Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning water discharge device, and more particularly to a cleaning water discharge device that is installed on a sink and discharges high-pressure jet cleaning water to clean objects to be cleaned such as dishes and cooking utensils.

In general, objects to be cleaned such as dishes and pans that are contaminated after cooking and eating in the kitchen are scrubbed by hand with a scrubbing brush or sponge with detergent, or a dishwasher is used. .

In the case of the former hand washing, detergents and long running water cause rough hands. Although there are rubber gloves for preventing hand wear, it is troublesome to wear each time, and there is also a problem that water can easily enter the inside of the gloves due to water splashing. In the latter dishwasher, there is a problem that persistent dirt cannot be removed sufficiently.

Therefore, conventionally, there has been known a detergent supply device that can clean an object to be cleaned by mixing detergent into cleaning water and spraying it from a cleaning nozzle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional example shown in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the cleaning nozzle and the detergent tank are separately arranged at a distance, and the detergent tank is installed, for example, under the sink, and the detergent is arranged on the sink by a pump. Since the method of supplying to the cleaning nozzle is adopted, there is a problem that a pump is separately required, and a space for installing the pump is required, and the cost is increased. There is also a problem that it is difficult to check, replenish, and maintain the remaining amount of detergent in the detergent tank.
JP-A-5-192265

The present invention was invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the detergent tank is well-packed, the detergent in the detergent tank is easily replenished and maintained, and without using power such as a pump. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning water discharge device that can discharge jet cleaning water containing a detergent.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a discharge nozzle 1 that discharges tap water from a water supply channel 33 installed in a sink as a jet wash water from an outlet 3 through an internal channel 5, and the above discharge And a detergent tank 14 having a detergent supply port 22 for supplying detergent to the internal flow path 5 of the nozzle 1, and the discharge nozzle 1 is formed in a concave shape that can accommodate the detergent tank 14. A tank mounting part 60 for detachably mounting the detergent tank 14 and a detergent receiving port 21 to which the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 is connected in a mounted state of the detergent tank 14 are provided. Is connected to the negative pressure generating unit 6 generated by the washing water flow in the internal flow path 5, and the detergent supply port 22 can be switched between open and closed in the detergent tank 14 detachably attached to the tank mounting unit 60. A detergent-off valve 17 is provided, this detergent-off valve 17, a push button switch 13 for opening the detergent supply port 22 is provided at the time of pushing, constituting the downstream end of the internal passage 5 The tip of the discharge nozzle 1 is a rectifying unit 12 formed so that the flow path diameter is the same in the flow direction of the washing water and the flow path length is 2 to 5 times the diameter of the flow path. It is characterized by being.

With this configuration, the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 and the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1 are connected in a state where the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting portion 60 of the discharge nozzle 1. Since the discharge nozzle 1 and the detergent tank 14 are integrated with each other, the detergent tank 14 can be accommodated well, and the detergent tank 14 can be freely attached and detached to facilitate the supply and maintenance of the detergent. Further, since the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1 communicates with the negative pressure generating unit 6 of the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1, a detergent tank is used by utilizing the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating unit 6 by tap water pressure. Since the detergent in 14 can be sucked into the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1 and supplied, it can be discharged as jet wash water containing the detergent from the discharge port 3 without using power such as a pump. .

In addition, since the tank mounting portion 60 is formed in a concave shape that can be accommodated in the detergent tank 14, the accommodation of the detergent tank 14 is improved, and a sense of unity between the detergent tank 14 and the discharge nozzle 1 is created, thereby improving design. It will be even better.

In addition, when the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting portion 60, it is preferable to include a mounting guide 62 for guiding the detergent tank 14 along the mounting direction. In this case, the mounting guide 62 is provided. Thus, erroneous mounting of the detergent tank 14 to the tank mounting portion 60 can be prevented.

In the present invention, by installing the detergent tank to the tank mounting part of the discharge nozzle, the discharge nozzle and the detergent tank are integrated to improve the storage of the detergent tank, and a space for installing the detergent tank is secured separately. It is not necessary, the kitchen space is not narrowed, and the detergent tank can be attached and detached to facilitate the supply and maintenance of the detergent. In addition, the detergent is contained from the outlet without using power such as a pump. Since it can be discharged as jet wash water, the structure of the wash water discharge device can be simplified, the cost can be reduced, and power can be saved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning water discharge device 30 of the present embodiment is used for a kitchen sink 32, and includes a discharge nozzle 1 for discharging the jet cleaning water into the kitchen sink 32 of the sink 31. Yes. The discharge nozzle 1 is supported by a support column 90 raised from the peripheral edge of the kitchen sink 32, and the downstream end of the water supply channel 33 branched from the water pipe is connected to the rear end of the discharge nozzle 1. The tap water from 33 is supplied into the discharge nozzle 1 as cleaning water. The discharge port 3 of the discharge nozzle 1 is disposed so as to be downward or at least downward.

