Description

The present invention relates to a pad holder used in combination with an absorbent pad that absorbs bodily fluids such as urine and menstrual blood.

Conventionally, in hospitals, nursing homes, home care sites, etc., the pad holder is worn with the absorbent pad attached to the skin facing surface of the crotch part of the pad holder, making it difficult for the absorbent pad to absorb the liquid. In such a case, only the absorbent pad is replaced with a new one, and the pad holder is reused after washing as necessary. Thereby, compared with the case where a disposable diaper etc. are used, the quantity and cost reduction of garbage can be aimed at.

The pad holder is required to hold the absorbent pad firmly and adhere to the crotch part of the body so that the absorbent pad is not misaligned or turned up. However, the conventional pad holder does not have a means for holding the absorbent pad, and the holdability of the absorbent pad depends exclusively on the performance of the absorbent pad itself. There was a problem that the fit to the crotch portion of the pad was poor and liquid leakage was likely to occur.

In view of such a problem, a pad holder provided with a means for holding an absorbent pad has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses shorts in which a covering member is detachably attached to the inside of a crotch portion by a locking means, and an absorbent pad can be sandwiched between the skin-facing surface of the crotch portion and the covering member. Has been.

However, in the shorts described in Patent Document 1, since the covering member is detachably attached, the covering member may be displaced, turned up, or broken, such as a covering member or a hook member of a mechanical fastener. The locking means may touch the skin and damage the skin.

The present invention is a pad holder that has a front body, a back body, and a crotch portion positioned between the front body, a crotch portion, an absorbent pad disposed on the crotch portion, and is worn with the absorbent pad. A band-shaped member extending in the lateral direction of the pad holder is disposed on at least one skin-facing surface of the back body, and the longitudinal opposite side ends of the band-shaped member and the skin-facing surface are joined. And the inner portion sandwiched between the both longitudinal ends of the belt-shaped member and the skin facing surface are not joined, and the surface facing the skin facing surface in the inner portion, or the An engagement means that can be engaged with the absorbent pad is disposed in a region of the skin facing surface facing the inward portion, and a pad holder that can hold the absorbent pad by the engagement means is provided. To achieve the above purpose.

The pad holder of the present invention is excellent in the fit of the combined absorbent pad to the crotch part of the body and hardly causes liquid leakage.

Hereinafter, the pad holder of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings based on preferred embodiments thereof.
1 to 5 show a trunks type (boxer pants type) pad holder as an embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the three-dimensional shape of the pad holder shown in FIG.4 and FIG.5 is substantially equal to the shape at the time of wear.

The pad holder 1 according to the present embodiment includes a front body 2, a back body 3, and a crotch portion 4 positioned between the front body 2 and the back appearance 3. The front body 2 is a part that is disposed on the abdomen side of the body when the pad holder 1 is worn and covers the lower abdomen, and the back body 3 is a part that is disposed on the back side and covers the buttocks. The crotch part 4 is a part that is disposed in the crotch part of the body when the pad holder 1 is worn, and the absorbent pad 20 is disposed on the skin facing surface (the surface that faces the wearer's skin when the pad holder is worn). . The pad holder 1 having such a configuration is worn with the absorbent pad 20 with the absorbent pad 20 disposed on the crotch part 4.

In the pad holder 1 of the present embodiment, the front body 2, the back body 3 and the crotch part 4 constituting the pad holder are formed from a continuous body cloth 10. That is, the front body 2, the back body 3, and the crotch part 4 are joined by circular knitting so that there is no joint part.

On the upper side of the pad holder 1, a waist opening 5 is formed in which a wearer's waist portion is inserted and adhered. In addition, a pair of leg openings 6, 6 are formed below the pad holder 1 so that the vicinity of each thigh of the wearer is inserted and brought into close contact therewith. That is, each of the pair of leg openings 6 and 6 is formed at the distal end portion of a cylindrical leg portion having a predetermined length (height) along the vertical direction L as the vertical direction when the pad holder 1 is worn. Has been.

A waist elastic member 51 is annularly arranged in an expanded state at the opening peripheral edge of the waist opening 5, thereby forming a waist gather. The waist elastic member 51 is fixed to the front body 2 and the back body 3 (body cloth 10) by sewing or pasting using an adhesive or the like. As the waist elastic member 51, for example, a stretchable woven fabric made of polyurethane fiber, a synthetic rubber sheet, a natural rubber sheet, or the like is used.

