Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a rotating part is rotatably provided at an upper part of a frame base, an arm is attached to the frame base or a press plate, and a terminal block is provided at the tip of the arm.

In a conventional embedded lighting fixture, a rotating part is provided at the upper part of a frame base so as to be rotatable in a horizontal direction by a presser plate, and a lamp is provided at the rotating part. Therefore, the lamp is supported so as to be rotatable in the horizontal direction via the rotating portion.
In this luminaire, an arm made of a leaf spring is extended in the lateral direction from the frame base, and a terminal block is provided at the tip of the arm.

When installing the lighting fixture on the ceiling, first, the horizontal (horizontal) arm is elastically deformed to stand up vertically.
Next, a lighting fixture is inserted into the mounting opening of the ceiling, and then the arm is returned to the horizontal (horizontal) position by a spring force. After returning the arm to the side, connect the external wire connected to the terminal block to another device.

However, since the arm is formed of a leaf spring, if the external electric wire connected to the terminal block is pulled when connecting to another device, the arm elastically deforms and the external electric wire approaches the high temperature part of the lamp. There were also problems such as obstructing the rotation of the lamp with an elastically deformed arm.

As a lighting fixture that solves this problem, a lighting device in which an arm is formed of a steel plate is known.
By forming the arm with a steel plate, it is possible to prevent the arm from being elastically deformed by being pulled by the external electric wire when the external electric wire connected to the terminal block is connected to another instrument.
Therefore, it can prevent that an external electric wire adjoins to the high temperature part of a lamp, or obstructs rotation of a lamp with the arm which carried out elastic deformation.

Here, since the lighting fixture has the arm formed of a steel plate, when the lighting fixture is attached to the ceiling, the lighting fixture is first inclined and the arm is inserted into the mounting opening of the ceiling.
Next, it is necessary to return the lighting fixture to a vertical position and insert the frame into the ceiling mounting opening (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2007-157660 A

By the way, in some lighting fixtures, a lamp is arranged coaxially with a frame base. In this luminaire, the socket part of the lamp projects above the frame base.
Therefore, when the lighting apparatus is inclined and the arm is inserted into the mounting opening of the ceiling, the socket portion becomes an obstacle and the arm cannot be inserted.

For this reason, when installing a lighting fixture in the ceiling mounting opening, it is necessary to remove the arm and then insert the frame base into the ceiling mounting opening, and then attach the arm to the frame base. There was a problem that it took.

The present invention has been made to satisfy the above-described demands, and the purpose thereof is to easily install a lighting fixture and to prevent the external electric wires from approaching a high temperature part and the rotation of the lamp after completion of the construction. It is in providing the lighting fixture which can prevent this.

In the lighting fixture of the present invention, a rotating part is provided on the upper part of the frame base so as to be rotatable in a horizontal direction by a press plate, a lamp is provided on the rotary part, and an arm is provided on the frame base or the press plate via a support shaft. The arm is mounted so that it can stand up, and a terminal block is provided at the tip of the arm, and the rotating part is provided with a recess in which the arm is accommodated when the arm is raised, and the arm is stood up and stored in the recess during construction. After the construction, the arm falls horizontally and falls out of the recess, and in this state, the rotating portion is rotated to shift the position of the recess, thereby preventing the arm from standing up. It is characterized by that.

The arm is attached to the frame base or presser plate via a support shaft so that the arm can stand up, and a terminal block is provided at the tip of the arm. In addition, the rotating part is provided with a recess in which the standing arm is accommodated.
Then, during the construction, the arm was erected and stored in the recess, and after the construction, the arm fell down horizontally due to its own weight and pulled out of the recess.
Further, the rotating part is rotated to shift the position of the recessed part while the arm is pulled out from the recessed part, so that the arm is prevented from standing up.

Therefore, at the time of construction, the frame base and the arm can be constructed in an integrated state by raising the sideways (horizontal) arm and storing it in the recess.
Thereby, the construction which attaches a lighting fixture can be performed easily.

Further, by rotating the rotating portion and shifting the position of the concave portion, the horizontal (horizontal) arm is prevented from standing up.
Therefore, when connecting the external electric wire connected to the terminal block to another instrument, it is possible to prevent the arm from being pulled up and standing by the external electric wire.
Thereby, it is possible to hold the terminal block in a predetermined position after the completion of the construction and prevent the external electric wire from approaching the high temperature part of the lamp or hindering the rotation of the lamp by the standing arm.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that a mark for confirming the position of the concave portion is provided.

Therefore, when removing a lighting fixture, a recessed part can be easily match | combined with an arm by visually recognizing a mark (confirmation part).
Thereby, an arm can be stood up and stored in a recessed part, and a lighting fixture can be easily removed without taking time and effort.