The detailed structure of the discharge nozzle 1 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body is composed of a substantially cylindrical nozzle main body portion 24, which is arranged in a straight line and is composed of a water supply channel connecting pipe 26, an upstream pipe 27, a downstream pipe 28, and a discharge pipe 29. is there.

The front end of the water supply channel connecting pipe 26 is connected by screwing into the rear end of the upstream pipe 27, and the front end of the upstream pipe 27 is connected by screwing into the rear end of the downstream pipe 28. 28 is connected to the rear end portion of the discharge pipe 29 by screwing, so that the internal flow constituted by the respective inner surfaces of the water supply channel connection pipe 26, the upstream pipe 27, the downstream pipe 28, and the discharge pipe 29. A path 5 is formed.

A discharge port 3 constituting one end opening of the internal flow path 5 is formed at the tip of a discharge pipe 29 constituting the tip portion (one end portion in the longitudinal direction) of the nozzle body 24. An inlet 4 constituting the other end opening of the internal flow path 5 is formed at the rear end of the water supply channel connecting pipe 26 constituting the rear end portion (the other end portion in the longitudinal direction) of the nozzle body portion 24, The inlet 4 is connected to the downstream end (one end of the hose or the tip of the water supply pipe) of the water supply channel 33. The washing water supplied from the water supply path 33 to the nozzle body 24 flows into the internal flow path 5 from the inflow port 4, passes through the internal flow path 5, and is discharged from the discharge port 3.

In the middle of the internal flow path 5, there are provided a gas mixing part 7 for mixing gas into the cleaning water, and a detergent receiving port 21 for supplying a liquid detergent to the cleaning water, whereby jet cleaning water or bubbles containing bubbles In addition, it is possible to selectively discharge any one of the jet cleaning water including the detergent from the discharge port 3.

The gas mixing by the gas mixing unit 7 and the supply of the detergent from the detergent receiving port 21 utilize the negative pressure generated when the cleaning water flows through the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1.

The distal end portion of the upstream pipe 27 constituting a part of the internal flow path 5 is a throttle portion 9 whose inner diameter is smaller toward the downstream side, and the vicinity of the outlet portion of the throttle portion 9 of the upstream pipe 27 is at the time of discharging the jet wash water. The negative pressure generator 6 generates a negative pressure. The position of the negative pressure generating portion 6 can be changed by adjusting the screwing depth of the distal end portion of the upstream tube 27 into the downstream tube 28.

An air release port 7 a and a detergent supply port 22 constituting the gas mixing unit 7 are provided at a location facing the negative pressure generating unit 6 of the downstream pipe 28.

The air release port 7a communicates with, for example, a gap space between the outer surface of the discharge nozzle 1 and the detergent tank 14, and the air release port 7a is generated by the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating unit 6 when jet water is discharged. The air is taken into the internal flow path 5 from this, and thereby bubbles are mixed into the jet wash water. Note that the position of the atmosphere opening 7a is not particularly limited, and can be set and changed as appropriate.

The detergent tank 14 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape elongated in the longitudinal direction of the discharge nozzle 1, and the discharge nozzle 1 to which the detergent tank 14 is attached is movable so that the longitudinal direction of the detergent tank 14 can be directed up and down. Or the discharge port 3 is provided facing downward so that the longitudinal direction of the detergent tank 14 faces up and down.

A detergent supply port 22 that communicates with the detergent tank 14 is provided at the front end of the detergent tank 14. A detergent supply port 15 for supplying detergent is provided at the rear end of the detergent tank 14, and the detergent supply port 15 is closed by a cap 19 that is detachably attached to the detergent supply port 15.

The detergent tank 14 is attached to the discharge nozzle 1 with the detergent supply port 22 fitted in the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1 along the outer surface of the upstream pipe 27 constituting the rear portion of the nozzle main body 24.