A leg elastic member 61 is annularly arranged in an extended state at the opening peripheral edge of the leg opening 6, thereby forming a thigh gather. The leg elastic member 61 is fixed to the front body 2 and the back body 3 (body cloth 10) by sewing or pasting using an adhesive or the like. As the leg elastic member 61, the same elastic member as the waist elastic member 51 described above can be used, and the elastic elastic member may be the same or different between the leg elastic member 61 and the waist elastic member 51. Also good.

The pad holder 1 of the present embodiment is a so-called trunks type (boxer pants type) pad holder, and the wearer is arranged so that the front body 2 and the back body 3 are aligned as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The thigh gathers (leg part elastic member 61) are located below the crotch part 4 when folded in the folding lines 1a and 1a along the waist side.

On the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2 and the skin facing surface 3a of the back body 3, a band-like member 7 extending in the lateral direction S of the pad holder 1 is disposed. The belt-like member 7 has a horizontally long rectangular shape, and is arranged such that its longitudinal direction coincides with the lateral direction S of the pad holder 1. The horizontal direction S is a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction L as the vertical direction when the pad holder 1 is worn. The belt-like member 7 on the front body 2 side and the belt-like member 7 on the back body 3 side have the same shape, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pad holder 1 is connected to the front body 2 and the back body 3. When folded into two at the folding lines 1a and 1a along the wearer's waist side so as to be combined, they are arranged so as to overlap.

Hereinafter, the belt-like member 7 will be described by taking the belt-like member 7 disposed on the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2 as an example. The description is also applied to the belt-like member 7 disposed on the skin facing surface 3a of the back body 3 unless otherwise specified. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the peripheral portion of the belt-like member 7 disposed on the front body 2 side, but the peripheral portion of the belt-like member 7 disposed on the back body 3 side is the same as FIG. Reference numerals applied when a sectional view is drawn are shown in parentheses in FIG.

The belt-like member 7 is disposed above (directly above) the crotch part 4 in the front body 2, that is, at the center in the lateral direction S of the front body 2. Specifically, the belt-like member 7 is a state in which the pad holder 1 is folded in two along folding lines 1a and 1a along the wearer's waist so that the front body 2 and the back body 3 are combined (FIGS. 1 and In the state shown in FIG. 2, the front body 2 is disposed at a central portion in the lateral direction S and at a position spaced from the lowermost portion 4 a of the crotch 4 by 50 to 250 mm, more preferably 100 to 200 mm. The lowermost part is a part located at the lowermost position when the pad holder is worn in the part (such as the crotch part).

Between the longitudinal direction both ends 70 and 70 of the strip | belt-shaped member 7, and the skin opposing surface 2a of the front body 2, it has joined. The two can be joined by sewing the side end portion 70 to the front body 2 (body cloth 10) or by bonding with an adhesive means such as an adhesive. In addition, at least one (for example, both ends 70 in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like member 7) is joined to the other (for example, the front body 2 (body) It may be made detachable from the fabric 10)). On the other hand, the inner portion 71 sandwiched between both longitudinal ends 70 and 70 of the belt-like member 7 and the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2 are not joined, as shown in FIGS. The absorbent pad 20 can be inserted between the inner portion 71 and the skin facing surface 2a.

The length in the longitudinal direction (length in the lateral direction S) S1 of the belt-like member 7 is preferably 100 to 300 mm, more preferably 150 to 250 mm, and the length in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is preferably It is 10-60 mm, More preferably, it is 20-50 mm.
The ratio between the length S1 and the length in the longitudinal direction of the inner portion 71 (the length in the lateral direction S) S2 is S1 / S2 from the viewpoint of the balance between the bonding strength of the belt-like member 7 and the insertability of the absorbent pad 20. = 1.03 to 1.25 is preferable, and S1 / S2 = 1.05 to 1.15 is more preferable. S1 and S2 are measured when the pad holder 1 is in an unstretched (non-wearing) natural state.

As the belt-like member 7, a material that can be joined to the front body 2 (body cloth 10) and has a certain strength or more, for example, a woven fabric, a non-woven fabric, a film, and a laminate material obtained by bonding two or more of these materials. Can be used.
Particularly preferred as the belt-like member 7 is one having stretchability in the longitudinal direction. Since the belt-like member 7 has elasticity in the longitudinal direction, that is, the lateral direction S of the pad holder 1, the absorption pad 20 between the inner part 71 and the skin facing surface 2 a of the front body 2 is arranged. Insertion is facilitated, and retention of the absorbent pad 20 inserted between them is improved. As such a preferable band-shaped member 7, for example, a woven fabric in which an elastic elastic material such as rubber is sewn, an elastic fabric including elastic fibers such as polyurethane fibers, an elastic nonwoven fabric, a synthetic fiber, or a natural fiber is knitted. Examples include net-like fabrics, embossed fabrics, and bias tapes woven with urethane fibers. In this embodiment, a woven fabric in which an elastic elastic material such as rubber is sewn is used as the belt-like member 7.

