BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drainage main pipe that circulates a relatively large amount or drainage from a plurality of drainage pipes, and a relatively small amount of drainage to the drainage main pipe among various drain pipes that discharge wastewater to sewage. The present invention relates to an improvement of a drainage junction pipe that connects a drainage branch pipe that is poured and joined.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as one of the drainage pipe members, a drainage main pipe that joins and flows a relatively large amount of drainage from a plurality of drainage pipes, and a drainage branch that flows and joins a relatively small amount of drainage into the drainage main pipe A drainage junction pipe connecting the pipe and the pipe is well known.
[0003]
The structure of these drainage merging pipes is very simple. Usually, as shown in FIG. 10, a cylindrical main pipe part is provided with a cylindrical branch pipe part from the side direction. The drainage from the upstream side flows downstream as it is, and the drainage from the branch pipe part is bent downward at the connection point and joins the main pipe part, and the drainage is performed from the downstream side of the main pipe part. . As concrete examples of these pipes, as shown in FIG. 12, horizontal drainage for draining individual floors to a drainage main pipe for draining water from a higher floor of a building having a plurality of floors such as an apartment. The drainage junction pipe connecting branch pipes, the drainage junction pipe joining the overflow port of the sink and the drainage pipe as shown in FIG. 13, and the drainage from the sink side in the sink as shown in FIG. There is a drainage merging pipe in which a drainage branch pipe from a drainage device called a pocket sink is connected to the main drainage pipe from the side.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the drainage merging pipe as described above, when the drainage flows through the main pipe part as shown by the arrow in FIG. 11, the air on the side of the branch pipe part is drawn when passing through the joint part with the branch pipe part. A phenomenon called siphon phenomenon occurs. When this siphon phenomenon occurs, in the case of the high-rise house of FIG. 12, an abnormality occurs in the drainage device connected to the tip of the drainage branch pipe. In particular, if the drainage device at the end of the pipe is called a drainage trap, and a drainage device with a function that prevents the entry of odors and pests from the sewage side into the room, a phenomenon called breakage occurs, The function is impaired, and there is a case where a strange odor or pest from the sewage enters the room. Further, in the case of indoor drainage equipment such as the wash basin shown in FIG. 13 and the sink shown in FIG. 14, an unpleasant sound (usually expressed as “garbage”) due to air drawing into the drainage branch pipe side. Sound) and air is mixed into the wastewater, and air bubbles brake the flow of the wastewater going downstream, and the speed of the wastewater is significantly deteriorated. In particular, when the drainage main pipe is vertically installed as normally seen, the bubbles of air rise against the flow of drainage, so that the effect of this drainage speed lowering effect is increased. The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and provides a drainage junction pipe that does not cause siphoning on the drainage branch pipe side even when drainage is performed on the drainage main pipe part. .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 is used in a building having a plurality of floors such as an apartment as shown in FIG. 3, and is constituted by a drainage junction pipe (1) configured as follows. A horizontal drainage branch pipe (7) for draining individual floors is connected to a drainage main pipe (6) through which drainage from the higher floors flows. As shown in FIG. 1, the drainage junction pipe (1) has a main pipe part (2) through which drainage flows in the vertical direction, and a main pipe part provided so as to protrude in the lateral direction of the main pipe part (2). ( 2 ) The branch pipe part (3) for allowing the waste water to flow into the side, and the drain water inflow part on the side of the branch pipe part (3) is opened in the horizontal direction and provided in a substantially horizontal shape. Furthermore, an inflow plate (5a) that allows a part of the drainage to flow into the branch pipe (3) side as a drainage inflow mechanism at a junction of drainage flowing from the main pipe (2) and drainage flowing from the branch pipe (3). ) From the lower end of the branch pipe part (3) toward the main pipe part (2) . In addition, drainage of the flow from the drainage branch pipe (7) to the drainage main pipe (6) passes through the branch pipe part (3), but drainage of the flow from the drainage main pipe (6) to the drainage branch pipe (7) does not pass. As a non-backflow prevention mechanism, a backflow prevention valve (4) is provided.
[0014]
When drainage flows into the drainage main pipe (6) via the drainage branch pipe (7) on the upper floor by using the drainage device (D) at the pipe destination, it is piped below the drainage junction pipe (1) where the drainage occurred. In the drainage merging pipe (1), as shown by the arrow in FIG. 2, part of the drainage passing through the main pipe part (2) hits the inflow plate (5a) and part of the drainage part is a branch pipe part. (3) It flows into the side, the backflow prevention valve (4) is actuated, and the connection location between the branch pipe part (3) and the drainage branch pipe (7) is closed. In this way, the connection between the drainage junction pipe (1) and the drainage branch pipe (7) is blocked by the operation of the backflow prevention valve (4), so that air is drawn from the drainage branch pipe (7) side. This eliminates unpleasant noise and abnormalities in the drainage device connected to the tip of the drainage branch pipe (7). In particular, when a drainage trap is used as a drainage device in the drainage device (D) at the piping destination, the drainage trap is not broken.