The detergent tank 14 is provided with a detergent opening / closing valve 17. By opening / closing the detergent opening / closing valve 17, the detergent tank 14 and the internal flow path 5 can be switched between communication and non-communication. When the jet wash water is discharged, the detergent opening / closing valve 17 is opened to allow the detergent tank 14 to flow inside. By communicating with the path 5, the detergent in the detergent tank 14 can be supplied to the washing water flowing through the internal flow path 5 by the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating unit 6. The detergent opening / closing valve 17 is urged in a direction to shut off the detergent supply port 22 by a spring (not shown). When the detergent opening / closing valve 17 is opened, the push button switch 13 constituting the operation part of the detergent opening / closing valve 17 is pushed against the spring force. Further, when the push button switch 13 is not pushed, the detergent opening / closing valve 17 moves to a position where the detergent supply port 22 is blocked by the spring force, and stops the supply of detergent from the detergent tank 14 to the internal flow path 5. As a result, the detergent can be prevented from being continuously supplied to the internal flow path 5.

The amount of air supplied from the gas mixing part 7 of the discharge nozzle 1 to the internal flow path 5 is set so that the void ratio (bubble mixing ratio) of the cleaning water is 10 to 30%, and the cleaning effect by the bubbles In addition, the flow of washing water can be prevented from being disturbed by bubbles, and the viscosity of the detergent can be increased to enhance the water splash prevention effect. Further, the amount of detergent supplied from the detergent supply port 22 to the internal flow path 5 is set so that the detergent dilution concentration of the washing water is 5000 to 10,000 times. By doing so, it can be a mousse-like bubble-containing washing water containing a large amount of bubbles, the cleaning effect can be enhanced, and a bubble-containing jet washing water containing a detergent having an appropriate viscosity can be discharged, The water splash prevention effect can be enhanced. In the illustrated example, the detergent receiving port 21 is provided on the downstream side of the air opening 7a, and the detergent from the detergent receiving port 21 is supplied to the jet wash water mixed with bubbles at the air opening 7a. However, the detergent receiving port 21 may be provided upstream of the air opening 7a.

A portion on the downstream side of the air opening 7 a of the downstream pipe 28 constituting a part of the internal flow path 5 is a decompression / pressurization unit 10. The depressurizing / pressurizing unit 10 is composed of a venturi-shaped channel whose channel area changes in the flow direction of the washing water, and is located downstream of the depressurizing unit 10a and the depressurizing unit 10a downstream of the depressurizing unit 10a. It is comprised with the pressurization part 10b which expanded the flow path diameter to the side. When the washing water passes through the pressure reducing / pressurizing unit 10, relatively large bubbles contained in the washing water are sheared along with the pressure fluctuation of the washing water generated during the passage, and thereby the bubbles are refined.

A bubble shearing section 11 having a large number of holes made of a mesh, a porous body, or the like is provided at the downstream end of the downstream pipe 28. The bubbles contained in the jet wash water are further refined by passing through a large number of holes in the bubble shearing portion 11.

The tip of the discharge pipe 29 constituting the downstream end of the internal flow path 5 is a rectifying section 12 having the same flow path diameter in the flow direction of the cleaning water. The flow path length L (FIG. 7) of the rectifying unit 12 is 2 to 5 times the diameter a (FIG. 7) of the rectifying unit 12, and the wash water is straight from the discharge port 3 after being rectified by the rectifying unit 12. Discharged.

A water flow switch (not shown) is provided on the upstream side of the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1 so that the flow rate of the washing water flowing through the internal flow path 5 can be adjusted.

In order to clean the object to be cleaned such as the inner surface of the kitchen sink or tableware using the cleaning water discharge device 30, the discharge nozzle 1 to which the detergent tank 14 is attached is held and the discharge port 3 is directed to the object to be cleaned. In this state, cleaning water is supplied to the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1. Thus, when the detergent on-off valve 17 is in a closed state, the cleaning water supplied to the discharge nozzle 1 from the water supply passage 33 is mixed with bubbles in the gas mixing unit 7 and then included in the cleaning water. Bubbles are refined by the pressure reducing / pressurizing unit 10 and the bubble shearing unit 11 and then rectified by the rectifying unit 12, and thereby discharged as jet washing water containing fine bubbles from the discharge port 3. become.

When the push button switch 13 is pressed and the detergent opening / closing valve 17 is in the open state, the cleaning water supplied from the water supply channel 33 to the discharge nozzle 1 is mixed with bubbles in the gas mixing unit 7, and then After the detergent is supplied at the detergent supply port 22, the bubbles contained in the washing water are refined by the decompression / pressurization unit 10 and the bubble shearing unit 11, and then rectified by the rectification unit 12, It is discharged from the discharge port 3 as jet cleaning water containing fine bubbles and detergent. Then, the object to be cleaned is washed by applying the fine bubbles discharged from the discharge port 3 or the jet cleaning water containing the fine bubbles and the detergent to the object to be cleaned.

