Description

The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a blindfold plate to a fence such as an iron fence of a pedestrian bridge or a veranda fence of a building by using an attachment bracket and an elastic seat plate , and an attachment method thereof .

As the conventional blindfold mounting bracket M ', the one shown in FIG. 11 is frequently used. The mounting bracket M ′ includes a U-shaped bolt 51, a pair of flat seat plates 52, 53 arranged inside and outside the blindfold P, and a pair of screws that are screwed into bolt portions 51 a at both ends of the U-shaped bolt 51. Nut 54.

In order to attach the blindfold P to the fences such as a pedestrian bridge using the mounting bracket M ′, the workers are arranged on the inside and outside of the blindfold P, and the inside workers are connected from the inside of the fences. A U-shaped bolt 51 is arranged outside the vertical beam C 1 , and the bolt portion 51 a of the U-shaped bolt 51 is inserted into each of the bolt holes 53 a and 41 formed in the inner flat seat plate 53 and the blindfold plate P. Then, the bolt part 51a is projected outside the blindfold P. The outside operator inserts the bolt portion 51a of the U-shaped bolt 51 protruding outside the blind plate P into the bolt hole 53a of the outer flat seat plate 53, and screws the nut 54 into each bolt portion 51a. Let

The method of attaching the blindfold P to a fence such as a pedestrian bridge using the conventional mounting bracket M ′ has the following problems.
(1) Since it is necessary to arrange workers on the inside and outside of the blindfold, and to perform the work by each worker, the number of workers with respect to the work volume is increased and the efficiency is poor.
(2) When working at a high place on a pedestrian bridge or a veranda, the outside worker needs a scaffold, and the outside worker handles small items such as nuts 54 and flat seats 53 or fine parts. In addition, in order to ensure the safety of passers-by, it is necessary to take measures when the small parts are dropped during the work. In addition, since the said scaffold is needed naturally also in the case of performing the attachment operation | work only of a blindfold, or its repair operation | work, work expense increases.
(3) Especially in pedestrian bridges, a spring washer or the like is used to prevent the nut from loosening over a long period of time due to the occurrence of slight vibrations in the bridge body due to the passage of pedestrians or vehicles, or due to wind pressure. However, the number of fine parts will increase.
(4) In particular, in the staircase of a pedestrian bridge, the bolt part 51a of the U-shaped bolt 51 protrudes outside in an exposed state, and there is a risk of pedestrians coming into contact with them, so that an expensive cap nut as a countermeasure. It was necessary to prevent the bolt part 51a from being exposed.

On the other hand, the structure described in Patent Document 1 is known as an installation structure for a blindfold that can be attached from the inside of the fences and has no protrusions on the outside. The mounting structure of the blindfold is a pair of connecting plates that are integrally formed with the rails inside the blindfold, or a separate rail is retrofitted to clamp the rails of the fences. Since the structure and the rail are connected by bolts and nuts, there are the following problems.
(1) Since the bolt head is completely accommodated in the rail, the rail becomes thick and the distance between the crosspiece and the blindfold is about 10 mm, and the adhesion to the crosspiece required as a blindfold is required. Disappears.
(2) The structure of the retrofitted rail not only increases the weight of the blindfold by the amount of the rail, but also requires time and labor to fix the rail, and the rail-integrated blindfold is limited to applications other than the blindfold And lack of versatility, which increases product costs.
(3) Even if the rail is firmly fixed to the crosspiece, if the structure of the rail fixed to the blind plate is not sufficient, it is dangerous because the blind plate may fall off. It is necessary to securely fix the rail to the blindfold using bolts, nuts, screws or the like.
(4) From the viewpoint of lighting and crime prevention, many blindfolds are translucent like frosted glass, and the rails are projected as shadows from the outside, which impairs the scenery or aesthetics of the fences.
Utility Model Registration No. 3014166

An object of the present invention is to enable a minimum number of workers to attach a blindfold without installing a scaffold outside so that the blindfold can be attached from the inside of the fences.