Engaging means 72 that can be engaged with the absorbent pad 20 is disposed on the opposite surface 71 a of the inner portion 71 of the belt-like member 7 that faces the skin-facing surface 2 a of the front body 2. The engaging means 72 is fixed by being sewn on the belt-like member 7 (inner portion 71) or attached by an adhesive means such as an adhesive. The engaging means 72 may be any as long as it can engage with the surface material of the absorbent pad 20, and may be appropriately selected according to the type of the absorbent pad 20, the constituent members, and the like. Specific examples of the engaging means 72 include a hook member (male material) of a mechanical fastener used in a deployable disposable diaper, an adhesive that can be repeatedly peeled and adhered, a button, a hook, a zipper, and the like. In the present embodiment, a hook member of a mechanical fastener is used as the engaging means 72.

In the present embodiment, a plurality (four) of the engaging means 72 are arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the belt-like member 7 (lateral direction S of the pad holder 1). When the engaging means is arranged on the belt-like member, the flexibility of the arrangement part of the engaging means is impaired, and there is a possibility that the wearing feeling of the pad holder may be lowered. By disposing the engagement means at a predetermined interval, the disposition portions of the engaging means, that is, the portions where the flexibility is lowered are scattered, so that the decrease in the flexibility of the belt-like member and the decrease in the wearing feeling of the pad holder are suppressed. be able to.

The absorbent pad 20 has a plurality of apertures (not shown) penetrating the belt-like member 7 in the thickness direction in a region where the engagement means 72 is not disposed at least. It is preferable from the viewpoint of improving the liquid introduction effect. By forming the opening in the belt-like member 7, liquid residue hardly occurs on the belt-like member 7, and the leakage prevention effect is enhanced and the skin trouble reducing effect is also improved. The shape of the opening in plan view is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, a circle, an ellipse, a rectangle, a rhombus, or the like. The size of the opening in plan view can be adjusted as appropriate. For example, when the shape of the opening in plan view is circular, the diameter of the opening is preferably 1 to 5 mm. Moreover, it is preferable that the number of holes is adjusted so that the ratio of the total area in the plan view of the holes to the total area in the plan view of the band-shaped member 7 is 5 to 50%.

In the present embodiment, the engagement means 72 cannot be engaged with the portion facing the engagement means 72, that is, the area 2 as opposed to the inner portion 71 of the skin facing surface 2 a of the front body 2. Means 8 are arranged. The non-engageable means 8 is fixed to the predetermined position by being sewn to the front body 2 (body cloth 10) or attached by an adhesive means such as an adhesive. When the non-engageable means 8 is not disposed at the portion facing the engaging means 72, the absorbent pad 20 is not inserted between the inner portion 71 of the belt-like member 7 and the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2. And the engaging member 72 may damage the facing portion (the body cloth 10 is torn, fluffing, etc.), and the absorbent pad 20 is inserted between the inner portion 71 and the skin facing surface 2a. In addition, it takes time and effort to peel off the belt-like member 7 engaged with the opposing portion via the engaging means 72 from the opposing portion. Therefore, by disposing the non-engageable means 8 as in the present embodiment, these inconveniences caused by the engaging means 72 are avoided.

The disengagement means 8 may be any means that the engagement means 72 cannot engage with, and may be appropriately selected according to the type of the engagement means 72 and the like. Specific examples of the non-engageable means 8 include a plate-like member having a smooth surface (such as a resin film or a non-woven fabric having a smooth surface such as spunbond), a release agent, a smoothing agent, and the like. In the present embodiment, a resin film (plate member) having a smooth surface is used as the non-engageable means 8. The dimensions of each part of the non-engageable means 8 may be appropriately set within a range where the above-described effects by the non-engageable means 8 are sufficiently exhibited.

As the body fabric 10 which is a forming material of the front body 2, the back body 3, and the crotch part 4, in this type of pad holder, sanitary shorts, disposable diapers, diaper covers, etc., the front body, back body, and crotch formation materials What is used as can be used without particular limitation. For example, a woven fabric or non-woven fabric made of a synthetic fiber or natural fiber, a porous sheet such as a resin film having an aperture, and a laminate material obtained by bonding two or more of these together.

