Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for stacking and packaging rectangular panel members such as solar cell modules in a horizontal manner so that no load is applied to individual panel members.

For example, a solar cell module is required to be packed compactly while being protected from being damaged by an external force when it is transported or stored from a manufacturing factory to an installation site.
On the other hand, at the installation site, it is a problem that a large amount of labor is required for processing the packaging material, and the waste of resources due to the disposable use of the packaging material has been pointed out.
In order to solve such a problem, Patent Document 1 proposes a modular insertion system that securely stores solar cell modules stacked horizontally. In this system, a molded product member, which is a small and stable individual element that can be manufactured at a low cost by integral molding of synthetic resin, is stacked to form a load removal column. Each of the individual molded product members has a load receiving support profile as a photovoltaic module mounting device on the inside, one or more tenons or tongues on the upper or lower side, and a lower or upper side. , Having one or more open cavities or grooves for receiving tenons with precise fit. Since each molded part supports the load of the individual module, a definite transport can be ensured even at high stack heights and the risk of damage to the bottom module can be eliminated. It eliminates the need for individual packaging of modules with cardboard boxes, reduces packaging costs to the minimum required as a whole, and allows individual molded parts to be sent back to the module manufacturer and reused in multiple distributions. It is.

In the above-described conventional packing apparatus, the load removal column formed by stacking molded product members at the four corners of the pallet is sufficiently stable as a column that supports a stack of a large number of solar cell modules at the four corners. There is no sex. Further, in order to prevent dust from adhering to the stacked solar cell modules, additional materials for packing are required. For this reason, in general, the entire stacked solar cell module is covered with a stretch film around the load removing column and simultaneously tightened with a plastic band to compensate for the instability of the four load removing columns. These additional packaging materials become waste at the installation site. Although the pallet is collected separately from the molded product member constituting the load removal column, there is a problem that it is inconvenient because it is separately packed when returned.
These problems are not limited to solar cell modules, but are common to other rectangular panel material packaging devices that require the same level of careful handling.
Therefore, the invention according to this application is to securely surround the entire panel and protect it from contamination and damage while removing the load on each panel material in the laminate of rectangular panel materials such as solar cell modules. An object of the present invention is to provide a rectangular panel material packaging device that can be reused to save resources and can be easily recovered from the final use site for reuse.

To do. A horizontally extending inner fitting groove 85 is open at the top of the inner side surface 81. An inward fitting piece 86 is defined between the inner fitting groove 85 and the upper surface 83. A horizontally extending outer fitting groove 87 is open to the lower portion of the outer surface 82. An outward fitting piece 88 is defined between the outer fitting groove 87 and the lower surface 84. As shown in FIG. 6, the outward fitting piece 88 is an inner fitting groove 85 of another corner support member 3 disposed below, and the inward fitting piece 86 is another piece disposed above. Each of the corner support members 3 can be fitted in the outer fitting groove 87 in the horizontal direction.

The load receiving portion 9 of the corner support member 3 extends horizontally from the inner side surface 81 below the inner fitting groove 85 of the orthogonal wall 8 with an interval larger than the thickness dimension of the panel material P.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lower support member 4 includes a plate-like base portion 41 fixed on the gantry 2, and an engagement portion 42 formed on the outer edge of the base portion 41. The engaging portion 42 includes an upright piece 43, an inwardly extending piece 44, and a refracting piece 45, and a fitting recess 47 and a fitting protrusion 48 are formed by these. The base portion 41 has outer orthogonal sides 46 that are parallel to the corners of the panel material P arranged on the gantry 2, and the upright pieces 43 stand upright from the orthogonal sides 42. The inwardly extending piece 44 has a refractive piece 45 that extends horizontally from the upper edge of the upright piece 43 and stands upright at the tip. A fitting protrusion 48 is formed by the inwardly extending piece 44 and the refracting piece 45, and a fitting recess 47 is formed between the inwardly extending piece 44 and the base portion 41. As shown in FIG. 6, the outward fitting piece 88 of the corner support member 3 is fitted in the fitting recess 47 in the horizontal direction. The fitting protrusion 48 is fitted into the outer fitting groove 87 of the corner support member 3 in the horizontal direction.

A stopper 10 for locking the lower part of the side wall body 5 to the gantry 2 is further fixed on the gantry 2 so that the side wall body 5 is not separated from the laminated body of the panel members P. The stopper 10 is composed of a metal fitting having an L-shaped cross section such as an angle steel material, and is spaced along the side surface of the panel material laminate with a gap corresponding to the thickness dimension of the side wall body 5 from the side surface of the panel material laminate. Are arranged on the gantry 2. As is widely known, the stopper 10 can be omitted when the side wall bodies 5 are configured to be coupled to each other at the end edges.

The side wall body 5 includes an upper member 51 and a lower member 52 that can be connected and separated. When the unloading of the panel material P is completed, the upper member 51 of the side wall body and the corner support members 3 that are individually disassembled are accommodated inside the four lower members 52 that are erected on the gantry 2. The lid 6 can be put on top and combined with the gantry 2 with a band 61 to reduce the size and take it home for reuse.

When packaging the panel material P, the four corner support members 3 are fitted to the lower support members 4 at the four corners of the mount 2 and arranged on the mount 2. The panel material P is placed on the load receiving portions 9 of the four corner support members 3 placed on the gantry 2 so that the four corners are arranged. The two side surfaces of the four corners of the panel material P approach and face the inner side surface 81 of the orthogonal wall 8, and the horizontal positions thereof are restricted. In this state, the inner fitting groove 85 is slightly higher than the upper surface of the panel material P. Next, another corner support member 3 is fitted to the corner support member 3 in the horizontal direction and stacked on top. Another panel material P is placed on the load receiving portion 9 of the corner support member 3, and the corner support member 3 and the panel material P are alternately stacked one after another. The stacked corner support members 3 form vertical stacked columns 7 while supporting the panel material P. Since the lowermost corner support member 3 is supported by the lower support member 4 and the individual corner support members 3 are securely coupled to each other by the fitting grooves 85 and 87 and the fitting pieces 87 and 88, they are displaced. There is no risk of falling. When the predetermined number of panel materials P have been stacked, the side wall body 5 is placed upright so as to cover the four side surfaces of the stacked panel materials P. Next, the lid 6 is put on, and the packing work is completed by joining the side wall 5 with the band 61. In addition, although not shown in figure, a fastening band can be hung on the whole from the outer side of the side wall body 5 and the cover body 6, and can be bound as needed.

The panel material P packed as described above is conveyed to a use site or the like. After unpacking and removing all the panel material P, as shown in FIG. 8, the four lower members 52 of the side wall body 5 are erected on the gantry 2, and the four upper members 51 of the side wall body are placed inside thereof. And a plurality of corner support members 3 that are individually disassembled, and a lid 6 is placed on the corner support member 3, and is combined with the base 2 with a band 61 and packed compactly. It can be returned to the original.
