予作動弁の一次側に設けられ、建屋に垂直方向に配設された一次側配管と、前記一次側配管の基端側に設けられポンプと水槽からなる加圧送水装置と、予作動弁の二次側に設けられ、建屋に水平方向に配設され加圧空気が充填された二次側配管と、該二次側配管に取り付けられたスプリンクラヘッドと、該スプリンクラヘッドと同じ防護区域に設けられた火災感知器とを備えた予作動式のスプリンクラ消火設備において、
建家の屋上に設けた補助水槽と、
建屋において前記一次側配管と別に設けられ、一端が該補助水槽に接続され、充水された火災時充水用配管と、
該火災時充水用配管と前記二次側配管の末端とを接続する常時は閉じた開閉弁とを備え、
前記火災感知器が動作したときに、該開閉弁を開放させると共に、前記予作動弁を開放させ、前記二次側配管の両端から前記水槽からの水と前記補助水槽とからのとをそれぞれ給水し、二次側配管内を充水することを特徴とするスプリンクラ消火設備。