The invention of claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is a structure in which a blindfold plate is attached to a fence such as an iron fence of a pedestrian bridge or a veranda fence of a building using a mounting bracket and an elastic seat plate. The plate has a flat plate shape, and a large number of pairs of two bolt holes formed as a set are formed at predetermined pitches in both the vertical and horizontal directions, and the mounting bracket is disposed outside the blind plate. An outer metal fitting in which a pair of bolts are fixed to a seat plate at a distance corresponding to a distance between a set of two bolt holes formed on the blind plate, and the outside of the rail is covered from the inside of the fences. The end portions of the substantially U-shaped or U-shaped clamp plate portion on the opening side are bent outward at substantially right angles to form a pair of connecting plate portions integrally with the clamp plate portion. Te, to the pair of connecting plate portions are of the eye Komoita two pair of bolt holes formed in At intervals corresponding to the interval consists inner fitting pair of bolt holes are formed respectively, wherein the elastic seat plate, have a width smaller than the outer diameter of the pair of bolts constituting the outer fitting And a pair of bolt holes formed in the blind plate , and the elastic seat disposed inside the blind plate. A state where the pair of bolts of the outer metal fitting is inserted into the long hole-like bolt hole of the plate from the outside of the blindfold plate, and the outer metal fitting and the elastic seat plate are temporarily held with respect to the blindfold plate. Then, each bolt of the outer metal fitting is inserted into each bolt hole of the pair of connecting plate portions of the inner metal fitting that covers the outside of the crosspiece by the clamp plate inside the blindfold, and the bolt and nut are by screwing, a pair of connecting plates of the said eye Komoita inner fitting Said elastic seat plate is interposed, it is characterized by attaching the eye Komoita fence such between.

According to the invention of claim 1, the two bolt holes formed in the blind plate and the elongated bolt hole of the elastic seat plate arranged inside the blind plate. When the pair of bolts of the outer metal fitting is inserted from the outside of the blind plate, the width of the long hole bolt hole formed in the elastic seat plate is narrower than the outer diameter of the pair of bolts of the outer metal fitting. The pair of bolts are hooked on the peripheral edge of the bolt hole of the elastic seat plate, and both the outer metal fitting and the elastic seat plate are temporarily held by the blindfold plate. In this way, by temporarily holding the outer metal fitting on the blindfold plate, a pair of bolt holes formed in each connecting plate portion of the inner metal fitting on the inner side of the blindfold plate. And screwing the bolts and nuts, the blindfolds are sandwiched between the seats of the outer metal fittings and the connecting plate parts of the inner metal fittings. Without installing a scaffold, a blindfold can be attached to the fence by one worker from the inside of the fence. Also, on the outside of the blindfold, the plate-like seating plate is only in close contact with the blindfold, and there are no protrusions on the outside of the blindfold. There is no danger of getting caught and injured even if you pass.

The invention of claim 2 is a double plate structure according to claim 1 , wherein each connecting plate portion of the inner metal fitting is bent at the center portion in the width direction and a spring plate portion is formed on the front side. It is characterized by becoming.

According to the invention of claim 2 , since it is a double plate structure in which the spring plate part is integrally provided on the near side of each connecting plate part of the inner metal fitting, a separate washer is unnecessary, and at the time of construction, And, after the construction, there is no fear of the buffer member falling off unlike a separate washer, and the construction becomes easy.

Further, the invention of claim 3 is the invention of claim 1 or 2 , wherein the pair of bolts of the outer metal fitting is attached to the rail of the iron fence of the staircase of the pedestrian bridge along the inclination direction of the staircase. Or the line segment which connects a pair of bolt hole of the connection board part of an inner metal fitting, and the both side surfaces of the clamp board part of an inner metal fitting cross | intersect with the inclination-angle of the said staircase part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the invention of claim 3 , there is a structure in which the U-bolt sandwiching the crosspiece is inclined and attached by the inclination angle of the staircase portion as the mounting structure of the blindfold plate attached to the iron fence of the staircase portion of the pedestrian bridge, At the time of repair such as cleaning the blindfold, the pitch of each bolt part of the existing U-bolt and the pitch of each bolt of the outer metal fitting of the mounting bracket according to the invention of claim 3 are the same. The blindfold plate can be repaired by replacing the mounting bracket according to the invention of claim 3 .

The invention of claim 4 is a method of attaching a blindfold to a rail such as an iron fence of a pedestrian bridge or a veranda fence of a building using the mounting bracket specified in claim 1 and an elastic seat plate. The outer bracket and the elastic seat plate are respectively arranged on the outer and inner sides of the blindfold, and the bolts of the outer bracket are inserted into the bolt holes of the blindfold and the elastic seat plate. Temporarily holding the outer metal fitting, and inside the fence, an elastic seat plate is interposed between the blind plate and the pair of connecting plate portions of the inner metal fitting, and the clamp plate is placed outside the rail of the fence. The connecting plate portion of the inner metal fitting and the seat plate of the outer metal fitting are connected via bolts and nuts integrated with the seat plate, and the blindfold plate is attached to the fences.

