door 10A can be performed by a series of the same operations, which is more convenient than the first embodiment. In such an embodiment, it is particularly preferable to arrange the handle portion 23A at a height position where it cannot be reached by an infant or the like.

In each of the above embodiments, as an aspect of releasing the locked state by each of the lock parts, an example of releasing the handle part by pulling or pressing the handle part is illustrated. It is good also as an aspect which becomes possible [cancellation | release of a locked state] by slide operation or rotation operation.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the operation part for canceling | releasing the said locked state has illustrated the aspect made into the handle part operated in the case of opening and closing of a folding door, for example, for canceling | releasing a locked state The operation unit may be provided separately from the handle unit.
Furthermore, in each said embodiment, the 1st biasing member which biases each said closing control member and the 2nd biasing member which biases each said lock part are not restricted to a compression coil spring like a figure example, You may make it comprise with other biasing members, such as a spring.
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the side surface of the lock portion is in contact with the inner side end surface of the base end portion of the closing restriction member, and the mode in which the closing of the closing restriction member is restricted is exemplified. However, the present invention is not limited to such a mode, and a mode in which the lock part can restrict the immersion of the closing control member may be used. For example, it is good also as an aspect which forms the opening part and ditch | groove which a lock part is engage | inserted in a closing control member.

Moreover, in each said embodiment, when each said closing control member is urged | biased by the 1st urging | biasing member toward the direction which protrudes from the end surface of one door plate, when the restriction | limiting of the end surface of the other door plate is cancelled | released, Although the aspect which protrudes automatically is illustrated, it is not restricted to such an aspect.
Further, in each of the above embodiments, each of the lock portions is movable forward and backward with respect to the first slide recess along the thickness direction of the one door plate, and is moved toward the first slide recess by the second biasing member. When the closing restricting member is urged by the first urging member and protrudes, the lock portion is urged by the second urging member and enters the concave portion. Although the aspect which controls automatically the immersion of a closing control member is illustrated, it is not restricted to such an aspect.
For example, instead of the above-described mode, the closing restricting member, the lock portion, and the operation portion are connected by a link mechanism or the like, and the lock portion restricts the intrusion of the closing restricting member by manual operation and the release thereof. It is good also as an aspect which is made.
Or it is good also as an aspect which connects a lock part and an operation part, and makes a closure control member protrude by the operation. In this case, it is good also as an aspect which is made | formed by receiving the restriction | limiting by the end surface of the other door board in the immersion of a closing control member.

Furthermore, in each said embodiment, although the aspect which has arrange | positioned each said finger clogging prevention means in one place along the up-down direction of the connection part cp of each folding door is illustrated, in the up-down direction of the connection part cp. It is good also as an aspect arrange | positioned in multiple places along. In this case, a plurality of arrangements may be provided on the movable door plate side in the figure, or an arrangement may be provided on the fixed door plate side.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although each recessed part was formed so that the back side of a doorplate might be excavated, and this recessed part was obstruct | occluded with the cover body, surface materials, such as a flash panel etc., are illustrated, for example In the case of a folding door constructed by sticking together, the inner space may be used as the location of the above-mentioned members.

Furthermore, in each said embodiment, although the example which applied each folding door to the opening / closing door for closets was shown, it is not restricted to this, For example, storage cabinets, such as a cabinet, the opening / closing doors of various rooms, or room partition It can also be applied as a slide wall (opening / closing wall).
Furthermore, in each said embodiment, although what consists of two sheets is illustrated as a several doorboard which comprises a folding door, it is good also as what consists of three or more doorboards. In this case, you may make it provide each above-mentioned finger-clogging prevention means in the connection part which protrudes in the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of a doorplate at the time of opening and closing of a folding door.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, the chamfering part shall be formed in the end surface by the side of the connection part of each doorplate, and the said closure control member is a position different from this chamfering part, ie, the position near the back side of a doorplate. Although the aspect which formed the opening to protrude is illustrated, it is good also as the thing where the chamfer part is not formed. In this case, you may make it form the opening etc. in which the said closure control member protrudes in the position near the near side of a doorplate.