Particularly preferred as the fabric 10 is one having stretchability. When the body cloth 10 has elasticity, the pad holder can be easily raised and lowered during attachment and detachment, and the fit of the pad holder to the body is further enhanced. Examples of such a preferred fabric 10 include a net-like fabric knitted with synthetic fibers or natural fibers.

In the present embodiment, the body cloth 10 is made of a stretchable material, whereby the pad holder 1 has a vertical direction L as the vertical direction and a horizontal direction S perpendicular to the vertical direction L. It is configured to be stretchable along each. The elongation at the time of 1.0 N / 50 mm load in the longitudinal direction L of the pad holder 1 of the body fabric 10 is 1 to 120%, preferably 35 to 90%, and 1 in the lateral direction S of the pad holder 1 of the body fabric 10. The elongation at a load of 0.0 N / 50 mm is 3 to 90%, preferably 35 to 80%.
The said elongation of the body cloth 10 is measured as follows.

<Measurement method of body fabric elongation>
A rectangular shape having a size of 150 mm in the vertical direction L and 50 mm in the horizontal direction S perpendicular to the vertical direction L is cut out from the pad holder to be measured, and this cut out rectangular shape is used as a measurement sample. The measurement sample is cut out so as not to include the waist elastic member 51 and the leg elastic member 61. In addition, when the pad holder is formed by sewing each part constituting the pad holder, the measurement sample is cut out so as not to include the stitched portion (if the stitched portion must be included, the stitched portion should be Cut out the measurement sample so as to include a small amount, or cut out the measurement sample so that the stitched portion is located in the chuck portion (25 mm before and after the measurement sample) When a measurement sample having a sufficient size cannot be cut out from the pad holder to be measured, the size of the chuck portion (a portion of 25 mm before and after the measurement sample) may be reduced.
The measurement sample is attached to the chuck of the tensile tester so that the longitudinal direction L is the tensile direction. The distance between chucks is 100 mm. Pull the measurement sample at 300 mm / min and use the length when the measurement sample is stretched when the load value is 1.0 N (the length of the measurement sample located between the chucks when stretched), The elongation at a load of 1.0 N / 50 mm is obtained.
Elongation (%) = [(Length when stretched (mm) −100 (mm)) / 100 (mm)] × 100
Further, a rectangular shape having a size of 50 mm in the vertical direction L and 150 mm in the horizontal direction S is cut out from the pad holder and used as a measurement sample, and the measurement sample is pulled so that the horizontal direction S is the tensile direction. The sample is attached to the chuck of the testing machine, and the elongation at 1.0 N / 50 mm load in the lateral direction S is obtained by the same procedure as described above.

When using the pad holder 1 having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, one end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent pad 20 is connected to the inner portion 71 of the belt-like member 7 and the skin facing surface in the front body 2. The other end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent pad 20 is inserted between the inner portion 71 of the belt-like member 7 in the back body 3 and the skin facing surface 2a.

At this time, since the engaging means 72 arranged on the facing surface 71a of the inner portion 71 with the skin facing surface 2a engages with the surface material of the absorbent pad 20, the absorbent pad 20 is firmly in place. It will be retained. Thereby, when the pad holder 1 is worn, even if the waist portion of the pad holder 1 is picked up and pulled upward, the position of the absorbent pad 20 is not shifted or the absorbent pad 20 is not turned up by this lifting. The absorbent pad 20 can be brought into close contact with the crotch part of the body. In addition, even when the pad holder 1 is worn, displacement and turning of the absorbent pad 20 can be effectively prevented. Therefore, according to the pad holder 1 of the present embodiment, the original performance of the absorbent pad 20 is fully utilized, and liquid leakage due to the displacement of the absorbent pad is effectively prevented.

When the absorbent pad 20 attached to the pad holder 1 of the present embodiment becomes difficult to absorb the liquid by use, only the absorbent pad 20 may be replaced with a new one, and the pad holder 1 can be washed as necessary. Can then be reused. Therefore, by using the pad holder 1 of the present embodiment, the amount of dust can be minimized, and the cost can be reduced.

As the absorbent pad 20, those applicable to this type of pad holder can be used without particular limitation, and for example, sanitary napkins, urine absorbing pads, light incontinence pads, and the like can be used.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment, this invention is not restrict | limited to the said embodiment.
For example, in the present invention, it is sufficient that the belt-like member is disposed on at least one skin facing surface of the front body and the back body. You may distribute | arrange to any one of the opposing surfaces 3a.

