Description

The present invention relates to a water conduit used for guiding leakage from a crack location on a wall surface of a concrete structure such as a road tunnel, an underground structure, an abutment and a retaining wall to a drainage facility such as a drainage channel. Relates to the device.

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional water conduit device. This prior art is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1. In order to guide water leaks from cracks and construction joints generated on the wall 2 of concrete structures 1 such as road tunnels, underground structures, abutments and retaining retaining walls, to the drainage facilities such as drainage trenches, traditionally The device is used. This waterway device is fixed to the wall surface 2 of the structure 1 along the road axis in the left-right direction in FIG. The insertion groove 4 to be formed includes a water guide plate 6 into which both side portions 5 in the width direction are inserted.

The holder 3 is fixed to the wall surface 2 using an anchor bolt 7 driven into the wall surface 2 and a nut 8 screwed to the anchor bolt 7 at the center in the width direction. Sealing members 9 made of foamed synthetic resin are fixed to both sides in the width direction on one surface side of the holder 3, and the sealing member 9 is elastically pressed against the wall surface 2 by tightening the nut 8. The holder 3 is attached to the wall surface 2 in a liquid-tight manner, and a water conduit 10 is formed between the holders 3 and between the wall surface 2 and the water guide plate 6.

In such a water conduit structure, the state of cracks in the wall surface 2 and the state of flaking off are inspected, the state of the water conduit 10 due to free lime and wall strips, etc. are inspected, and a wider range is inspected. When necessary, the water guide plate 6 was removed in a wide range, and the nut 8 was removed from the anchor bolt 7 driven into the structure such as concrete, and the holder 3 was removed to perform the necessary repairs. After that, the holder 3 and the water guide plate 6 that have been once removed are attached again, and the restoration work is performed, which requires a lot of labor and labor.

In another conventional technique for solving such a problem, a water guide plate that receives water leakage from a water leakage portion of a concrete wall portion of a structure, a base member that is fixed to a concrete wall surface, a base member that is fixed to the base member, and is a base member A water trough device is proposed that includes a cover member that holds the side edge portion of the water guide receiving plate in cooperation with the water guide plate.

In this prior art water conduit device, holding portions are provided on both the left and right sides of the surface side of the base member, and a plurality of insertion holes through which the anchor bolts protruding from the wall surface are inserted into the fixing pieces between the holding portions. Are formed at predetermined intervals, and holding grooves are formed in the left and right holding pieces of the cover member so as to fit both sides in the width direction of the water guide plate, and the anchor bolts are inserted between the holding portions. An insertion hole is formed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

However, in the prior art of Patent Document 2, the structure is complicated, the number of parts is large, and when attaching a water conduit device or removing a water guide plate, much effort and labor are required to remove the long cover member. There is a problem that it takes.

An object of the present invention is to provide a water trough device having a simple structure and capable of facilitating attachment work and removal work.

A plurality of water conduit devices according to the present invention are provided along the wall surface of the structure at intervals in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is attached to both sides in the width direction. A long holder in which a part is formed;
A pair of seal members fixed to both sides in the width direction of one surface facing the wall surface of the holder;
A water receiving plate that is provided between each holder and forms a water conduit between the holder and the wall surface;
A sandwiching member that sandwiches each one side in the width direction of the water guide plate and the mounting portion of the holder;
A mounting aid that is arranged at an interval in the longitudinal direction at the widthwise intermediate portion of the other surface of the holder and to which the first screw member is fixed;
An anchor body for fixing each mounting aid to the wall surface of the structure;
A presser cover member which is provided between each side portion adjacent to each other in the width direction of each water guide plate, and whose width direction intermediate portion is detachably fixed to the mounting aid;
And a second screw member that is detachably coupled to the attachment auxiliary member by being screwed to the first screw member.

Further, the presser cover member of the present invention has a pair of presser parts that press each side part in the width direction of the water guide plate on the attachment part of the holding tool, and each presser part, and has a concave cross section that is convex on the wall surface side. And a fixed part.

According to the present invention, the attachment auxiliary tool is fixed to the anchor body, and each side portion of the water guide plate adjacent to the holding member in the width direction is held by the attachment portions on both sides in the width direction of the holder. A first screw member is fixed to the mounting aid, and a presser cover member is attached in a state where each side portion of the water guide plate is held by the holding member, and the second screw member is used as the first screw member. By screwing and tightening the first screw member, the presser cover member presses each side portion of the water guide plate sandwiched between the attachment portions of the holder by the holding member to prevent the holding member from coming off. Is pressed against the wall surface, whereby each seal member is pressed against the wall surface, so that a watertight water conveyance space is formed between the wall surface and the water conveyance receiving plate, and water leakage from the wall surface can be guided to the drainage facility.

