Description
Claims (14)
- モバイル通信システムにおけるパケットスケジューリング方法において、
資源を使用できる各時間間隔において、
端末の各ベアラに正のクレジットが割り当てられ、
ベアラからのデータパケットは、優先度、バッファ内容、およびクレジットの所定の制約に基づいて受諾されるものであり、
ベアラからデータパケットが受諾されたとき、受諾されたデータパケットのサイズだけ該ベアラのクレジットが減算され、
受諾されたデータパケットのサイズが該ベアラのクレジットを上回る場合、超過したクレジット量は負のクレジットとして次の時間間隔に繰り越され、該次の時間間隔において該ベアラに割り当てられるクレジットは該繰り越された負のクレジットに加算される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 優先度、バッファ内容、クレジットの前記制約は、最も高い優先度、空でないバッファ、そして正のクレジットである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ベアラが前記制約を満たす場合に、前記バッファ内容が、クレジットの限界まで、もしくは次のサービスデータユニット境界の限界まで伝送データブロックに加算される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記所定の範囲は、セグメント分けされていないパケットを収容するように設定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 使用されなかったクレジット量は全て、正のクレジットとして次の時間間隔に繰り越される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 繰り越される前記正のクレジットまたは前記負のクレジットの上限が設定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の方法。 - 前記上限は、1つの時間間隔においてベアラに割り当てられるクレジット量の整数倍である、
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 - 資源を使用できる全ての時間間隔において、各ベアラには、繰り越されたクレジットを使用するベアラよりも優先的に、自身の最小データレートで用いられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 前記モバイル通信システムは、ユニバーサル・モバイル・テレコミュニケーション・システム(UMTS)である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 通信システム端末における資源割り当てを制御する方法において、
ネットワーク制御エンティティからモバイル機器に対して時間間隔がシグナリングされ、
該時間間隔は、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載の方法に基づいて使用される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記モバイル機器は、通信システムの端末であるか、もしくは端末の動作を検証するために使用されるテスティング・エンティティである、
ことを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 - タイマの値が、ネットワークによって送信される無線資源制御シグナリングの無線インターフェースを介して前記モバイル機器に伝送されるか、もしくは、前記タイマは、前記モバイル機器内で内在的に所定の値に設定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の方法。 - 前記モバイル機器が、ベアラのために設定された最小ビットレート基準および/または最大ビットレート基準を満たすことを保証するために、前記タイマは前記モバイル機器内で使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項10から12のいずれか一項記載の方法。 - 前記タイマは、前記モバイル機器のテスト体制において、時間間隔に対する測定基準として使用され、
該時間間隔では、前記モバイル機器は、ベアラの最小および/または最大ビットレートを満たさなければならない、
ことを特徴とする請求項10から13のいずれか一項記載の方法。