Next, the attachment structure of the detergent tank 14 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIGS. 1 and 2 are embodiments corresponding to claims 1 and 3. On both the left and right sides of the tank mounting portion 60 of the discharge nozzle 1, a recessed groove portion 62 c is provided, and inside the recessed groove portion 62 c. A convex fitting portion 62b is projected. On the other hand, a pair of mounting guides 62 project from the left and right sides of the detergent tank 14, and a concave shape is provided at the tip of each mounting guide 62 so as to be concavo-convexly fitted into the fitting portion 62 b in the concave groove portion 62 c. The to-be-fitted portion 60a is projected.

The mounting direction of the detergent tank 14 in this example is a direction orthogonal to the outer surface 1a of the discharge nozzle 1 (the direction of arrow E in FIG. 1), and the mounting guide 62 of the detergent tank 14 projects along this mounting direction. ing. Each of the mounting guides 62 in this example is elastically deformable, and a fitted portion 62 a provided at the tip of the mounting guide 62 is formed by pushing each mounting guide 62 toward the left and right concave groove portions 62 c of the discharge nozzle 1. While being attached to the fitting portion 62b in the recessed groove portion 62c by patching, the mounting guide 62 can be elastically deformed, so that it can be detached from the detergent tank 14.

Further, a detergent supply port 22 projects from the front lower surface of the detergent tank 14 so as to face the mounting direction of the detergent tank 14, and a detergent receiving port 21 projects from the front upper surface of the discharge nozzle 1. The detergent supply port 22 and the detergent receiving port 21 are positioned such that the detergent supply port 22 is connected to the detergent receiving port 21 in a state where the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting part 60 of the discharge nozzle 1. It has become a relationship.

Accordingly, the cleaning water discharge device 30 having the above-described configuration is configured such that the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 and the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1 are installed in a state where the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting portion 60 of the discharge nozzle 1. Is connected, and the discharge nozzle 1 and the detergent tank 14 are integrated, so that the detergent tank 14 can be stored well, and it is not necessary to secure a separate space for installing the detergent tank 14, and the kitchen space is reduced. There is nothing. Moreover, by making the detergent tank 14 detachable, it becomes easy to supply and maintain the detergent. Further, since the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1 communicates with the negative pressure generating part 6 of the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1, a detergent tank is used by utilizing the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating part 6 by tap water pressure. Since the detergent in 14 can be supplied to the internal flow path 5 of the discharge nozzle 1, the washing water can be discharged as jet washing water containing the detergent from the discharge port 3 without using power such as a pump. The structure of the discharge device 30 can be simplified, the cost can be reduced, and power can be saved.

Further, in this example, there is also an advantage that when the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting portion 60 of the discharge nozzle 1, the mounting guide 62 can prevent erroneous mounting of the detergent tank 14.

In addition, since the cleaning water discharge device 30 of the present example can discharge the jet cleaning water containing the detergent, the cleaning target can be cleaned cleanly, and in the case of the jet cleaning water containing bubbles, the impact force is high and the cleaning power is high. Therefore, the cleaning effect is also high in this respect. In addition, the bubbles contained in the jet cleaning water are fine bubbles with a very small bubble diameter, so they have high adhesion to dirt, penetrability, and peeling effect, so oil stains attached to the object to be cleaned are more effective. Can be dropped. In addition, since the fine bubbles have a very small bubble diameter and are contained uniformly, it is difficult to disturb the water flow of the jet washing water, and thus there is an advantage that water splash can be further prevented.

FIGS. 4 to 8 are embodiments corresponding to claims 2 and 3, and the tank connecting member 20 protrudes from the front end side of the outer surface 1 a of the discharge nozzle 1, so that the outer surface 1 a of the discharge nozzle 1 is formed. A concave tank mounting portion 60 that can accommodate the detergent tank 14 is formed. Further, the mounting direction of the detergent tank 14 in this example is a direction substantially parallel to the outer side surface 1a of the discharge nozzle 1 (the direction of the arrow F in FIGS. 6 and 7), and facing this mounting direction, A detergent supply port 22 projects from the front surface of the detergent tank 14, and a detergent receiving port 21 projects from the inner surface of the tank connecting member 20. Furthermore, a mounting guide 62 (FIG. 8) having convex fitting portions 62 a at both the left and right ends protrudes from the lower end portion of the inner surface of the tank connecting member 20, while the front end portion of the detergent tank 14. On both the left and right sides, there are provided recessed fitting portions 62b that fit into the fitting portions 62a, respectively, and are fitted when the detergent tank 14 is mounted on the tank mounting portion 60 of the discharge nozzle 1. The portion 62b and the fitted portion 60a are in a concave and convex fit, and the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 is connected to the detergent receiving port 21 of the tank connecting member 20.