According to the invention of claim 4 , the outer side of the blind plate is formed by utilizing a large number of bolt holes formed as a set of two formed on the blind plate and the long hole-shaped bolt holes of the elastic seat plate. In a state where a large number of outer metal fittings are arranged and temporarily held with respect to the blindfold plate, the blindfold plate is disposed outside the fences. Next, on the inside of the fences, the pair of bolts of the outer metal fitting temporarily held by the blindfold plate is inserted into the pair of bolt holes of the inner metal fitting where the clamp plate portion is arranged on the outer side of the rail of the fence, When the nut is screwed onto the bolt, the blindfold is attached to the fences. Thus, according to the invention of claim 4, a blindfold plate can be attached to the fences inside the fences and by one person's work without installing a scaffold outside the fences. Since the bolts and nuts are screwed inside the fences, even if the screws fail to be screwed or the nuts have been removed due to aging, the nuts will not drop out of the pedestrian bridge and are safe. .

According to the present invention, using a set of two bolt holes formed in a blind plate and a long bolt hole of an elastic seat plate arranged inside the blind plate, Since both the outer bracket and the elastic seat can be temporarily held against the blindfold, without installing a scaffolding outside the fences, it is possible to work on the fences inside the fences and by one person. A blindfold can be attached and the bolts and nuts are screwed inside the fences, so even if the screwing fails or the nuts are removed due to aging, the nuts fall outside the footbridge. There is no fear and it is safe. In addition, since there are no protrusions on the outside of the blindfold, there is no risk of getting caught and injured even if a pedestrian passes in the lower part of the footbridge.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to a plurality of examples.

First, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, will be described mounting bracket M 1 of Example 1. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a state in which a blindfold P is attached to a fence F of a staircase portion of a pedestrian bridge. FIGS. 2A and 2B are respectively attached to an inclined portion such as a staircase portion of a pedestrian bridge. FIG. 3 is a front view showing different forming directions of a large number of bolt holes 41 in a set of two formed on the blindfold plate P, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the mounting bracket M 1 of the first embodiment. (A) and (B) are cross-sectional views of a part of the mounting bracket M 1 in the middle of mounting the blindfold P on the fence F of the staircase portion of the footbridge and after mounting. The blindfold plate P attached to the sloped fence such as the staircase of a pedestrian bridge has a parallelogram shape, and a large number of bolt holes 41, each in a pair, are arranged at predetermined pitches in both vertical and horizontal directions. A large number of sets are formed, but as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a set of two bolt holes 41 formed in a blindfold P attached to a fence F of an inclined part such as a staircase part of a footbridge, As shown in FIG. 2 (a), when the line connecting the two bolt holes 41 in one set is horizontal, and as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the inclination of the blindfold P Sometimes parallel to the side. In FIG. 2, L 1 and L 2 are a horizontal line and a vertical line, respectively, and L 3 indicates an inclined line inclined by an angle (θ) with respect to the horizontal line L 1 .

The mounting bracket M 1 of the first embodiment is a bracket corresponding to the blindfold plate P shown in FIG. The mounting bracket M 1 includes an outer bracket M 11 disposed on the outer side of the blindfold plate P, and a partial clamp of the blindfold plate P on the vertical beam C of the fence F in cooperation with the outer bracket M 11 . an inner fitting M 12 disposed inside of the eyes Komoita P, consisting of an elastic seating plate K made of an elastic material such as rubber which is disposed between the vertical bars C and eye Komoita P. Bolt holes 4 a and S 1 a are formed in the connecting plate portion 4 and the spring plate portion S 1 having a double plate structure at the same pitch as the pitch Q of the pair of bolts 1 constituting the outer metal fitting M 11 . The spring plate portion S 1 of the first embodiment is integrally formed with a small angle with respect to the connecting plate portion 4 when not in use, and when the blind plate P is clamped with respect to the vertical beam C, a spring is used. The plate portion S 1 performs a spring action by being elastically deformed toward the connecting plate portion 4. Inside fitting M 12, for example by forming with a thickness 1.2mm approximately stainless steel, to impart the spring action (elastic restoring action) on the spring plate portion S 1.

Elastic seat plate K after mounting eyes Komoita P in (during clamping), a member disposed between the connecting plate portion 4 and the eyes Komoita P of the vertical bar C and the inner fitting M 12, After mounting the blindfold P, the blindfold P avoids the direct contact with the vertical beam C and acts as a buffer, and during construction (while the blindfold P is being attached) serve to provisionally hold the outer fitting M 11 against Komoita P, it causes fulfill latter function the elastic seat plate K is one of the features of the present invention. Elastic seat plate K is a substantially the same shape as the seat plate 2 and the side of the shape obtained by combining the clamping plate portion 3 of the inner fitting M 12 of the outer fitting M 11, laterally to the central portion in the height direction A long hole-shaped bolt hole 6 is formed along. When inserted through the bolt 1 of the outer metal M 11 into the bolt holes 6, in order to facilitate the male screw part 1a of the outer periphery of the bolt 1 is caught, the width W of the bolt holes 6 of the long hole shape, the outer fitting M 11 The outer diameter (D) of the bolt 1 is determined to be smaller. It should be noted that the elastic seat plate K has the same pitch Q as the pitch Q of the two bolts 1 of the outer metal fitting M 11 instead of the long hole-shaped bolt hole 6, and the outer diameter (D) of the bolt 1. It is also possible to provide two bolt holes with a small inner diameter.