According to the lighting fixture of the present invention, the arm is stood up and stored in the recess, and in a state where the arm is pulled out from the recess, the rotating portion is rotated to shift the position of the recess to prevent the arm from standing.
Thereby, the installation which attaches a lighting fixture is easy, and it has the effect that it can prevent that an external electric wire adjoins a high temperature part and obstructs rotation of a lamp after completion of construction.

The presser plate annular portion 41 holds the rotating annular portion 33 rotatably together with the upper portion 12A of the frame base 12.
Therefore, the rotating part 14 can be rotated in the horizontal direction in the upper part 12 </ b> A of the frame 12.
As shown in FIG. 8, the pressing plate 15 has a pressing concave portion (concave portion) 43 in a portion corresponding to the rotating concave portion 35 of the rotating portion 14 (see also FIG. 6).

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the rotary recess 35 can be easily visually recognized by forming the presser recess 43 larger than the rotary recess 35.

As shown in FIG. 6, a pair of support brackets 45 are provided on the upper part 12 </ b> A of the frame base 12.
The base end 20 </ b> B of the arm 20 is rotatably supported by the mounting holes 45 </ b> A of the pair of support brackets 45 via the support shaft 18.

That is, the arm 20 is supported by a pair of support brackets 45 so as to be swingable about the support shaft 18.
The arm 20 is, for example, a beam-like member that is formed of a steel material and has a substantially U-shaped cross section and is not elastically deformable.

The arm 20 can be raised from the horizontal position P1 (see FIG. 10) to the standing position P2 (see FIG. 9) by grasping the arm 20 by hand and storing it in the rotary recess 35 and the pressing recess 43.
Then, by releasing the hand from the erected arm 20, the arm 20 can be tilted horizontally by its own weight and pulled out of the rotary recess 35 and the presser recess 43. The arm 20 that has come out of the rotary recess 35 and the presser recess 43 returns to the horizontal position P1 by its own weight.

As shown in FIG. 1, a terminal block 22 is provided at the tip 20 </ b> A of the arm 20, and an external electric wire 48 connected to another instrument (not shown) is connected to the terminal block 22.

Below, the construction example which attaches the lighting fixture 10 to the ceiling 11 based on FIGS. 9-11 is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 9, the arm 20 is grasped by hand and is accommodated in the rotating recess 35 and the pressing recess 43 shown in FIG. 8, and the arm 20 is raised to the standing position P2. Further, the pair of leaf springs 31 shown in FIG. 1 are elastically deformed and held in an upright state.

In this state, the luminaire 10 is inserted into the mounting opening 29 of the ceiling 11 from the indoor side, and the overhanging portion 28 of the frame 12 is brought into contact with the surface 11 </ b> A of the ceiling 11.
The pair of leaf springs 31 shown in FIG. 1 are engaged with the mounting opening 29 by the restoring force of the springs, thereby supporting the lighting fixture 10 in a state of being embedded in the ceiling 11.

In this way, during construction, the horizontal (horizontal) arm 20 is erected at the standing position P2, and is housed in the rotating concave portion 35 and the pressing concave portion 43 shown in FIG. It can be applied as it is.
Thereby, the construction which attaches the lighting fixture 10 can be performed easily.

Then, the hand is released from the raised arm 20 and the arm 20 is tilted horizontally by its own weight, so that the arm 20 is pulled out of the rotary recess 35 and the presser recess 43.
By tilting the arm 20 horizontally with its own weight, it can be returned to the horizontal position P1 as shown in FIG.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the rotating portion 14 is rotated to shift the position of the rotating concave portion 35 so that the arm 20 is prevented from standing up.
In this state, an external electric wire 48 connected to another device (not shown) is connected to the terminal block 22 (see FIG. 1) at the tip 20A of the arm 20.

As described above, the rotating portion 14 is rotated to shift the position of the rotating concave portion 35, thereby preventing the arm 20 at the horizontal position P1 from standing.
Therefore, when the external electric wire 48 connected to the terminal block 22 is connected to another device, the arm 20 can be prevented from being pulled up by the external electric wire 48 and standing.

Thereby, the terminal block 22 is held at a predetermined position after the completion of the construction, and the external electric wire 48 can be prevented from approaching the high temperature portion of the lamp 16 or obstructing the rotation of the lamp 16 by the standing arm 20. .

By the way, when the luminaire 10 is removed, the rotating portion 14 is rotated in the horizontal direction so that the rotating notch 36 shown in FIG. 7 is aligned with the frame notch 26 shown in FIG. 35 can be easily adjusted.