In addition, the tank connecting member 20 of this example is attached to the outer surface of the downstream pipe 28 and protrudes outward from the downstream pipe 28. On the rear surface of the tank connecting member 20, a detergent receiving port 21 constituting the upstream end of the detergent flow path 18 formed inside the tank connecting member 20 is recessed. A detergent opening / closing valve 17 is provided in the detergent flow path 18 of the tank connecting member 20, and the open / close state of the detergent opening / closing valve 17 can be switched between communication / non-communication between the detergent tank 14 and the internal flow path 5. By pushing the push button switch 13 at the time of discharge and opening the detergent opening / closing valve 17 to connect the detergent tank 14 to the internal flow path 5, the detergent in the detergent tank 14 is internally flowed by the negative pressure generated in the negative pressure generating unit 6. The washing water flowing through the passage 5 can be supplied. When the push button switch 13 is not pushed in, the push button switch 13 is moved to a position where the detergent flow path 18 is blocked by a spring force, and the supply of the detergent from the detergent tank 14 to the internal flow path 5 is stopped. 6 and 7 is a flow rate adjusting lever 16 for adjusting the flow rate of the washing water flowing through the internal flow path 5. In this example, the slide valve 23 is housed inside the upstream pipe 27, and An O-ring 23b attached to the outer surface of the tip is detachable from a valve seat surface provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upstream pipe 27, and the shaft 25 of the flow rate adjusting lever 16 is pivotally supported to the discharge nozzle 1 side. The base end portion 16a of the flow rate adjusting lever 16 is engaged with an engaging portion 23a projecting from the slide valve 23. When the flow rate adjusting lever 16 is gripped in the closing direction a1, the slide valve 23 is pushed in the rear direction b1. When the flow rate adjusting lever 16 is released, the flow rate adjusting lever 16 is rotated in the opening direction a2 by a spring (not shown) and the slide valve 23 is pushed in the front direction b2. Internal flow path 5 is closed It has become as to be. Reference numeral 50 in the figure denotes a cleaning water amount confirmation window. Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIG. 1, and corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted.

Therefore, in this example, power such as a pump for supplying the detergent as in the above embodiment is unnecessary, and it is easy to supply and maintain the detergent, and the mounting guide 62 prevents erroneous mounting of the detergent tank 14. In addition to the effect of being able to do so, the tank connecting member 20 forms a concave tank mounting portion 60 on the outer surface 1a of the discharge nozzle 1 so that the detergent tank 14 can be accommodated in the concave portion. 14 is greatly improved, and a sense of unity between the detergent tank 14, the discharge nozzle 1, and the tank connecting member 20 is created, and the design is further improved.

FIG. 9 shows an embodiment corresponding to claim 4, in which a check valve 65 is provided in the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 to prevent the leakage of the detergent when not attached to the discharge nozzle 1. . Other configurations are the same as those of the embodiment of FIGS. In this example, the check valve 65 housed in the detergent supply port 22 of the detergent tank 14 is urged in the direction protruding by the spring (the direction indicated by the arrow h), and the detergent supply port of the detergent tank 14 When 22 is connected to the detergent receiving port 21 of the discharge nozzle 1, the detergent supply port 22 is opened by being pushed in a direction in which the check valve 65 moves backward by a pressing projection 80 (FIG. 6) provided on the detergent receiving port 21 side. The detergent supply into the discharge nozzle 1 becomes possible due to the negative pressure generated in the discharge nozzle 1, but when the detergent is removed from the detergent receiving port 21, the detergent supply port 22 is automatically closed by the check valve 65. Therefore, even when the detergent tank 14 is removed or when the detergent supply port 22 is turned downward after the detergent is replenished, it is possible to reliably prevent the detergent from leaking out.

The washing water discharge device 30 is for a kitchen sink, but may be applied to other sanitary facilities such as a bathroom and a vanity.