Then, by using the mounting bracket M 1 of Example 1, to attach the eye Komoita P fence F staircase portion of the pedestrian bridge, performed as follows. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the state in which the outer metal fitting M 11 is temporarily held on the blindfold P, and FIG. 6 shows that the blindfold P is attached to each vertical beam C of the fence F (clamped). It is a partial expansion perspective view of a state. First, as shown in FIG. 4 (A) and FIG. 5, the outer metal M 11 is arranged on the outside of the two pair and a number of sets of parts of the bolt hole 41 becomes formed on the eyes Komoita P Te, and inserted two respective bolt 1 to a set of the bolt holes 41 of the eye Komoita P, the bolts 1 of the outer metal M 11 projecting to the inside of the eye Komoita P, eye Komoita P It is made to pass through the bolt hole 6 of the elastic seat plate K arranged inside. Elastic seat plate K is formed of an elastic material such as rubber, moreover the width of the bolt holes 6 formed in the elastic seating plate K (W) is that smaller than the outer diameter of the bolt 1 of the outer fitting M 11 (D) Since there is a dimensional relationship, by inserting the bolt 1 of the outer metal fitting M 11 into the bolt hole 6 of the elastic seat plate K, the peripheral portion of the bolt hole 6 of the elastic seat plate K is elastically deformed and the width of the bolt hole 6 is increased. Is expanded. For this reason, the peripheral part of the bolt hole 6 of the elastic seat plate K bites into the male screw portion 1a on the outer periphery of the bolt 1, and the bolt 1 and the elastic seat plate K are lightly connected so as not to be separated. It becomes. As a result, the outer metal fittings M 11 are respectively disposed on the outer portions of the large number of sets of bolt holes 6, each of which is a set of two blindfold plates P, and are temporarily held on the blindfold plate P.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4 (b) and 6, disposed on the outside of each longitudinal crosspieces C where a large number of outer metal M 11 constitutes a fence F provisionally retained eye Komoita P, inside the fence F, by covering the outside of the vertical bar C at the clamping plate portion 3 of the inner fitting M 12, each bolt hole 4a of the connecting plate 4 and the spring plate portion S 1, to S 1 a, eyes Komoita Each bolt 1 of the outer metal fitting M 11 that is temporarily held by P and protrudes inside the blindfold P is inserted, and a nut 7 is screwed to each bolt 1. As a result, the blindfold P is drawn toward the vertical beam C of the fence F, and the blindfold P is in contact with the vertical beam C via the elastic seat plate K with respect to the vertical beam C. The portions of the two bolt holes 41 of the hidden plate P are tightened (clamped). Here, in order to fasten the blindfold plate P with respect to the vertical beam C, it is desirable to first fasten the four corners and the central portion of the blindfold plate P and then tighten the remaining portions sequentially. When tightening the nut 7 with respect to the bolt 1 of the outer metal M 11, is formed an angle with respect to the clamping plate portion 3 of the spring plate portion S 1 of the inner fitting M 12 is elastically deformed to even smaller, nut due to vibration or the like 7 is prevented from loosening. As described above, since the spring plate S 1 is integrally formed with the inner metal fitting M 12 , it is not necessary to use a separate spring washer, the number of parts of the mounting metal fitting M 1 is reduced, and blindfolding is performed. It is possible to prevent the washer from being lost and dropped when the plate P is attached (tightened). Incidentally, FIG. 4 each spring plate portion S 1 of the left and right (b), respectively showing a state during clamp time, and unclamped.

All of the above work can be performed by one worker inside the fence F. Even if small parts such as the nut 7 are dropped in order to work inside the fence F, Because it is inside the fence F, there is no risk of injury by hitting a pedestrian passing through the outside. Further, only the seat plate 2 of the outer metal fitting M 11 having a flat plate shape is exposed outside the blindfold plate P, and the eye plate 51 is similar to the U-shaped bolt 51 of the conventional mounting metal fitting M ′. Since there are no protrusions protruding outside the cover plate P, there is no risk that the pedestrian will be caught by the protrusions and injured. Furthermore, unlike the mounting structure of Patent Document 1, the blindfold P is a vertical beam C that is a structure constituting the fence F, although all the mounting work of the blindfold P is performed inside the fence F. In contrast, the elastic seat plate K is disposed so as to be separated from the vertical rail C by the thickness of the elastic seat plate K. In addition, in FIG. 1, 21 and 22 show the support | pillar and handrail of the iron fence F, respectively.