In this way, since the holding tool in which each one side portion is clamped by the clamping member can be detachably fixed in a state of being pressed against the wall surface by the pressing cover member, compared with the conventional configuration using a long pressing cover member. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, the installation work and the removal work of the water guide device can be simplified, and the water guide device can be easily installed and removed from the wall surface of the structure during the maintenance. .

Further, since the presser cover member is attached to the first screw member of the mounting aid by the second screw member, the fixing state of the holder to the wall surface is released by loosening the second screw member and removing the presser cover member. By removing each holding member exposed to the outside, each side portion of the water guide plate is detached from the mounting portion of the holder, and after maintenance, each side portion of the water guide plate is held by each holding member. Fixing each side of each water-conducting receiving plate to the wall surface together with the retainer by clamping to each attachment portion of the fixture, attaching the presser cover member, and screwing the second screw member to the first screw member Can do. As described above, the water guide plate and the holder can be fixed and the fixed state can be released by attaching / detaching the second screw member to / from the first screw member, and the water guide plate and the holder can be disassembled and assembled. Workability of work can be improved.

Further, according to the present invention, the presser cover member is formed with the fixing portion between the pair of presser portions, so that the second screw member inserted through the fixing portion and screwed to the first screw member from the presser cover member. The amount of protrusion can be reduced or eliminated, and irregularities that are undesirable in appearance can be reduced, and the aesthetic appearance of the design can be improved.

FIG. 1 is a horizontal cross-sectional view cut at a position where an anchor body 41 showing a water trough apparatus 31 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, and FIG. 2 is a pressing cover member of the water trough apparatus 31 shown in FIG. The holder 40 is a long material extending in the longitudinal direction, and is realized by, for example, an extrusion mold material made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as hard polyvinyl chloride or an extrusion shape material of an aluminum alloy.

Each of the seal members 45a and 45b is a member having a substantially rectangular cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, the seal members 45a and 45b are realized by a long material composed of a two-layer structure of closed-cell foamed synthetic resin and synthetic rubber. The Each of the seal members 45a and 45b is fixed to both ends in the width direction on the one surface side facing the wall surface 33 of the holder 40 by adhesion with an adhesive or adhesion with a double-sided adhesive tape.

The anchor body 41 has a hollow anchor sleeve 51 in which an external thread is engraved at the other end in the axial direction, and is provided integrally with the one end in the axial direction, and is expanded and formed in a plurality by being divided in the circumferential direction. An anchor rod 53 formed with a piece 50 and a truncated cone-like tapered portion 52 inserted into the spread piece 50, and a nut 54 screwed onto the outer screw of the anchor sleeve 51 are configured.

The anchor body 41 is pre-drilled in the structure 32 with a drilling tool such as a concrete drill to form a pilot hole, and an anchor sleeve 51 into which an anchor rod 53 is inserted is driven into the pilot hole. The presser cover member 55 is a long member having a fixing portion 70 at the intermediate portion in the width direction and a pair of presser portions 71a and 71b integrally formed in steps along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the fixing portion 70. For example, it is realized by an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy or a synthetic resin. The fixing portion 70 of the presser cover member 55 is formed with a bolt insertion hole 62 for inserting the shaft portion of the bolt 64 at an interval in the longitudinal direction. Thus, the presser cover member 55 is formed with the fixing portion 70 between the pair of presser portions 71 a and 71 b, so that the presser cover member 55 of the bolt 64 inserted through the fixing portion 70 and screwed to the nut 63. The amount can be reduced or eliminated, and the appearance of undesired irregularities is reduced, and the aesthetic appearance of the design is improved.

The water conduit device 31 configured in this way is a water guide for guiding water generated from the joints and cracks of the wall surface 33 between the wall surface 33 and the water guide plate 42 and between adjacent holders 40. A space 66 is formed. Further, a first internal space 67 is formed between the wall surface 33 and the holder 40 and between the seal member 45a and the seal member 45b. A second internal space 68 is formed between the holding tool 40 and the presser cover member 55 and between the holding member 35a and the holding member 35b.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the water conduit device 31 is attached to the wall surface 33 of the structure 32. A plurality of the water conduit devices 31 are provided on the wall surface 33 of the structure 32 in the direction of the road axis that is perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. For example, the water guide device 31 supplies water generated from the joints and cracks of the inner wall surface 33 of the concrete structure 32 such as a road tunnel in the water guide space 66 formed between the water guide plate 42 and the wall surface 33. To the open drainage grooves 48a and 48b provided in the roadside belt of the road. The water guided by the water conduit device 31 is dropped into the underdrain drainage grooves 49a and 49b from the open drainage grooves 48a and 48b, and drained. A drainage facility can be constituted by the water conduit device 31, the open drainage grooves 48a and 48b and the underdrain drainage grooves 49a and 49b.

