Claims (9)
- フィルタ要素であって、
二つの端部キャップ(12、14)の間に延伸する濾過材(10)を具備していて、
前記二つの端部キャップ(12、14)が、前記濾過材(10)の一つの割当てられる端部領域(16、18)の各々に接続され、
前記濾過材(10)が、支持管(20)の少なくとも一つの側面で支持されるフィルタ要素において、
少なくとも一つの前記端部キャップ(12、14)及び/又は前記濾過材(10)の少なくとも一つの端部領域(16、18)が、接触させる手段(22)を有し、及び前記それぞれの端部キャップ(12、14)それ自体又はその部品が、フィルタ要素の運転中に発生する静電気の電荷を散逸する目的のために、導電性に作られ、
前記接触させる手段(22)が、前記端部キャップ(12、14)とこの端部キャップ(12、14)によって収容される前記濾過材(10)の端部領域(16、18)との間に、一種の電気絶縁層を形成するセメント下地(26)を貫通する導電性の接触要素から成り、このようにして、前記濾過材(10)と導電性の接触になっており、
前記導電性の接触要素が、一方の端部によって前記セメント下地(26)を貫通する接触ピン(24)から成り、他方の端部の領域において、前記それぞれに割当てられる端部キャップ(12、14)に垂直に直立し、荷電電位を散逸させる、
ことに特徴付けられる、フィルタ要素。 - 前記導電性の端部キャップ(12、14)又はその部品を形成するために、導電性添加材を有するプラスチック、導電性コーティング、又は本質的に導電性のプラスチックが使用される、請求項1に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 前記濾過材(10)が、完全に又は部分的に、導電性のプラスチック材料からなる互いに接する数層のフィルタ層を備える、襞のある又は円筒形に成形したフィルタマットからなる、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 前記フィルタマットが、プラスチック又は金属の織物素材を用いて少なくとも外周面及び/又は内周面で強化されている、請求項3に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 流れの方向にある前記濾過材(10)が、通路を備え、プラスチック材料から成る前記支持管(20)に支えられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 前記接触ピン(24)が、導電性金属又は導電性のプラスチックから成る、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 前記接触ピン(24)が、前記二つの端部キャップの少なくとも一つ(12、14)で、前記フィルタ要素の長手方向軸(30)に対して同一中心の円内に形成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 少なくとも一つの端部キャップ(12、14)が、内側と外側に、少なくとも一つのそれぞれに突出ている環状の面(28)を各々備え、これらの間に前記濾過材(10)の端部領域(16、18)が収納される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ要素。
- 前記接触させる手段(22)を備える前記それぞれの端部キャップ(12、14)が、フィルタ筐体に前記フィルタ要素を固定するための接続部分(32)を有し、密閉手段(34)が、前記フィルタ筐体と前記フィルタ要素の端部キャップ(12、14)との間に配置されるO−リングの形の密閉手段(34)が、導電性に作られている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ要素。