即ち、係合手段72は、前身頃2の肌対向面2aにおける内方部71との対向領域2as(後身頃3の肌対向面3aにおける内方部71との対向領域3as)に配されても良い。 Moreover, in the said embodiment, the engaging means 72 is the opposing surface 71a with the skin opposing surface 2a of the front body 2 in the inner part 71 of the strip | belt-shaped member 7 (opposite surface with the skin opposing surface 3a of the back body 3). 71a), that is, although arranged on the belt-like member 7, the engaging means 72 may be arranged on the front body 2 (rear body 3). In other words, the engaging means 72 is arranged in a facing region 2as facing the inner portion 71 of the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2 (a facing region 3as facing the inner portion 71 of the skin facing surface 3a of the back body 3). Also good. As described above, when the engaging means 72 is disposed in the front body 2 (rear body 3), when the disengaging means 8 is disposed, the disposition position of the disengaging means 8 is the same as that of the engaging means 72. It is the opposing surface 71a (opposite surface 71a with the skin opposing surface 3a of the back body 3) in the inner part 71 of the strip | belt-shaped member 7 which is an opposing part with the skin opposing surface 2a of the front body 2. FIG.

However, if the engaging means 72 is arranged in the front body 2 (rear body 3) as described above, the engaging means 72 may touch the wearer's skin and may damage the skin. As described above, the engaging means 72 is preferably disposed on the belt-like member 7.
Moreover, the engaging means 72 may be distribute | arranged to the strip | belt-shaped member 7 indirectly through another material.

Further, the shape of the belt-like member 7 is not limited to the rectangular shape as in the above-described embodiment, and may be any belt shape (elongate shape having a pair of long sides facing each other). For example, the shape of the band-shaped member 7 is such that one or both of a pair of long sides facing each other is a concave shape that is concave outward, a convex shape that is convex outward, or a wave shape. Alternatively, the shape may be a combination of these as appropriate.
Further, in order to improve the bonding strength between the longitudinal side end portion 70 of the strip-like member 7 and the skin facing surface 2a of the front body 2 while maintaining the insertion property of the absorbent pad 20, the strip shape at the longitudinal side end portion 70 is provided. The length in the width direction of the member 7 (a separation distance between a pair of opposing long sides) is maximized, and the length in the width direction is shortened from the longitudinal side end 70 toward the inside of the belt-like member 7. (For example, one of a pair of opposing long sides may be concave and the other may be convex).

Moreover, you may arrange | position the waterproof cloth, water absorbing cloth, etc. which are generally used with a cloth diaper or a disposable diaper etc. on the skin opposing surface of the crotch part 4 at least. These cloths are sewed on the crotch part 4 (body cloth 10) or attached to the crotch part 4 by an adhesive means such as an adhesive. According to such a configuration, it is possible to more effectively prevent the disadvantage that the lower garment is soiled with the liquid overflowing from the absorbent pad 20.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the front body 2, the back body 3, and the crotch part 4 are comprised by circular knitting so that there may be no joining part, and the pad holder 1 is one continuous body cloth 10 However, instead of such a configuration, the parts of the front body 2, the back body 3, and the crotch part 4 are stitched together to form the pad holder 1, and both peripheral edges of each part. The part may be sewn.

In the front body 2, a slit (cut) along the vertical direction L or the horizontal direction S is formed in the body fabric 10 between the belt-like member 7 and the waist elastic member 51, and the male wearer can remove the slit from the slit. It may be possible to urinate through the pubic area. In particular, when the slit is formed in the lateral direction S, when the slit is lowered, the absorbent pad 20 engaged with the belt-like member 7 also moves downward at the same time, so that the male genital area can be easily put out. And urination in the toilet can be performed smoothly.
It is preferable that the slit can be appropriately opened and closed by a button, a hook, a zipper, a hook member (male material) of a mechanical fastener, or the like.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the trunks type | mold (boxer underpants type) pad holder which the opening peripheral part of a leg opening part is located below a crotch part at the time of wear is mentioned as one example of application of the pad holder of this invention. However, the pad holder of the present invention is “a pad holder that has a front body, a back body, and a crotch portion positioned between both, and an absorbent pad is disposed on the crotch portion and is worn with the absorbent pad”. The present invention can also be applied to pad holders other than trunks type, for example, so-called high leg type (brief pants type) pad holders in which the opening peripheral edge of the leg opening approaches the waist opening. Furthermore, it can be applied to sanitary shorts, disposable diapers, diaper covers and the like.