In the structure 32, a plurality of anchor bodies 41 are embedded along the wall surface 33 at intervals in the circumferential direction and the road axis direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 5). The interval in the circumferential direction is selected, for example, as 500 mm, and the interval in the road axis direction is selected as, for example, 300 to 1000 mm.

FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining a method of installing the water conduit device 31. Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 6 (1)-FIG. 6 (5), the installation method of the water conduit device 31 is demonstrated.

As shown in FIG. 6 (1), in the factory, insertion holes 59 for inserting the anchor body 41 are formed at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction in the connecting portion 56 in the intermediate portion in the width direction, as shown in FIG. 6 (2). As described above, the sealing material 39 is fixed to the attachment portions 38a and 38b of the water guide plate 42 with an adhesive. Further, as shown in FIG. 6 (3), the seal members 45 a and 45 b are fixed to both sides in the width direction of one surface facing the wall surface 33 of the holder 40. In this way, the holders 40 to which the seal members 39 and the seal members 39a and 39b are fixed are carried into the site.

Next, each holder 40 is positioned and arranged on the wall surface 33 of the structure 32, and a drill hole is drilled at a projection position on the wall surface 33 of the insertion hole 59 provided in each holder 40, and the anchor body Type 41. Then, as shown in FIG. 6 (4), the anchor sleeve 51 of each anchor body 41 is inserted into the holes 59 and 60 of the holder 40, and a nut 54 is screwed to the shaft portion of the anchor sleeve 51 and tightened. Then, the holder 40 is fixed to the wall surface 33. The steps shown in FIGS. 6 (1) to 6 (4) are repeated to install a plurality of holders 40 on the wall surface 33 of the structure 32 at equal intervals in the width direction along the road axis. Each side portion of the water guide plate 42 is disposed on the portions 38a and 38b via the sealing material 39, and the clamping members 43a and 43b are attached and clamped.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (5), the presser cover member 55 is positioned so that the insertion hole 62 of the presser cover member 55 and the screw hole of the nut 63 overlap, and the bolt 64 is screwed to the nut 63. By tightening, the one side portion of each water guide plate 42 is pressed onto each attachment portion 38a, 38b and fixed to the wall surface 33 together with the holder 40.

In this way, by holding the plurality of water guide plates 42 by the plurality of holders 40, water guide spaces 66 are formed between the wall holder 33 and each of the water guide plates 42 and between the adjacent holders 40. The installation work of the dredge apparatus 31 is completed.

Further, when maintenance is performed in order to remove solid substances such as free lime contained in the water leaked from concrete, for example, accumulated in the water conveyance space 66 of each water conduit device 31 formed as described above. In addition, by loosening the bolt 64 as the second screw member and removing the presser cover member 55, the holding member 40 can be released from the fixed state, and the holding members 43a and 43b are exposed to the outside. The operator manually removes the holding members 43a and 43b from the mounting portions 38a and 38b, removes the water guide plates 42 from the holder 40, opens the water guide space 66, and removes the solid matter or the like. After the deposit is removed, the water guide plate 42 is held again by the holding members 43a and 43b, and the presser cover member 55 is connected to the holder 40 by the bolt 64. It can be fixed to the wall 33, to recover to. As described above, since the water conduit device 31 can be easily disassembled and assembled, workability during installation and maintenance of the water conduit device 31 can be significantly improved.

FIG. 7 is a horizontal sectional view showing a water trough apparatus 31a according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a mounting aid 157 used in the water trough apparatus 31a of FIG. In the water trough device 31 of this embodiment, instead of the mounting aid 57, a mounting aid 157 in which a nut 80 as a first screw member is fixed to the substrate 57a by welding is used. By adopting such a configuration, the above-described lock bolt 62 is not necessary for fixing the nut 80 to the board 57a, and therefore the number of parts can be reduced. Further, since it is not necessary to form the insertion hole 62 for inserting the shaft portion of the lock bolt 62 in the substrate 57a, the labor for processing can be reduced.

FIG. 9 is a horizontal sectional view showing a water conduit device 31b according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a mounting aid 257 used in the water conduit device 31b of FIG.