[0015]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 is used for indoor drainage equipment (D) such as the wash basin (S) shown in FIG. 6 and the sink (K) shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a drainage junction pipe (1) connected to a drainage main pipe (6) arranged up and down, connecting a drainage device attached to each drainage device (D) and a horizontal pulling pipe under the floor. As shown in Fig. 2, the main pipe part (2) through which drainage flows in the vertical direction, and the branch that is provided so as to protrude in the side surface direction of the main pipe part (2) and flows into the drain main pipe (6) side The pipe part (3), and further, the inflow side and the outflow side of the main pipe part (2) at the confluence of drainage flowing from the main pipe part (2) and drainage flowing from the branch pipe part (3) , in the opposite direction of the branch pipe portion, is eccentric by a width smaller than the inner diameter of the main tubular portion, the wall caused by eccentricity, point of entry of the waste water Are opened in the horizontal direction, and a substantially horizontal shape, consisting configured as a drainage inlet mechanism inflow wall (5b). In addition, drainage of the flow from the drainage branch pipe (7) to the drainage main pipe (6) passes through the branch pipe part (3), but drainage of the flow from the drainage main pipe (6) to the drainage branch pipe (7) does not pass. As a backflow prevention mechanism, a backflow prevention valve (4) is provided.
[0016]
When drainage flows from the drainage device to the drainage main pipe (6) by using a drainage device (D) such as a wash basin (S) or sink (K), the flow of drainage is as shown by the arrows in FIG. The drainage hits the inflow wall (5b) of the drainage merging pipe (1), a part of which flows into the branch pipe part (3) side, the backflow prevention valve (4) is activated, and the branch pipe part (3) A connection location with the drainage branch pipe (7) is closed. In this way, the connection between the drainage junction pipe (1) and the drainage branch pipe (7) is blocked by the operation of the backflow prevention valve (4), so that air is drawn from the drainage branch pipe (7) side. As a result, unpleasant noise or negative pressure or the like does not occur in the drainage device (such as a pocket sink) connected to the tip of the drainage branch pipe (7). In particular, in this case, since air bubbles are not generated in the waste water, the speed of the waste water is extremely fast and good compared to the conventional case.
[0017]
The embodiments of the present invention are as described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be freely changed without changing the gist of the invention. For example, in each of the embodiments described above, the main pipe portion (2) is piped so as to face in the vertical direction, but the main pipe portion (2) may be piped so as to be substantially parallel to the plane. Even in this case, the drainage junction pipe (1) of the present invention prevents the siphon phenomenon from occurring on the drainage branch pipe (7) side, and prevents the occurrence of abnormal negative pressure or the like in the drainage device or the like.
[0018]
In each of the above embodiments, a drainage prevention mechanism is provided on the drainage branch pipe (6) side, but drainage flows into the drainage branch pipe (6) side by the drainage inflow mechanism, and the drainage branch pipe is driven by the momentum. (7) Since the flow from the side is suppressed and the same effect as the drainage branch pipe (7) is blocked is obtained, the purpose of the present invention can be achieved only by providing the drainage inflow mechanism in the drainage junction pipe (1). Can be achieved. Of course, it goes without saying that the effect of the present invention can be obtained more reliably if the backflow prevention mechanism is provided on the side of the branch pipe portion (3).
[0019]
Further, the shape of the drainage junction pipe (1) is not limited to the above-described embodiments . For example, as shown in FIG. 8 , an inflow wall (5b) is provided at a location facing the branch pipe section (3). It may be provided. Even in such a case, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 9 , the drainage hits the inflow wall (5b) of the drainage merging pipe (1), and a part of the drainage inflow portion is opened in the horizontal direction, and It flows into the branch pipe part (3) side, which is substantially horizontal , and the backflow prevention valve (4) is actuated to close the connection point between the branch pipe part (3) and the drainage branch pipe (7). And the object of the present invention can be achieved.
[0020]
Moreover, in each said Example, although the backflow prevention valve (4) which is a backflow prevention mechanism is arrange | positioned in the branch pipe part (3) of a drainage merge pipe (1), since a backflow prevention mechanism functions. If there is, the object of the present invention can be achieved even if the arrangement location is in the drainage branch pipe (7).