In addition, when a set of two bolt holes 6 formed in the blindfold plate P is formed along the direction of the inclined line L 3 , a mounting bracket M 2 as shown in FIG. 7 is used. The Outer metal M 11 and the elastic seating plate K constituting the mounting bracket M 2, the although mounting bracket is identical to that of M 1, is different only the inner fitting M 12 '. That is, the upper and lower end edges of the connecting plate portion 4 ′ and the spring plate portion S 1 ′ of the inner metal fitting M 12 ′ and the portion facing the opening 3a ′ of the clamp portion 3 ′ are parallel to the inclined line L 3. It is that it is formed to be different from the inner fitting M 12. Incidentally, the outer fitting M 11 and the elastic seating plate K may be arranged to be inclined by an angle (theta).

In addition, the blindfolds used for the landings of the pedestrian bridge and the fence at the crossing of the road are rectangular, unlike those used for the staircases. Is formed. Even at the landings of pedestrian bridges and road crossings, it is possible to tighten the blindfold plate (clamping work) inside the fence, but the advantage to be noted is that the blindfold plate P is tightened inside the fence. Since this can be done, a scaffold that was indispensable in the conventional mounting bracket M ′ is not necessary. Further, if the pitch Q of the two bolts 1 of the outer fitting M 11 of each of the fittings M 1 and M 2 is the same as the pitch Q of the bolt part 51a of the U-shaped bolt 51 of the conventional fitting M ′, When the cover plate P is repaired, the mounting brackets M 1 and M 2 according to the present invention can be used instead of the conventional mounting bracket M ′.

FIG. 8A shows a mounting bracket M 3 according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 8A (B) shows a mounting bracket M 4 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

FIG. 8-B (C) shows a mounting bracket M 5 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The mounting brackets M 3 and M 4 are different from the mounting bracket M 1 only in the configuration of the spring plate portions S 3 and S 4 constituting the inner brackets M 12 ″ and M 12 ′ ″. Since all the configurations are the same, the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. That is, the spring plate portion S 3 of the mounting bracket M 3 are, so formed as to be parallel to the connecting plate 4 at the time of non-deformable, the width of the space 8 of the same width between the both becomes identical cage, the spring plate portion S 4 mounting member M 4, the width of the space 8 formed by the connecting plate 4 are Niwan song to a maximum at the central portion, both spring action (the nut This is a shape for enhancing the locking action. The mounting bracket M 5 is different in the overall configuration of the inner metal member M 52 to the mounting bracket M 1, the inner fitting M 52 is not provided with a spring plate portion, using the spring washer 9 separate The blindfold plate P is attached to the vertical beam C.

9 (b) are mounting brackets M 6 Example 6 of the present invention is shown.

FIG. 9B shows a mounting bracket M 7 according to the seventh embodiment of the present invention. The mounting brackets M 6 and M 7 of Examples 6 and 7 are different in the cross-sectional shape of the vertical bars C ′ and C ″ constituting the fence F, and have a square shape and a circular shape, respectively. The pitches Q ′ and Q ″ of a set of two bolt holes 41 formed in the blind plate P are larger than the pitch Q corresponding to the thin plate-like vertical beam C. The outer brackets M 61 and M 71 constituting the mounting brackets M 6 and M 7 differ only in the pitch of the two bolts 1 with respect to the outer bracket M 11 , and the inner brackets M 62 and M 72 are the inner brackets. Only the shapes of the clamp plate portions 3 ′ and 3 ″ are different from M 12 and M 12 ″. Further, the lengths of the bolt holes 6 ′, 6 ″ of the elastic seat plates K ′, K ″ used for the mounting brackets M 6 , M 7 are also different from those of the elastic seat plate K.

Further, another outer metal fitting M 81 is shown in FIGS. This outer metal fitting M 81 is obtained by screwing a countersunk screw 11 into a pair of female screws 12a formed on the seat plate 12 at a pitch Q, and has an advantage that the outer metal fitting M 81 can be manufactured without welding. is there.

In addition, the mounting bracket for the blindfold plate according to the present invention and its mounting method can naturally be applied not only to the iron fence of the pedestrian bridge but also to other fences such as the veranda fence of the building. is there.
